Regarding Purchase Invoice Smartform

Hi.I need to develop a purchase invoice smartform.I am having the following fields.
1) g/l Account
2)Narration
3) Posting Date
4)Bill Number
5) Bill DAte
6)PO No
7)PO Text
8)Voucher No
9)Voucher date
10)quantity 11) rate 12)amount13)discount 14 ) sales tax
What are the tables & Fields required for these.I'm not sure whether to take these from rbkp rseg or from purchase tables.
It's very urgent.
Helpful answers would be appreciated

Look at the tables EKBE.
RKPF and RSEG  for the pur invoice info and if needed look at the tables BSIK and BSAK also for the accounting info

    you can use RBKP and RSEG tables for Vendor invoice (purchase) form output
    if needed you can use EKBE, BSik and BSAK tables alos

    But when Iam trying this smartform, we dont have predifined types like y_ty_vbrk in our server. So, can anyone tell me what are thedeclarations to be maintained in form interfaces and global variables and what shoulb be written in the types declaration. In the link,in one screenshot we have
    OPERAND . but in our server we have INTERNAL TABLE. what should we have to write there for activating the smartform without errors.

    in FORM interface you have belwo strctures.
    most of the data you will get IS_BIL_INVOICE if not there you will create own internal table in smartform itself..

  • Report to show all purchase invoices in B1

    Is it possible via a standard report in B1 to pull a list of all purchase invoices in the system (open and closed)??
    Purchase analysis will only show open invoices as far as i know.

    If you want to generate total value of all purchase
    invoices automatically, please hold Ctrl button
    on keyboard and Click on the header of Document total
    column. The total value will appear on the
    bottom of report.

  • Sales Invoice, Purchase Invoice Merge

    Hi Guys
    I am creating a report that will give me the total # of Sales and Purchase Invoice, purpose of report is to merge the sales and purchase analysis.
    i have added all the fields on the main report from the OINV table, i then created a sub report that has the same fields, only difference is its from OPCH table, i need to have a parameter "Date", that i have created, but doesnt seem to filter the values as to my selection. What could be the problem.
    What i am trying to do is merge the Sales Analysis in SAP and the Purchase Analysis in SAP on one report.

    I am doing something similar to yours, I am merging total of (each credit job) with total (each free of charge job) to show in the single report.
    here what I am doing right now,
    1: Imported both tables into one new report
    2: Created a Running total field for FOC (free of charge job)
    3: Created a Running total field for CR (credit job)
    both of these running totals have formulas under "Evaluate each record"
    Formula is like this
    line_type="F"
    line_type="C"
    Both of them are grouped by two different groups however are of the same Reason ID.
    I then created formula like this
    Whileprintingrecords;
    Numbervar x:=0;
    Numbervar y:=0;
    Numbervar z:=0;
    x:=Runningtotal field for FOC
    y:=Runnitngtotalfield for CR
    z:=x+y
    z;
    This gives me combined result of two different jobs.
    Is that something what you are trying to do?

    i have the requirement to build the report with the  info objects of goods receipt number(document) , purchase invoice numbers and purchase document numbers from standard cubes or ods.i have checked in inventory management and purchasing cubes&ods i am not success got the purchase document number it is from ods   (0PUR_O02)  the InfoObject  is 0OI_EBELN(purchasing document number),like this i want InfoObject  for Goods receipt number and purchase invoices from where can i get these fields.

  • Selecting alternative Bank account in Purchase invoice is not working

    Hello experts
    When adding a particular purchase invoice, I select an alternative bank account for this vendor on Logistics tab. But when generating payment file for this invoice through Payment Engine, the bank account that can be seen on the file is the standard one for this vendor, so selecting an alternative Bank account in the invoice doesn't seem to have any effect on payment file. Do I have to consider something else?

    Thanks for the update. But by checking it, I haven't been able to find anything regarding vendor bank account selection on invoice, or about paying an invoice to vendor secondary bank account.
    Also I have done some testing, and the only way I have found so far to get a vendor invoice paid in the secondary bank account is to set this secondary bank account as the default bank account just before use Payment Wizard and Payment Engine. But this is a poor workaround and I guess there should be a way to make work properly the "Pay to Bank" functionality in invoice.

    we have some issues with some purchase invoice AP invoice.
    we buy some materials and some consumables which are second sale.  The supplier give us an assessable tax invoice for us to avail the CENVAT tax credit, which is a different invoice then the Original invoice.
    how are we to pass this "with copy from GRPO" and how to tabulate the amount for CST/VAT, Excise, Packing, Freight and how to pass the Invoice.
    i wish and hope that i get some kind advice and guidance in this issue.

    This is the case of First Stage Dealer & Second Stage Dealer For this type of Invoice.
    1.In which amount CST/VAT are calculated put this Rate in to Unit Price Field
      so Unit Price * Qty = Total Amount CST/VAT calculated on it.
    2.In which amount Excise are calculated put this Rate in to Assessable Value (INR) Feild
      so Assessable Value * Qty = Total Amount Excise calculated on it.
    3.Enter freight in to bottom level of GRPO if no Excise on freight  OR
    4.Enter freight in to Raw level of GRPO if Excise on freight
    But make sure all activity done at GRPO level because all accounting effect start at GRPO level.

  • Term&conditions in the purchase order smartform

    Dear friends ,
                   I am struggling with a purchase order smartform where in the first page  layout i have
    1.addres
    2logo
    3. po header detail
    4.delivery window
    5. and now i have a table in the main window to dispaly the item and tax details.
    6.And then a footer window.
    All this is fine i did. but in the next layout
    1. the remaiing part of the item details
    suppose there are 7 items in first page 6 items and footer is displayed nad in the next page item no-7 and then
    2.P.o value
    3.terms & conditions
    4. footer is display..
    I am very confused...as if the item is 10 then how i will manage the positions of the terms & conditions and footer windows.
    pls help ....
    on how to design for the second page..i am not well versed with new page-counters..may be that is stopping me ..

    I guess u just want the term's and condition window to be printed only once after the all the items in main window are printed.
    If this is the issue,
    then solution is as follows------>>>>>>>
    As main window length is variable....it extends according to the no. of table entries can extend to number of pages.
    if u want to make anything print just after the complete print out of table in main window then u can declare a TABLE LINE inside the footer of the table and go to Condition tab of the Table line in smartform there in bottom there would be an event ONLY AT PARAGRAPH END, Select this even, once u select this event and inside the corresponding table line if u declare ur terms and conditions then this table line would be printed just Once in ur smartform just after the Complete print of ur table in Main Window.
    Hope this resolves ur issue.

    here company and plant are available in RSEG. Where can i find  Storage Location and vendor?..

    Hi Sri,
    If you referring to storage location, then it is only relevant during goods movement & not during invoice posting. there is no option to change the storage location while posting the invoice.
    If my understanding of the location you're mentioning is not correct, please let me know.

    I am new to SAP, as well as to SRM world. Currently I have a object with me from purchase order smartform in SRM. My job is to copy the standard PO form named BBP_PO into "Z" form and to make customizations in the copied one. I don't have idea about how to proceed with it. Please give me some idea about required processing classes, methods, BADI's, FM's etc,.. Can anyone please tell me how to do this job? I am a fresher so if you help me in this means, it would be very helpful for me and for my future.

    why dont you try the same !
    How to customize an existing Standard Smart form in SRM - Overview.
    1. Copy existing Standard smart form in SRM, let us say, BBP_PO into "Z'' Smart form in Transaction SMARTFORMS.
    2. Do changes in Z Smart form add Desired Logos in Smart form using SE78 and SMARTFORMS transactions.
    3. Change in Jargon: Unlike ECC we will not have Driver program (in SE38), you will find Processing class and Processing method ( in SE24) for SRM Smart forms, where we write extraction logic.
    4. So, In case of SRM we should replace the (word) "Driver Program" with (the word) "Processing Class" and Perform as "Processing Method".
    5.Where to Link: Processing Class, Processing Method and Smart form? In SPRO, SRM Server -> Cross Apps -> Set Output Actions and Output Format -> Define Actions for Purchase Order Output -> Action definition -> Processing types, then select standard PO.
    6. If we are using (Completely- New) Custom Smart Form instead of Changing Standard Smartform, then Do change any settings in Step5, Otherwise, if you are planned to modify existing Smartform, with Small logic changes, format changes and Logo Changes then, Just Implement BADI - BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF in SE19 transaction.
    7. Put a simple code  in BADI as... CASE IV_OBJECT_TYPE.
    When  'BUS2201' .
       CV_SMARTFORM = 'Z_CustomSF'.
    ENDCASE
    8. Don't forget, you already copied Std Smartform into Custom Smartform say Z_CustomSF.
    9. I am using BUS2201 only becuase I was trying to change BBP_PO Smartform which is a Purchase Order Smartform.

  • How to print Excise values in Purchase Order Smartform

    Hi, Experts,
    I am developing the Purchase Order Smartform as per the my client requirment. For this i took the copy of standard Smartform for PO. The name of the standard smartform is 'YBIN_MMPO'. My requirment is to print all the excise values {BED,CESS,ECESS and VAT/CST} of every item. How to get these conditions to print in PO. I serched the table KONV, but the conditions which are under the taxes button are not stored in this table.
    For this I found one FM "CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_AMOUNT'. This is also not helpful if client goes to manual excise to create PO.
    Is there any other table to get these conditions? or is there any function modules to get these conditions?
    Please give me the solution.

  • IMG settings after creating new output type for a purchase order smartform

    Hi all,
    Do I need to make changes in IMG after creating a new output type in NACE for a purchase order smartform?
    I have customized a purchase order smartform according to the requirements and copied an existing output type and assigned the custom form name.
    When I am trying to create a purchase order to test it, I am going to the message tab for assigning the output type and if I press F4 on the output type field or if I give the copied output type there, it says output type is not defined.
    Do I need to make any changes in SPRO?

    Yes. You have to add the new output type to the proper message determination schema.
    Go to the IMG and select Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Messages -> Output control -> Message determination schemas -> Define message schema for purchase order -> Maintain Message Determination Schema: Purchase Order.
    Select the proper schema, then Control Data and insert your new output type into the schema (eventually with any requirement that may be necessary... you probably want to use 101 like in case of the regular NEU message).
    This should do it.
