Re-assign ticket issue to other user.

Dear support team,
I have a problem related to the Assignee in Help Desk. I want to do Re-assign the ticket to other user, but I don't know how to re-assign or how Admin assign a ticket to a user(In case we did not assign to user when we post the ticket.)

    Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
    Check AirPlay is turned on on the Apple TV (turn it off and on if it already is)
    Check that both devices are on the same network (Settings > Wifi, on the mobile device and Settings > General > Network, on the Apple TV).
    Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
    Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
    Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
    Restart your mobile device.

  • Broadcaster: How do assign BC-setting to other user?

    Hi experts,
    I'd like to change the owner of some BC-Settings.
    Since there seems not to be any prepared function to change the owner,
    I searched for the correct table(s) where the information is stored who's the author/owner of a BC-setting.
    I found some in table RSRD_SETTING but had to realize that changing the OWNER and LASTCHANGEBY-Fields is obviously not the whole trick. The new owner now is able to see the setting in the bc-settings-listing, but as soon as he tries to view and/or edit the details the window stays empty.
    Any hints or ideas where how to change the owner and change-permitted user for a BC-Setting (without giving him administrative permissions to see all BC-settings).

    first of all: Thanks for your reply.
    Firstly, logon with account B and go to IB setting X.
    That would implement that user B is permitted to see settings that user A created.
    But this is imho not the case by default . Normaly end-users only can see their self-created bc-settings.
    Users need administrative privileges to see all user's broadcaster-settings - in other words: The users would need auth-object  S_RS_ADMWB with RSADMWBOBJ = BR_SETTINGS.
    And this shouldn't be the default imho.
    Besides that there should imho be an administrative way (without required end-user activities).

    I found that when I changed the router's channel from "Auto" to a number, the iPhone (running iOS 7.1) stopped recognizing the WiFi.  Putting it back to Auto, and it could then join.  I updated to the latest iOS 7.1.1, and that seemed to fix it -- now running on another channel.  So, my suggestions are either to check your router's channel settings and if it's not Auto, you can try that, or try upgrading iOS.

    In /SAPAPO/AMON1 - Alert Monitor  click on Favourite Management.
    Select the user from Favorites for User and than assign alert profile according to user role.
    Hope you have activated alert in IMG : Alert Monitor->Activate/Deactivate Applications in Alert Monitor.
    Alerts are shown in interactive planning (/SAPAPO/SDP94) but not in alert monitor standalone (/SAPAPO/AMON1): In interactive planning, whatever what selection profile you use to load the data in the planning book, the alerts are found since the system considers just the data as loaded in the planning book. However, in alert monitor standalone, the selection id defined in the alert profile plays a big role. The alerts will be shown depending on the objects defined in the selection id and the aggregation level defined in the job when generating the DB alerts. For instance, in case of resource, it is strictly necessary to use a selection id that has resources only. If the selection id contains also locations for instance, the system tries to find alerts linked to the location resource for which for which there are none because the alerts are on the resource level only.
    Alerts are generated but cannot be displayed in ALV grid: Check if there is a filter criterium in the layout which doesn't match with the existing alerts.
    By scheduling the program /SAPAPO/READ_ALERTS_BATCH , you can determine and save dynamic & existing DB  alert situations.
    Configuring Overall Profiles for Alert Determination in the Background  to use above program to generate alert.

    I am trying to assign a task to another user through AdminUI.
    While searching for users, I am supposed to provide case-sensitive search text to find actual users.
    In previous installations it is not a problem. i.e only in production it happens.
    Is there any place to modify this settings?

    thanks for the reply, you are right as per the audit .But suppose if it is for 200 users ,creating 200 CUP requests will be impractical right.
    there should be some solution for this , because there will be many situations practically where we have to assign roles to N number of users.
    Is this possible in GRC 10 ? any idea ?

  • Permissions issues on views referencing other users [solved]

    I've hit a (for me) unexplainable problem;
    Situation:
    - Table T in schema A
    - View V in schema B, referencing the table T from schema A (B has SELECT/REFERENCES privileges on table T)
    - User C gets ORA-01031 when trying to SELECT from view V (C has SELECT/REFERENCES privileges on V and T)
    In my eyes, user C has more privileges than needed to get the results from view V. Nevertheless, Oracle thinks he has insufficient privileges.
    Anyone catches what I'm missing or bumped into the same issue?

    A wouldn't give access WITH GRANT OPTION to B if B wasn't trusted to
    propagate to other users, but what if he isn't?
    I'm not saying WITH GRANT OPTION is bad, it's actually very useful in
    probably 99% of the cases. I just don't know why it's enforced to be used.I'm not understanding what you're not understanding.
    When A grants SELECT on a table to B what they are granting is permission for B and B only to see that data. If B wants a third user C to view A's data there are two options:
    (1) B asks A to explictly grant SELECT to C
    (2) B asks A to grant them SELECT WITH GRANT OPTION
    It doesn't matter whether B wants C to have direct access to A's table or to mediate it through a view of their own, B cannot grant privilege's on A's data to anybody else unless A approves it.
    The advantage of granting SELECT WITH GRANT OPTION to B is that A doesn't have to bother issuing lots of grants to people B wants to share with. The downside is that B has to be trusted. If B turns out to be untrustworthy then REVOKE SELECT FROM B must withdraw access not only from B but from every other user who was granted by B.
    Note that even if A has grant SELECT to C, if A revokes SELECT WITH GRANT OPTION from B than C will not be able to use B's view on A's table either though C can directly select the data from A's table....

But I would be very surprised if your production system was broken in the way you describe. More likely is that there is some missing part of the jigsaw.   • Accessing Work Items assigned to other users from end user page

    Hello Experts,
    We are using Sun IDM 6.0 SP1 at our client place. Most of the applications integrated with IDM are manually provisioned, in the sense, once after all the necessary approvals are received the request will be assigned to a group of provisioners, they will manually connect to the requested application and create the account in native system. There are more than 100 such provisioners in the organization.
    Current design is to assign a work item to all the provisioners (like Multi approval) and once a provisioner assigns the request to himself then the corresponding work item will be taken out from other provisioners approval queue. These provisioners login to end user page of Sun IDM to access their approval queue as only the end user page is SSO enabled.
    Because of the large number of requests in the system (more than 50k) and each request having 100 work items, the number of work items in the system is huge and thus the performance of the system is very poor so we are working to change the design to bring down the number of work items in the system.
    Customer is not convinced to have a dedicated person who can get all these work items in his queue and assign it to the appropriate provisioner, they are looking to have a solution something similar to the current one in which all the provisioner can see all the requests in the system and they can pick from it and assign to them.
    So we are thinking to create a generic id in the system and assign all the work items to that id, and make changes to the “end user work items list” file so that all the provisioner can see the work items that are assigned to them as well as that generic id.
    But for some reason I’m not getting the work items assigned to other users in the end users page. I have tried assigning all the capabilities to logged in user and tried some code changes in “end user work item list” page.
    Please share if you have any sample code which can list the work items assigned to other users in end user page. Also please let me know if there is any better alternate to this problem.

    There is a option to find and get other user's workitems. Please check the attestation and remediation tab. Use the form portion from attestation page and add it in the Work item list form. This will enable to the user to search for another user's workiteams and assign it to him/her manually. (The user needs to be assigned proper admin rights)
    To get all the workitems, in the system, you will need to query the repository for all the workitems.... but not sure it will be a good idea in your case as the volume is very high.

    field.
    I have tried it both by Propertyname and PropertyID. Although new custom property's canbe
    added but to change an existing one like 'Owner' ? Would this be the right method.
    2. And Is ProprertyID a fixed value as 0x811f or does it need to be calculated.
    3. Is 'Owner' the right propertname for assigning a task ?

    I have created 4 users (User1, User2, User3, User4) and 2 groups (Group1 and Group2)
    User1 is the Group1 owner and User2 is a member of Group1
    User3 is the Group2 owner and User4 is a member of Group2
    I have made both groups private.
    I have given User2 manage privilege on a portal page and have logged in as User2 and edited the page.
    When User2 tries to Grant access to the page, they can see all the users in the OID ie User1, User3, User4, Portal etc
    My thoughts were that User2 would only be able to grant access to other users in his group(s).
    Basically, I want to be able to control which users a user can grant access to on a page. Is this possible?

    I am new to using EWS managed APIs.
    Following is the issue:
    1. I am using a service account e.g. [email protected]. This user is a global administrator and also has ApplicationImpersonation role assigned. (Sign into Online Office 365 account -> Admin -> select "Exchange" tab- > select Permissions
    on the left panel -> create an impersonation role -> assign ApplicationImpersonation in Roles: and [email protected] in Members: -> Click on save)
    2. Create a calendar item by other user for e.g. [email protected], and invite an attendee - [email protected].
    3. In a c# program, I connect to EWS service using a service account - [email protected], fetch its calendar events. If organizer of an event is some other user - [email protected] then

    When your connecting to [email protected] mailbox the only user that can make changes to items within
    abccalendar is abc (or ABC's delegates). If your impersonating the Organizer of the appointment pqr that wouldn't work unless the organizer had rights to abc's calendar. If you want to make updates to a calendar
    appointment like that you should connect to the Organizers mailbox first update the original, send updates and then accept the updates.
    When you impersonate your impersonating the security context of the Mailbox your impersonating so its the same a logging on as that user in OWA or Outlook.

    One of the HR user , he can run payroll on particular site ,
    i have assigned Org key of site to master data on the particular role .
    User tried to run payroll using pa30 with personnel no (one of store user) .
    but system is not take any value and its not showing any error also .
    For example pls check below detail i have tried my user id and system has shows below details of the user (below details is one of the store user ).

  • Data Uploads done with one User Id not visible to other users in SPM

    Hi,
    Data uploads were successfully carried out by one of the SPM users. However, other users (with different user id) are not able to see anything in the Data Upload Summary screen.
    Is there a restriction on the visibility of Data Upload Summary for data uploads carried out with one User id to other users in SPM? A similar behaviour is observed for other screens within the Data upload workbench.
    Incase this is not the expected behaviour, it would be great if you could please provide pointers to possible reasons for this.
    Just for your information, all users have been granted same privileges in the SPM application.

    No this is not the expected behavior. We have seen this issue for other customers in the past but the reason has always turned out to be role related.
    Can you ensure that the required SPM roles are assigned to the user who do not see the DM data both in ABAP as well as portal.
