Restriction of One Contract per Requisition

Good day!
Here's our scenario: we have created a PR for sub-con service. Then we created a contract with reference to this PR. Then proceeded with the PO and Service entry. After that, we discovered that another contract can be created using the same reference PR. We don't want this scenario. What the client wants is that once a Contract already exist for a PR, there can no more be another contract of the same PR number. Is there a way we can block or avoid this scenario from happening?

Hi,
You have to create a contract from the PR for the Fully Qty.
If the Contract is made from the P.R for Partial qty then you can create another contract for the remaining P.R.
E.g -Material AAA
P.R qty - 1000 Nos
Contract created for 500 nos -Contract ino :20000 00001
For the remaining qty you can create another contract
Please try to create contract for the Full qty Problem solved

Question:
Is it like one Contract Account can link to only one premise? Or does it depend on Company data model?
One Business partner has 2 properties at 2 different premises. And 2 contract at these 2 premises.
To manage this situation, Does BP need 2 different CA or only CA can have these 2 contract with different premises?

The cardinality is as follows:
1 BP : n CA
1 CA : n Contracts
1 Contract : 1 Installation
1 Connection object : n Premises
1 Premise : n Installations
So a Bp can have 1 or several contract accounts, and an account can have 1 or more contracts, and the contracts for an account can be for any service locations - they are not limited [standard system behavior] to a specific location. Client data model and business rules may determine differently.

Sub contracting Purchase requisition not created thru Service Order

Hi Experts,
I configured to create Service order automatically from Customner service.
Now we have the SM03 repair service order .When we try to create Sub contracting Purchase requisition.
(Selecting Subcontr tick in External tab of Components tab)system gives error saying --
Op. 0010 must have exactly one component as 'Rework Material to Subcontr.'
Message no. AD_SUBCON109
I checked the notes and It was not help ful.I understand I was doing something wrong in creation.
The control key used is SM03. Can any body help me in the above problem.

Dear Sen,
The same error message refers to one of the following material provision indicators getting to me also:
"S" - an entry within table T417 is missing where KZBRS (A&D-Specific Material Provision) is not set
"X" - an entry within table T417 is missing where KZBLF (Rework Material from Subcontractor) is not set
"F" - an entry within table T417 is missing where field ADSUB_DEFDLV (Deferred Delivery) is not set
also, i Insert a row with S and keep MPCust and MPVend blank and Check the A&D MP box
getting following error "
Op. 0010 must have exactly one component as 'Rework Material to Subcontr.'"

Hi,
I don't think there is standard settings where u can restrict PR changes when the PO corresponding to this is released.
You have 2 options: One is to restrict all the changes once the PR is released. This can be done in the release indicator (Changeability - 1). Once this is set, PR cannot be changed after release irrespective of whether PO is created or released.
Second option is to go for an enhancement (You may use ME_PROCESS_REQ_CUST) and write a logic to see the release indicator of corresponding PO and restrict the changes.

Issue in Sub Contracting Purchase Requisition Urgent!!!

I have maintained a two BOM's for a finished material one for In House production and one for Sub contracting the components for the Two BOM's are different.
i have maintained Two Versions for the finished material also.
when i covnvert a planned Order to an Sub Contracting Purchase Requisition alternate BOM doesnt explode. i have also maintained a production version in the Purchase info record. Still the main BOM explodes.
i have to manually change the planned order and give the other production version ie not the Inhouse BOM.
After creating the PR then again i have to go planned order and change to the normal InHouse BOM.
Please Provide me the solution.

Hi Kumar,
BOM explosion occurs during MRP run and when you convert into purchase requisition.
If you are using procurement type "X", then logically system does not know whether you will be producing inhouse or go for external procurement.
You may consider to go for MRP areas or manually re-explode the BOM as you are doing now

Is it possible to restrict parallel concurrent requests per user to a limit.
e.g. UserA sending concurrent requests to submit 15 heavy reports one after another. After 2 minutes he feels free. Now 15 reports running in parallel are heavy enough to take system's performance down. Is there a way to restricting parallal reports by a single user to 5.

How do I configure the Airport Utility (AU) to allow more than one rule per port?
I am on a home network, with broadband cable modem. I have my airport extreme connected to the broadband modem. I have 2 servers in my home that need to be accessed remotely from time (SSH), and they also serve data for an iphone app, so I'm using a variety of protocols. The problem I'm running into is that AU seems to only allow one rule per protocol, so if I go to add another address for access on a specific port that is being used by one of my servers, AU tells me "The Port Mapping Entry Already Exists".
I need to be able to allow SSH on both of my servers, for instance. Am I missing something? Is this doable with AU?

The Port Mapping "rules" on the AirPorts will allow you to: 1. Map a single port to a single IP address OR 2) Map multiple ports to a single IP address.
What you won't be able to do is map a single or multiple ports to multiple IP addresses.

Delivery from sales scheduling agreement with one item per schedule line

Hi all,
I have a sales scheduling agreement where the same part number has 3 different JIT schedule lines and I need to create a delivery with 3 item lines: every item line of the delivery has to be referred to one schedule line of the scheduling agreement.
When I create the delivery with transaction VL10E it has only one item line and its quantity is the sum of the 3 schedule lines of the sales scheduling agreement.
I've tried to change the customizing of the User Role, choosing the Split Schedule Line = 2 ("One item per schedule line") but the delivery is created again with only one item line.
How can I solve this issue?

The SAP standard behaviour is that all schedule items with delivery date in the past have to be rescheduled anyway to one date and are combined therefore.
Partially this behaviour can be influenced in VL10* by 2 parameters in
the user role : Split per sched.line and Rule (delivery qty).
Please find below informations about these different parameters
"Split per sched.line propose you 3 Rule for creating one delivery item
per schedule line. In a delivery list in item view with multiple
schedule lines, you can decide for the same document item whether you
want to generate one delivery item per schedule line or whether you want
to deliver the cumulated quantity of the last schedule lines selected.
About rule for delivery quantity, the following rules are currently
implemented:
1. No cumulation
The open schedule line quantity to be delivered is the quantity at which
the list line is delivered.
2. Sum of all open schedule line quantities to be delivered that fall
before the chronologically latest date in the to field (following the
Deliv. creation date field) of the selection criteria.
3. Sum of all open schedule line quantities to be delivered whose
delivery creation date falls within the selection time frame (between
the dates in the Deliv. creation date and to fields, respectively),
making the calculation of the quantity to be delivered consistent with
selection criteria. However, calculationof the quantities delivered with
the order's schedule line quantities is not affected."

I have since gotten an Iphone 4s also, but when I went to activate it I had to put it under another email account, since mine was used for my sons iphone, so I used my husbands. I would set up a new email for him. That will give you a new icloud account. Also any apps that he downloaded with your ID will forever be linked to that ID and can only be updated with that ID. If that is a problem then you might delete those apps and download them again with the new ID ( and if they were paid apps you need to pay again)

For this first you need to check what is your item category in contract (VA42)
Goto VOV7
SPRO - IMG - Sales and distribution - Sales - Sales document item - Define item categories - Go to change mode
Make the completion rule = B Item is completed after full quantity has been referenced

Hi Feroz,
You can create a query Q0 to return DeptNo 10, DeptNo 20..... and make it as the parent of Q1 and Q2. Then you can print one dept per page.

Can see only one photo per page. How to revert to multiple images per page?

First noticed on my iMac and now on my Macbook (10.4.9)--I'm no longer seeing a month's worth of photos on a single page. Only one photo per page, sometimes with miniature ones in the top border. I thought it was simply an inadvertent click on by part and easily corrected. But all attempts on both computers and reading of Help index haven't led to restoration of an entire page of photos and elimination of the annoyance. I'm wondering now if something I downloaded might have altered iPhoto program itself, making it impossible to view large numbers of photos at the same time. Any suggestions appreciated.

This view, with the one photo big and the thumbnail strip across the top, is what happens when you double-click a photo with "Edit in: Main Window" set in the Preferences. There should be a button visible that says either Done or Return, to exit edit mode and return you to the library. If you still see only one photo, use the size slider in the lower right corner to reduce the photo size and get more thumbnails on the page.
If, for some reason, you can't exit the edit mode, you may have a corrupt preference file. Quit iPhoto. Use the Finder to navigate to Macintosh HD/ Users/ (your user name)/ Library/ Preferences/ com.apple.iPhoto.plist and move that file to the Trash. Launch iPhoto, and you should be returned to the main viewing mode. You'll have to go in the Preferences and reset them to your liking.
