Restrict Output type at the time of Picking and Print after PGI

Hi All....
My business requirement is to restirct certain Output types such as LD00, LD0F etc. at the time of Picking and Batch determination and to print after PGI.
These output types are triggered Automatically via Batch job scheduled via third party tool. All the complete Delivery process is Auto.
Once Sales order is created the below process takes place.
Auto Delivery
Auto Shipment
Auto Picking and Batch determination (Now in this step I need to restrict)
PGI (Manually vai some custom program)
Once the Picking is done all the Output types appear in Delivery Header output which are processed with a Dispatch time of 4. (Appeared as Green tarrif.)
For the Output type LD00 -> 911 routine is added .
This routine is triggering at the time of Picking and Batch determination.
At this Point of Picking I can restirct the output type by using the Routine that not to display in Delivery Header, but iam not able to retrieve again at the time of PGI. Is there any option to get the data of Output type at the time of PGI.
Or is there any option for LD00 output type to dynamically select the Routine Number to trigger at the time of PGI. ( If I use Routine no 1 it will trigger at the time of PGI, but I cannot change especially for this purpose since this output type is used for multiple purposes)
Pls provide me the solution.

I can copy the code from routine #1 into my routine #911 inorder to restirct the display of output type in delivery header. But as mentioned by you this routine is not triggered at the time of PGI. ( I checked at the time of PGI )
If i link my output type LD00 with Requirement #1 routine then it will be triggered at the time of PGI, but here the o/p is linked with Requirement #911.
Pls let me know if any thing wrong i mentioned...

Hello All,
I have a PO output type configured with multiple issuing setup and it shoots mail to my inbox with PO details.
My concern is: I could see the output type triggered only 2 times,but i have received more than 5 mails in my Inbox.
How is this happening? I checked with the spool history n all. i couldn't find any loop holes.
Do anyone have any suggestions of where can i check further.

Maintaining the Output type in the PO from Sales Order

Hi experts,
I have developed one application for Sales Order that..there is one link of Purchase order in the Sales order.if i click on PO in the sales order.it goes to me22n screen.if i will maintain the output type in the PO and Click on SAVE button.it gives some error like (No update of sales order 100001 from purchase
order (error V1 275)).
cud u help me to solve the above issue.its very urgent.
is there any way to change to va02 to va03...when i am going from va02 to me22n

May be because when saving the PO, it's trying to update some sales order related data too and it's locked by you. Try using the save button in output type maintenance screen, or open the sales order in display mode and call ME22N and try maintaining the output type.
or try using LEAVE TO TRANSACTION ME22N from VA02.

Batch no. as Valuation type at the time of GR

Hi Friends,
When we are doing GR how to bring Valuation type as batch no. Batch no. will be automatic sequential no.
We activated Split valuation & Batch management.
Shall I know where I need to do customization for this ?

Thanks for all inputs. I got the answer.
As I told already We did customization for getting continous sequential no. as batch when we are doing GR.
We want to have this batch no. to be automatically entered as valuation type at the time of GR.
This can be done in the following way:
1.Go to OMWC Split valuation customization.
2. While defining Valuation category , pls. select cehck box of "Determine val. type automat."
3. Assign the same to the plant by clicking Click on local definition, select plant & click on (Cat. - OU)

Please check which output-types for shipment have been maintained in transaction code VV7x (Output-Condition Records).
Menu path: Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Master Data -> Output -> Shipment
- VV71 - Create
- VV72 - Change
- VV73 - Display
Or go to customizing (TCode: SPRO) to verify how they have been maintained:
Menu path: IMG -> Logistics Execution -> Transportation -> Basic Transportation Functions -> Output Control -> Maintain Output Determination for Shipments

Determining output type inside the IDOC processing FM

Hi,
When sales order is created, ZXXX is the output type triggered which invokes the function module (FM) IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP to send the IDOC. My question is how do we know which output type got triggered the execution inside the FM?
My requirement is to do some calculation only for ZAAA inside the FM IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP but this same FM is triggered by many output types ZXXX, ZXYZ, ZMNO. So I want to know which output type triggered the FM. Hope I make it clear.

An import parameter of FM IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP is the structure named OBJECT (like NAST). OBJECT-KSCHL is the message type (output type).

Hi Ashutosh,
            1. The output procedure will be one for total sales documents but if you want to assign different output types to different sales document types which are in same output procedure you can use this.
             2. You can restric the output type based on the document type.

Auto batch determination at the time of picking by transfer order

Hello,
Our problem is, at the time of creation of transfer order with reference to delivery, system can not pick up the batches automatically as per the SLED. We have to manually enter the batches as per the SLED. Could you please guide me step by step procedure of automatic batch determination as per SLED at the time of creation of transfer order with reference to out bound delivery? (Please state step by step procedure of automatic batch determination as per the SLED at the time of picking with transfer order)

Your iPHone is designed by intention to shut off when there is a reason for the softwarer to believe that danger is immenent to the hardware. This can occurr if the software is running applications that have been corrupted due to all types of different scenarios. My best advice to you would be to restore your device back to default manufactures settings and do NOT restore the current backup of the IOS program currently running.
If this corrects the problem with your device intermittently restarting you will then know you have had applications there were corrupted on your device. Once you are convinced there are no issues with the hardware of your device you then are free to begin downloading software apps that were earlier on the device.

FM - Budget check at the time of procurement and at the time of Issue

For a Material there is a budget for a procurement ( Check should happen at the time of procurement and a seperate budget for consumption ( Check should happen at the time of issue).How can I map this in FM- BCS.I am thinking of creating two commitmen items one for Procurement , to be derived thorugh matl grp at the time of PR / PO and One commitment item for consumption to be derived through consumption GL . Does it work , any comments?

Yes you are right , I have to make to sure stock budget doesn't get credited.
If you remember in one of my other threads, i wanted to derive commitment item from Matl grp, it was for this purpose. I will derive commitment through matl group at the time of procurement / GR etc and assign a dummy commitment item to stock a/cs. Where as i will derive a consumption commiment item from consumption GLs.

My battery runs low very fast (three hours). I looked in the usage settings and it seems the time for usage and stand-by are the same, allthough i did have my iphone on stand-by!! What can i do?

I have a problem with my iphone 4. Every few months my battery starts draining within a few hours. I have tried all kinds of battery saving tips, but they don't help. When i go to the settings/general/usage is can see that the time for Usage and Stand-by are the same, so my phone is fully on all the time this explains the draining. But in reallity i turn my phone to stand-by most of the time, i mean the screen is black and all???
The first and second time a had this problem, both a few months a part, i restored my phone and it was solved. This time i restored my phone but this did not help!! And restoring my phone every two months is not my preferd way of solving this problem.
Does anybody have an idea on how to solve this problem? can anybody help me?

Restoring is the answer. It sounds as if there is a rogue process constantly draining your battery.
The issue you face is that, if you restore your backup thereafter, you risk the problem coming straight back with your files.
Store your files individually and it is time to start fresh.
