Return of unused ink cartages.

Return of unused ink cartages that were for  Model 5610  which no longer works.  I have replaced it with Modle 8600.  I would like to exchare  6 - # 56 and 2  - # 22.
The new printer arrived today under you order # H128399948 and is setup and working fine.
Please advise me as to where the cartages should be sent and exchanged for the ink cartages that will work with Model 8600.

I have recently bought a new 8610 Officejet Pro printer to replace my former HP 4610 Printer which failed after 15 months.
I would like to exchange the unused and unopened HP ink cartridges which I can no longer use with the new officejet Pro 8610:
    1 black 564 Twin pack
    1 564 Combo-Pack with 3 color ink cartridges
for one 950 Black cartridge and one 951 Combo three pack.
If I need to return these cartridges, please send me a shipping label.
If exchange is not feasible, I would like to receive HP credit for one 564 black Twin ink cartridge and one 564 combo three pack.

Feedback: I recently bought HP 564 2pack Black ink and HP 564 Combo for my HP Officejet 4620 which I purchased on 3/12/13. This Hp printer stopped printing in June of 2014 and I was advised by Microcenter, Cambridge, Ma. that the 4620 was not repairable. I purchased a new HP printer (8610) on 6/12/14. I now obviously need different ink and I still have unopened HP 564 2 pack Black ink and HP Combo Creative Pack. I would like to return these unopened inks in exchange for the ink cartridges for my new printer. I am aware of your 21 day limit on ink returns, but since your HP 4620 printer failed after 15 months, I believe credit for the unused ink is the least that HP can do in an effort to provide good customer care.

I have an unopened box of ink cartridges that my Mom bought for me awhile back. It is a 564 Combo Pack - Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. I recently moved to a new house and in the chaos, I couldn't find it until the other day when I unpacked a certain box.  I kind of stumbled upon it. Anyway, I wanted to know how to return it for a refund or use it for credit for the printer I do have.
My mom knew that I might be getting a new printer and she wanted to surprise me. But, I kept the same printer, but downloaded the drivers I needed to still use my older printer which was working very well. So she sent me them by mistake and now that I have found them, I wish to get a refund or credit towards future ink purchases? Please let me know what I can and cannot do.          Thanks,  Mark

  • Ink Cartage Error Out of the Box

I kept getting this error when setting up my printer. Then I realized the it was manufactured incorrectly. The color ink goes on the left and the black ink goes on the right. My printer came with the black holder on the left and the pink holder on the right. I can provide picture if need be. This can very confusing and frustrating when setting up. I ruined the ink cartages that came with the printer trying to figure this out. I had to go buy new ones because of this manufacturer error. I'm out $35 because of this.

  • Return of unused spares against maintenance order

    Hi All,
I have issued 6 qty of a spare material agianst a maintenance order / resrvation no.Now I have used only 4 qty & rest 2 qty I need to return to store agianst the same maintenance order or reservation no . I am trying to return it through MIGO t-code , but I can not change qty field in MIGO screen when I am selecting "goods receipt" & "reservation no" combination .Also I have tried through t-code MB11, mov. type - 262 where I have entered my maintenance order no , but system is not picking the material no in this screen automatically.
Can any one please suggest how can I return my unused material issued agianst maintenance order? My requirement is to enter the referecne no either as maintenance order no or reservation no & system should pick the material no & qty field should be in edit mode.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
Create reservation for same material in same maintenance order with negative quantity (quantity to be returned to stores).
Now use the newly generated reservation for GI. This leads to movement 262 against maintenance order in question for material return to stores.

  • Stop return of unused material after TECO

    Hi All,
Can anyone tell me how to restrict return of unused material after TECO???
    Thanks in advance...

    Hi,
I think it is possible. Create a specific user status that will be activated by setting system status TECO. Also create a specific status profile if necessary containg the user status and link it to the proper order type. For the user status you can disallow business transaction "goods movement".  Beware: all goods movement transactions are blocked!

  • Re: Exchange unused ink cartridges after buying a new printer

Hi! I also have unopened, unused ink cartridges from my last HP that are not compatible with my new model.
Any chance I can get a direct link to the info without having to go through the 800 number please.
    Thanks!

Hi, there is no direct number, just the usual Support phone no. depending on which country you're in.
Another option would be to sell the unused cartridges on eBay. A recent idea from sebringgirl was to donate to charity & take a tax reduction...

  • Officejet Pro K5400DN Cyan Ink Cartage LED keep blinking

    Hi,
My printer is Officejet Pro K5400DN.
I tried to replace the ink cartage with three brand new original Cyan 88XL ink cartages.
The LED still blinking and my printer still not working.
    Who can tell my why?
I have tried to reinstall them several times.
power off and pull power plug out then its still the same.

    Hi Mulanan,
    Welcome to the HP Forums.
I see that you are having an issue with blinking lights on the printer.
I do have a few steps that we can try in the attempt to troubleshoot this issue.
First off, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.
I also suggest that we go through the document on Blinking Lights on the HP Officejet Pro K5300 and K5400 Printer Series.
If the troubleshooting does not help resolve your issue, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. If you are calling within North America, the number is 1-800-474-6836 and for all other regions, click here: click here.
    Thanks for your time.

The printer quit working and I bought a new HP printer that uses a different cartrige. The cartriges are unopened and still wrapped in the original packaging. They are not in the cardboard box. I want to purchase ink for the new printer #951 and 950. What can I do with the # 564 that I can't use now. I would appreciate any help. I purchase all supplies at your online store.

    Greatful for any help.

    Hello,
Where did you purchase these ink cartridges? If you purchased them through a local retailer my advice would be to take them back to the store and maybe ask for an exchange for your new printer cartridges.
    Thanks!

  • How do I return unopened 564 ink cartridges that do not fit my new warranty replacement printer

HP replaced my old printer that used 564 cartridges with a warranty replacement printer that does not use the same cartridges.  I was informed I could return the two unopened boxes.  Where do I send them?  How will I get reinbursed?

    Hi there pyesangel,
Open the Printer Toolbox . There are two ways to do this:
Open HP Solution Center , select the Settings menu, then the Print Settings submenu, and finally the Printer Toolbox .
Open Printers and Faxes in the Windows Control Panel , then right-click your printer icon and choose Properties . Click Printing Preferences . Click the Features tab, then click the Printer Services button.
The Printer Toolbox opens. Click the Estimated Ink Level tab. A cartridge may be running out of ink even if the graphic shows ink remaining (see the note at the start of this section). Lines or streaks always appear in printouts when the cartridges begin to run out of ink. Replace print cartridges that are out of ink or low on ink.
    Figure 1: Estimated ink levels
Give it a shot and let us know if it helps.
    Best of Luck!

  • Trying to return my unused BT Hub - hopeless situa...

Left BT last week as I was at the end of my 18 month contract - had a letter asking me to return my hub - but no prepaid envelope to do so.
Contacted BT who say that since I am no longer a BT customer they refuse to provide the returns envelope - and that I should take the equipment to the Post Office and send it back - presumably at my own expense.
Any advice?  I'm not paying to return equipment due to me leaving BT due to a catalogue of disasters.

if you have reached end of 18 month term contract then just keep the hub as your commitment is complete

  • How to exchange unused ink cartridges, 940XL, for 951 ink cartriges

We replaced our 8500 series HP OfficeJet All-In-One printer with an HP 8610 Officejet Pro.  We have 3 ink cartridges that were never opened or used, all 940XL - one in each of the three colors.  I would like to sell or exchange these for cartridges (951) we can use in our 8610 OfficeJet Pro.  How can we do that? Thank you,

If the cartridges are still in warranty I would suggest you Contact HP and see what they can offer. If you want to sell the cartridges eBay is probably as good a place as any.

  • Bought New HP 8610, Need to Exchange Unused Ink Cartridges from Old 8500 Plus

Hi - my Officejet Pro 8500A Plus has had printing problems so I just replaced it with a new Officejet Pro 8610.   Unfortunately, I have 8 brand new 940XL ink cartridges for the old printer that I can't use (3 black, 5 Magenta/Cyan/Yellow).  Can you help me exchange them for an equivalent quantity of 950XL and 951XL cartridges that will work in the new 8610 Printer?

  • Return Unused Budget

    Dear all,
The requirement in my company is to return all unused budget before we actually close the project
So, in the report, there would be no remaining budget left
I have checked trx CJ38, apparently there's no "Available" column where we can copy the value from, it only has Current Budget and Assigned column
It would be quite troublesome if the user has to enter the value of the remaining budget for every WBS, since we have hundreds of WBS for one project
How to return all of the unused budget easily without having to develop a custom ABAP program?
Any idea would be highly appreciated =)
    Thank you

You can get the Available Budget column in S_ALR_87013558 - Budget/Actual/Commitment/Rem Plan/Assigned
Export the report in HTML format and then open it and copy all the values and paste in Excel..
Then just copy the available column and paste in CJ38.
