RFC(R3) -- RFC(XI) -- File(Destination directory)

Hello,
I have the scenario of the post title.
I have an R3 Function that sends data to XI vía RFC, then the data is received by an other RFC in XI system (developed in se37 too!), in that RFC I mix the data of the R3 with another data stored in the XI server.
Finally, in the RFC I want to send the data to XI itself and use a message mapping to create an XML file.
Wich is the way to do the last step?

If I have understood your scenario proper. what you can do is the following steps:
On the sender system
  1) A program to get data from RFC and pass that to an interface in the XI. For this, you need to configure RFC destination of type T and RFC sender adapter in XI system.
On XI system
  2) Mapping between the interface you called from sender system and target structure. This mapping will be ABAP mapping. Now, in this mapping program you will have data send by the sender system and you can call the RFC developed within the XI system. Once complete data is available, you can add the logic to generate XML structure.
3) last step to configure the file adapter to store the file.
