Question on BEx query

Question

A report is being generated on Sales.
The fields in the query are Sales Group, Product .... and Key figures revenue and bookings.
In Sales Group the values are 01, 02, 03 , 04 , 05 , 06 , 07 , 08
and Product category is  100001345, 100001367, 1000001389
The output result should be Sales group = 03 and Product category = all (100001345, 100001367, 1000001389)
and
Sales group <> 03 and product category = 100001367
How can this be achieved?

Hi,
You can restrict Sales group by variable (User Entry), so that you will get data for the specific Sales group.
In order to show revenue and bookings splitted into two parts (by all product category and by single product category), I would take help of restricted key figure concept.
In the coloumns section, I would create new structure and within that 4 selections. (restricted Key Figures)
1st selection -->  revenue & product group (with no selection or restriction)
2nd selection -->  revenue & product group (with selection, here either you can hardcode your value or take it as variable)
3rd selection -->  bookings & product group (with no selection or restriction)
4th selection -->  bookings & product group (with selection, here either you can hardcode your value or take it as variable)
In above way, in a single line I can see 4 key figures as desired & put them appropriate titles/headings
