Regarding Payments

Hi,
Im having problems regarding payments to adobe.
I have 1 payment I want to continue and 2 others which are a mistake on my account.
One of these payments is the Creative Cloud membership (one-year) @ $62.99 and the other 2 are Student Memberships @ $14.99.
I want to cancel the 2 student membership. I checked under both accounts under Products and Services and they do not exist.
I then called Adobe Support Australia and they too cannot find such memberships nor can they track any other payment besides the $62.99 to my bank account.
Is there anyway around this? Or can they really not find history of transactions between them and my bank account. It just seems a bit - silly.
Can anyone help me with this?

This is something that would require contacting our support for assistance but I was able to locate the 2 student memberships. Please contact support again with the following info
Order numbers AD002518201EDAU, AD002500939EDAU
These are under your name but with a slightly different email address, still hotmail but no "pro" on the end of the beginning portion.
They should be able to assist you with this additional info.

    You can do that in transaction "Manager Business Partners" / BBPMAININT. Add the purchasing org and you will be able to complete this.

    Regarding payment run F110, what would be the reason if the payment run stops at the message "Payment has been carried out."  How can I continue generation of posting documents?

    Go to SE38 , select same payment programme and give your ID in your payment run and select the Print Cheques option . This will not process the payment run again but will allow you to print your cheques.

    Business Process:
    Sales team pass the Invoice Entry & Billing Entry. Collection of Cheque
    from Customer is also done by the Sales Team. After that they maintain
    an Excel Sheet containing Bill Number & Cheque details and send it to
    the Finance Team for clearance. Further the Finance department tracks
    the cheque payment and does the clearing.
    Requirement:
    Finance Department wants Sales people to tag the Cheque details with
    the Billing Document, So that they can avoid the dependency on Excel
    Sheet. The system should itself propose all details of cheque receipt
    against respective Billing Document.

  • Regarding payment to vendor(urgent)

    Dear all,
    I came across this problem. For the financial year 1.04.2006 to 31.03.2007 except two payments to the vendors all the other payments have been made. As on 01.04.2007 two vendor payments have not been made. They are
    KR 1000
    KR 50.
    After 01.04.2007 vendor payment for the invoice KR 1000 has been made. It has been cleared.
    I want to know how to get cleared document details made after 01.04.2007 for the open documents as of 31.03.2007,ie for KR 1000.
    How can we see the table for that using se16 amd se11.

    There are two ways to get the data.
    1.  SE16
    See table BSAK
    2.  FBL1n
    Please select cleared item from 01.04.2007 and in the multiple selection choose the posting date prior to 31.03.2007

    I am looking for a report in SAP ( ECC 6.0) with which we can analyse by ( selected range of) vendor(s)  what is the average number of days that it takes to perform the actual payment to the vendor VERSUS the number of days specified in the vendor's payment terms.
    Is such a report / transaction available ?

                  You can get this field in  FBL1N using 07R3 to add PAYR_Check . If
    BALVBUFDEL hasn't been run, then this would need to run at least once
    per client. Run it in SA38 and your issue will be resolved.

  • Contacting skype via email regarding payment issue

    I would like someone to contact me via email regarding the following issue:
    I received a notification my account with Skype has been canceled.  I surmise that for some reason or another Citibank has not been sending payment via electronic payment per my contract with SKYPE.
    I have contacted Citibank just now via email, sending then the following message.
    (please email me back with your contact phone numbers so I can resolve this unfortunate incident or issue which I have first heard about an hour ago via an email to me from SKYPE)
    Received this from your accounting operations.
    Something wrong here as the payments are suppose to be make automatically when they g3et near the ten dollar mark.
    I have not been following payment as it has been done automatically-and this is the first notification.
    How can this be?  This amount shown is very strange and very incredulous to be this high unless Citibank Guam Visa has been not paying the amounts when charged by SKYPE.
    Obviously if this is true, for about the past five or so months by my estimate this has been happening.
    What is perplexing is that the credit card is still good and ca not understand how it was’t paid.
    Could you send me the past 2012 payments so I can see what has been going on?
    I will send this on to Citibank as an inquiry.
    Anyway, I do not want to cancel my SKYPE account.

    The text of payment terms is stored in table T052U.
    You can get the payment terms of a PO in table EKKO and field ZTERM.
    Pass the value of this field i.e. EKKO-ZTERM to T052U-ZTERM  and T052U-SPRAS as SY-LANGU .
    You will get the description of the payment terms maintained in the PO.

    I hope you maintained the table with Boleto currency code and DME currency code. Also check the settings in FBZP, whether payment form has been attached. Maintain the additional log in the payment run and check the error message.

  • Recieved a bogus email regarding payment via credit card

    On May 14th I received two email notifications that appeared to be from Verizon about my bill.  It stated that there was a problem with my credit card and my service would be suspended by the 16th if nothing was done.  When I attempted to click on the link in the email my anti-virus software notice an issue, so I did not go any further and just ignored both emails.  When I look at the sender the address was not something that appeared to be from Verizon but a person and the source showed it was a "Hotmail" account.  The main reason I wasn't concerned is I don't pay by credit card.  Be careful some one is trying to get spam into your system with these emails.  The data within the email has since disappeared and the email is now just a small black box with an x in it.
    The subjects were:

    friends i need urgent help.
    1) i have copied f110_avis_in frm 000 client to 200 client with form name
    z_prenum_dup.
    2) i have copied f110_prenum_chc frm 000 client to 200 client form name
    zf110_prenum_chc1.
    3) then i modified my both forms in 200 saved assigned TRs and
    transported frm DEV server to PRD server(client 700).
    4)in dev server 200 client my both forms are working
    but in prd server 700 client my form cheque z_prenum_dup is
    working but payment advice form zf110_prenum_chc1 is
    not working.
    5) but i can see my both forms r their in 700 prd server in se71 t.code.
    6) if i run f-58 tr.code and by switching on debug mode i can see my
    cheque form but not payment advice form.
    7) if i run in 200 client i can see my both forms.
    can any body plz help me out of this issue.

    Option-1:You can advance payments to vendor WRT to PO.
    Follow the following steps:
    1.Check the Vendor reconciliation A/C,
    2.Go to FS00, and check Filed Status Group,
    3.Go to OBC4, check the Filed Status Group, what u have mentioned for the Vendor reconciliation account.
    4. Go To material management segment and put optional entry for the field of Purchase Order and save.
    5.Now come to F-48, enter the date, vendor, assign the sp.G/L transaction(A),bank sub account, amount,
    then enter, it will take to next screen
    Here you enter amount & your purchase order number with reference to your are going to make the payment. Now simulate and save.
    6. After the GR & IR is done, Perform F-54 for Down Payment Clearing
    Option-2:
    You can pay partial payment to Vendor in F-53 and later can pay balance amount when you need to pay.
    Yes, You can get report in FBL1N by entering vendor name, Company Code and select round check box of option........clear item,,open items       , all item  in line item selection and get report as per ur requirement.

I wanted to know about the vendor payment block can you please help me in terms of simple language as i am a technical so also not much aware of FI terms. Can you also give the FI tcodes where I can see it. I think its FB03 but not sure.

    Also i wanted to know whether i am correct or not, when a  vendor posting is blocked using FK05 the he could not do the posting(FB05) right??

    Hi,
    If you want to see the payment block for vendor the go to transaction FB03 then double click on the vendor line item. Here, you will see the Block. Now if you want to remove this block then go to transaction FB02 and double click on vendor line item and remove the entry from the field.
    Also, if the block is at the master data level i.e. if vendor it self is blocked then no postings will be allowed to that vendor. You are right if you want to see this block then go to FK05. You can go other way alos, through FK03 then select menu Vendor.
    Here, you will see Block/Unblock option. With this option you can remove/set the block.

    If you don't have focus of this fields in your program use sub-routine and display this fields.
    Ex.
    /: PERFORM <Subroutine name> IN PROGRAM <subroutine prog name>
    /:USING &<field name>&
    /:CHANGING &<field name1&
    /:ENDPERFORM
    Then create subroutine pool program and you have to write the code.
    FORM ><subroutine name> tables int_cond structure itcsy
    outt_cond structure itcsy.
    data : value(20), value1(20). "do your own declarations
    Read int_cond table index 1.
    value = int_cond-value.
    value1 = value1 + value.
    Read outt_cond table index 1.
