The question is which field and table i will fetch for TOTAL DISCOUNT ,from the total sales for perticular period.
    please  suggest me ASAP
i am waiting for the response
    Thanks,

    Hi
I suggest to do with an ABAPer. It's been a long time since the last time that I did it. This is an idea, thinking in performance.
    1. Add a zz-field (ZZDICOUNT for instance) in table VBAP with an append. See Note 155012 - Further subtotal fields in pricing to do it if you don't want to use a field between KZWI1-6. Use the field ZZWI7 for instance.
    2. According to note 350068, do the steps that it suggests using field ZZWI7 instead KDMAT, ie, in step 4 you must do in include V05TZZMO. I think that perhaps you would add KNUMV (as ZZKNUMV) to orders before modification (be careful with performance)
    ***INCLUDE V05TZZMO .
    * This form is called in the include LV05TFMO.
    FORM MOVE_USERFIELDS USING ZP.
      CASE ZP.
        WHEN 'VBAK'.
    *     header
    *     MOVE LVBAK-XXXXX TO LVBMTV-ZZXXXXX.
          MOVE lvbak-knumv TO lvbmtv-zzknumv.
        WHEN 'VBAP'.
    *     item
         MOVE LVBAP-ZZWI7 TO LVBMTV-ZZWI7.
    *    for older documents (check it with your ABAPer, don't copy it and run in production without checking)
IF lvbap-zzwi7 IS INITIAL.         "see if it's possible to check by date too
SELECT SINGLE kbetr INTO zzwi7 FROM konv
WHERE knumv = lvbmtv-zzkumv            "check that it's populated
               AND     kposn  = lvbmtv-posnr
AND      ...........          "decide the type of select (GROUP BY,
"INTO TABLE, ie: with an internal table
         ENDIF.
        WHEN 'VBEP'.
    *     schedule line
    *     MOVE LVBEP-XXXXX TO LVBMTV-ZZXXXXX.
      ENDCASE.
    ENDFORM.
Remember that you must register the object in SSCR.
    3. Remember that it will work from this moment. Before this date with this coding doesn't work because the coding to catch data from KONV I'm not sure that it will work. So, perhaps the ABAP report will be the better solution.
Moreover, take your time, look for help from an ABAPer if you don't know enough ABAP and of coure, check it and check it newly.
    I hope this helps you

  • FI Report showing Discount amount before posting a Document

We are paying Vendor's invoices.  While creating document, we enter Discount base amount and payment terms. Discount amount appears only after document is posted.  Is there any way I can print/display discount amount before posting the document?
    Thank you

Ashok, it's F-43 to create a Vendor Invoice.   After creating, when you display the document through FB03, on screen 302, you will find Disc Base, payment term.  The Disc Amount would be blank, as it is not yet posted.
    Thanks

  • Discounts Report

Is there a report to see discounts taken or lost from vendors in sap and also the same report for discounts given to customers?

The automatic configuration takes these discounts to a specific GL account. Maybe you could start analyzing that account line report and sort by vendor or customer accordingly.

  • Third party sales order report

    Hi
I got to prepare a report and the description is as follows:
"Report for discount pricing conditions manually entered in third party sales orders."
"Discount price reporting for manual pricing conditions in sales order processing (not in billing)"
"The report should reflect manual pricing discounts captured in the third party sales order. The relevant (third party) document types will be confirmed.Currently we have the following pricing condition type used for manual discount: YRD2- Manual Distr. Discount % YRD3- Manual Distr. Discount fixedThis report will facilitate the monitoring on the discounts given to the distributors. We still need to confirm the complete list of discount pricing conditions for the report. The report should extract the manual discount information based on the following criteria:Sales organization, period, sales order, customer (wholesaler and/or third party) and pricing condition type.Summing per sales order, customer, period should be enabled. The discounts should be displayed in document (sales order) currency. "
I didnt understand the following to get the purpose of this report:
    1. what is this third party sales order ?
    2. What is manual pricing condition?
    3. what is manual pricing condition? how many types of conditions are there like this?
    4. What is the actual analysis that can be made from the output of this report?
Please explain them in detail. Thank you.

    THIRD PARTY SCENARIO
In third-party order processing, your company does not deliver the items requested by a customer. Instead, you pass the order along to a third-party vendor who then ships the goods directly to the customer and bills you. A sales order may consist partly or wholly of third-party items. Occasionally, you may need to let a vendor deliver items you would normally deliver yourself.
    Process Flow
The processing of third-party orders is controlled via material types. Material types define whether a material is produced only internally, can be ordered only from third-party vendors, or whether both are possible. For example, a material that is defined as a trading good can only be ordered from a third-party vendor. However, if you manufacture your own finished products, you may also want, from time to time, to be able to order the same type of product from other vendors.
    Processing Third-Party Orders in Sales
Third-party items can be created automatically by the system, depending on how your system is set. However, you can also change a standard item to a third-party item during sales processing manually.
    Automatic third-party order processing
If a material is always delivered from one or more third-party vendors, you can specify in the material master that the material is a third-party item. During subsequent sales order processing, the system automatically determines the appropriate item category for a third-party item: TAS. To specify a material as a third-party item, enter BANS in the Item category group field in the Sales 2 screen of the material master record.
    Manual third-party order processing
In the case of a material that you normally deliver yourself but occasionally need to order from a third-party vendor, you can overwrite the item category during sales order processing. For a material that you normally deliver yourself, you specify the item category group NORM in the material master.
If, as an exception, you use a third-party material, change the entry TAN to TAS in the ItCa field when processing the sales document. The item is then processed as third-party item.
If address data for the ship-to party is changed in the sales order in third-party business transactions, the changed data will automatically be passed on to purchase requisition and also to the purchase order ,if one already exists. In the purchase order, you can display the address data for the ship-to party in the attributes for the item.
You can only change the address data for the ship-to party in the sales order for third-party business transactions, and not in the purchase order.
    Processing Third-Party Orders in Purchasing
When you save a sales order that contains one or more third-party items, the system automatically creates a purchase requisition in Purchasing. Each third-party item in a sales order automatically generates a corresponding purchase requisition item. During creation of the requisition, the system automatically determines a vendor for each requisition item. If a sales order item has more than one schedule line, the system creates a purchase requisition item for each schedule line.
Purchase orders are created from purchase requisitions in the usual way. For more information about creating purchase orders, see the Purchasing documentation. During creation of the purchase order, the system automatically copies the delivery address of your customer from the corresponding sales order. In a sales order, you can enter purchase order texts for each third-party item. When you create the corresponding purchase order, the texts are automatically copied into the purchase order. The number of the purchase order appears in the document flow information of the sales order.
All changes made in the purchase order are automatically made in the sales order as well. For example, if the vendor confirms quantities and delivery dates different from those you request and enters them in the purchase order, the revised data is automatically copied into the sales order
You process third-party items by creating a normal sales order. In overview for the order, you can then overwrite the default item category (TAN in the standard system) with the special item category for third-party items: TAS
    Billing Third-Party Orders
If relevance for billing indicator for the item category has been set to B (relevant for order-related billing on the basis of the order quantity) in Customizing, the system includes the order in the billing due list immediately. If, however, the indicator has been set to F (relevant to order-related billing on the basis of the invoice quantity), the system does not include the order in the billing due list until an invoice from the vendor has been received and processed by the purchasing department. In the standard system, item category TAS (third-party order processing) has been given billing-relevance indicator F.
In the first case, the third-party order is considered to be completely billed only when the invoiced quantity equals the order quantity of the sales order item. In the second case, each time a vendor invoice is received, a customer invoice is created for the quantity in the vendor invoice and the order is considered to be fully invoiced until the next vendor invoice is received.
If you have activated billing-relevance indicator F for item categories in Customizing, billing can refer to the goods receipt quantity instead of the incoming invoice quantity.
You can control whether the invoice receipt quantity or the quantity of goods received is relevant for billing in Customizing for copying control for billing at item level.
FOR YOUR PROCESS Individual Purchase Orders WELL GIVE THE RIGHT SOLUTION
Individual purchase orders are used when your customer orders goods from you that are not in stock and must be ordered from one or more external vendors.
    Process Flow
During sales order entry, the system automatically creates a purchase requisition item. The purchasing department creates a purchase order based on the requisition and the vendor ships the goods directly to you (unlike third party order processing, where the vendor ships directly to your customer). You then ship the goods to your customer. While the goods are part of your inventory, you manage them as part of the sales order stock. Sales order stock consists of stock that is assigned to specific sales orders and cannot be used for other purposes.
Goods receipt will be posted when ever the vendor ships the goods to our customer.
We will do this transaction in SAP using MIGO.
Invoice receipt is done when the Vendor sends us the invoice.. ( I.e Billing ).
It can be done using MIRO.
THe above two steps are standard and manual. There are many other ways that the actual process can happen. If the client follows EDI standards then the Goods receipt and Invoice receipt can be done through IDOCs automatically.
Process Flow for 3rd Party Sales
Customize the third party sales in summary:
    Prerequisites for 3rd party sales,
    Purchasing org,
    purchasing group,
assign the Purchase org to company code
    assign Purchase org to plant,
should not maintain the stock in material, it should be trading goods,
    1. Create Vendor XK01
    2. Create Material – Material Type as "Trading Goods". Item category group as "BANS".
    3. Assign Item Category TAS to Order type that you are going to use.
    4. A sale order is created and when saved a PR is generated at the background
    5. With reference to SO a PO is created (ME21N). The company raises PO to the vendor.
    6. Vendor delivers the goods and raises bill to company. MM receives the invoice MIRO
    7. Goods receipt MIGO
    8. Goods issue
    9. The item cat TAS or Schedule line cat CS is not relevant for delivery which is evident from the config and, therefore, there is no delivery process attached in the whole process of Third party sales.
    10. Billing *--

  • Copa report from fi posting

    HI,
We maintained a vendor account number in customer master, when ever we paid any amount to this vendor, it needs to update a copa report as discount. How could I do this?
    thanks & regards
    msr

    Hi,
So, when you enter Customer invoice (F-22), do you update the Quantity filed (BSEG-MENGE)?
I posted an invoice (f-22) with quantity field updated and I could see that Quantity value field is getting updated in CO-PA.
You may also want to check again if you have assigned to correct cost element in PA transfer structure.
    Hope this helps.

  • Tax code on the basis of Invoice Date in MIRO

    Hi Gurus!
Tax rate change from 12.5% to 15 % is due on 1st October in NZ._________________
Client requirement is that in MIRO transaction w.r.t. PO instead of the tax code being picked up from PO, the Tax code should be picked up depending upon the Invoice Date. _____________
For Eg. Tax rate changes from 12.5% to 15% on 1/Oct/2010,
    Invoice Date = 20/Sep/2010, Posting Date = 20/Sep/2010, Tax Code = H1 (12.5%)
    Invoice Date = 20/Sep/2010, Posting Date = 01/Oct/2010, Tax Code = H1 (12.5%)
    Invoice Date = 01/Oct/2010, Posting Date = 01/Oct/2010, Tax Code = H3 (15%)
Is there a way this can be achieved?
    Kind Regards,
    Mehul

    Hi Mehul,
We just had such situation in Canada.
It is recommended not to change the tax rate in the Tax code which is being used in open invoices because that could cause reporting and discount problems. And I am sure there will be open invoices with tax rates 12.5% come october 1. The solution is:
Create a new Tax code in transaction code FTXP with rate 15%( effective date Oct 1 and set the same GL Tax account) everything as old tax code except for 15%  which will used for POs initiated from Oct1 onwards. For PO's prior to Oct 1. just use the same tax code with 12.5%.
During MIRO the Tax code/rate  used in PO will be default,  you will have the option to go with old Tax code-12.5% or new tax code 15%.

  • Develop a report to track discount for various product

    hi
i need to develop a report to track discount for various product depending upon the client

    Hello Noor,
I'm not sure but if you are talking about the marketing attributes, you can definitely use FM - CRM_MKTBP_ASSIGN_ATTRIBUT_TAB
You need to pass the profile id, partner id and marketing attributes data. Thats it.
I think the FM you ar eusing for terrritory is fine. It should work.
    I hope this helps.
    Thanks

  • XL-Reporter - sales analysis including row discount and document discount

    Hello World!
In XLR I want to report all item-sales to customers grouped by item-groups based on invoives.
Since I am interested only in net amounts (without tax, freight and other expenses) and discounts I use 'S0_LineTotal' as attribute.
'SO_LineTotal' includes the discount of each item-row in the document.
The row selection is as follows:
    FACT
    ARDT(Code = "ARCreditMemo","Invoice")
    FIG(SO_DocType = "I")
    ITM( * )
    Group By ITM.ItmsGrpCod
The problem is that I also have to include the document discount 'OINV.DiscSum' in the result.
In combination with the row selection specified above the attribute 'Total Discount' delivers no results (always 0).
In the standard SAP report 'Sales - AR/Sales reports/Sales Analysis' the total discount is averaged to all items in the matrix of a document.
How can I achieve this in my XL-Report?
Thank you very much for your support!

    Hello,
To get this, I tried drag following information from Report composer:
Under Sales tab, choose Items(Display more atrributes to choose Item Group), Document Number(choose this one because same items may have different discount in different documents), Discount % Per Row(light dimension),Discount % Per Document(light dimension), Row Total(measure).
Drag the Item Group to the Group region.
Run the report and the result should be all items are grouped by item Group and discounts and total in different document for each item will be listed.
    Hope this helps you.

  • Query  for report to show Invoices, Payments and Discounts

    Hi All
I am hoping someone can help me with this query.
What the customer needs is the invoices for a specific date range, the payments applied to the invoices and the discount amount
    Eg...
    Invoice    payment   discount
    100         90              10
This would be easy to get from the ORCT and RCT2 tables.
However, sometime the users add the payment on account and reconciles the invoices and a manual journal for the discounts.
So it would be best to look at the OITR and ITR1 tables?
This is what I have so far and it almost balances...
I am using this query to create the report in crystal,
To create the discount amount from the incoming payment window i said (T0.ReconSum - T3.TrsfrSum)
I also took out the vat amount within that formula.
With the amounts from the manual journal, i just took the amount as is.
    select T2.CardCode, T2.CardName, T0.SrcObjTyp, T0.SrcObjAbs, T0.ReconSum, T3.TrsfrSum, T4.ReconDate, T2.U_FundedNonFunded, (T5.Debit - T5.Credit), T6.PymntGroup
    from ITR1 T0
                 inner join OCRD T2 on T0.Shortname = T2.CardCode
                 left outer join ORCT T3 on T3.DocEntry = T0.SrcObjAbs  and T3.CardCode = T0.ShortName
                 inner join OITR T4 on T4.ReconNum = T0.ReconNum
                 left outer join JDT1 T5 on T5.TransId = T0.TransId and T5.ObjType = T0.SrcObjAbs and T0.ShortName = T5.ShortName
                 inner join OCTG T6 on T6.GroupNum = T2.GroupNum
                where T3.DocDate <= getdate() or T5.ContraAct = '1127331'
the account 1127331 is the Discount GL account.
Based on the example the Payment + discount = Invoices
however not all the customers are balancing..
any ideas? it looks like my query is getting only the invoices where a payment has been done. The amounts just dont seem to match.
    Thank you
    Jerusha

    hi
I think your join with OJDT is wrong in this part : T5.ObjType = T0.SrcObjAbs
    you should write
    T5.ObjType = T0.SrcObjTyp
(I think you don't need this part at all )
    try this:
    select T2.CardCode, T2.CardName, T0.SrcObjTyp, T0.SrcObjAbs, T0.ReconSum, T3.TrsfrSum, T4.ReconDate, T2.U_FundedNonFunded, (T5.Debit - T5.Credit), T6.PymntGroup
    from
    ITR1 T0
    inner
    join OITR T4 on T4.ReconNum = T0.ReconNum
    inner
    join OCRD T2 on T0.Shortname = T2.CardCode
    left
    outer join ORCT T3 on T3.DocEntry = T0.SrcObjAbs and T3.CardCode = T0.ShortName
    left
    outer join JDT1 T5 on T5.TransId = T0.TransId and T5.ObjType = T0.SrcObjTyp and T0.ShortName = T5.ShortName
    inner
    join OCTG T6 on T6.GroupNum = T2.GroupNum
    where
    T3.DocDate <= getdate() or T5.ContraAct =
    '1127331'
please let me know if it works now
