Relatives credit card reporting on my CR

I appolgize in advance if this is the wrong place to post this, this is my first posting and I'm slightly intimidated by the sheer amount of information here. So I have an odd problem, my credit reports show I have a Macy's account and an Amex, the only problem is I do not currently or ever had an account with either card. Amex dates back to 1997 and Macy's dates back to 1979 and that I share them jointly with my grandmother, so I assume they must belong to my grandfather. We do not share the same first name and I was born in 1977 so getting a card in 1979 obviosly is not right. So my question is; what should I do? do I correct it or let it go? is there any pro's or con's to leraving it on my report? they both have zero balances. Thanks in advance.

  • When credit cards report early

I was just looking over my Credit Karma info that updates on Saturdays. I found that JCP and Walmart reported early. Could that be because both accounts received CLIs this week?  The old statement closing dates were on the 21st so the account info reported last week. And then they reported this week too. Showed the new credit lines along with my Walmart balance that is usually at $0.00 just before the statement closes.  The current statement will go long so it won't close until the new date which is September 15th. I guess they will be showing that balance until then.

Yes this is why. Synch always reports immediately changes to account. Tuolumne -does this include payment changes or only CLI changes? I woudl have to review my AEO Visa and Walmart accounts to see if that has been the case. I have the Ebates Visa in the mail to me now so it would be nice to know.

  • Payment of Expense Report invoice created from credit card transactions

We are implementing corporate credit cards into iExpenses using the company pay method. When expense reports are created from aquitting credit card transactions and exported into Payables does anyone know if it is possible to pay the expense report invoice that has been created without needing to run the Create Credit Card Issuer Invoice program? The reason for this question is that I want to avoid running this program as our credit card provider direct debits our account from our bank account rather than us transmitting the funds to them and don't need to create an invoice for the credit card provider. Any assistance would be gretly appreciated. Thanks

    Hi  Harry
You can use the badi TRIP_POST_FI   .you can create custom table & mention the different symbolic account number  & change your  symbolic account based on your expense type by using the above badi. While you do FI posting  your expense types will get posted in two hit two different G/L account
It will surely solve your problem.. I had same issue in my earlier project which i have done the above solution.
    Thanks

  • Can expense report invoices for Credit Card transactions ever get paid?

We are implementing corporate Credit Cards into iExpenses and I have a question. How do the expense report invoices that are created in Payables from credit card transactions, where the invoice is $0.00 get paid? I have attempted to pay them manually but am unable to proceed. Is it possible to pay these expense report invoices or do these $0.00 value invoice remain unpaid in the system forever? Please help. Thanks

  • User submitted Credit Card Historical Transactions Management Report by mis

A user has submitted the 'Credit Card Historical Transactions Management Report' by mistake. They have noticed that as a result of this, the concurrent request appears to have deactivated all iExpense unused transactions up to and including the date that they ran the program which results in a number of cardholders affected are unable to see or acquit their Visa transactions.
We believe this process can be reversed using the same report and choosing "activate transactions" however we just need confirmation that our
assumption is correct and that the request can be reversed. Can anyone please confirm if this can be reversed.
    Thanks
    Lee

I created a SR with Oracle to confirm this and they said you can run this program. I just wanted to make sure program is safe to run for clearing out outstanding charges for termed employee. If Oracle support confirmed that you can run the program, then I would say go with what they said :)
    Thanks,

  • For our family finances, how do I create a monthly report merging data (by category) from tables for checking, credit card, and savings?

For our family finances, how do I create a monthly expenditure report that automatically merges data (by category) from checking, credit card, and savings accounts?

You can set up four tables:
    1) a summary table
    2) a table for pasting Checking transactions
    3) a table for pasting Credit Card transactions
    4) a table for pasting Savings transactions
You will have catagorize each transaction or using the ones from the bank/credit card
I used pop-up menus to make the categories (Type) and summed the two accounts in the summary table.

  • HT3702 I continue to be charged on my credit card for purchases I am not making on itunes. I have switched credit cards and this contines to happen. I have reported the problem on each specific purchase. What else do I do?

I continue to get charged on my credit for purchases I am not making on itunes. They are all small purchases such as $4.99, $1.99, $6.99 but have added to almost $300 in total. I keep clicking on them as report a problem. I have switched credit cards but this continues to happen. What do I do? Seems like there is no number to call. Wish I could talk to a person rather than trying to navigate this through the internet.

How are they showing up on your account e.g. are they auto-renewing subscriptions that you haven't stopped : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
Does anyone else have access to your account and/or devices that might be making them ?
If you can't work out where they are coming from then you could contact iTunes support and ask them for help (we are fellow users here on these forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If they aren't showing on your account's purchase history then you should also contact your card issuer.

    Hi,
How To Do Configuration For Credit Management
Credit and risk management takes place in the credit control area. According to your corporate requirements, you can implement credit management that is centralized, decentralized, or somewhere in between.
An organizational unit that represents the area where customer credit is awarded and monitored.   This organizational unit can either be a single or several company codes, if credit control is performed across several company codes. One credit control area contains credit control information for each customer.
For example, if your credit management is centralized, you can define one credit control area for all of your company codes.
If, on the other hand, your credit policy requires decentralized credit management, you can define credit control areas for each company code or each group of company codes.
Credit limits and credit exposure are managed at both credit control area and customer level.  You set up credit control areas and other data related to credit management in Customizing for Financial Accounting. The implementation guide is under Enterprise Structure -> Definition or Assignment -> Financial Accounting and then Maintain credit control area. You assign customers to specific credit control areas and specify the appropriate credit limits in the customer master record.
Settings for determining the credit control area of a document.  The settings of items 1 - 4 are taken into account according to their priority.  The credit control area found is stored in field VBAK-KKBER.

  • Personal Credit Card Transactions(used in expense report) showing unused

We have an issue here (in Oracle 11.5.10.2) where credit card transactions even though used(tied to an expense report and having final status as PAID/INVOICED) is still coming as UNUSED in the aging outstanding credit card transactions report. This is due to the fact that in the credit card transaction table, the expense amount column for these transaction is zero and hence these gets picked in the report. This is a bug that many users are facing the system and I have found in the metalink that this is a bug and a patch 5080064 needs to be applied. The concerned metalink note is Credit Card Transactions Included in Expense Report and Adjusted to Personal show as Used[ID 414566.1].
But it states here it is for Oracle Internet Expense 11.5.9 and pre-requsite patch is
    3618125 - Patch 11i.OIE.J
    4341684 - 11I.OIE.J (11i.FIN_PF.G) Rollup #2
We are at iExpense patch level 4165000 - patch 11i.OIE.K which superseds both the above patches.
The sql files included in the patch have lower version than we have in our instance. We are skeptical whether applying the patch can resolve our issue. We are sure that this is a bug and we need to know if there is a patch for fixing it or any workaround.

    Hi Priyanka,
We have had the same issue last month where same VCF4 file has been uploaded twice and duplicate CC records have been created. Actually the application never creats same record again although same VCF4 file been uploaded multiple times but after applying some patch system started creating duplicate CC records. That patch was meant to resolve a different issue on iExpense side but affected VCF4 file uploading program.
To narrow down the problem you can ask business users not to submit the expense report for the same transactions, if they have already done it and the expense report is not yet approved then they can withdraw it .
As a permanent solution it's highly recommended to raise an SR with Oracle Support.
I'm sure this is really painful issue in terms of reconciliation and can't take any decision as the Credit Cards data is more sensitive...
    Wish you all the best...
    Cheers,
    Vara

There are deadlines but you can open a Dispute about a transaction with eBay for 45 days. The Resolution Centre is at the bottom of this page. Your credit card information cannot be accessed if you paid by Paypal. They anonymize your financial information. However, you can open a Dispute about a transaction with Paypal through their Resolution Centre on the left side of your account page. If you believe your credit card has been stolen or otherwise compromised, call the 1-800 number on the back of the card. Explain your problem to the clerk. • HT204088 how to print purchase history for credit card fraud report

I need to print my purchase history for a credit card fraud report.  Does anyone know how to do so?  Whenever I click File ---> Print, I only get the first page which contains my basic information.  I've tried a print screen and paste into another document but it does not come out clearly due to the size....thanks!

    PB Player,
The iTunes Purchase History does not have a print option.  The best it lets you do is bring up the history a page at a time and print screenshots.  I am sure you can correct the size issue by cropping and zooming.
It is also possible to get a complete listing emailed to you by making a request to iTunes Customer Service.  If you have more than a few pages, this will be easier.
