Qualified values append,update

Hello,
here is my scenario.
I have imported qualified tavble along with main table.
Qualified table initial value:
Non Qualifier 1:X
Non Qualifier 2:Y
Qualifier 1:time stamp1
Qualifier 2:blank
Qualifier 3:blank (time stamp)
now i got delta load where i got Qualifier 2 and qualifer 3 values ( time stamp2) as well as i got now record with same values as initial values of first entry i.e at the time of delta load i wanted qualified table like below.
Non Qualifier 1:X
Non Qualifier 2:Y
Qualifier 1:time stamp1
Qualifier 2:a
Qualifier 3:time stamp2
Non Qualifier 1:X
Non Qualifier 2:Y
Qualifier 1:time stamp2
Qualifier 2:blank
Qualifier 3:blank (time stamp)
in short i want 1st entry of qualified table to be updated with 2 values and 2nd entry to be inserted (As new entry) when i import delta load.
any suggestions....would help

Hi,
When u hv more than one Non-Qualifiers in ur Qualified Table & all are Display fields then U need to create Compound Field.
Check this blog to understand why & how to create Compound Field:

On left hand side open ur source file & on right hand side Select ur Main Table.
Now map at least one unique field of main table ( To update its Qualified Link)
Map ur Non-Qualifier (Non Qualifier 1 or Non Qualifier 2... Which ever is display field) & Qualifiers properly
Now right click on Non Qualifier 1 field (Destination Side)............. Choose Set Qualified Update -->Update
U will see new Window......... Here Add Qualifier 1 to Matching Qualifiers side
New Links: Create
Existing Links: Update (All Mapped Qualifiers).
Dont forget to map atleast 1 field from Main Table.
In Match Records Tab make Import Action as Update (All Mapped Fields)
And now import

Updating a qualifier value of qualified lookup table failed

Hello,
I am trying to update a qualifier value of qualified lookup table.
I have written the method attached to this email.
I am not able to modify a qualifier field, that "Installation instructions DAR Update" field of "Vendor Details" table with this method call. Is there anything I am missing or not doing correctly?
Also, I noticed that in SP6 API documentation, this line in section of ModifyRecordsCommand:
Note: Qualifier values is currently not supported by this command. This command simply ignore qualifier values passed in.
First I have used this method failed. After I saw this, I tried to use ModifyRecordCommand but no success still.
I am copying my method content here. qlv1 and qlv2 is geeting new value after setQualifierFieldValue.
It will be highly appreciated if you can help me.

Apparently you can configure the fields that are shown in the pop-up window, but it also limits the fields that are displayed on the iView of the main table.

Get Qualifier value from Qualified table

Hi,
I am trying to get all the qualifier value for a qualified table. What is the best way to do it. Can I use QualifierSearchDimension to search for all the qualifier value.
Re: Lookup [Qualified Flat] type field how to use as a query condition? link gives us a way to do this , but it talk about getting the non - qualifiers only , so How can we get the qualifier values.
The link Search Qualifier Fields : MDM Java APIs gives us a way to this , but it is using old Java API , does anyone know how to do it using MDM API SP06.

The Search API's will only search for a particular value in the qualified tables. In order to read all the qualifier and non qualifier for a record, please follow the below mentioned steps.
Assuming 'rec' is the variable that holds the reference for the current record.
MdmValue lookUpVal = rec.getFieldValuel(<Field Id of the field>);
com.sap.mdm.valuetypes.QualifiedLookupValue val = (com.sap.mdm.valuetypes.QualifiedLookupValue) lookUpVal;

How to find colums in CLOB variable and get this colums value to update colum of oracle database table
How my work will go
Step-1 - I am creating XML FIle which is based on code that we discused before-
Its developing xml file with data in <...inputelement> as u can see in my xml but in <..output> Element of xml its just have all column for exampe <itemoutput>
<FLD NM = "ABC"> 0 </FLD>
<FLD NM = "XYZ:> </FLD> --- for varchar2
</itemoutput>
In 1st stage i am just generating <..INPUT> with its colums and real value from database and <..output> elements will go zero value but with colums name.
Note. I create temp table will all COLUMN which u can see in both in <..ITEMINPUT> and <..ITEMOUTPUT>
Step2.. After Generaing my xml i want to convert my xml data into CLOB not in a file. so clob will go to the VENDOR
STEP3.
I will Recieved again xml data in CLOB from the vendo in <.OUTPUT> ELEMents
for example
I send this format
<itemoutput>
<FLD NM = "ABC"> 0 </FLD>
<FLD NM = "XYZ:> </FLD> --- for varchar2
</itemoutput>
And i will receive it
<itemoutput>
<FLD NM = "ABC VALUE"> 2 </FLD>
<FLD NM = "XYZ TYPE:> SUV</FLD> --- for varchar2
</itemoutput>
So will take this output valu from xml clob and will update my staging table .
Which have the same colum name as its look in xml clob.
Step- 4. I will take this value from staging table and update my original oracle database table. which i send you before.
But u leave this step becaue you dont know the staging table colum maping with original table.

Above xml data - some <...OUTPUT> elements has some FLD elements. and i want to take those outputelemt's FLD Elements data and update my oracle tables.
Note: FLD = "Attribie" are the colums name of the tables

Service tax value required updating while posting GR in MIGO transaction

Dear Friends,
We have a following scenario where service tax value required updating while posting Goods Receipt MIGO transaction.
1. Purchase Order created for first line item where Qty. 1 and Net Rate Rs.1000/- so total Gross value will be Rs.1000/- example Vendor XYZ
2. Freight condition type maintained for the first line item for Rs.500/- and assigned to Transportation vendor ABC.
3. When Goods Receipt Posted for the Material against PO first line item, the material value updates Rs.1500/- (Material value as
    per PO + Freight Charges)
4. After posting GR while making Invoice verification through MIRO transaction against the PO GR/IR clearance will be done for
    Material vendor XYZ. For transportation Vendor ABC Planned delivery cost indicator will be select and since service tax is
    applicable Service tax code will also select.
Here the values of Service tax if the Material available in Stock it will be inventories. If stock consumed before making the Invoice verification for Transportation vendor ABC, then the Service tax values update to PRD account.
We know that in PO, tax code can be select for first line item (Raw Material) Vendor XYZ and if transportation charge condition type maintained for same first line item and assigned to Vendor ABC and there is no provision to maintain Service tax. So the service tax will get inventories while posting Invoice Verification for the transportation vendor.
We want the values of Service tax to update while posting Goods Receipt in MIGO transaction.

Please note at the time of MIGO Servecie tax value does not appear, it will appear at the tiem of Invoice only.

Excise base value not updated

Dear all,
We have found that excise base value is not updated after creating excise invoices,later we corrected it,
excise base value started updating in table J_1IEXCDTL,
Intially for 2 months excise base value is not updated in table,
Is there any problem will arise in future ?
or
How to solve this issue ?

SharedObjects environment value not updating properly in clustered environment

Hi All,
I have clustered UCM having two nodes. I have custom scheduler running every 5 minutes which updates some value in SharedObjects environment. I am using following code:
SharedObjects.putEnvironmentValue("param", "val");
the problem is that this value is updated only in one node. If Node1 picks up the scheduler job, then the value is updated only on Node1.
Next time when Node2 picks up the scheduler job, Node2 does have have updated value and my application fails.
Any idea why it is happening. How can I fix this issue?

Contract value not updated in open order value of credit management

My requirement is i have created the contract and activated the credit management by assigning credit group to contract document type, In item category the credit is active and in pricing subtotal is also assigned .
But when i create the contract , the open order value is not updated .
i do not want the credit to be active at order level.

Statistic condition values not updated during Sales order Settlement

Hi,
In our client we have different Price condition types for based on scenario wise. Ex: Domestic Sales (ZPR1) and Export Sales ZPR2. I have maintained separately value fields for each price condition types.
We are booking some financial charges, and interest on working capital etc., this cost we need to transfer to COPA each Material wise based on sales revenue.
For this purpose we have created one COPA Assessment Cycle. Tracing factor is Sales Revenue and receiver is Materials.
In COPA Assessment cycle we can give only one base means ZPR1 related value field or ZPR2 related value field.
For this reason we have created one new statistic condition type, what is amount there in ZPR1 that amount will updated automatically in statistic condition place and so that we can give once one trance factor in COPA Assessment Cycle. We have assign this statistic condition all pricing procedure
Now my problem is in MTS scenario statistic condition values updated correctly. But in MTO scenario sales order settlement time statistic condition values not updated.
So is it possible update during sales order settlement time statistic condition values.
Please give me suggestion.

As you said is correct.
But in our client we have around 9 Plants and each plant manufacturing product are different. Client Requirement is in COPA Report they need see each product wise sales revenue. In this way we mapped product wise value field. System already mapped one guy in this way earlier. Now I am doing some changes for relevant to month end activities.
Some financial changes transfer to COPA each plant wise on Material. Here sender is cost center and receiver is Material. Base is Sales Revenue.
Please suggest me is there any alternative.

Qualifier values are not part of a qualified lookup record

     I am getting the exception "Qualifier values are not part of a qualified lookup record" when I serach for a record in the Qualified table. The Table has both Qualfier and non-Qualifier fields, but all are of type display fields.
My question is If the filed is of type Qualifier then is it mandatory that it should be non-display Field?
if not can any one suggest me to get the record.
If we make Qualifier fields as NON-Dispaly fields in repository then it is working fine.

Can MDM Web Services return qualifier values?

We are running MDM 5.5 SP06 Patch04 (we will be doing a technical upgrade to MDM 7 later this year).
I am investigating the MDM web services and came upon a potential problem. In the test harness, I searched for a record, specifying ALL for the result definition and everything seemed to come back except qualifiers; lookup values came back, taxonomy values came back, qualified lookup display values came back, qualified link ids came back, but no qualifier values.
I searched again on the qualified link record ids in the qualified lookup table and I got the non-qualifiers, which is the expected behavior. The qualifiers have to come back with the main table record, though.
Are qualifiers not fully supported in the MDM 5.5 web services, or am I not searching properly?

Dear Sai,
You need to make that condition type as Statistical one
Go to SPRO - Sales and Distr. - Basic Functions - Pricing - Define and Assign Pricing Proc - Maintain Pricing Proc - Control Date
Select the proc. - select the condition type and activate the check box Statistical
This will show the amount of the condition but will not consider for the net value calculation

Graph does not autoscale when it's value is updated in a subvi and Defer Panel Updates is on

Hello,
I have a main VI containing several xy grpahs, which I update from a sub vi. In order to cut down on front panel redraws I defer panel updates while the graph values are updated and then redraw the FP after this has been done. However when I do this the graphs do not autoscale properly. I've attached two vi's as an example. Run the Main vi, if the Defer Panel Updates boolean is false then everything works fine, if it is true then the graph does not autoscale.
I have found a previous post that mentions something similar (here). Has this been fixed or is there a work around.

Hi Matthew,
Thanks for your reply, it fixed the problem. However it has thrown up a different but related issue.
In my application the user can select how many graphs to display and I
programmatically calculate the size and position of each graph. If any
of the graphs overlap, even slightly, and defer panel updates is on
then only the topmost graph autoscales correctly, the others don't at
all, although the data they display gets updated. Turning autoscale off
and on again for a particular graph rescales that graph, presumably
because it has been forced to.
I have attached a test case with 4 graphs. The size and position of the
graphs are set by the 'Offsets' cluster. Click 'Rearrange' to get it to
recalcute the positions. If you change the Vertical Gap or Horizontal
Gap values to 0 or negative then the graphs will overlap. With Defer
Panel Updates off there is no problem. With it on only the topmost
graph updates properly.
My current workaround is to ensure the graphs don't overlap, but I'm guessing they shouldn't be doing this anyway.
