Regarding Org assignment record create/delete

Hi All,
I have created a postion and assigned a holder , as i have doen mistake in period creation i have deleated that position , and created a new postionand holder with correct period.
but in org assignment infoype 0001 these old and new record got saved.Is there any possibility to deleate thsi record.

Do remember that whenever an OBJECT ID start date is wrong, try to correct it with the program. RE_RHBEGDA0. This will correct the start date of the OBJECT IDs.
I think, the new record is in 0001 - Organisational Assignment.
1) Try to delete the first record, then go to delete the wrong entry record.
2) Try to change the first record with the date of the wrong entry date, so that it will get delimited.

" No org. assignment data available for 01.11.2005 "
In the Diagnosis it says
" An Org.Assignment record (0001) does not exist for 01.11.2005. "
Can anyone please help me overcome this problem.

Pl verify if an infotype 0001 record exists for this employee as on 01.11.2005. If there isn't one, create one before going ahead with 0015.

Deleting Infotype 1 (Org Assignment)

Hi All,
I need to delte Infotype 1 (org assign.) for an emp for the period 01.05.2008.- 31.12.9999.
By mistake the payroll area entered is wrong.
Now the payroll is not running.
I m not able to delete the record as offcyle has already run.
I even tried Promotion and Orgn Reassignment.
I cant even delete the payroll results of offcycle run.
Plz give me the solution.

My question is very basic.....I want to know that when a participant is logging in in workspace and make some differences in workspace then where the table/record created by the particular participant gets stored?or which filr includes the data for the participant?

Inforecord - plant and purch org. assignment

Hi Experts,
I would like to have some support / good ideas on following issue:
we have a plant assigned to purchasing organisation 1:1, and only one (standard) inforecord should exist plant / purch organisation related, because I based my calculation on the inforecord price (through calculation variant / valuation variant). But buyes, who are responsible to create the inforecords frequently make mistakes and create inforecord with no plant, only purch org assignment than make a new one with plant and purch org assignment, which sometimes gives us difficulties - especially on price handling during Po creation and calculation.
Could You, pls advise me, which is the easiest way to stop this kind of duplication, and also delete the only purch org. related inforecords - I want to have only the purch org. and plant related inforecords in future.

SAP made the customizing for this control a kind of hidden.
instead of putting it into the info record section in IMG, they have this in Conditions section.
OLME > Conditions > Define Condition Control at Plant Level.
here enter a minus for No plant-related conditions allowed
If conditions are not allowed at plant level, you may not create any purchasing info records or contract items relating specifically to the plant.
you can set a deleition indicator in ME15, and then archive the info record with SARA object MM_EINA

How to use create, delete, modify butttons in a table

hi all
in my application i have emp table in my source view
in that table i have inserted static data in columns i.e., empid, empname. i have 3 buttons create, delete, modify buttons in that table. when i press Create button it navigates to another view1 in which we have a emp form with create new emp button and labels empid, empname and 2 input fields.After filling the form when hit the create newemp button the form data should be displayed in the table.
The same for Modify and delete. i.e., when i select a particular empid row in my source view table and hit the modify button it should navigate to view2 in which the particular record form with data displays and after making necessary modifications the modified data should be display in the particular row .
For delete button, when i select a particular record in the table and hit delete button it should be deleted from the table.
any snippet of code is valuable

I just need a clarification, are you getting the table data from the back-end system?
On the second view, after the user input on click of the "Create New" or "Modify" button, update the back-end. Once the update is successful, fire a plug back to the first view and reload the table or execute the model again. The updated records will be fetched from back-end system.
On click of "Delete" button, remove the record from the back-end and execute the model again.
This holds good if you have the data fetched from the back-end.

kindly give me suggestions for my problem.
for ex: 114589 employee created on 01-Jan-2010. One more record created on 24-jul-2010.
So, in person record (per_all_people_f) we have two records as below:
effective start date effective_end date employee number ...etc
01-jan-2010 23-jul-2010 114589 ...etc
24-Jul-2010 31-dec-4712 114589 --etc
same way 3 assignment records are created for the same employee.
my requirement is that i need to display all records assignment as well as person records like below format

Likewise i need to check all records in database and display accordingly.

Missing BP Userid from Org Assignment

Hi all,
Was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. We are using CRM 5.0 and R/3 4.7.
We are creating our employees in R/3 using PA30 and transferring BP's to CRM using PFAL P- for person, personnel number and update.
After we have assigned the employee to the org as a bp but loose the user id occasionally leaving the user without the ability to log in to the IC web Client. It just disappears from the BP and from the Org assignment.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Thank you - we have resolved the issue this way.
You are correct in that when you transfer an employee from R/3 to CRM using PFAL you must consider the insert vs. update mode. An insert mode will delete all relationships to the org and update will not.
We also found that if the office in the org is not complete with a business partner assigned it will also contribute to the instability of the the position and employees assigned.
Lastly we modified table T77SO using SM31 and value HRALX PQUAL - X.
Doing all these things has kept our employees assigned to the org.

Thanks for your update, I think it is quite difficulty to check the config in the transport i am sorry for this .
I got full history of this issue.
- It was the issue with integration between HR and Org assignment.
1)
There was a requirement to make cost canter field a input field on HR master as this could be used by PD resources in reporting. This was achieved by switching off the integration between Organisational Management/HR via Transport config.
2)
By doing above could maintain the cost canter field with relevant cost centers for watch HR record in PA30.
3)
Users reported few errors (Error screen you can see attached Screen 1) that there was some issue how the integration between HR and Org assignment is behaving. This was sorted out and the integration between HR and Organisanol Management was activated by transport .by activating this (step 2 PA30) again Cost Canter field Greyed please find Screen 2)
4) Because of the above issue we are deactivating the config with one transport and then again activating one transport.

CS5 Update Record behaior deletes the record

I am having an issue that I just cant seem to understand or resolve.
I am using the CS5 Update Record Server Bahavior to update the user table for a website, but instead if updating the record, it deletes the entire record.
I look at the SQL and it is definately an Update, so I dont see how it deleting the entire record.
What I did:
Passed in record ID through querystring to get the filtered recordset
Created update form for dynamic data (the corrent data is filling form from recoredset)
Created hidden field to hold ID
Clicked the Update Record Server Behavior and matched form variables to appropriate DB fields
Set it to go to page to list all users
Saved page
Run on local server (php/MySQL)
When I edit the user data in the update form and click submit, the record is deleted.
* I checked the MySQL DB and the entire recored has been deleted
Anyone have a clue on why this is happening?

Org assignment

Hi Experts
I have a requirement to assign org unit to the User via position. We are already live with the data. A user is already assigned to a orgunit. I have to change the org assignment. As we do in PPOMA_BBP manually, is there any FM or BAPI where I can pass the user name & Org unit.
In PPAOM_BBP we delete the assigment of the orgunit to Position and agian assign a new orgunit to the position of the user.
I need a code which can do the same.

Hi. I can't find a function module, but you can use transaction PP01 to move a position to a new org unit instead. Just maintain the "relationships" infotype.
You can then do a call transaction or use ECATT to mass maintain the data.

How to undo Org Assignment?

We would like to change the start date of ORG assignment in PA30, but when i tried to delete the assignment for a pertivcular period in PA30>goto>Overview> selected the entry.
but wsystem is showing an error," Organisational Assignment created via Organisational Management"
Please let me know where i can go delete the selected entry.

Select records without deletion marker?

I am trying to load data from the datasource 0INSP_CHAR, but I get a number of errors because I see duplicate records. Most of the records has a deletion-marking, but how do I select the records without deletion marker when I can only set a to- and a from-value? The records I want has no entry in the field so I cannot think of any entry that will select the correct records... Selection A to V and Y to Z does not work...
An other subset of the records differ only on a 'valid from'-field. So I thought I could put the data in an ODS and then select the record with the most recent 'valid from'-date. But I cannot see how to make sure that the newest record overwrite the older one. Is that because the setup I am planning is impossible...?
An other strange thing is that the datasource has five characteristics and two other fields that are not mapped to an info object. I can use them for selection, but I cannot load the data to BW...?

Hi Christian,
normally if you make your attributes time depending in the attribute screen of 0insp_char you should be able to load the data. If you want to get rid of the 'deleted' records, create a start routine in the transfer rules and delete all records from datapak with that flag.
Your second question should also be solved by having everything time dependent.

Filtering records with deletion flag in Query report

Dear Friends,
We are using ECC6.00 (EHP4) for one of our QM requirement, i have created a query in SQ01 with the tables QMEL,AUFK,AFKO,QMFE etc., to get the details of production order and notification.
The report will list out the production scheduler wise, order wise, defect wise quantity with the notification number also in the display.
For notifications which are created wrongly, the users set deletion flag. The same i.e., notifications with deletion flag should not appear in the report and hence i have called the field and filtered the value in the output (i.e., field value not equal to X where X is for deletion flag set records).
Everything works fine upto this, but when users (to carry out analysis) send the data to the spread sheet, the filter values are removed and all records are populated in the excel sheet (even records with deletion flag).
To select and display only records without deletion flag, i want to introduce coding in the query. Kindly tell me whether this is possible, if so where and what code should be written to meet my requirement.
The records with the deletion flag (notifications) should be eliminated from the selection and display.
Experts help required.

Thank you for your reply. The code syntax had been corrected based on your information. Unfortunately the code doesn't filter the records. On further investigation , it was observed that the field KZLOESCH doesn't get updated and hence a field had been created in the infoset wherein the following coding is written
