Really frustrated with bridge cc freezing continuously

I have been through the forums and have done everything from uninstalling and reinstalling, purging cache, reseting preferences, updating graphics software and so on but I cannot get bridge to work without it continuously freezing.  I had no problems with bridge before installing the cc version.  Would providing a dump file be helpful??

Hello, if you are on OSX 10.9 "Mavericks" and the Freeze occurs after startup (remember to share such informations in the future) , update the creative cloud application: Hi! The latest Creative Cloud application update, 1.4.1.351, fixes a permission problem that causes Bridge to shutdown directly after startup on OSX 10.9.x

    If you mean that the apps do not sync from iTunes to the iPod?
    have you successfully synced apps from that computer before?
    Are the apps compatible with your model iPod and its iOS?
    Do you have Restrictions set that prevent installing apps(Settings>General>Restrictions)
    You are not giving us enough information to really help you

  • Really Frustrated with Lack of Customer Service

    I have landline, DSL Internet and then a separate mobile and data plan with you. I cam home yesterday and it seemed Fios was being installed or serviced next door or two doors down. I can not connect to the Internet via my DSL. My data plan is 75% used up. I tried calling customer service numerous times and was default routed to something automated in Spanish, which I do not speak.It not seem to be saying anything about unavailability due to time, and your web page does not seem to conspicuously sayt anything as to that either. I have a cordless phone. It was using up battery possibly on the way to nowhere even though I stayed on a good while. I tried another option at one point, you had someone with what seemed an Indian or Pakistani accident who was available to SELL me something.He spoke fast. I was asking him to be connected to customer service and he was telling me to call the number but not listening to what I was saying about the language problem. Eventually he LAUGHED at me and apparently hung up. I don't feel Verizon really cares about its customers. You care about SELLING more poor service to us. YOUR home page and a lot else looks like that. I need help. You are acting Too Big To Serve. The problem with my connection seems to be your line to me or, possibly, my modem that came with service many years ago needs to be replaced. But there is no one to communicate with, even though you are supposedly about communication.

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.

  • Im really frustrated with how the current ETF situation.

    I am honestly sick of how constantly i called customer service. Requested to cancel my contract. AND ITS STILL ON.
    i do not understand how the customer service is working. heres the whole story
    I'm outside of states right now. and its been a while. I suspended my account for a while and noticed i could not suspend it anymore.
    I called the customer service, asking for a deactivation on my account and paying the ETF fee.
    the lady quoting her, said " I can make an additional non payed 1 year suspension on your account" i was suprised to hear this, since i did read all the terms of service and did not know if that was possible. i went through everything. she acknowledged i suspended my account for 6 months. and she will do an additional 1 year on top of that non payed.
    after few days of this relaxing talk, i got a email , that my bill cycle, and the monthly charge was up. my account , surprisingly was back on without even
    notifying me in anyway.
    I called customer service in confusion.  the dude who replied constantly repeated that 'they do not have authority to suspend the account for a year'. I talked with him for an hour. Even if i constantly said, on record i asked for end of service, was offered a year of suspension, they cannot allow or review that part of the service. I asked 'dont you have recordings of every service? I said everything on record' he said that its only for quality assurance and cannot review or use that to justify what im saying.  And then, i was astonished when he transferred me  'a level up' to talk to the manager or something, he told me that 'it was a misinformation on our side and cannot justify anything.' now at this point i was infuriated that even on record, i was misinformed of the service, and then i had to charge a one month cycle additionally.
    i tried to ease myself. I wasn't considering what was right or wrong, but was just sick of the service. I said Im just canceling my account as of now, ending the contract. he warned me that ill be charged both the etf and a month cycle. I said okay. and he told me the bill will show up and emails will be sent and everything. it was okay. on myside.
    he told me that he will send everything to end my contract and it will be final.
    after a week, my account is not canceled, my bill warns me that i have a overdue charge, and nothing is happening. now i am actually caring what is right and wrong. this is. so wrong.
    YOU CANT MISINFORM A CUSTOMER, MAKE THEM CHARGED FOR YOUR MISTAKES. AND STALL.
    I am outraged of what you guys are doing to me. this is not fair.I am seriously considering a lawsuit because first of all.
    you guys lied to me. just simply put. not 'misinformed' lied.
    next you promised me that everything is over. I'll just get a online bill to sort out everything.
    nothing happend. i wonder, how you guys keep up with your customers. Is this how you treat people? I'm coming back to america in 6 months. but when i do. I'm never coming back for verizon. its ridiculous how you treat a 3 year long customer.
    Is there a solution to this? do u think that verizon can come to its sense and please leave me alone? i really was willing to pay everything. on time. You guys treat me like ****. not even letting me pay for it. so what is your answer to this ?

  • I'm really frustrated with iTunes!! Please help

    iTunes has been prompting me to download the new version for months, but after what happened to me the last time I was very wary of upgrading (see http://forum.digitalspy.co.uk/board...ad.php?t=241985 ) Today I decided it was probably just an unfortunate fluke first time round and so I upgraded. Exactly the same thing has happened again. When I click update I am taken to the apple site where it promps me to download. After doing this it replaces the icon on my desktop with the new version. When I open the new version there is nothing there, just like a brand new install for the first time, but similiarly to last time all the old files are still on the computer. I have now added them to my library, but it is incredbly annoying, I've lost all my playlists, lost all the play counts etc. Why on earth doesn't iTunes just upgrade like most other pieces of software and retain its settings and details? I tried to import the old library, which is actually still there but I just keep getting a message saying "error 10". Does anybdy know why this keeps happening and can you give me any tips to avoid it in the future?

    i'm not sure i like this erratic behavior by the PC. (i daresay you're not having much fun either.)
    let's pause for a moment (when it comes to trying to directly attack the symptoms you're getting) and do some spring cleaning and maintenance instead.
    download fresh definitions and run vigorous virus and spyware scans. if your security software providers offer them, run online scans too. (they can sometimes pick up an infection on a PC when the security software on the PC has been compromised.)
    do a disk cleanup, run your favorite disk checking/repair utility, and do a disk defrag. reboot. repair/refresh your network connection (if you've got one).
    does that show up anything unusual?

  • When ever link any link on a web page many popups are opening. I don't get popups or adds when I use chrome or IE. Really frustrated with Firefox.

    Fire fox current version very frustrating and allows losts of ads and popups. When ever I click on any link from a web page ( any web page) i get a pop ups from ads like jabong, etc. I use the url of the same web page in chrome or IE I do not get such popups. It also crashes often.
    The only way to get rid of this is to get use to Chrome or some other browser.

    vksh89, What Extensions do you have installed as there are a few that can insert ad links on pages for example.
    Also if Firefox is your default browser something on computer may be targeting it.

  • Help: Got really frustrated with FRM-92101

    Hi,
    I am working on a project of a set of FORMS. For an unknown reason some of FORMS turning to make FRM-92101: A failure has occurred on the server. You will need to reestablish your session.
    The problem not occur at the begining and it could occur on a button pressed or DML on a field. I am kind of certain the FORM and the associated code should have no problems.
    Any suggestions?

    Take a look in the application.log file located in DEV_SUITE10G_HOME\application-deployments\forms
    This type of error occur whenever there is an error in the specified working directory.
    So , you may find a message like..
    "Unable to switch to working directory <working directory>"
    in the application.log file.

    You assumed correctly, and it should continue to play the rest of the album in order. Does this happen to all your albums. Have you tried restarting the tv.

  • Bridge CS4 freezes when I open a folder with avi files

    Whenever I navigate to a folder with avi files, Bridge CS4 freezes. I have tried resetting my preferences, changing the file associations, but it still hangs. Both Windows and Bridge are set up to associate avi files with VLC Media Player. The files open and play just fine in VLC. I am running CS4 on a Win XP Pro machine. It used to not be a problem and I could play avi files in Bridge. I'm not sure when the problem started since I don't shoot a lot of video. Any ideas?

    Thx for that im gonna try it....but is there a way to do it without using toolbar or cmd-c...? i mean using only the mouse?why does it have to highlight the file even though i click a bit next to it....?using icon view i can right click next to the folder and i wont have a problem but with list view that i prefer using it will highlight the whole row.....and i dont find free space to right click cause i got many files

    Go into Settings>Messages>Send and Receive> Is your phone number checked there? If you do not want your email used, then tap on them and remove the checkmark. If there is no checkmark by your phone number, then turn iMessage off, perform a reset on the phone, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot. Turn iMessage on. When it activates, check your settings again under Send and Receive and make sure the number is checked and the emails are not.

    This would almost certainly be a setting that is being enforced by your company. You'll need to talk to them about this.

  • Frustrating problem with Bridge 6.1.0

    I have been experiencing a frustrating problem with Bridge 6.1.0 and previous versions. Soemtimes when I save a file to a particular folder, the file is present in the Finder window, but is not visible in Bridge. If I move the file from Finder to Bridge by draging it there, then it shows up but it is so frustrating to have to do it this way. I have tried to use the «Refresh» function in Bridge but that does not help. All scripts are turned on in Preferences- I have Mac  OS X 10.9.4

    The current version will not run on Mac OS 10.6.8. Thanks for any assistance.
    The easiest way would be to update to at least 10.7.5 (supported on most older Macs) but maybe you have strong reasons not to do so, however it will put you in to more trouble in the future because newer applications have more often the habit of not being able to support older OS versions due to limitations of this old OS.

    However PS CC should still work on your system and otherwise CS6 should. As a cloud subscriber you still have access to both CC and CS6 on the Adobe CC download pages. But only PS is a major upgrade (changed to version 2014) and Bridge has just a minor update and should still work on 10.6.8 I would think?
    Installing the updates and upgrades did not remove or uninstall the CC versions of PS, otherwise use CC application to install CC again.
