Response Report Organization

Is there a way to view responses to a survey/Adobe Form, by seeing the responses from each individual respondent, embedded within the form, as opposed to a table that has all the responses?  For example, if I received (9) responses to my form, I'd have available to print (9) copies of my form complete with answers after every question, within the format of the form.

With a Paid subscription to FormsCentral you can "Save Response as PDF Form" which saves a response/submission as a PDF that looks like the original form.

    I have a problem that all the folders in the report organizer are represented with codes like B1_01_43546.
    In the composer all the dimension, light dimension and measures are represented with table references. Can anyone help me with that problem?

    Do you know where i can find out more info on XL reporters job scheduling, the e-mailing in particular. I need to know
    1) What does it use to e-mail? SBO Mailer/Outlook?
    2) On my machine it stores the report results in drafts in outlook, is this correct?  I was under the impression it would be e-mailed automatically to the specific users.
    I've looked at all e-learnings,web exs and non of them actually show a job schedule done by e-mailing in XL reporter add-on which i think would be the most important. I've posted a question here and on the other site.No response

  • Help:  Problem in editing a report in XL Report Organizer

    Receive this error message "A required COM add-in program for XL Reporter has not been loaded and prohibits Microsoft Excel from running." while editing a report in XL Report Organizer.  Has anybody figured out what causing this problem and the proper solution for this problem.

    In Excel Click on Tools>Customise>CommandsTab. Click on Tools under Categories. Click on Tools again in the Menu Bar and drag the Com add-inn to you Tools drop down list.
    The Com Add-in should now be in the Tools menu. Click on it and clock on add. Browse for the IXXLReporter.dll in your SAP Folders.

  • IX  Report Organizer

    After the instalation on the ADD-ON XL Report, i click in Report composer and it´s goes fine, then i click in IX Report Organizer and appears a window with the Error "Run-Time Error '0'" .. Then the XL Reporter Stops...

    You should search SAP Notes for this error.

  • Preventing ical from sending response to organizer

    I been sending some of my (outlook)work meetings to my home email to import them into iCal at home. However iCal insist on sending a response to the meeting organizer.
    Is there a way to block this behaviour (sending a response)?
    It causes confusion and concern as they do not know my home email address and it also inflates the number of invitees in the eyes or the organizer.

    Hi,
    There is a way to open all invitation replies in Mail, so you can choose to send a reply or not. You will need admin rights on the machine and it will involve changing an Applescript file inside iCal's application package. Also I suppose some experience of using Script Editor would be handy.
    Please make sure you know what you are doing. If you need any more explanation, post back.
    * Control-Click the iCal Application in the Finder.
    * Choose 'Show Package Contents' from the contextual menu.
    * In the new window that appears go to Contents/Resources.
    * In here find the file called 'Mail.scpt'.
    * Make a copy of this file and save it somewhere safe (in case somthing goes wrong).
    * Double click the original 'Mail.scpt' file, it should open in Script Editor.
    * In the script there are six handlers: showmailsbrs, showmailsbr, sendmailsb, sendmailsbr, sendmailsbrp and sendmailsbp. These all start with the word 'on'.
    * In the handler that starts 'on sendmailsbrp(subjectLine, messageText, myrecipient, invitationPath)' find the line: send mymail
    * Replace this with the following six lines:
    -- Altered to open notifications in Mail.app without sending
    -- Original line quoted out below.
    -- send mymail
    set visible of mymail to true
    activate
    -- End Altered to open notifications* Save the script and you're done.
    Your replies to invitations should now open in Mail for you to choose if you want them sent or not.

    Iam learning Oracle EAM module, now i had a problem that i couldn't able to find EM1 Organziation in the LOV, though i have done Organziation access also, based on the Oracle support.

    If you have the Organizations LOV empty, then you need to go to (Navigation) -Inventory (responsibility) > Setup > Organizations > Organizations  Access. Here you need to define a new line for each organization you want to access from the EAM SS responsibility.

  • Organizational Responsibility for Purchasing Group

    Dear all,
    we are in SRM 5.0 and I have the following question. We have a very complex organizational structure with a huge amount of purchasing groups. For the moment I fill on tab "Responsibility" the organizational responsibility manually using my own hand
    I would like to automize this process with a mass transaction or ECATT but I can not manage to do so with transaction PPOMA_BBP. Is there some other way/transaction to use?

    Hi. Yes. You can ECATT on transaction PO10 or PP01.
    Put in the org unit numbers and maintain the "EBP Product Responsibility" infotype.
    It might tell you that you can not do this, but you can enable it by maintaining T777I in SM30.

    Every purchaser will be assigned to the relevant purchasing groups in Organization structure and purchasing groups have the product responsibility (product category) and person/organization responsiblility assigned in the 'Responsibility' tab. I think this should be sufficient to get the linkage.
    <u>1) The table for product category is COMM_CATEGORY. Also look in Tables HRP1001 and its related database views.
    2) The function module BBP_OM_FIND_SC. It returns a list of found purchasing org. / groups responsible for a specified user, product category and logical backend system.
    3) Using BAdI BBP_PGRP_FIND for purch.group determination
    4) Use Function Module -> BBP_OM_READ_PURCH_ORG_ID
    Give Logical system and Purchasing group to this FM.
    It will give you
    ES_PURCH_ORG-OT
    ES_PURCH_ORG-OBJID
    Use this info in table HRP1000(Infotype 1000 DB Table) to get the value of text.
    5) Function module - BBP_OM_DETERMINE_RESP_PGRP</u>
    The purchaing groups are responsible for product catrgories (material group) and not material numbers. If you use "describe requirement" to create a shopping cart, the purchasing group will default from this responsibilty of product categorty and not material number.
    Also the purchasing group can default on other criterias like the organizational responsibility and so on....
    Inorder to determine the reponsible purchase organization for creating shopping carts for all product categories, this task can be accomplished by implemeting the badi BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI. here you have to write some logic to change the purchasing organization based on product category.
    In the purchasing cycle Purchase Organization is not responsible to procure the product, Purchase Group is responsible for the same.
    In the Organization structure after defining Purchasing organization, you might have define Purchase Group also in the purcase group RESPONSIBLE TAB you have to define the PRODUCT CATAGORY to be procure by this Purchase group.

  • Avg Cost in XL reporter

    We want to display average cost out to three decimal places in XL reporter.
    When I view average cost in the report composer window, I only see two decimal places.
    we are using XLR patch 29 for 2005 sp 1.

    I saw your answer to John's question and found out that we have the same response of the XL reporter to the average price field.
    I've created an xl report Stock Value with items from the Inventory tab, sorted by Iitem group.
    The only colomns I have, are: itemcode, item description, onhand, avgprice and stock value.
    As the stock value sometimes has different values, I want to caluculate a new stock value by the avprice and the onhand stock.
    The number of decimals in our SAP B1 system for the average price field is 4 decimals.
    The result in the XL Composer and Designer is 2 decimals.
    SAP has a note, 896207, where you can change the number of decimals in the regedit, however this means that all the fields with figures in the Report Organizer will be affected and that's not what we want.
    Also, we are running 7 company's at SAP B1 and all figures in the XL reporter will be affected by this.
    Can you please advise me how I can get 4 decimals instead of 2.

  • RsItemNotFound When try to open a report.

    We have a bunch of reports deployed on SSRS 2008 r2. These are accessed through a browser normally.
    We also have a VB Application - through which some of the above reports are accessed using WebBrowser.Navigate(string)
    The report I'm trying to access is a report that contains a whole bunch of sub reports. the main report simply takes and passes the parameters to sub reports.
    I have a report I'm accessing currently through this vb application. It's named  1190_Marketing_Detail.rdl
    and it takes branch location as parameter.
    Below is the string I'm passing and it works.  The same string/url I place in the browser address bar, I get the report.
    If I remove the parameter LocationID=40 I get an appropriate error message similar to the first bullet point below.
    "http://reports.organization.net/ReportServer/Pages/ReportViewer.aspx?/APA/1190_Marketing_detail&LocationID=40&rs:Command=render&rc:Parameters=false&rc:Toolbar=false"
    Now I'm trying to access another report(the one that has sub reports as I mentioned above) It's named simply 1190.rdl
    and it takes a bunch of parameters.  However, right now I'm not passing any parameters. Below is the string I'm passing
    "http://reports.organization.net/ReportServer/Pages/ReportViewer.aspx?/APA/1190&rs:Command=render&rc:Parameters=false&rc:Toolbar=false"
    I'm expecting error message like below
    This report requires a default or user-defined value for the report parameter 'LocationID'. To run or subscribe to this report, you must provide a parameter value.
    But I get this instead
    The item '/APA/1190' cannot be found. (rsItemNotFound) 
    1190.rdl is there.  I'm not sure why reporting services doesn't see it.  Thanks in advance for your help.

    When you navigate to the report in the APA folder using report manager, as it's listed there, does it have the ".rdl" extension in the name? If so you'll have to reference it in your URL.  Otherwise, you might try renaming the report temporarily to
    see if something odd isn't going on in the back end. 
    You might also verify the permissions on the report and make sure no one broke inheritance or something and removed permissions.  It's also possible the account accessing the report doesn't have access to one of the sub reports.

    Hi Umair,
    While using the copy option, go to the org where bill is not present.
    Enter the Parent Item in the header and go to tools--> copy bill from
    There you can select the org from which bill needs to be copied.
    Also make sure your responsibility has organization access to those inventory orgs.

  • XL - Reporter - To set current system date as the PARAMETER to run a report

    Version : SAP 2007 B
    Patch : 10
    Using the XL -  Reporter we had designed a stock report as per the client rquested format. In that Report , we use parameter function to get the start date and End date ( 2 PARAMETERS) for which the report should be generated.
    Using the Report Organizer , JOB was created for the above report scheduling that the report should run daily night 9 Clock and save it in Local Computer.
    Now comes the problem , how to provide the parameter ( Start and End Date - which is nothing but the server date or computer date)
    Is there is any way to set the XL-Reporter Parameter - as current date or server date .

    First you have to check the application in BI7.3 system , If it is available and also check it is activated or not.
    If it is not avctivated  plz activate and test it .
