Requirement in MRP even after Sales order completely delivered/cleared

I see a sales order in md04 even after that order is already cleared completely delivered
I have checked the pGI quantity in order and document flow. everything matches and status is completed/cleared.
I also ran SDRQCR21 in se38 with data transfer checked. Still I am unable to delete that fake order from md04.
any help is appreciated.

Hello ,
Have you checked & followed all instructions  in SAP note 207942.
"Generally you can solve these problems with report SDRQCR21from Note 25444. If not, these kinds of problems must be processed further in SD-BF-AC.
However, often the problem is also caused by the fact that
no requirements are generated at first or the generated requirements are only displayed but are not included in MRP calculation
or vice versa
due to the Customizing settings requirements are stored although this is not wanted from the business view. "
This is a release independent SAP note. so it applies to ECC6.0 as well.
Hope this helps you resolve your issue.
Thanks,
Ram

  • How to block material issuing after sales order invoiced?

As the subject mentioned,  could be a possible to block material issuing since sales order invoiced, or
in the another words, after the sales order completed?
Or could be a possible to set sales order as closed, and then material issuing related with this sales order are
    forbidden?
    Thanks in advanced,
    Zhou Zhen

    Dear Friend
A sales order is created say order no 10000 and for material X say 10 units this order is delivered and PGIed and invoiced and the payment too has come
That means the order 10000 is closed
    Case 1
Now an user goes to VA02 t code and put this order no 10000 and changes the material X qty from 10 to 12 and opens up the whole order once again
This can be controlled by using t code OVAH choosing message class the V4 message no 083 and change from warning to error
    Case2
But to avoid the user to add material Y to the existing order say 10000 then i think we have to go for user exit
Because the system doesnot even throw a warning message too in case 2 (according to my knowledge) and allows another line item to be added in the same order
But you can test it if it throws any warning message we can try to convert that error
But in case 2 it is not happening(even warning is not there)

  • SALE ORDER COMPLETION DATE

    Hi all,
We are create one sale order in va01N after completion of all process we make a delivery entry in VL01N.We are creat morethan five deliveries.
Any standard report to see the sale orders completed date
ie order closed date wise report.
    Regards,
    T.Murugu

    Hi
You can use Acceptance field at Sales Order item to enter date on which final delivery is made.
Based on that field, we can create a Z report lisitng Customer, Order Number, and Delivery Date (Maybe more fields based on the business scenario)
    Hope you find it useful.
    Reward points if you do.

  • How to re-trigger BA00 after sales order has been rescheduled

    Dear Gurus,
Could you please kindly advise how I could re-trigger BA00 after sales order has been rescheduled?
    The scenario is following:
When the sales order was completed, the order confirmation output has been sent to the customer. But later, when the ATP confirmed quantity was changed or order was rescheduled, the committed delivery date has been changed. It caused confusion, because in the order confirmation letter we sent to customer, there is a different date.
I'd like to also trigger BA00 to resend the order confirmation, but I checked the output routine, it only checks if the order is completed or not. Shall I ask ABAPer to add additional logic in the routine or there is other easier way to re-trigger BA00?
    Many thanks in advance!

Have you allowed multiple issue for BA00 output type? In that case, you can manually trigger it from VA02. If you are trying to have it sent automatically, then add the logic into the routine.

  • Reg.MRP Run without sale order

    Dear Experts
We are in need of MRP run without sale order. I have created Finished product material (T-Shirt) and assigned components to that and then I ran MRP, If I do so, MRP is exploded but result is not satisfied some non components are displayed.
What is my requirement is ,when I run MRP if there is stock availble production order should be created otherwise Material requirement has to created.
Pls help what is the configuration for MRP run,
    Thanks
    Rajakumar.K

    Hi Raja,
One of your requirements isn't available in R/3.
What is my requirement is ,when I run MRP if there is stock availble production order should be created otherwise Material requirement has to created.
Standard MRP will create Dependent requirements (demand elements).  MRP will create order PROPOSALs (purchase reqs or planned orders)(supply elements).  MRP can be immediately followed by an additional program that will convert planned orders to Production orders.  All these things are possible.
However, MRP will not check for the availability of components, and then selectively create production orders.  Availability check, which is not part of MRP, is usually performed at a later part of the production order cycle.

  • How to check Sales Order complete or incomplete in program?

    Hi, Gurus:
In the program, how to check Sales Order complete or incomplete based on Order Number vbeln?
    Thanks,

You can check the status table VBUK for this.
VBUK has all the status related fields in it.
Search for the field which suits to your specific requirment.

  • How to make the status of a sales order complete of which PART DELIVERY

How to make the status of a sales order complete of which PARTIAL DELIVERY has already done. <b>(Assigning rejection status not accepted)</b>

    Hi Gyana
There is no document with me. But I can confidently say that because I am using this functionality.
In my case I have created a Order Reason as "Short Closed". once you short close this order only the balance quantity gets rejected (provided you have already made previous delivery and PGI).
Try it in one of your test clients if you have. Once it is short Closed it wont also show in the orders due for processing in Production.
Also you can generate reports based on this if your customer wants to know how many order he has short closed, qty of item short closed etc.
    Try it.

  • Shopping Cart Reappears in Sourcing Cockpit Even After PO Ordered

    Hi Experts,
I have a big problems where all SC reappear in shopping cockpit even after has ordered PO. Strangely and sadly, it's only happen at production system.
But somehow, my friend has implemented  Note 1432540 - Sourcing relevant flag is not updated properly and apparently and the result is as expected even we have to create dummy PO first and delete it. The next morning, the problem appears again.
So far I have the analysis result as above:
    1. Only happen at production system
    2. CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 running as background job without variants
    3. SOURCE_REL_IND always "X" even follow-on document has been created
    4. We implemented BBP_PGRP_ASSIGN_BADI to re-reoute purchasing group
Anyway, I have question about field BBP_PDBEI-BE_PUR_GROUP. What if this field has different value with the SC purchasing group at SRM? Is it okay?
Thank you guys, appreciate all the helps
    Sincerely,
    Ted

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply,
Imo, the table BBP_PDORG will determine sc purchasing group, while BE_PUR_GROUP record PR purchasing group from ECC.
But anyway, so far this is my update about sc reappears. I don't know why BBP_PDIGP-QUAN_PO_E always 0 even has ordered PO and it happens to PO with contract.
    Thanks,
    Ted

  • How do know sales order  completed  or not

    Hi Gurus,
I have created  Sales order with  materials and quantity, and ,
could u tel Any Field for   sales order complete or incomplete status and Table
    Thanks in Advance.
    Sivakumar

Check the Table VBUP whether the Delivery Status(LFSTA for sales order/RFSTA for inquiry) is 'A' (A - NOT YET PROCESSED , B-PARTIALLY PROCESSED, C-COMPLETELY PROCESSED)
    SELECT SINGLE VBELN
                     POSNR
      FROM  VBUP
      INTO   (LW_VBELN,
              LW_POSNR)
      WHERE VBELN  = I_VBELN
      AND    POSNR  = I_POSNR
      AND    LFSTA   =  'A'.
IF SY-SUBRC = 0 MEANS SALES ORDER NOT YET PROCESSED.
IF YOU WANT TO FIND THE SUBSEQUENT DOCUMENT FOR THE SO ,YOU CAN FIND IN THE TABLE VBFA.

  • Requirement type to consume customer forecast after sales order PGI

    Hi,
We have a requirement wherein we need to consume forecast after Goods PGi. When Sales Order is created the forecast should not be consume.
We have tried strategy 10 with KSL as requirement tyoe but it does not consume forecast at all even after PGI.
Is there any requirement type we can use?
    Thank you,
    Raymond

So you are using 40, not 10! When you have a group of strategies, the main is used as a default. To use the others you need to do things in the PIR definition and in the sales order.
I suggest that you go to a QA system first, either create a new material with only strategy 10, or take a existing material, delete all the planning and sales orders, and change strategy to 10.
Then go through a full cycle of the process, create PIR, procure & stock, create a sales order, deliver from stock, and see that it consumes the way you want.
Consumption parameters that you need to check are on MRP View 3 below the planning strategy group field.

  • Planned Order Creation after Sale Order MRP MD50

In a BOM of FERT material, one HALB material is present at different BOM levels. When we run sale order MRP (MD50), system will create one planned order for complete quantity (total qty of HALB material at all  levels put together). Is there any way, so that system will create different planned orders for the same material present at different levels ?

    Hi,
MD50 is T code for running MRP w.r.t sales sales, During MRP run system will explode the BOM and plan the requirements for all the levels( i.e, multiple levels)
    with regards,

  • MRP should touch sales order requirement of 30 days Horizon Only

    Dear Experts,
I have a requirement from client. In planning strategy 40, a sales order is entered of delivery  date more than 60 days from today.
Today is 17.04.2015, and the sales orders which under range of 1 month from today, i.e 17.05.2015, that much sales orders should only be considered by MRP run and other should be unplanned by MRP.
I tried to test with planning horizon of 30 days in MRP and run MRP with MD02. But, still it is planning sales order 01.07.2015
Please suggest how to map this. ( Soln Other than Schl Line category CN/CP manual change in sales Order)
    Best regards
    Shailesh

    Hi Shailesh,
Use planning horizon as you mentioned and while running MRP use the Processing key NETPL on the MD01/MD02 screen as shown below.
If you use this key, system will plan the requirements with in the planning horizon.... in your case 30 days.
    Hope this helps.

  • MD04 - Msg 26 appears for sales order completed 4 years ago

    Hello,
When I execute transaction MD04 for a specific material, there is an order that was completely processed over 4 years ago that still appears in the Stock/Requirements list under CStock.  The exception message that appears for the line in MD04 is the following:
26     Excess stock in individual segment
The sales order listed in this section has been completely processed, and the purchase order has been completely processed for over 4 years.  Additionally, the sales order qty and purchase order qty have never changed (i.e. there wasn't a requirement for 4 and the PO was created for 8).
Can anyone provide pointers for how I can remove this line from MD04 and also prevent this issue from happening in the future?

It turns out that for the sales order, for some reason there was still stock under MMBE "Sales Order Stock" for the applicable materials.  After removing the materials via MB1A, Sales Order Stock is eliminated and the item no longer appears in MD04.
