Hope you have a separate action for promotion.
In that case
Suppose 'PR' is the action for Promotion, Then Select data from IT0000 where action = 'PR'
1. Employee Number --> IT0000-PERNR
2. Promotion Date --> IT0000-BEGDA.
Select data from IT0001 where pernr = IT0000-pernr
3. Employee Name --> IT0001-ENAME
If you don't have an action for this and then let us know the case.

For warehouse negative stock by location you can use LL01. for others i don't remember that we have any SAP standard report available

You can get the list of POs with GR in ME 2L/M etc with selection parameters WE102 .Also in SE16N browse the table EKBE with Trans./ev. type as 1(Goods Receipt) and give a date range as per requirement.This will generate the list of POs with GR .

I am BI 7.0 Platform with Support Patch 20.
I need the Log Report for the Data which i am uploading from SAP R/3.
I extract the DATA from R/3 into BI 7.0 DSO where I am mapping the GL Accounts with the FS Item. In the Transformation i have return a routine on the FS Item InfObject . I am checking the Gl code into Z table for the FS Item .
I capture the FS item from the Z table then update this FS item to Infobject FS item.
Now i need to stop the Data upload if i do not find the GL code in the Z table, and generate report for all GL code for which the FS item is not maintained in the Z table.
Please suggest.

Hi.
Add a field that you will use to identify if the GL account of the record was found in the Z table or not. Fx, create ZFOUND with length 1 and no text.
In your routine, when you do the lookup, populate ZFOUND with X when you found a match (sy-subrc = 0) and leave it blank if you don't find a match. Now create a report filtering on ZFOUND = <blank> and output the GL accounts. Those will be the ones not existing in the Z table, but coming in from your transactions.

Need SAP BW AR Aging Report with R/3 Aging Report Should Match

Could you please let me know SAP Delivered AR Aging Report on BW Side should match with SAP R/3 AR Aging Report for a given Customer.
When I ran the report on BW Side I am able to match the report values with InfoProvider Values and also with RSA3 Extractor (0FI_AR_4).
But when i tried to compare BW report with ECC Report values are not Matching at a given Customer Number.
Please explain the best practice to match the values of BW Standard Aging report with ECC standard AR aging report.

I m running the report in ECC using s_alr_87016128 tcode.
Still I m getting the amount difference.
I have checked at customer level with company code and Key date.
Can i get inputs on these.

When ever the data is refereshed in targets that will be reflected in reports provided if you dont have any aggreagates...if you have then you need to do rollup activity..

Need help to display geo-characteristics on a map in SAP BW report

Hello all,
Currently I am struggling to display plants on a map of Germany in a SAP BW report, using dynamic geo-characteristics in SAP BW. We do not have the ESRI software ArcView (my superior does not want to buy it), so I have to be successful without it.
The actual situation now is as follows: For the map of Germany I use shape g_stat00.shp. In g_stat00.dbf in column SAPBWKEY there are the values DE/01, DE/02 DE/16. SAP-help tells me that 0POSTCD_GIS is used as attribute for the dynamic geo-characteristic plant. In the master data table of 0POSTCD_GIS the following data is present: ZIP-code, geographical longitude and latitude. To correctly display the map of Germany in a SAP BW report I include the characteristic 0COUNTRY in the rows of my query. Well, I see this map in my report.
But the following problems remain and I have no clue how to proceed:
- I do not see the individual states of Germany on the map, just the federal republic in total. What must I do to see the individual states?
- How can the plants of our company be displayed on the map? As soon as I include 0PLANT together with 0COUNTRY in my query I do not see the map any more!
SAP helpt tells me in the context of interactions with maps that the following preliminaries must be fulfilled: In the HTML code of the web template the following lines of code must be adapted to individual system requirements:
Example:
<param name=IMAGEMAP_PATTERN value=FILTER_VAL>
<param name=INFLUENCED_DP_1 value=Revenue Cockpit>.
What do these parameters mean??? What values are required here?

Need to find All Custom Reports which are based on SAP standard reports

Hi Specialists,
I would like to find out all the customized reports which are a copy of SAP standard reports in the client's system.
For Eg. RPCP11G0 is the SAP standard report which has been customized & it's code has been re-written into a Custom report i.e. ZGBPPYMP001_P11D.
I would like to know all such occurences in the system.
Steps already done:
1) Tried searching with RPR_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN & RS_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN.

it's only possible with an tool-program
when your developers have not change the line with the REPORT-command.
e.g.
standard-report is RAGITT01
copy is ZC_RAGITT01 or sth like this
but report line is unchanged in copy: "REPORT RAGITT01 MESSAGE-ID AB..."
solution:
select all reports from TRDIR/TADIR from your Z/Y-device classes
and analyse the reports with
read report ZC_RAGITT01 into wa.
and use find for searching 'report-command'.
and check whether the result of that finding is an standard abap

SAP BO Report Scheduling and Save as report using Java SDK

Hi All,
We have a java product which is integrated with SAP BO using Java SDK and we have certain java screen through which we select report prompt values and webi report gets run.
Now we want to give a functionality to save report to BO repository.
When user select certain check box from java screen a separate copy of the webi report should get saved under default folder on BO repository.
Also, we want user to choose the scheduling option from java screen only (and not the one which we use from BI Launchpad) due to certain access restriction. User does not have access to BI Launchpad. Only he can run report by selecting values through Java screen.
If i need to create a separate screen for scheduling as well as saving webi report then also i am ok with it.
P.S. i guess we need to work on Java SDK level. But could somebody please help me with the right direction?

As you are on version BI 4.0 SP5 and would be migrating to BI 4.1, the best SDKs to use would be the Restful Webservices SDKs.
You have the options to schedule a webi report with prompts as well as the save feature which you require.

Unable to change language for SAP BW Report Iview

Dear all
We are currently rolling out BW Web Templates can be displayed in both EN and MS languages. The language can be changed via the URL that we display, e.g.
For English Language:

For Malay Language :
http://<hostname>:<port>/sap/bw/BEx?SAP-LANGUAGE=7&cmd=ldoc&template_id=ZTEST
We have published these templates into Ent. Portal 6 using SAP BW Report Iview, but unfortunately we cannot view the report in the Malay language (SAP-LANGUAGE=7), even though we have inserted the command SAP-LANGUAGE=7 in the SAP BW Report Iview query string. All the reports, although defaulted to SAP-LANGUAGE=7 displays in English. We also tried to set the language settings for the Iview, but there are no language 7 or MS in the Iview. It can only be defaulted to the Portals language, which is English.
Note that the reports can be viewed in the different languages if we using the URL separately outside of Portal, and also within BW Bex Analyzer itself. Only the Portal doesnt allow us to view the reports in MS language.
Can someone help us on this matter? All helps really appreciated. Thanks a lot.

That's a bit odd indeed. If I understand your question correctly, you do get the BW reports in the correct language (either English or Malay) using the url's in your post but not when using them within a standard BW report iView?
The language setting for the iView has, unfortunately, nothing to do with the language for the content itself but can you tell me what the requested URL is for both Reports?
The BW Report iView is based on the Application Integration Component that generates the URL based on the paramaters you provide in the BW report iView.The following template is being used: <iView[PORTAl_URL]>?System=<System[url_Encode]>&Report=<Report>&DynamicParameter=<DynamicParameter[url_Encode]>. I could be that the generation of the URL fails due to the 7 (don't know why, just a gut feeling because it's the only thing that's different between those urls). You could try to use create an iView based on the Application Integrator instead (some more control over the URL template) but first you need to check whether the URL generated by the iView is correct.
