REBATE CREDIT MEMO REQUEST -2CONDITION TYPE
HI ALL,
I am doing material rebate with my condition type ZZ02 n maintaing a rebate agreement for 1000 Rs- 50 Rs as my accruals. My accruals are Rs 200 after billing. Now when i am going and creating a rebate credit memo request, its not taking the Rs 200/- as the value rather 2 line items are generated with C. type ZZ02 with Rs 200 as my value(statuary) and another line item with (Rs 1000 *x quantity) which is the one it is taking.
PLs let me know where i could be wrong in my settings.

Bringing the nor rebate condition type in rebate credit memo request.
Dear Gurus,
Is it possible, to bring the discount condition type say Zxxx(which is not a rebate relevant)
in the rebate credit memo request.
In the credit memo request, while doing price analysis I can see the condition type Zxxx with the message condition record found and manually removed.
For the condition type I do not check the Delete Indicator.
I don't know why it is happening..
Kindly suggest me with your valuable thoughts.
I need to bring the non-rebate relevant condition types in the rebate credit memo reqquest.
Thanks & Regards,
Venkatesh.S.P.Hi Gurus.
Follow my business scenarie:
This is GAS & OIL company, in this business, they work with price including taxes, we are now implemented a rebate solution, but the accrual values follow the same business rule, including tax.
At the moment to create a credit memo request for rappel, the system trasfer only tha rappel condition type with the final settlement value and calculate the tax condition type..
In the credit memo pricing procedure, I need to split the net value by formula.
this is my pricing procedure configuration:
level Cnd Ty Level Subto Form
15 0 BO02 Price
600 0 Sales Total B I
710 0 MWIG tax 600 600 G
730 0 NTPS Net Value 988
810 0 Net Value 730 730 B 4
820 0 tax 710 710 B
840 0 T O T A L 810 830 B A
Formula 988
FORM FRM_KONDI_WERT_988.
XKWERT = XWORKI - XWORKG .
XWORKG = 0.
PERFORM XKOMV_KBETR_FROM_KWERT USING XKWERT.
ENDFORM.
This is my result in the rebate credi memo:
Header Net Value 100 usd
cnd ty descrip Value curre quan um cond value
BO02 Rappel 100 USD 1 UN 100-
MWIG tax 16,000 % 16-
there are our expected result:
Header Net Value 84 usd
cnd ty descrip Value curre quan um cond value
BO02 Rappel 100 USD 1 UN 100-
Total Rappel 100 USD 1 UN 100-
MWIG tax 16,000 % 16-
NTPS Net Value 84 USD 1 UN 84-
tax 16 USD 1 UN 16-
T O T A L 100 USD 1 UN 100-
The problem is , the system never execute the formula 988
There are a possibility to get this...a user exit, formula..that we can use..
Please. any information we are appreciate.

USEREXIT to adjust the rebate credit memo request to your own require
We are using function module SD_BONUS_CREDIT_NOTE_CREATE in one of our rebate program.
This Functional provides the option to use USEREXIT to adjust the rebate credit memo request to your own requirements.
With Present form of functionl module it take standard doc type to create the rebate credit memo request.
So Question here which are userexit we have in this FM which can be used to create the rebate credit memo request to our requirement.
Has any body used this FM before to this length..
appreacite your help
Thanks
raoHi Serma,
I haven't use this FM. I only can advise you how to find user exits in this (any) FM.
Open your FM via SE37 and then try to find in this Function Group any CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION 'xxx' ..., where xxx is a 3-digit number which refers to the relevant FM EXIT_<FG>_xxx.
<FG> is the name of the Function group to which the FM belongs to.
When you find such an EXIT-Function, take a look at the parameters. When you find parameters which satisfy your needs, go ahead and build your EXIT enhancement in the predefined ZX-Include (you can find this inside the FM EXIT_<FG>_xxx).
I hope this helps,

Withholding Tax all Condtion table not appearing in Rebate Credit memo
Hi
I am finding issue in rebate credit memo.
Issue: In Acces sequence I have table 397 and extended 397 with additional fields.
In normel credit memo I am able to find all these table in sales order Pricing Analysis tab.
But in rebate credit memo, I am not able to find all table. Credit memo is showing 397 table but not showing ztable.
Please check below screen shot for details
1. 397 and 988 are identical and its appearing in rebate credit memo.
I created 988 just to verify if any thing wrong in ztable generation or any thing missing to map.
987 is extended table with addtional field sales doc. Type, Item category and its not appearing in Rebate credit memo.
2. Rebate credit memo showing 988 and 397 table
3. Normel credit memo showing all three table
Question : How to get all three table in Rebate Credit memo?
If 988 is appearing than why 987 is not populating.
Both are Ztable and created together.
I tried many combination but extended ztable not coming in rebate credit memo
Regards
NeerajHi JP,
Thanks
Routine 923 created as per SAP note 178824. And I am finding this issue only for rebate credit memo request.
This condtion type (withholding tax ) is not part of rebate condtion. It is part of standard pricing procedure same like MWST.
In Normel credit Memo (CR) all access assigned to this access sequnce is visible in sales order pricing analysis.
But rebate credit memo request (B3) not showing all access (as in above screen shot). It shows only 2 access out of 3 access.
One more addition
If I am maintaining condtion record for visible access in rebate Credt memo request i.e. country / Tax relevant classifcation.
SAP disble it in rebate credit memo request order.
But normel Tax (MWST) is appearing in rebate credim memo request.
I am not sure if this is due to standard sap.
For Thailand we require withholding tax for Rebate credit memo.
Please advice if any one can give some input on this.

Credit Memo Request and Credit Management
Hi, can anyone advise the following?
I noticed that sales values of the credit memo request is updated to the open delivery instead of open order in the credit master. Why is this so? Also, when i select a order order reason configured with fixed value '1' 'relevant for retro-billing, then the sales value is not updated. What's the purpose of this indicator in the configuration?
Thanks
PPhello, PP.
i don't have an answer yet. actually, i will add to your question.
a credit memo request is supposed to be not relevant for delivery. so why is this updating open delivery value? maybe it's SAP standard? maybe credit group 03 (delivery docs) was assigned to the credit memo request doc type? if so, why assign credit management to credit memo requests anyway?

Copy control from Credit Note to Credit Memo Request
Dear gurus,
After I set the copy control parameters in my billing doc, source - credit memo request & Target - Credit memo,
I could not find my condition types to be copied from my credit memo request.
I have infact set the pricing type to D - Copy pricing elements unchanged.
Can you let me know if I had missed anything?
Also, to clarify on this credit concept. Say that we sent 2 pieces of a product worth $100 each & if it happened that the customer returned 1 piece , we can create a credit memo request via VA01 for the part that customer returns & if the pricing condition is $100, we create a condition value $100 back to the customer.
So further create a credit note where this $100 is copied from Credit Memo request order type.
This is the concept of credit correct me if i am wrong
regds,
aHi Pri,
Give me your mail ID I can send you some screen shot of the Copy control set from Credit memo request to credit memo.
To clarify on Credit.
In the first instaance we have supplied 2 items to customer and Billed them. Now he has returned one material to account for this returned material you can create a returns order and complete the cycle and then create a credit memo for the returned material.
ELSE
You only want to adjust for billing. Then when we have already billed customer for 2 items and out of which 1 item is returned and hence we have to give him credit memo for 1 item i.e $100 in your case.
The condition value in Credit Memo Request (G2) would be taken from standard conition type PR00 only.
FIRST Create a credit Memo Request (G2) in VA01
CMR is set with a billing block
Go to VA02 and remove the block
Create a Credit memo Using VF01 using Billing Type G2. The system will copy the data from CMR to Credit memo once you set the Copy control in VTFA
REWARD IF IT HELPS

SD Rebates Quantities in credit memo request S060 doesn not have MENGE
When settling an agreement the quantity in the credit memo request or for reverse rebates debit memo does not carry over the quantity. In purchasing rebates the info structure S074 includes site and MENGE as fields however on the SD side these fields are not there. It appears standard SAP just passes the value over to the sales order and hence billing.
Has anyone tried to include quantity-menge onto the sales order from settlement?Hello,
The quantity that you are requesting is not available in general in the
credit note. Instead you can use the the condition rate, the condition
base and the condition value from the condition record related to the
item. With these values you can explain the rebate-value, that is paid
to your customer.
Of course: if you create a quantity-based rebate condition , you have
the quantity in your condition record.
Main reason why the origin quantities are not part of the credit memo,
is, that the quantity is not stored / cumulated in the statistic tables
during the posting of a invoice. Only the condition base value (revenue)
is stored and is shown in the condition record of the item.
Kind regards,

Regd creation of New Sales Order Type - Credit Memo Request
Hello Gurus,
I have created a New Sales Order Type as per the given requirements. This is a Credit Memo Request. I have done all that are needed from SD perspective.
Can you please let me know what needs to be done from FI-CO perspective when a New Sales Order Type is created and this is a Credit Memo Request. If some one can let me know the customizations that needs to be done it will be very helpful for me.
Thanks,
SNK.Hi,
As per my understanding, there is nothing to be required from FI-CO perspective, in case when you defined a document type in SD.
During the sales order processing the SD-FI interface happenes for following activities
1) Credit check (In case you use Credt management)
2) Tax determination

Add Non-rebate Condition Types to Rebate Credit Memo
Hi guys,
I have a requirement as follows. The client wants to make some deductions from their customers rebate settlement credit memo as follows:
Customer's sales volume = 52,000,000.00
Rebate value due is 5% = 2,600,000.00
DEDUCTIONS
10% Withholding tax due on Rebate value = 260,000.00
Management fee of 0.75% of turnover = 390,000
5% Vat on Management Fees = 19,500.00
* Payable to the Customer = 1,930,500.00 (This is the value to be credited to the customer's account).
I don't have a problem with the withholding tax. However, for the other deductions the issues I have are as follows:
1. Condition types that are not rebates or taxes do not show on the the rebate credit memo B1. The analysis says that they have been manually removed. How do I get it to show?
2. Output tax (MWST) is always added in the invoice, however in this case the customer wants the output tax to be deducted. Can this be done?
Thanks for your help
Regards,
OlufisayoHello Swati,
the suggestion of JP is correct.
I explain it better.
- the document type of FI document created from SD depends on the customizing of billing type field TVFK-BLART. If it is blank, then by default is 'RV'.
- if the number range assigned to the account document type is External, then the FI document gets the same number of the SD invoice.
- transaction VBOF creates FI document referred to SD invoice. If it has external number range, and an FI document already exist with same number (created when SD invoice has been released to accounting), then the errof F5152 occurs.
SOLUTION:
in the selection screen of VBOF there is the field FI-Doc-type. Here you should specify the FI document type that should be created by execution of VBOF, and of course it must have number range internal.
Please try this.
Best regards,
Ivano. -
Profit Center in Credit memo request of Rebate agreement
Hi all,
i have created a material rebate agreement. then i have created a sales order. at this moment, it is picking up the profit center in the sales order.
now when i execute the material for settlement, a credit memo request is automatically created by the system in which i cld not see any profit center. But when i give the profit center manually, system is accepting it. But i want the profit center to be determined automatically when i release the material for settlement( credit memo request)
in short: from where the system will determine the profit center.and why the systme is picking up the profit center in sales order and why not in credit memo request.
Thanks in advance.
Anil.Maintain the Profit Center in Material Master in Sales General Palnat Data. From here it will be captured in Credit Memo Request & also be carried further. Incase you are making use of WBS element & profit center is maintained in Project, then the profit center of Project will supersede from the profit center of Material Master.

How to create new line item in credit memo request in rebate settlement
HI friends,
I need aimmediate help on following.
Requirenment is for given agreement all invoices for that needs to be retrieved. In those invoices we need to check the tax code or tax city for all invoices. If all are same then do nothing.
But if any of these 2 fields are different in all retrieved invoices, then we need to sum up the qty for all invoices having same tax code/city & like wise ned to create a credit memo request which will have one line item for each tax code/city.
Example:
Agreement 9999 with the relevant sales volume:
Invoice 1: Material A, tax key X, quantity 1 kg
Invoice 2: Material B, tax key X, quantity 2 kg
Invioce 3: Material C, tax key Z, quantity 4 kg
The credit memo request for agreement 9999 should look as such:
Thanks & regards,
Abhijeet.
Item line 1: SETTLEMENT MATERIAL, tax key X, 3 kg
Item line 2: SETTLEMENT MATERIAL, tax key Z, 4 kg
Please help me . I am not getting the user exit / badi for this development.
Please let me know if any one of you know from where to do this?Hi Vinod,
The relationship with main item is stored with CRMD_ORDERADM_I- Parent.
You need to pass the guid of main item to orderadm_i-parent. This will keep the relationship with main item.
Thanks

Reversal of a Customer Rebate Credit Memo
Folks
Having posted a Customer rebate credit memo, what is the functionality to allow it to be reversed?I cannot see any way in which it is possibe to post a Customer Rebate Debit Memo.
Please note that I am referring to rebate related Credit memos in this thread and not normal credit memos.
We are currently on version 4.7.
Many thanks
RichieHi Richard
Credit memo requests and credit memos must be closed before final settlement can be done. To carry out final settlement of a rebate agreement:
In the Change rebate agreement screen, enter the number of the rebate agreement that you want to settle or determine the number by using the matchcodes.
Press ENTER .
Depending on how the rebate agreement types have been configured for your system, you may need to manually release an agreement before you can process it for settlement. To do this, enter the appropriate value in the Agreement Status field.
You can carry out final settlement in two ways:
If you need to change the credit memo request select Rebate payments > Final settlement > Automatically.
The system confirms that a credit memo request has been created.
To make changes to the credit memo request, select Rebate payments > Credit Memo Request > Change.
To cancel a credit memo request, select Rebate payments > Credit Memo Request > Reset.
If you would just like to make quick changes to the final settlement amounts select Rebate payments > Final Settlement > Using Payment Screen.
The system shows the final settlement amount in the field Amt. to be paid next to the condition record.
The system will not limit any changes you make.
Save the rebate agreement.
After the rebate agreement has been saved, it is only possible to change or delete the credit memo request by calling it up as a sales document (Menu path: Logistics > Sales, then Order > Change).

Hello All..
I have problem related to Rebate
Situation is as follows:
A rebate agreement is created for a year with 2% of accruals at first stage and a partial payment is done. After some time we realised that accruals should have been at the rate of 1% instead of 2% and we made changes in the condition records of rebate agreement. At the time of final settlement system has generated a credit memo request for negative value which is correct because there was partial payment based in 2% of accruals and agreement is now with 1% accrual.
Actually as there is -ve value, system should generate debit note instead of credit note?
Analysis upto now -
The Agreement type has been assigned with a Credit Memo Request as "Final settlement".. So the system will surely create the Credit memo request. BUT, when there is -ve net price, how can we shift to Debit Memo Request? If the ABAP development is required, where and how can we control this ?
Thanks in advance for your helpKunal
The behaviour of the system is correct. Because the document is a credit memo, a positive value is considered to be a credit value. A positive value in Credit memo results in negative posting in accounting which means that it is credit. If the value in credit memo is negative, it actually means that it is a debit. So conceptually, you have to give customer a debit memo and in this case, there is a credit memo with a negative value. So conceptually you are correct.
Second point is that you can link an agreement only to a credit memo request /CM not to a debit memo.
Third point is the most important one. You should not change the percentage of the rebate agreement in between. If there is a change, you only have to close that agreement without settling. Create a new rebate agreement with past validity from date. And you have to reorganise the rebate index to consider the documents created in the past for this agreement. I think VBOF will help you on this.
Hope this info helps you -

Can anyone please advice ?Thanks Christian!
Just got a niggle though.
How do I know which entry in NAST is my one i.e. the one that was recently triggered from the output type?
DO we look for the most recently created one?
Or is there a flag? If so do I then need to close this flag field when I've finished witht the data?
Much obliged -
Hi, can anyone advise is there a another way to reverse a rebate credit memo other than cancellation? Reason is bcos user found this mistake after monthend and their practise is not to perform cancellation after monthend. Is there a correction document that can be used to do the reversal?
