I gave my daughter credit on the 22/12/14 which has not gone through to her mobile number even though my online banking account shows it was debited that day from my account. This is the second time in recent weeks this has happened. What is going on here? MsM

Amount is not coming into the Invoice for Warranty Order which is Free of Charge.
This amount is not going to Customers debtor A/C, means there is no any A/C posting for this specific Amount because this is free of charge Sale (Warranty Order).
This is required by A/C department to put Value in to the Invoice to show so Transporter can carry the material as 0 value material is unable to Transport.
Please provide solution.

Because you are not billing to customer the net amount is zero-
You can do like bill the component as regular item and give credit note against it.
or else create seperate billing output type assign this to proforma invoice- print the cost of item by pulling it in new smart form.
(this is not very good idea because , customer knows the actual cost of the item)

Delta changes in R/3 sales document are not coming into CRM

Hi Middleware experts,
We are on CRM 5.0 SP 005 with ECC 5.0 SP 007 and using the scenario X for sales documents replication.
Now the order is created in CRM and successfully transfered to R/3. I can see 3 Bdocs in SMW01 with green lights. First Bdoc says 'R/3 adapter is called', second Bdoc says 'the order is successfully saved' and displays a warning 'The sales document is not yet complete: Edit data' and third Bdoc has no messages. Also I do not see any struck queues in CRM and in R/3
I am able to edit the sales document in both the systems as per the scenario X. Now I have completed and saved the document in R/3. Surprisingly these changes are not coming into CRM and no new entries in SMW01. Also R/3 SMQ1 and CRM SmQ2 doesn't show any entries. I am also not able to debug, since I do not see any Bdocs in SMW01.
Now, if I changes the document in CRM and these changes are coming into R/3.
Also all documents created in R/3 are successfully going into CRM including delta changes in R/3.
I do not have any clue on what is happening? Highly appreciated, if you can help me.

Hi PK,
In R3AC1 only we put the filter. So if you do not have any other filter then make sure that you are changing the order which was created not before the date mentioned.
I would recommend you to just deregister the CRM system in R/3 Transaction SMQS and do some changes in the orders and check any queues are getting created corresponding to that order, If yes that means filter is not an issue. Then debug the queue and find the exact problem. Also make sure that the order you are changing in R/3 is of the same order type what you have mentioned in the filter.
Make sure to registor back the CRM other wise all the queues will get stuck in R/3 outbound.

But without the specifications defined by your ISP no one can tell you any more specific details. They should have a web page somewhere (or call them) that supplies all the relevant information:
Incoming (pop) mail server
mail login user name and password
pop port
ssl requirements
authentication type (password?)
Outgoing (smtp) mail server
smtp port
ssl requirements
authentication type (password?)

Only sales contracts(VA43) not coming ito the KE24
But whenever we created the sales order with reference to the sales contracts then that time its appearing into the ke24
why only sales contracts(do not having the Sales orders) not coming into the KE24

Contaract is not standard charactor in co-pa thats y only contract it won be appear in the ke 24 report . if you are using contract with reference to sales order when you are doing the billing system it will take both sale order and coanaract fields it will update in co-pa .
If you want to take contaract in to co-pa without sales order u have to create charactor strics dervation rule in KEDR transaction then it will update in copa .

I am having problem with my N79 handphone....
It seem after taking photo, the photo wont save into the phone. I try to check all the setting and didnt see any abnormality. Already restart my phone and remove and insert back my memory card..but still problem wont solve...

Why audio books are not coming into itunes

generally I download 2 books a month from audible.com, after download from audible site, they pop into itunes and i transfer them to an ipod. Even though audible show them as downloaded and my mac download window shows them as downloaded, they are not in itunes nor if i use search can i find them on my computer, Anyone have a suggestion for obtaining the books in the usual manner. thanks joanlvh

These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here.
Audiobooks (and ringtones) are currently a one-time only download. I believe that they are all supplied to Apple by audible.com, so I assume that it's them who are requiring the one-time only download restriction. To get it onto your other devices you will need to sync it via a computer. Depending upon what country that you are in, Audible.com have their own app (Audiobooks from Audible) so you might be able to buy direct from them, though I don't know whether you can buy within their app or download audiobooks directly from them within the app e.g. whether they need to be copied via a computer.

My mail activity says I have messages that are being received but they do not seem make it into my inbox. I can access the emails as they are redirected via my pop account, but its a pain.
Does anyone know why messages would suddenly stop arriving?
I am a complete beginner, but I set it up 2 years ago and its been fine till now.

Hi SOLVED IT !!
In Mail, i clicked on the gear wheel icon - bottom left of Mail window, clicked on Get Account Info - then on Messages on Server - there were titles of all messages I'd seen on mail2web.com but not downloaded to my Inbox in Mail.
Noticed that there was a message with no title and Sender Unknown, it was 25MB !!! Deleted it, and all fine now !!! Hope this works for you. Not sure if Mail didnt like one mega message or if the Inbox was at capacity - do have 1800 messages in there - its my memory box !! good luck Chris

External Mail Flow not coming into Exchange 2013 Server

We just finished migrating from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 and when I disable a certain receive connector on Exchange 2007 we stop receiving external emails. I have reviewed all of the Exchange 2013 Receive Connectors and everything looks to be fine
but the server does not get mail flow. If anyone could assist with this issue that would be great.

According to your description, all your inbound mails cannot be received in your Exchange 2013 server after you disable a receive connector in your Exchange 2007 server. If I misunderstand your meaning, please feel free to let me know.
If yes, since your MX record has been configured properly for your Exchange 2013 server, we can begin with checking the A record for the Exchange 2013 server and confirm if all external mails cannot come in your organization. And we can depend on the following
troubleshooting to narrow down the mail flow issue:
1. Check the NDR information if there is NDR.
2. Check Telnet to test the mail flow:

Weights are not coming into order correctly

Hi gurus,
When entering a standard order for a material XYZ with ref to a Qty contract the weights change if there is more than one line entered. On the first line 500 pcs has a weight of .530 and on the second line 500 pcs has a weight of .930...
For ur info...In Mat.master Base unit is EA and Net&Gross wt is .001LB
And the qty contract created for qty 14000EA .
I don't understand the logic behind this..Appreciate if u can throw some light on this issue...

In MMR if base unit of measure is EA and Net & gross wt is .001LB then system must be rounding before 0.50 or more than 0.50 in decimals. Also check the base unit of measure data wheather any rounding has been maintained or not. Also check in the pricing procedure wheather any Rounding condition type has been maintained or not to round the decimals near to the less or more 0.50 points

Internal order not coming into PR

Dear SAP gurus,
We have a scenario where asset is bought using a budget in internal order. We have set the internal order as statistic only, and we have assigned the IO to the asset number. Then we input the asset number in the PR, we expect that the internal number should follow as well. But it is not, thus only asset inputted there. This is not acceptable as if this is the case, then this PR would not consume the budget in the internal order.
I know for sure that SAP should be able to derive the internal order as I have seen this done in my previous project. Can anyone of you share what need to be done to make sure that the IO follows as well?

Hi John,
Please check the following points:-
Asset recon account is made as a statistical cost element or not.
In the asset recon account, check if the field status group allows Internal order field as optional.
The internal order is assigned as investment order in the origin tab of Asset master data.
The Internal order master data is categorized as "Investment" in the object class.
Check configuration settings in transaction code "ACSET", whether EAUFN- Investment Order is allowed for all transactions.

Subtotal value in sales order not coming into the net value field.

Dear Gurus,
I am entering two manual conditions in sales order and the total of the two conditions is taking into subtotal step. I want to show that subtotal value into Net Value field(i.e. avilable in the conditions tab).
I tried number of combinations.
Please help.

As taking two pricing conditions, system is deactivating one condition. That's why the net value is considering one pricing condition only.
to make both active, one pricing condition and the other condition as surcharge with positive value.

Guitar not coming into mac or garageband?!

I'm 10.7 Power Mac tower.
I have an electric guitar 1/4 to mini into the back of my mac.
Yes, checked that it's going into the input jack.
System preferences has Built-In Line In checked.
But there's no audio levels.
Any trouble shooting ideas?

Check in your "System Preferences > Sound" if your input level slider is turned up and if you see a signal on the meter below when you play your guitar. If that is the case then you know that the signal will reach GarageBand if you selected that Input.
