kindly suggest me wat are the parameters to be passed in the FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN of internal table IT_SERVICE_OS.
since the ref_handle is changing from time to time.
i need to know the exact parameters to change.

Hi,
Funtion module CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN is also used by CRM online transaction for Opportunity tcode: CRMD_BUS2000111. You can set a break-point in that FM and then try to create/change opportunities. This way you can observe all FM parameters and code accordingly.

BADI for CRMD_ORDER transaction

HI all,
i am currently working in CRM 2007, i have requirement when ever i create a sales order in the WEB UI the header requested delivery date should be automaticlly filled with sy-datum.
i suppose there should be a BADI which gets triggered when we create a sales order.
could you please suggest me the BADI?
And also the item level date should also be pre-filled, so will the same BADI be triggered when we enter a product in the items.

Go to SE24 transaction. Give the class name as 'CL_EXITHANDLER'.
In this class select method 'GET_INSTANCE'. Put a break point after this FM ' CALL METHOD cl_exithandler=>get_class_name_by_interface' (at 'CASE sy-subrc.' statement).
when you go into crmd_order transaction control will come into this class . click on exit_name , this field will give you the list of BADI's that were getting triggered in CRMD_ORDER transaction.

Facing some problems in creating a custom tabs in CRMD_ORDER Transaction

I am facing some problems in creating a custom tabs in CRMD_ORDER Transaction code in Solution Manager of SAP.
Actually my requirement is adding of two tabs(one is header & another is item tab) in the above Transaction, i was able to put one tab i.e header tab but i was not able to keep item tab. i found a badi CRM_CUSTOMER_I_BADI in which documentation was given & i processed in the same way.
For information i used the Badi CRM_CUSTOMER_H_BADI for header tab which i was able to add the tab & all functions like change, save working Good.
But i want how to add custom tab in which item details were to be attached.
i was done with the necessary SPRO settings(or Tcode CRMV_SSV) & able to see the 2 tabs thats it, but the functionality save is not working for the second tab & not saving in table CRMD_CUSTOMER_I (in this table there is one CI include where we added our item fields).
And also i had a doubt whether to use ALV or Table Control. And if possible can any one can sent me the screen design & the code for the above requirement in detail.
can any one who have knoweldge in Solution Manager & in the above Badi implementation can give me a right solution which will help me a lot.

Error marking transaction for rollback: java.lang.IllegalStateException in WLI 6.1 SP3

Hi,
The following exception occurs, when the workflow was waiting after it has made
a synchronous call to an external system through WTC Interface.
I had read Rob's comments earlier for WLI 6.1 SP1 on this exception that there
would be a fix available for it in the next minor release. For your information,
I had got this exception in WLI 6.1 SP3. Is still EJB Container's timeout excels
the JTA's timeout? Can anybody help me out to find a fix for this problem?

You could change the transaction timeout value, but I'd re-examine the
application and see if the transaction times could be reduced some.

We seem to be getting a few upload transactions put into the error queue for this reason, sometimes just executing the transaction clears it, but more often the data actually looks to have been correctly posted to the server as well as appearing in the error queue, as itf two threads have picked up the same transaction, one has applied it without error and the other failed

1.Set MAX_APPLY_TRIES=5
2.Set APPLY_TRIES_DELAY=10
Done this, but waiting for sufficient activity to see if it solves the problem.
I had thought about knocking max_threads down to 1 (and might do this to try and isolate some odd performance issues), but the problem is that this would make the apply and compose process take three times as long (we use 3 threads), and that will not be acceptable for long on the live system

In crmd_order transaction in details tab there are two fields one is status under sales cycle and another is Expected Sales Vol.Under forecast.
Can you please let me know in whcih table i can find these details? need to update these feilds in UI.

You can find the Status details in table CRM_JCDS you just have to pass order guid and you'll get status details, for Expected Sales value field check in table CRMD_OPPORT_H just pass the order guid and get the required data.
Or use standard report CRM_ORDER_READ just have to pass order number/guid and get all the data you required.

Transaction for Activity search

Dear Colleagues,
In trx CRMD_ORDER, we have many search option based on category, traction types, transaction numbers, partners, person responsible .....and so on.
Now trx CRMD_BUS2000126, this is specific to activity maintainance.
So in short, CRMD_ORDER is the umbrella which covers many such traction likes CRMD_BUS2000126. Am I right?
So the questions is:
1) do anyone know what all such transactions (like for activity CRMD_BUS2000126) are there? There may be some similar transaction for opportunity, Lead....and so on
2) In above mentioned transactions, we do not have option to search the activity based on its Status (open, completed, in process). If I want to find the activities with status OPEN, where I can find it.

TO view the folder ask your XI Basis to get the XI Server URL and connect to that system and check for your folder. Server details , folder details you can get from the Basis /Server Administrtaors.
One more option is install ws_Ftp software, and give the necessary parameters ( IP address of XI server etc ) and look into the folder.

Hi RaviShankar,
There are so many tcodes for which BDC cannot be done. There many be several reasons for that.
Here is an example for that.
The Tcode FIBPU. If you enter vendor or custome details along with hose bank details. You will get an interactive report data, if you click it will take you to the respective line related information screen. For each line the data will be different along with screens. But for this BDC is not possible.

How can i pull the payment transactions for each invoice?

iam developing report for following requirement.
want to disply the vendor transaction file for all company codes Fiscal year,of 2004,2005,2006, and 2007 (to date).
The purpose of oureport is to analyze our company invoices and investigate potential overpayment opportunities. In order to effectively accomplish this, we need a single invoice record for each invoice that was received by compnay from their vendors. The single invoice record would contain at least the following columns: Vendor Number, Vendor Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Invoice Amount, SAP Document Number, Check/Wire Number, Check/Wire Date, Check/Wire Amount. SAP would have multiple rows in a table for any one invoice, whereas we would only want to see ONE row for every vendor invoice.
if you know that company pays (for example) 75,000 invoices/year - then the transaction file you would have about 300,000 records in it. 75,000 Invoices * 4 years.

my question is any one tell me how can write logic to pull the payment transactions for each invoice?

End User Transaction for Mass Change Sales Orders

Hello,
Transaction MASS can be used to change sales orders using object type BUS2032, however, end users are not allowed access to MASS.
In most other cases, the object types can be accessed by individual transactions, for example, MEMASSPO for BUS2012 and XD99 for KNA1.
But I cannot seem to find a similar transaction for object type BUS2032, does anyone know whether one exists or how to create such a shortcut.
