RHINTE00

When running RHINTE00 for a Personnel Number I get the following error message:
CAUTION: The target plan version is NOT empty
Message no. 5B511
So I continue and press 'Enter' then I get the following message:
Transfer Organizational Assignment (PA -> PD)

Did you run RHINTE20 to make sure the integration points are correct?
Also run RHINTE30 to "Create Batch Input Folder for Infotype 0001"

RHINTE00 - Position and org unit deleted in infotype 0001 not transferred

Hi all,
we are using report RHINTE00 to transfer the assignations with positions and org units made in infotype 1 to PPOME.
Everything works fine when we are assigning a position and org unit.
But when we remove the entry and run the report, the assignation in the PPOME still exists..
Do I have to do something special to delete the relationships ?

Hello,
If you have terminated some employees, to remove relationship without existing objects, you have to use report. RHCHECKRELATIONS. Then if you just need to delimit them, make sure that org. unit exists in table T527X and rerun report RHINTE00. Hope it helps,

How to use RHINTE00/10/20/30?

Dear all,
I have used BDC to hire an employee. However, once it done, I found that employee has not been appeared in OM. Checked some of the messages, RHINTE reports are suggested. However, I have no idea on how to use them. May anyone give some hints to me?
Moreover, I have tried to build up the OM-PA relationship myself by PP02. However, it got message said that employee does not exist. However, checked PA20, that employee has been created already.

RHINTE00,10,20,30 are used for integration between PA, PD & OM... Just open the reports in IMG,PM,OM,INTEGRATION, INTEGRATION WITH PA.
or execute the reports in se38..
The basic purpose of each of these reports are detailed as follows..
RHINTE00: copy the objects and relationships set up in Personnel Administration into Organizational Management
RHINTE10: transfer objects created in Organizational Management into Personnel Administration tables
RHINTE30: to update the "Organizational Assignment" infotype (0001)
RHINTE20: to determine whther data for objects relevant to integration is available in both Personnel Administration and Organizational Management

Set Variant for RHINTE00 using RS_CREATE_VARIANT

I want to set variant only for employee id select option in report RHINTE00 using RS_CREATE_VARIANT. Since there is no direct access to Select Option so how can i achieve it.

RHINTE00 10 & 20 ERROR

When I am running RHINTE00, 10,20 I am getting many error like below screenshot. Please suggest what to do

Hi,
If you use RHINTE00 you will transfer from PA to PD and happens what happened in your system...The PD data (HRP tables) will be updated with data from PA tables.
So if want to change data in PA side you will need to run report RHINTE00 to update relationships in PD side.
Regarding report RHINTE20, it will create the object missing in PA and OM sides which means if you create some entries in table T513 (job) or table T528T (position) it will compare the existing entries in HRPnnnn and if the object does not exist it will create it in both side
These reports really update and create missing master data when PA-PD integration is activated. You can run them in batch input to make sure your data are synchronized.
We cannot see your screenshots so please just tell me which error message ID you are getting.

RHINTE00 - Transfer of position

Hi all,
I need some assitance to understand how can I run RHINTE00.
Our business scenario :
1. Integration will be active (an entry 'X' in t77s0)
2. I want to keep the text ( for eg of object position )maintained in OM with no truncation.
Please assist. I alos would like to know what should be order of using RHINTE00 and RHINTE30.

Hi Anisha,
To run RHINTE00 use TCode OOHP and for RHINTE30 use OOHQ.
If you have implemented PA and want to transfer datas to OM then use RHINTE00.
If you have implemented OM and want to transfer datas to PA then use RHINTE30.

Problem with RHINTE00

Hi everyone,
We have now a problem based on the absence of relationships between individual objects (Person -P- and Position -S-). We have run RHINTE00 in order to create the relationships missing but in fact I can not even see the relationships to be created in the preview screen in RHINTE00 before executing the corresponding batch input. The ones missing in the preview screen are the ones I need to create with PP02 through batch input. However, this ones (the records/positions) are created in PA.
I have used different specific report parameters and I obtain the same results.
What should I do to create the links between objects missing ??

Hi Fellows,
I'm trying to execute the RHINTE00 program with AQPI-QERASE filed set to 'X', as I want to keep the batch session after processing it.
But I'm getting an error message saying "Please create a session" when doing the execution.
Anyone with knowledge of the cause of this error message please assist.

Hi,
You should not set it as 'X' or any other value. The default is blank which is correct. APQI-QERASE means Queue deletion indicator for processed sessions. Also, the logic is hard coded in the program:
IF batch EQ space AND
keep NE space.
MESSAGE e509. "Aufbewahrung nicht sinnvoll.
ENDIF.

Submit program RHINTE00

Hi Experts
I came across a requirement where I should submit program RHINTE00 in my custom code.
This program will generate BDC Session I should execute this session in side my custom program.
If anybody came across this kind of requirement , Please let me know how to sumbut program RHINTE00 with all required paramters and how to process session in the custom program.

Hi, I know it's an older post, but did you manage to find a better workaround than using RHINTE00 for this purpose?
I found 2 things one needs to accomplish - after the opening of the BDC group exporting it's map ID (as the map name is not sufficient) and then another exit suppressing the ALV output (which is redundant in background and in fact will dump).
Did you find a clearer solution?

Create Objects checkbox on Rhinte00 program

Hi All,
Picked up this issue which I think its a SAP Standard issue.
I've created an Org Unit and related Positions to it.
Then hired Employees into Positons using LSMW, so i needed to run Rhinte00 to create the Holder relationship.
When I execute Rhinte00 with the following: Today radiobutton tickect, Create Object(s), Create relationship(s), and Create holder relatshp. only checkboxes checked, Only Position from IT0001 radiobutton ticked and Test check box unchecked.
It does bring objects to create and holder relationships to create, but the only problem I see is that for Objects with Object Name which is long (i.e longer than 25 characters), it cuts the name to 25 characters and assigns it a new Object Abbreviation(i.e. Obect Abbr changes to ObjT/objID).
OTEXT = STEXT
Apparently OTEXT accepts 25 character while STEXT accepts 40. So this means Rhinte00 sees all Object with Object Name longer than 25 characters as different records and it recreates them.

Please note that when I execute Rhinte00 with all the radiobuttons and checkboxes mentioned above excluding Create Object(s), it executes the holder relationship correctly using correct unchanged objects.

Display of Person with position in Org Structure

We have a display issue, please help us to resolve.
While uploading the master data with help of BDC, the data is uploaded which has been checked properly showing data has been uploaded. But when we see the org structure through ppom_old we cant see person assignment to the positions.

Hi,
Whenever you run master data upload through BDC the relationships in OM are not created.
I am sure you have created the necessary positions in OM under Org Units and then used these positions in BDC to upload your IT 0001. But now you are not able to see the position - holder assignment in OM, right?
If this is your problem then go to SE38 and run program RHINTE00.
Select one or two persons for whom you have uploaded master data and run the above program for them
If you have already created OM objects then tick mark CREATE HOLDER RELATIONSHIPS ONLY
a session will be created with your username which you can process through SM35
please go through the documentation of the report to understand the use.

Problem in Creating Business Partner in E-REC system.

Hi Dear Friends,
We are using SAP E-REC as External Instance . Problem is when we move Master data from ECC to E-REC infotype 1001 ( Sub type A 0008 ) is not moving so that Business Partner also not getting Created . I checked the INBOUND and OUTBOUND of IDOC there is no issue . I tried with report HRALXSYNC where i could see (All Objects > Central Persons > Without Partner) when i tried to Repair i ended with warning message '
Form of address 0001 does not exist and Form of address 0002 does not exist
. However i got SAP note " 1412534 - Message "Form of address & does not exist" when creating BP"
I couldn't understand what is this form of address ? how to maintain this ? if it is mandatory how it has created BP for remaining users?
Also i tried with RHINTE00.10,20,30 programs , Can anyone help me to solve this issue ?
And some time when i use PFAL Central Person itself not created . . how to fix this ? ?

Hello Saket,
The error "Personal Address does not exist" (AM013) indicates a DB inconsistancy. That is the address number in table BUT020 does not have data in table ADRC. Please check whether this is your case.
If you can recreate such error in a non-modified SAP enverionment, please raise a customer message to SAP.
To correct the inconsistancies, please use the reports in note 865271 and note 1096330.

OM problem in transporting the request

Diagnosis
The system has transported a relationship to the specified object of an object currently being activated. However, the relationship cannot be activated.
The problem is usually caused by the related object not being available in the target system.
System Response
The object is transported correctly but without the specified relationship.
Procedure
Make sure that the related object is available in the target system, or that it is included in the same transport request as the current object, before you repeat the transport.
If the related object is not required or must not be available in the target system, no further action is required on your part.

You can try with OM reports like,
RHINTE00 - transfer organizational Assignment.
RHINTE10 - prepare Integration.
RHINTE20 - Create missing Objects
RHINTE30 - ransfer Org.assignment in batch input folder for infotype 0001
These reports may help you to find the relationship where you can have so many selection options.
I think defiitly these will help you.

Org Unit blank

Hi,
The org unit detail is blank in the assigment page of a requisition.
Scenario: On Recruiters Dashboard under My Open Requisitions, select a requisition and press Assignment button. Assignments for the Requisitions page should be displayed in a new window. In header, Requisition name, Hiring Manager name, Status of the Requisition, Org. Unit, Recruiter and the Release date should be displayed. Here Org unit, details are blank.
Why org unit details are not displayed? We are working on EHP5.

Try checking the tbale V_T77s0 for below integration switches
PLOGI ORGA --> Should be X
PLOGI PLOGI --> Should be 1
PLOGI PERLI --> Should be 99999999
If still the problem exists,
Try to run the below reports once
RHINTE10 uses for integration between OM & PA. (OM should install going for PA)
RHINTE00 uses for integration between PA & OM.(PA should install going for OM)
RHINTE20 uses to run consistency check between OM & PA.
RHINTE30 uses for integration between PD & PA.(PD should install going for PA).
PLOGI feature if it is "X" then it means OM AND PA integrated and vice versa.

Org. Unit & Job Code not diplayed in IT0001

Dear Consultants
I have a problem which is the Org. unit and job codes are not displayed in IT0001 although I did the following:
-     Integration between PA and OM in T. Code OOPS was set in PLOGI ORGA first.
-     Structure was created using PPOCE and PPOME then we hire employees through PA40 through LSMW.
-     The employee hire date and the date of creating O,S, and C is the same.
-     The data of Company code Personnel area and sub area was recorded in account assignment tab in Organization and Staffing when creating the structure and positions.
-      After loading the Employee data I run the report RHINTE00 and the employees displayed in PPOME.
-     Then I run report RHINTECHECK and there are no issues.
-     Then when I see that Org. Unite code and Job Code are not displayed in IT0001 I report RHINTE30 but he said (Personnel numbers for which an update is not necessary) and still Org. unit and job code is not there in IT0001.
Is there anything else I can do to solve that problem?
