Released request are not appearing in import queue

Released requests are not appearing in the import queue. Can any one help me to get these requests in import queue.

Hello Ratna,
Can u please check that once u release the request from DEV it should be appear in QA COFILE and DATAFILE or not...u have to physically check it .....
and if yes then u can also import that file through ADDTOBUFFER and IMPORT command at command prompt level.

Hi,
Please go to SE01, select your request(s) and on the next screen click on the request. In the opened screen navigate to the properties tab and see what target system you have defined for the transport. If there is no definition, transport is considered as local and will not be released to cofile/data folders (but stays in E070). You have to define the correct target system as it's defined in TMS to make you request tranportable

SRVR(Service Request) and SRVO(Service Order) are not appearing in IC_Agent

Dear friends,
We are planning to implement Service Requests and Service Orders in CRM 7.0 Interaction Center
The Service Transactions(Service Order/Service Request) are available in 'Service Professional' business role but not available in 'IC_AGENT' role.
The things i have observed
1. Without the channel the Transaction Type was not appearing in SAP GUI (CRMD_ORDER)
2. Even after maintaining the Channels the BUS2000223 (Service Request) did not appear in CRMD_ORDER but the SRVO- Service Order transaction type appeared.(BUS2000116 Service Process)
3. Have maintained the SRVO and SRVR transaction types as dependent transaction types in the 'Business Transaction Profile'; still when clieck on the Service Request or Service Order create I am getting the below error
'No transaction type is available for creating a transaction'
Below is the diagnosis
Diagnosis
No transaction type is available when creating a transaction. This can be due to the following reasons:
No transaction type is available according to Customizing
The user has no authorization for the transaction type
System Response
It is not possible to create the transaction.
Procedure
Make sure that:
The transaction type is set up in Customizing
The user has authorization for the transaction type
Can you please guide me where the actual issue is

Requests could not appear in Production Server

Hi,
I have an strange issue here,
we have recently installed the Production server,
and i added that server in the STMS using the standard 3 system configuration ,the issue i am facing here is i could not see the requests which are in transport directory of Quality server .
i could only see the today's requests which are around 25, these requests are appearing the PRD Import Queue.
whereas old requests nearly 250, are not appearing ,
I have to move all these requests to prd server to setup Production Client.
Please Advise ASAP.

I'm doing this without access to a system, so I'm not 100% sure that it is without syntax errors. But it's way easier that adding 250+ transport manually to the buffer.
1) Start transaction STMS_QUEUES
2) Select (single click) the QA system and then in the menu: Goto => History => Import History
The list shown is an overview of all the transports that were imported into your QA system. The sequence is order in which they we imported into the QA system.
3) Save this list via the menu: System => List => Save => Local File. Use Spreadsheet as the format. This makes it easier to convert it to the correct batch-file.
4) In the saved Excel file remove the header lines, the columns before and after the transport numbers.
5) Insert an empty column before the transport numbers. In this column you need to add the text "tp addtobuffer" without the quotes.
6) Insert an empty column after the column with the transport numbers. In this column insert the system ID "PRD" without the quotes. Also add the text " pf=<drive letter>\usr\sap\trans\bin\TP_DOMAIN_<your tms controller sid>.PFL"
7) Save the file as plain text with a space as an column separator and call it add2BufferPRD.bat
8) Make a copy of production system the buffer file in /usr/sap/trans/buffer
9) As the user prdadm run the file add2BufferPRD.bat
This should do the trick.

Excise tab is not appearing in Import of STO material-MIGO display

Hi Guru's,
Excise tab is not appearing in Import of STO material-MIGO display.
Find the Process steps below.
1)Stock transfer order using NB document type-(Company codes are different)
2)VL10B
3)VL02N-PGI
4)Customs Invoice in Indian rupees.
5)Capture excise invoice-J1IEX(Capture excise invoice w.r.t PO not STO)
6)Goods receipt with Reference excise invoice(Excise tab appearing while posting goods) MIGO
7)Post Excise invoice--Accounting entries everything is correct.
After posting the MIGO when we display Material document in MIGO, excaise tab is not appearing for this scenario only.Rest of all Excise tab appearing.
Note:In J1IEX display of excise invoice in Reference document2 field Material document should be there but not showing its empty field.

Excise captured & posted using J1IEX using 2 step procedure won't appear in MIGO screen.
Display excise invoice using J1IEX(using vendor excise inv. no. or internal document no)
Only excise captured & posted in MIGO(Single step) will be appear in display of MIGO screeen.
Check SAP Note 952287 - CIN: Limited Functionalities in Country Version India -CIN -Q.no.5
5. Incoming Excise Invoice capture at Blocked stock 103 is not
supported in CIN.
The capture of incoming excise invoice is strictly advised to carryout at
unrestricted stock and not at blocked stock(103/105) due to architectural
issues. The capture at blocked stock may cause wrong excise posting.

Tax Code and Tax Amount Fields are not appearing

Hi to all,
While making Downpayment Request (F-47) Tax Code and Tax Amount Fields are not appearing in the screen.
for more clarity...
suppose PO is 1150 include all taxes ( Amount 1000+ Tax Amount 150)
as per agreement with vendor we need to raise DR for 1150 and based on DR we will make downpayment to vendor (F-48)
But in F-47 screen Tax Code and Tax Amount fields are not appearing.
Could any body help me on this??

why you are looking for tax code field, pay gross amount as per PO, same amount will update in PO history as well as Vendor account.
Even if you find the tax code field and check the tax code check box, system will not calculate tax at the time of down payment or down payment request.
Please remember that by default standard SAP provides the tax code field in f-47 or F-48.

IPad Group Contacts are not appearing in itunes

I have a Group Contacts app on my ipad mini that syncs with the contacts on my iPad. I created 4 groups. I want to import those groups into Outlook. I tried opening up icloud, select all, export. Only the 1st contact in that particular group is exported. I then deleted and reinstalled itunes and my groups are not appearing.

Have had same problem and read many different posts on the discussion boards. Came to my own sort of hybrid solution that's posted below:
Backup address book.
Turn off syncing to iPhone within iTunes, and then hit Apply to make sure it takes.
Quit Address Book, iTunes, and basically everything.
Go to Finder > Library > Application Support > Address Book … move all folders out of there EXCEPT the Metadata folder.
Go to Finder > Library > Application Support > Sync Services … move everything out of there.
Reboot computer.
Open address book.
Open iTunes, connect iPhone, and sync.
NOTE: I had to play with these steps, and their order, several times to force iTunes to properly reflect what’s in the address book/contacts, but after about the sixth time it worked.

Symbols Saved are not Appearing

Symbols I save from my document library to my common library are not appearing in my common library. I also try to save a graphic element as a symbol and choose "Common Library, and that's not appearing in my Common Library. Any idea why? I am using CS5.

Not sure what to suggest, but I'd check and/or try the following:
File path. Are the symbols located within the Common Library of your user library Application Support folder? It's a little unclear from your reply, which says ‘custom library’ (not a recognized file path/folder name).
Quit and restart. Try quitting and restarting the application, and see if the symbols appear in the Common Library panel. If that has no effect, then try shutting down and restarting the computer.
New location. Try saving the custom symbols directly into the application's Common Library folder (instead of within the application support folder), and see if that works.
If none of this helps, keep in mind that you can always export symbols from the Document Library into a Libraries folder, or import symbols directly from other documents, without involving the Common Library.

Transport Request is not flagged for import into production.

When I try to migrate a CR from the quality system to the acceptance system, through solution manager system, the status flag still remains to be "To be tested" which normally does not happen.
I get 4 warnings as below:
1) Status was reset by system
2) No import into test system has taken place.
3) Transport request is not flagged for import into production
4) The tester role cannot be the same as the developer role.
Usually when a CR is selected for migration to Acceptance, the status flag automatically sets to "productive", which in turn depicts that the CR has been migrated to acceptance and is ready for import into production.
But when I check the Transport log in the acceptance system, it is evident that the CR has been migrated to acceptance with errors.

I guess these errors you mentioned are the reason why ChaRM reports your transprot request as
2) No import into test system has taken place.
1) Status was reset because 2) is not fullfilled.
3) did not get flagged because status was not set due to previous errors.
4) business partner of user with function "tester" (apparently the one who tries to set status) is the same as the business partner assigned to function "developer". If it should be the same person you can switch off the warning in customizing.
Try to correct import errors and repeat status switch.

Tab Strips are not appearing correctly

Hi all,
We are using SAP Portal 7.3 and we are using Custom theme. The tabstrips are not appearing properly (half broken).
I have tried changing the properties "Background color of selected tab" , "Background color of non-selected tab" and others in theme editor but this is not solving my issue.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

I have this identical problem. For a while my group texts didnt show up on my ipad. Then one day they did, maybe everyone in the group started using the same os version or something. Ever since my first reply to the group there have been complaints of multiple threads. I can not find a pattern for when my group text's decide they want to create a new thread. (it doesnt happen every time) Everyone in the group has deleted the thread, we've all toggled imessage on/off etc. There still hasn't been a solution.
Any help would be appreciated.

Line items are not appearing in F-32

Dear All,
There is one unique issue that is being arised in our system where in the open line items are appearing at the time of customer line item display, but when we go for clearing these line items only some documents are appearing and some documents are not appearing at all.
Is there any reason that documents does not appear while clearing where in still the same is appearing as a open line item in customer line item display.

entries are passed as part of period end closing entries
entry passed in month end and reversed in next month

1. check the mode of passing the entry in tcode
if tcode is coming from FBS1 the entries will not appear in F-32
if 1 entry in FBS1 and other entry in F-32 then automatic reversal entries were not passed.
there was manual entry.
that is the reason 1 entry in FBS1 and other in F-32.

In case of Factory sales, ECS values alone are not appearing

In case of Factory sales, ECS values alone are not appearing in the sale order
and billing document even after maintaining excise rates in J1ID as 2% and condition
record as 100% for both JECS and JECX condition types, finally I checked with tax
code but still I am facing same problem. But same 2% values are appearing in J1IIN
screen.
Please help me out in solving this problem.

Ensure the following in your pricing procedure, for condition type JECS.
- The "From-To" step number should be the step number of JEX2.
- The Calculation Type should be 366
- For JEX2, Calculation Type 353 and Account Key EXD are maintained
