I need help in opening the existing entity with additional parameters
I tried the various options but didn't succeed. address1_city value is not getting populated for existing entity, whereas it is getting populated for new record when I ignore the id.

Since the payments involves multilines hierarchy, we are unable to print the data in the hierarchical format. Any BAPI/Function Module for adding new record with dates in PA0027

Hi all,
I am tryig to find is there any BAPI/Function module for updating new record with Start Date and End date for specified Personal Number in PA0027 Table.
In PA0027 table i will be passing start date and end date for selected personal number, it needs to add new record with this details in the table checking the condition that this start date and end dates should not be between any of of start date and end dates for the specified personal number.

i am getting short dump saying that
The source field is too short.
The current program, "SAPLHRMM", tried to assign a field to a field symbo
However, the field is shorter than the type of the field symbol, which
is not allowed.
The statement in question is in the form ASSIGN f TO <fs> CASTING or
ASSIGN f TO <fs> with a field symbol that was created using the

I tried operation - Chage,Create (same thing for all inputs)

Standard LSMW for open vendor items with Withholding tax

I am searching the direct input LSMW which is having the Withholdig tax. There is a direct input program in LSMW ( RFBIBL00) but it is not uploaded the withholding tax for open vendor and open customer items.
If anybody know which LSMW is recammanded or anthing related to BAPI or IDOC for this requirements.

Adding new field with constant value for pre-existing records

Hi,
I have to introduce in different tables (ztable and standard one) a new field, containing the company code. The problem is that all the records already inserted in these tables should be filled with a particular company code ('DD01').
I'd like to have this field automatically filled with a constant value without having to develop a program in order to update all the preexisting data. The reason is that cardinality of these tables is aroud 100 Millions of rec....
Ideal solution should be to have some rule/routine defined in the data dictionary CR, so to get the field value during the import of the related CR.
I've seen that is possible to define routine, but only for maintainance view (so new records..). If I open the db view, the situation is the following (example):

If I were you, I will not look for another solution, because it's pretty easy task for ABAP.
It can be solved within 1 line:
UPDATE ztable SET zzcompany = 'DD01' WHERE zzcompany = ''.

Opening existing project with PRE 9

I have Premier Elements 9.0. When I start PRE and try to open a saved project, all I get is an empty window. The only way I can open an existing project is to first start a new one, then open the existing one from the File menu.
I don't know if it's connected, but I am also having a problem with installing an update that appears in Adobe Update manager. It downloads and then reports that it failed.

McAfee can be particularly problematic for Premiere Elements, controlling both the antivirus and firewall(s).
As a just in case note, are you working from the 9.0.1 Update of version 9. If not, good idea to do so. But, if you do, please
use the online link from Adobe rather than the 9's opened project's Help Menu/Update.

While i am trying to save the existing record with same fields in cloud DTO using flex4 mxml app

i am doing flex4 web application with mxml tags,
i am having one text box and one datagrid and one save button. text box having one company name, data grid having employee names.
when i click save button which is placed in outside the datagrid it will save all the details in cloud DTO.
Now my requirement is text box having the same company name and when i enter same employee name in datagrid and click save button means it wont
allow to save that record, and through msg box with some alerts.

sorry but you question is not very clear...are you trying to show the item clicked on the datagrid on the input box? with an alert? you should look at "listevent" if thats the case?... sorry i just dont follow.

Can't open existing library with new photos app on iMac 10.10.3

I have upgraded my iMac to yosemite 10.10.3, with the new Photos app. I have been using iPhoto Library Manager to create and manage my libraries, which I store on an external hard drive.
Now, with the upgrade and new Photos app, some libraries open and I can access my photos without a problem, but other libraries don't seem to open. Instead, I get the new Photos windows with the demo slideshow, etc. I'm worried that the photos within the libraries I'm unable to open are now gone.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice?

How is the EHD formatted?
If the external hard drive is not formatted OS X Extended (journaled) Photos will not be able to open them. Actually iPhoto requires the volume to be formatted that way also but doesn't check the format before opening. Many users have been able to operated on EHDs that were not formatted properly for a while but eventually ended up with a damage/corrupted library.

Any idea why Preview won't work for opening PDF files with this OS?

For some reason, after the last update to Mavericks 10.9.3, any time I attempt to open a PDF using Preview, the file will not open. No response from the system. Any recommended solutions? Thanks in advance!

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

1080 50P PAL preset for MOV files recorded with the Panasonic GH3

Dear Adobe team and PE11 users,
With my Panasonic GH3 I'm recording 1080 50P MOV files. I bought this camera because the mov compression is much more easier to edit then AVCHD. There is already a solution for the (non english) premiere elements 11 software with a preset for 50P AVCHD files but I can't find any discussion about MOV files. Does anyone have the same problem and a solution (with a MOV 50p PAL preset). Untill now PE11 recognise the 50p files as HDV 1080 25i files in the project settings...

Opening existing photobooks with Iphoto 9.6

Good day,
I just updated the iOS of my McBook Pro, installing Yosemite.
I had to update iPhoto to manage my photographs so I have installed iPhoto 9.6.
I found it a bit tricky to run, misc. trouble occuring, but iPhoto managed to start and now lists events just as it was before the update.
It sadly lacks the Books I spent nights and week-ends to build. About a dozen. Plus the one I was about to complete.
I am pretty sure the data to build the books are still there, scattered all over the Pictures folder.
Probably, the metafile Album2.xml is the backbone for all of them. I've no clue about others pieces of the puzzle.
Anyway, no book is present in the left Pane and I am sure it is doable to open them with application.
Does any one has a spell or a terrific freeware which would make it?

To spot the books, I created a new one, which is visible and enlisted in the Album2.xml metafile... with the old ones!

Preferences for opening MS stuff with NeoOffice

I'm still getting used to OSX and my two-month-old MacBook. It's a struggle...
I am using NeoOffice instead of Microsoft. How do I set preferences somewhere so that, when I click on a Microsoft document, spreadsheet, or powerpoint, that it will open in NeoOffice?
(so much other stuff I can't figure out, but for now, this is the most pressing need)

Didn't see a "Show informations", but did see a "get info"
"In the lower half of the Informations Pane you find 'Open with' - choose Neooffice.app as default application and set the checkbox 'open all documents of this kind with that application."
There wasn't a checkbox, but there was a "change all" button.

SQL Queries for open sales orders with no invoice.

Hello all!
Is there a way to make a query to find out if there are any uninvoiced sales orders older than 5 days? I am having difficulty figuring out how the invoice is linked to the sales order.
I am more familiar with excel than SQL but I'm guessing it will be similar to the following:
SELECT * FROM ORDR WHERE today's date - posting date>5 AND (not sure what to check here for the invoice having been created)
**Note: my syntax is of course not exactly correct, this is just to give you an idea of what I'm looking for
Has anyone had to do this before or know how it would be done? It would be very useful for me.

The document link is built on row level so the RDR1 should be used instead of ORDR to server your propose.
You could use this query to get all the lines do not link to a invoice.
*targettype 13 refers to target document invoice

Disabling the dropdown LOV for existing records in SQL updateable report

Hi All -
I have a SQL updateable report which has 3 columns. One of the column is a named-LOV. This report also provides the functionality of inserting new rows.
Is there a way to only show the named-LOV dropdown list for only the new records to be inserted i.e. when we click on "Add Row". For existing records, I donot want to show the dropdown.
Please provide your thoughts.

I guess I didn't put my question right in my earlier posting.
Basically this report provides updates and inserts both (Its a SQL Updateable report)
One of the column is a Named-LOV (select list dropdown). For the existing records shown in this report, this select list should be disabled. But for the new records while inserting a new row into this report, the select list dropdown should be shown to the user with an option to choose values from selectlist.
