Queue Block (SMQ2) and no GATP invoking for Sales Order

Hi,
I am encountering two issues:
- Every time I activate any integration model for customer, materials etc. it queues up in SMQ2 in ECC and on processing there it goes to the APO
- When I create sales order it does not invoke the GATP screen. However, if I click onto the 'Item availability' button it takes me to the APO screen with a different check mode (different from the one maintained in product master)
- On saving the sales order and then clicking 'Item availability' button again, I get the message 'Order do not exist'. Next, if I check SMQ1 in ECC I find the queue. If I try to re-process, I get the message "LUWs in status NOSEND must be picked up by the application.
Well, we have maintained X0 for the MRP materials, did CIF manually, and have udated the product master ATP view with new check mode. We have also maintained the distribution, RFC destination, change transfer settings etc.
Can someone please tell me as to what is it that controls the queue communication between ECC & APO or if anything else that is controlling this.

We maintained this settings in /SAPAPO/C4 in APO.
Also, we maintained Debug = 'R', Logging = 'D' (Detailed) and RFC Mode = 'Q' (Queued RFC) in CFC2 of ECC.
Even on changing the Debugging off in APO system to "Debugging on" / "Debugging on, Recording of t/qRFCs (NOSENDS)". I get the queue in SMQ2 of APO with status 'NOEXEC' i.e. no automatic execution.
Another info:
The queues are CF* and for that we maintained like this:
In ECC (T-code: SMQS): Host id of ECC system is appearing at the 'Schedular Information' section and against the Destination of SCM system we maintained Host id of ECC system once again
In ECC (T-code: SMQR): Host id of ECC system is appearing at the 'Schedular Information' section and against CF* queue Destination with Logon data is blank
In SCM (T-code: SMQS): Host id of SCM system is appearing at the 'Schedular Information' section and against the Destination of ECC system Host id is kept blank
In SCM (T-code: SMQR): Host id of SCM system is appearing at the 'Schedular Information' section and against CF* queue Destination with Logon data is blank
In the light of these, is there something , that I am missing. Please let me know.

    RBA GATP check is not getting invoked for Sales order.
    I maintained the configuration settings for 'Rules-Based Availability Check', APO general settings (check mode, check instruction), carried out integrated rule maintenance, Rule determination for the combination of order type & product, associated the check mode to product master. Also maintained all the settings in ECC towards Req class, Req type, checking control etc.
    However, sales order is not invoking RBA Check though it is showing up the 'Rule' icon in the screen. Also, in the APO Availability check in Sales order when I click onto 'check instruction', I get the checking mode that pertains to RBA for business event 'A' (Sales order). Though I have not maintained any stock for the main material for which I have the sales order, yet system is confirming any quantity that I put in.
    I would expect that system would propose the same material in an alternate location where we have stock through RBA.
    Request you to share ideas on this.

    Hi Avijit,
    You should used No Checking Horizon in Checking instructions and also Check your rule control settings.
    What you have defined in 1st and 2nd steps. Check whether product substitution is carried out or Location Substitution.

When I create a new sales order irrespective of referring, in vbbe table i want to insert business document and item no as the sales order no and item no. which is bring created. so i need to change the values of the field values of vbbe table while sales order is generated but after sales order no is generated in the code.

    Check output types in NACE tcode...
    Sample example,
    Goto Transaction NACE --> Select Application V1(Sales) --> Click on Output Types --> Select the output type as BA00 (as generally BA00 is the output type associated with Sales Order ) --> Double click on the Processing Routines folder on the left and it will display the Form name and the corresponding driver programs name.

    I have a scenario whereby I have blocked a customer master record for sales orders and billing using transaction VD05, but it still allows you to create sales orders and post billing documents.
    What is the reason for this?

    there is any transaction code to release the block material(for sales order) with refernce to specific plant.
    i can do in CO06 but we can delete one by one.
    but i want to delete all blocked material form 2008 to till date.

    Actually i have created a numbers of order since 2006 to till date but delivery is still pending.
    because of this material is blocked for specific order and i can not create order for particular material because its block,
    i have around 100 orders.
    i know that we can do through CO06.but i don't want to do one by one.

    i can find this queue "/SAPAPO/CIF_IRQ_REDUCT_INBOUND on outbound queue which is strange and which has caused to stop the standard mcex_update_11_qrfc queue to be stopped!!
    Can anyone pls explain me when this queue is been used in the apo and for what purposes and how it gets triggered!!

    Hi Arpit,
    1. Go to t-code SWO1.
    2. Click Settings -> Delegate.
    3. Delegate the BO YBUS2032 to the BO BUS2032.
    In workflow perform the following steps:
    1. Go to t-code SWDD and open your workflow template.
    2. Go to Basic Data (cap sign button at the top of the screen) or click Ctrl + F8
    3. Go to Start Events tab.
    4. In the Object type enter your BO name BUS2032 (not YBUS2032), in Event of object enter the BO event.
    5. Click on 'B' i.e. Binding Defined, click on generate automatic binding. It would automatically generate the appropriate binding for the workflow. You can also alter the binding as per requirement.
    6. Click on 'C' i.e. Start Condition. A dialog would open, select the appropriate start condition for the workflow. Use the attribute that you created and make the start condition. Check the condition before saving (recommended).
    6. Click on 'A' to Activate the binding and start condition. All 'A', 'B' and 'C' would get green.
    7. Save the changes made and activate your workflow.

    Have you tried with VBAP where sale order details at item level would be stored.
    Moreover, to my knowledge, there won't be any changes as for as pricing is concerned at sale order level but there is at billing level.  Normally, any price increase / decrease would reflect in billing.  So why dont you to table join through SQVI VBAP (for sale order details) and VBRP (for billing details) so that you can compare the selling price in sale order with billing.

    The client wants for some orders to create for the customer with sales order block
    For example customer 100 has sales order block but for sales order type XY00, sales order will be able to be created but for sales order type XY01, it should be able to be created.
    How is it possible?

    Hi,
    For this you can create one sales order block under SPRO-IMG-Sales& Distribution-Sales-sales Documents-Define & assign reasons for blocking.
    Assign this new block to those document types for which you want to block. Remaining document types can be processeed.
    For this in XD05, you have to assign this order block created to the customer master.
    100% it will work . Be happy buddy!!!

  • Update KOMV-KBETR field for sales order and billing

    I would like to update the KOMV-KBETR (condition amount or percentage) under condition tab for both Sales order and billing.
    example:There are two condition types ZA00 and ZB00 and need to get the KBETR value from ZA00 and add it to KBETR value of ZB00 and update the sum in KBER value of ZB00.
    1. creation of sales order & billing.
    2. Change of sales order & billing.
    3. For single & multiple line items in both sales order & billing.
    4. during updation of price in the change mode of sales order & billing.
    5.When user click on Update button in the condition tab(i.e., when clicked on Carryout new pricing)
    I tried with the VOFM routine but as the routine is triggering multiple times the sum is calculated again and again.For that I set flags also.It is working for sales orders but for billing creation the field XKOMV-KBETR is cleared after this routine.
    So I would like to know are there any EXITS for this scenario or any one entountered the similiar issue which I am facing.

       It is an Client requirement.So need to do the addition of that condition types.
    Can you please let me know the configuration point where we can do it and the condition type which we need to update the Rate/Amount value.ie., KOMV-KBETR is and Price list value and not the subtotal one.

    Hi there,
    In VTFL, at item level, there is a field called "Data VBRK/VBRP". Routine 001 & 007 are for invoice split. Those may be relevant for your case.
    In VOFM, select data transfer --> billing docs in the menu bar. It will give you the requirement numbers & their description.
    Select the required routine num & click on Source text (note pad icon) on the above. It will give you the prog / include names.
    For eg for 001 its FV60C001, for 007 its FV60C007.
