It is a brilliant move on Verizon's part - brilliant if the never want a customer to return. I've been a loyal customer for many years, but when I switched, not only was the guy I had given lots of sales over the years to in the mall a jerk to me when I asked for my account number, but when I tried to get a copy of my disconnected bill, it won't let you access it. Yes, you can, if you can find your flipping account number, pay your disconnected bill online. However, you will never find a copy of your bill. Why? Verizon wants to punish leaving customers so they can't get their ETF's paid by another company. This reminds me of the horrible AT&T days where they got so big they started treating everybody like crap. Blockbuster did the same thing. It will come back to haunt Verizon as everybody I know is fleeing their service. I give them credit, their phone service is superior in quality, but I will never go back because of the way I've been treated as I try to leave for a better deal since I am having financial difficulties this year. I might would have come back but not now. On top of that, they have a trick where they won't port out one number of the set you are trying to port. When you finally get through on the line to get it shut off, they tell you they can't turn it off until the next billing cycle. So though I shut off all the phones but one - one week into the billing cycle, I got charged for ALL 5 phones for the entire month. This because they insisted they couldn't shut off that final $20 per month phone. After three dropped calls that took me 20 minutes each to get through to a live person, they then told me they could have shut it off and their employee told me wrong. They said they'd send it for "Review" after which - you guessed it - I'm supposed to "Call back" - an act of God and congress and taking a day off work so I can keep trying and keep sitting on hold forever later.... I'll let you know what happens. I'm telling everyone I know, like I did with AT&T to NEVER do business with them. They used to be great, until they got big. So if anybody finds some way to get their final bill, I'd love to know because I've spent hours on the phone and online trying.

Did you not get the final copy of the bill in the mail via United States Postal Service?
What about older bills? Did you keep any paper copies? Download a PDF copy of the electronic bill at some point?

Go to Solution.Can't help you sorry Annew, but quick as you can edit out the email address in your post.( Log in, find your post and click Options at top right and you'll see Edit, click that,delete the email address in your post and click Save or Post - I forget which).
Forums such as this get scanned by bots looking for emails to harvest for Vigraria and other spam emails, and your email address is vulnerable. Best to ask a Mod to help you, or just wait here for a helfpful soul, because answers on forums and newsgroups are good to be seen by all, because other people lurk and find answers to the same problem,or similar. If you have to post emails addresses, use a disposable address in the mydisposableaddress-forums AT BTthingy DOT com format. Log into your BTYahoo page, go to Mail, Options (top right - I use Classic View) then click Spam in left column, then Set up a Disposable address at bottom of main page , and a new page should open.

Still unable to access online billing and no respo...
Registered for online billing at the end of February, then when all the new improvements to the website happened was unable to view the bill. Have phoned, emailed and generally been given the run around by BT over the week. Then suddenly last Thursday was able to access online bill - great. Then checked on Sunday afternoon and again same problem no access with the same old error message. Sent email to [email protected] and no reply so that's over 48 hours.
So anybody at BT able to help, because I'm really impressed that it's taking almost over a fortnight to restore access to billing. These improvements on this website are an absolute shambles, and in the error message don't direct people to call 0800 800 152 if nobody knows anything about how to deal with this issue.
Seeing the feedback on this forum that others are suffering from the same problem a sticky from BT acknowledging the issue and how to report this should be on the top of the forum at the very least.
One BT customer seriously unimpressed.

As of 4:00pm on Sunday 7th March I am again unable to access my BT
account using my BToneID [email protected]. This was fixed on

I would like for this issue to be resolved and access restored. I don't
require flashy animated graphics, interactive web pages or the latest
service being splashed across the front page - I want access to my on
line billing! If BT are unable to restore this access for a length of
two days then a manager must contact me on (removed) during the day. I
wish to discuss this matter further as trying to contact anybody with
knowledge of how to resolve this issue using 0800 800 152 is impossible
and I feel should be escalated further.
I am not happy with the way that BT has dealt with this issue which is
clearly from "improvements" that have been made to the site.
Nathaniel GossSo after another forty minute call - insisted that the call was escalated - got a manager who understood what I was telling them and was aware of the technical situation. Put me on hold and then deleted the BToneID (I found out by the email that I received whilst on hold)without warning me, then after being on hold for ten minutes the line went disconnected.
Created new BToneID and am now able to see bill and check calling charges.
Waiting to see how long I am able to access this account before BT "improves" the website yet again.
Seriously unimpressed with the way BT have dealt with this issue. -
I receive my bill alerts via email and don't have record of my Fios account number. My security question was set relating to my spouse (of which I have none) and now I can't access my account to pay bills. I'm using the same computer to pay my Verizon bill that I've been using for two years so I don't know why a security question was required (says it's because my computer isn't registered). I'm assuming it's a new security measure set up by Verizon but now I'm afraid I'll have a late payment on my record if this doesn't get resolved. What to do??
I've been having the same problem since Tuesday. I log in to my account to watch Verizon online DAILY and all of a sudden it says that I'm locked out of my account. My security question is about a spouse, which I don't have one (and never had). I was just on the phone with customer service for 20 minutes and they said without the answer to the question they can't validate my account. I have a home phone (that's not connected) so I have that number but can't check the messages since an actual phone doesn't exist. Customer Service said my username didn't trigger anything and neither did my cell number which should be my contact number. I also don't have access to my account number because I do paperless. It's been very frustrating and at the end of the call they told me there was nothing they can do. Luckily I do automatic payment so I don't have to worry about being late on my bill but being permanently locked out of my account is frustrating.

Unable to set up Online Billing
I can't activate my billing. It doesn't like my Account Number. My account number starts with GB. I think that's the problem. Maybe?
I've tried chatting to the online help person - who agreed it was the correct number (as the account matches my name/address) and also agreed it doesn't work.
I've tried emailing BT about this using the contact form - but even the form doesn't like account numbers that start with GB and after writing a long paragraph and hitting Send I found it wouldn't send until I made up some other account number it found acceptable. Perhaps that's why I never got a reply?
Prehaps I should write in?
Meanwhile I keep getting email reminder telling me...

we currently implementing an Office App for MS Word which access SharePoint list and get data from lists. Our aim is any user can get this app from Office App store and enter their SharePoint URL and browse their own SharePoint lists and use those. When
I was checking mechanisms which you used to access SharePoint, in some of them have used ClientId and Client Secret to authenticate with SharePoint. I have following questions.
1.If I want to sell my app using Office app store where can I get those clientId and client secret which is used to get the access tokens.
2.Is it possible to create SharePoint app and publish it to SharePoint app store and get clientId and client secret and use it when accessing through office. So users first download our SharePoint app install it to their SharePoint environment then get out

Migrate Inplace Custom Timer Job to Online

I am pretty new in SharePoint Online, we have planned to migrate all SharePoint 2010 In-place contents to SharePoint Online. We have few timer jobs deployed in our farm and do not have access to Online servers to migrate custom timer jobs.
Hence what should be the best strategy to migrate these?

Also please help me with the password policy settings.Check if when you close your app, the programm really exits.
When you close your main frame, the VM must be stopped (setDefaultCloseOperation(JFrame.EXIT_ON_CLOSE) or add System.exit(0) in the method windowClosing(...) of your window listener).

Problem viewing online bills etc
I am having problems viewing my online account - for the the last two weeks I have been unable to view any of my details - the webpage says "thankyou for registering blah blah your billing details will be available in 3 days"
I have called up and spoke to someone who said "yes, we are aware of the problem - keep checking back and all will be resolved" it hasn't been and now I have had an email telling me my latest bill is available - but I cannot get access because of the above problem - please can someone advise...............

Sales office authorization check in customer master,Sale order and billing

We need to restrict authorization for customer master, sale order and billing based on sales office.
Can somebody guide me how to activate this ? Has anyone of you have successfully done that?

User authorization is within Basis expertise, but if you want to get some feel for what authorization objects are take a look at trans SUIM. But basically how it works is for a given transaction the level of check is specified -- in this case Sales Office. Based on values stored in that field the user is allowed or not allowed transaction access.
So you determine whatever the needed matrix is for authorization restriction (i.e. user A can access Sales Office xxx, user B can access Sales Office yyy & so on). Also give Basis the transaction codes to restrict, along w/the technical table/field for each (like from customer master - KNVV-VKBUR, from sales doc level VBAK-VKBUR). Basis sets up the authorization object w/assignments to the users accordingly.
This is standard SAP & your Basis support should be familiar with it. Good luck. -
How do I access my online Palm account?
I need to change the credit card number in my Palm account because my other one expired. I do not see a link anywhere on Palm's web site to access my online account to do this. I know I set it up and even have my password, just don't know the url for it.
I would think Palm would just have a link on here somewhere to "Login". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!Hello and welcome to the forums;
Changing your credit card on file for the App Catalog is done through the device, the same way it was initially added. Open the app catalog, and tap on Preferences & Accounts. The top box is the Account box, tap on it, enter your Palm Profile password, and tap Continue.
From the next screen, change or update any new information, tap Submit, and that's it.

I can no longer access my online banking account in firefox
I can no longer access my online bank account in firefox, although I can in IE. I can get through the login ID and security question, but when I type in my password and click on login, it consistently tells me I have the wrong password. I have no trouble logging in with IE. I have deleted my history completely, deleted the sqlite files from my profile, and done everything else I can find in the support area with no results. I have been able to access this website for years in firefox, and all of a sudden today I cannot. I called the bank and they even reset my password and tested firefox on their end and said they have no problems with it. I have not installed any new addons. I disabled firefox preloader. Any suggestions?
I see you are using LastPass. Could that add-on be interfering with your login?? You could try disabling it temporarily under Tools > Add-ons to test that theory.
