There are quite a few different types of Beats headphones, and it’s understandable that you’d want to try another pair to see if it better fits your needs. Best Buy offers a Return & Exchange Policy for this exact reason, and I’ll happily advise further.
Neihn is spot on here. Per our Return & Exchange Policy, seen here, customers have up to 15 days to return or exchange all eligible products. My Best Buy Elite and Elite Plus members receive an extension to this policy of 30 and 45 days respectively. As long as you’re within the eligibility timeframe, I would head into a store and talk to customer service. Please be sure to bring your original receipt or order number if it was a BestBuy.com purchase, and also bring an acceptable form of identification, such as your driver’s license. A list of all acceptable forms of identification can also be seen at the link above.

If you purchased your iPad from the Apple Store within the last fourteen calendar days, then you can return it. If it was longer ago than that, then no, you cannot do a return. If you purchased from another dealer, that dealer's return policy if any would apply.

Apple will repair or replace at its discretions, parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship.
You will have to discuss whether your history warrants a complete replacement with the folks at the Genius Bar.
I do not speak for Apple, but it sounds to me like you have been unlucky, but not unlucky enough (or have spent so much time with your MacBook in the shop) to warrant a complete replacement.
You have not provided any details of what the faults were or what was replaced. If they replaced the motherboard, you already got a new computer -- because everything except the drive and the display is on that board.

My brand new MBA 2011 13' is having squaking sound, can i exchange for a new one?

How can i exchange for the new design

Last year my sister purchased a ipod shuffle 3rd gen, for my 10 yr old daughter. She bought it from Target and spent $145.00 at that time. Shortly there after i became aware apple had replace this 3rd gen shuffle with a new design. One that is more user friendly, especially for my 10 yr old. I have to say we have been very disappoint with her ipod for several reasons.
1. there is no face so you cant see what your doing
2. you must memorize the amount of clicks in order to operate it.
3. we have only been able to upload new music to her ipod once since she got it a year ago. Even with online tech support,reading online forums,owner manuals, help from family and friends. To no avail.
She has it still in the box neatly packed away. Its used as a show piece on her dresser to show that she has an (ipod). Neadless to say she does not use it,does not like it mainly because there is no display panel which make it very difficult for her to function.
So how can i exchange/replace the old design ipod shuffle generation 3 for the new design.

My wife and I bought new iPhones 3Gs on monday to replace our originals.
I have had nothing but troubles.
The first unit, the hold button broke and retreated into the shell - they exchanged it.
The second unit, the screen is WAY too yellow, ever after the update. Also, I have not been receiving calls. I went to genius and talked to AT&T, they say everything is working fine. Missing calls is not happening while in the stores. Keep saying let us know if I keep having issues, etc. I think the phone is a lemon, my wife's 3G phone is perfect.
I work as a freelancer and my phone is my lifeline...I need a fix.
If i go back to the Apple store, and pay the restocking fee, can I just exchange for a brand new phone? The 30 bucks is worth potentially solving this problem.

Even if someone were to give you an answer to this, The Apple Store would have to agree in order for it to actually happen.
It's probably best to give the Apple Store a call.
Hopefully someone has actually tried this and can give you an actual answer, but barring that you'll have to ask Apple.

You should try to return from where you bought it. Someone (who bought the old 'new ipad more than 14 days but fewer than thirty days ago) posted the other day that in NYC the Fifth Ave. Apple store would not honor the exchange but the Upper West Side store (less than a mile away) did exchange it.
Two days ago, a Best Buy was still selling the 'new' ipad at regular prices. I thought their return policy was/is 14 days, but I checked and it's actually thirty days (see website.) There was no specification that it was different for ipads or other electronics.
And if I were you, I would take your product (with all the peripherals it came with) and receipt and bring it in. Ask to speak to a manager. It's easy to say 'no' over the phone - one less disgruntled ipad owner to deal with.
DO IT ASAP!
One thing Apple needs to do is get all their retail stores to participate!

Does the apple warranty on my iphone cover me if my charger stops working? Can i exchange for a new one for free?

My charger has developed one of those wrinkles near the plug and only works if I hold it a certain way and push it in weird. I want a new charger from Apple but don't want to pay for it. I bought a warranty along with my iPhone 5s and the worker said I would get a free phone if I broke mine since I had a warranty, he also said something about a new charger. Can I take my broken one into the store and trade it in for a new one for free since I have the warranty?

You can use the app on the iPad assuming that you have the required iOS on the iPad. It will be in the native iPhone screen size - half size on the iPad. You can enlarge it by tapping on a 2X in the bottom right corner, but it will be pixelated and low resolution. But it will work.
You cannot exchange apps and the terms of the Apple stores are that all sales are final. But you can always try if you want to do so.

I bought a 16GB iPhone 4 on Sept 20, can I exchange for a 16 GB 4S? I have my 30-day exchange period ending on Oct. 20 but I'm worried all the 4S phones will be backordered. Will I be able to reserve one and still get my free exchange?
I paid $199 and used my upgrade for the AT&T iPhone 4 when my last phone broke last month.

I Bought the iPhone 5s just two weeks ago at the Apple shop in Gateshead ... I particularly asked if there would be a reduction in price for the 5s, when the iPhone 6 came out and was told definatly NO !!!! Checking Apple website today I find the 6 is actually cheaper than than what I paid for the iPhone 5s , and that the iPhone 5s now has a huge reduction !!! i am disgusted at this ...the information I received was not correct and I could have waited 2 weeks and bought the new one, or the 5s at a reduced price .....
