Reporting on Strategic Skills Priority from table T5W8P (SAP-HR)

Hi all,
I have a requirement to report on Strategic Skills Priority which is held in table T5W8P in ECC6.
So I need to load this through to BW somehow, and I guess create it as an attribute of the Qualification.
However I cannot see this field in any of the standard extractors and don't seem to be able to create this table as a datasource using RSO2.
Can anyone tell me how I can bring this field through to BW?

Hi,
I tried that and get an error message "Entry T5W8P does not exist in DD02L (check entry)"
I am not sure if this is something that has to be done on the SAP side, or if this is something specific to our system. Has anyone seen this error before?

According to your description, you want to configure subscription for the report to send it to different sets of people. If that is the case, we can achieve your goal by using Data-driven Subscription.
Reporting Services provides data-driven subscriptions so that you can customize the distribution of a report based on dynamic subscriber data. Data-driven subscriptions use query results to determine the recipients of the subscription, delivery settings,
and report parameter values. At run time, the report server runs a query to get values used for subscription settings. We can use the Create Data-driven Subscription pages to define the query and assign query values to subscription settings. For detail information,
please refer to the following steps:
1. Open Report Manager, and locate the report for which you want to create a data-driven subscription.
2. Hover over the report, and click the drop-down arrow.
3. In the drop-down menu, click Manage. This opens the General properties page for the report.
4. Select the Subscriptions tab, and then click New Data-driven Subscription.
5. Select the delivery extension and data source for the subscription.
6. Specify a query that retrieves subscriber data like below:

For our family finances, how do I create a monthly expenditure report that automatically merges data (by category) from checking, credit card, and savings accounts?

You can set up four tables:
1) a summary table
2) a table for pasting Checking transactions
3) a table for pasting Credit Card transactions
4) a table for pasting Savings transactions
You will have catagorize each transaction or using the ones from the bank/credit card
I used pop-up menus to make the categories (Type) and summed the two accounts in the summary table.

Removing Index from Table in SAP level

I want to remove the Index from SAP level as in Oracle level Index is already remove / not there.
Please provide the solution how it can be removed.

Hi Punit,
Use the transaction SE14 to do this.
Put the table name for which you need to remove the index at the input box (obj. name) ->select the radio button "Table"-> click on EDIT button->in the next screen->click on the "index" button->a screen will pop-up with all the available indexes for the table->select one(double click)-> in the next screen, you will have the "Delete database index" button, click this and the index will be deleted.
Note: You can't delete the indexes which are not defined as DB index in the ABAP Dictionary.

Table which contains name of the report generated from table

Hello everyone,
Is there any table which stores the report names that are created from table.
For example if my table name is 'ABC' a new report will be created for table at run time '/1BCDWB/DB/ABC'.
I also need to have table names, which stored the values when a layout is changed
For example if I have ten fields in my table, first time ill choose 5 fields, second time ill change the layout and choose 10 fields and ill save the layout.
If any Function modules are there please let me know

Table V_T5w8p Strategic Skills Priorities: Not Modifiable

Hi All,
T5w8p table is populated with the Strategic Skills Priorities.
Each Skill Priority is linked to a Qualification (Q).
A relation ship exists between Qualification (Q) and Events (E).
These Q and E are captured in DEV Client. Each Client Thus has a unique number/keys.
But here the QUESTION is.....
the table "V_T5w8p is not modifiable" in QA Client. Then how can i link the Unique number/keys to skills priority.

The above code executes well with no problem at all!
As you can see the file to which i create and save and open my pdf report is
AssignedDialyzer.pdf.
The column headers of table in pdf report from c# windows forms using iTextSharp are
"Reprocessing Date","Patient Name","Dialyzer(Manufacturer,Size)","No.of Reuse","Verification" and
"DialyzerID".
However the problem i am facing is after execution and opening of document is my
column headers in table in pdf report from
c# and datas in it all appear in bold.
I have browsed through net regarding to solve this problem but with no success.
What i want is my pdf report from c# should be similar to following format which i was able to accomplish in vb6,adodb with MS access using iTextSharp.:

give the function of a Play All button - Never tested though.

You might be able to get close to what you want by using a slideshow in iDVD. (It's not widely known, but you can put videos in a slideshow.) If you set the slide duration to manual, playback will pause after each movie/slide, and you can continue with the 'next' button.

Reporting on Supplier Entered Attribute Data from Table FCI_DCOM_ITEM_SPEC

Has anyone created a custom query or report that uses the supplier entered attributes from table FCI_DCOM_ITEM_SPEC? (which is populated by the suppliers when they submit their RFQ responses)
I'm interested in how to join the RFQ response tables (like FCI_RFX_RESPONSE, FCI_ONT_LINE_ITEM_RESP, etc.) with the supplier entered attributes table (FCI_DCOM_ITEM_SPEC) in a SELECT statement.
Do you know of any existing SAP queries or reports that use table FCI_DCOM_ITEM_SPEC?

You can use the table VBUK field BUCHK, ie, if VBUK-BUCHK = 'A'.
The best manner is the view M_VMCFA. If you see in SE11 you can see as works for the field VBRK-RFBSK.

Delete From Table on Cancel Button.

i have created form with report page and i have implement send email option on Page so i am attach more document with email.if i attach document then it's going in DUMY_DOC_FILE table .
i have create a process
delete from DUMY_DOC_FILE .
Process Point IS ON Submit -After Conmputation and Validation
On Page No 6.if i press Cancel Button.This button is redirect on page No 4.My Code on Page no 6.
page is redirect to 4 but doc don't delete from DUMY_DOC_FILE Table.
How to delete Doc From Table If I press Cancel Button.

Refreshing sql report region based on values from another region - 4.0

Greetings All,
I have a page with two regions, say region 1 and region 2. I have a before header process that fetches values from db based on criteria entered from another page. Region 2 is a sql report region with bind variables from region 1. When this page is rendered region 1 renders properly however sql report region always returns no records. What am i missing here?
I would like to have the region 2 render a report based on the values from region 1. Region 2 has a sql query that looks something like

If these items hidden, try making them display only .
Also what happens when you move the items from region 1 to region 2.
From my experience items do not have much of a dependency on the region they are attached to other than cases when the region is not rendered(when its condition fails) and then the item values become null(bcoz they themselves are not rendered).
