RoboHelp 6 Installation
Trying to install RoboHelp 6 on my machine, and I get this
message:
Unable to register hhctrl.ocx, itircl.dll, itss.dll,
HHActivX.dll. If you experience any adverse behavior, please make
sure you have suffiifient right and restart the program.
Any indications as to how to fix the problem? My
administrator has given me full rights and priviledges, and still
the message displays.
Hey, Colum. Sorry I didn't see this earlier.
Since I'm not with Adobe and this involves a license issue,
you probably ought to check out this page:
Customer
Service Center - Serial Numbers
Beyond that, I'll run through some items you might check.
While you can install the authoring client (X5 and RH 6) side by
side, you will need to remove the old RoboEngine 4. I'm assuming
you are running WindowsXP Pro on your PC. XP only allows one root
website, so unlike the RH clients, you wouldn't be able to run both
RoboEngine 4 and RH Server 6 on the same machine. (I'm sure you
knew this, but I'm just trying to be clear here).
All caveats about backing up apply
1. On the client side, install RH 6 and leave the X5
installation alone.
2. Follow these TechNotes regarding uninstall/install for
RoboEngine 4 and RoboHelp Server 6

RoboHelp Server 6 Getting Started Guide
Perhaps when you removed RoboEngine 4, some Registry entry
was left behind and maybe that's why you are getting this serial
number question? So in addition to the first link, here's another
you might try.

This is a free email process and I have found them to be
pretty good about getting back within 24 to 48 hours.

Error launching Word with Robohelp for Word
I have a test rack at work with a machine dedicated to Robohelp, which we just purchased and set up to replace our very old and outdated solution. It has Robohelp 8 on Windows 7, with Office 2007. Since the Robohelp installation, Word has consistent and constant crashes, giving an error claiming that Macros are required but unable to start. I entered the Trust Center in Word as instructed, and reset macros, but to no avail. Attempting to launch Word in Robohelp for Word causes an exception and error. Launching Word on its own also causes the same error. I've tried a Office repair, to no avail. Does anyone have any experience with this issue?
I've know RoboHelp have issues finding Word or working with the wrong security settings. What I have not known it do is affect the running of Word when Word is run alone. For that reason, I think your problem is with Word.

I am trying to decide between upgrading Framemaker 8 to FM 10 or migrating to Madcap Flare. I need to produce both print and web outputs and most of the documents are structured. I have lots of legacy FM files.
I downloaded and installed Flare without problems but found that it does not have runin paragraph styles and some of the FM features that allow styles to cross columns.
I tried to install FM but got error messages. I downloaded the Adobe installer diagnostic tool and it said there were conflicting programs to the FM installation but was not specific on what they were. Basically I went down the same route and had the same problems as mentioned in a similar post about Robohelp installation problems:http://forums.adobe.com/message/3422315
Unlike Madcap, Adobe support is pretty difficult to contact and it has taken literally days to fix problems with other adobe programs.
I am using a 2011 Macbook Pro using Bootcamp Win 7 64 bit home version. I also have parallels installed and can run FM 8 on either system. Acrobat Pro X is installed.
Here is the error log (edited to remove redundant line breaks):

I have been working with the RH X5 for a long time but a
couple of days ago when starting a project, I got a Windows
installer window instead. It was trying to install something for
about an hour but then said: can't connect to the server. Whar
server? whar was it trying to install? I tried to reinstall the
product several times but the result is always the same - installer
window hanging:(
Any idea what can help? Would really appreciate your help
ElenaHello Elena -
Something is borked so time to try a work around.
What may be happening is this...
Your installation of RH X5 probably has some default settings
regarding "Automatically check for updates" (under Tools >
Options, General tab). If you are running RH5 Office, this setting
is in TWO places, not one. You need to launch each executable (not
at the same time) and deselect the update option in each.
To find your program installation path, right click on your
launch icon then click on "Properties". The path is in the "Target"
box.
I believe the default path is under "Program Files" but I'm
not certain as I install to the path I want, not what Macromedia
thought was best for me. Anyway, use Windows Explorer to find the
RoboHelp installation directory. But first make sure you set
Windows Explorer to see what we need to see - forget the Microsoft
default settings as they don't know what is best for you.
> Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the installed
RoboHelp directory.
> On the Menu Bar, click "Tools > Folder Options".
> In the Folder Options window click the "View" tab.
> Under "Files and Folders > Hidden files and folders"
click the"Show hidden files and folders" radio button.
> Deselect (no check mark) the three boxes that follow
(Hide extensions..., Hide protected..., and Launch folder...).
> Click the "Apply" button.
> Click the "Apply to All Folders" button.
> Click the "OK" button.
> Click the "OK" button.
In the RoboHelp parent (installation) directory you will see
two subdirectories: RoboHELP and RoboHTML.
> Click on the RoboHELP subdirectory.
> Scroll down and find "RoboHelp.exe".
> Double-click on "RoboHelp.exe" to launch RoboHelp for
Word.
> A dialog window opens to create or open a project; click
the "Cancel" button.
> On the Menu Bar click "Tools > Options..."
> In the Options window, General tab, deselect (uncheck)
"Automatically check for updates".
> Click the "OK" button.
> Close RoboHelp Explorer.
Now for the second version...
> Click on the RoboHTML subdirectory.
> Scroll down and find "RoboHTML.exe".
> Double-click on "RoboHTML.exe" to launch RoboHelp HTML.
> A dialog window opens to create or open a project; click
the "Cancel" button.
> On the Menu Bar click "Tools > Options..."
> In the Options window, General tab, deselect (uncheck)
"Automatically check for updates".
> Optional: select (check) "Use Offline Help" to keep the
app from trying to access Macromedia Help via the Internet.
> Click the "OK" button.
> Close RoboHelp HTML.
Close Windows Explorer (don't forget to re-set the folder
views if you think Microsoft knows what is best for you).
Now try to launch your project as you normally do.
Let us know if that fixed the problem.

Installation fails during Installation on hardware
I downloaded Yosemite but while installing on my hardware "Macintosh HD" I get a message that there problems coming up during the installation and I can do a restart (which now I did for 8 times and I always got stuck when 19 minutes remained of the installation progress)
The list of problems is huge (like over 500 and I don't really know what to do know)
the problem is that I don't have a back up at hand...how can I stop the installation and get back to mavericks?
Best, P.Hello Trevor -
This reply is conjecture based on facts...I don't think
Win08-64bit is supported.
Facts:
The operating system needs a mechanism for organizing and
managing disk partitions; Windows Server 2008 provides two
partitioning styles: Master Boot Record (MBR) or GUID Partition
Table (GPT).
Master boot record (MBR) disks use the standard BIOS
partition table originally developed for x86-based computer systems
and is the most common style in use.
GUID partition table (GPT) disks use extensible firmware
interface (EFI) originally developed for 64-bit Itanium based
systems (advantages of GPT disks are more than four partitions on
each disk and supports disks larger than 2 terabytes).
Windows Server 2008x86 32-bit and 64-bit systems support MBR
and GPT partition styles. Note: 32-bit systems can only boot from
MBR disk partitions and 64-bit systems can boot from GPT
partitions.
Each partition style has different capabilities and
partitioning styles. The two partition styles have very different
configurations in terms of special mandatory partitions. In
addition, other mandatory partitions are required on each disk
style to operate as boot and system disks. In terms of MBR disks a
master boot record (MBR) partition is required. On GPT disks, EFI
system (ESP) and Microsoft Reserved (MSR) partitions must be
present for the disk to be bootable.
Fact:
The RoboHelp installer writes to the Master Boot Record (it
is by definition a "root kit") where your registration information
is stored.
Conjecture:
The RH installation can fail if:
a) the MBR is write protected (to protect the drive from
viruses and root kits) or
b) the hard drive does not have a Master Boot Record.
Thus, if your 64-bit server uses GPT partitions (you implied
this when you wrote "Windows Server 2008 64-bit") then the RH
installation may fail as there is no MBR to write to.
This is all conjecture on my part. You will need
confirmation/explanation from Adobe developers.

Does anyone know if any OHJ fixes were put into the new RoboHelp X4?
Thanks,
JasonHi John
I'm no expert on JavaHelp by ANY stretch of a wild
imagination. But it occurs to me that possibly only one version may
be installed at any given time. I don't believe RoboHelp installs
the components you need to create JavaHelp and you must install
those separately. So if you haven't yet done this, the point would
be moot.
Cheers... Rick -
Unable to Load Database/Unable to create database.
RoboHelp 6.0 on my PC is suddenly unable to open existing
projects or create new ones. The problem is not in the projects, as
other people can unzip the same set of files and open them with
RoboHelp on their PCs.
The Details:
When attempting to open an existing project (any project
whether in version control or not), I get the message " Open
project was cancelled or the application was unable to load
database for..."
I found the article that says to delete the CPD and XPJ files
and then to use the Edit option to open the HHP file so that
RoboHelp will recreate the two files. When I try that, I get the
message "Unable to create database. Check that the directory is not
read-only." It's
not read-only.
When I attempt to create a new project, the application acts
like it is going to create one, but it just creates a project
folder without the new first topic and then repeats the New Project
Wizard window that prompts for title, etc. It will keep creating
folders and returning to this window in a loop without ever really
creating a project.
RoboSource Control is functioning normally, by the way.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled RH 6 several times, and
have even uninstalled RH 6 and installed to RH 5 just to see if it
could open projects, which it does with no problems. After that
test, I uninstalled RH 5 and reinstalled RH 6, only to encounter
the same problem all over again.
This started happening after I uninstalled other unrelated
software and received a message that some Service Pack 2 files had
been changed and prompting me to insert the Service Pack 2 CD,
which I don't have. This is because our IT department pre-builds
our systems from an image and then distributes job-specific
applications over the network. IT tried repairing Service Pack 2,
but that didn't work. I'd like to uninstall and reinstall Service
Pack 2, but the IT person says it's too risky on a system that was
built from an image.
We would like to find out
which files RoboHelp is looking for when it launches a
project so we can replace those files manually. Does anyone
know what they are or have another suggestion that might fix the
problem?
Otherwise, I am stuck having to allow IT to rebuild my
system. That means reinstalling and reconfiguring everything on it,
just as if I were upgrading to a new PC. This can take a whole work
week. However, I have already spent close to a work week on this
problem, so maybe rebuilding would save time in the long
run.Problem Resolution = HHA.dll
For anyone who might be interested in the resolution to this
issue, we did rebuild my PC and reinstall all of my software. The
RoboHelp installation "complained" that I did not have HTML Help
Workshop on my system and told me to download version 1.4 from
Microsoft. I did have HTML Help Workshop..it's in my programs list.
(It's not listed in programs on my co-workers' PCs, and they were
not having problems, by the way.) But to make RH happy, I
uninstalled the workshop and tried to install the version from
Microsoft. But a message informed me that I already had a newer
version of the workshop on my system, and I was back where I
started. I could open projects, but there were weird problems.
Selecting Topic Properties was met with an error message, and when
the properties window opened, I could only see whatever template
was assigned (or none if the topic had lost its template), and
there was an extra section for Oracle help.
So I started dinking around in the registry to see if I could
get rid of any traces of the workshop so I could install the
version RH wanted or to find any other clues to my problem. Under
HTMLHelpAuthor, there was a reference to an HHA.dll file located in
C:\WINDOWS\system32...only the file did not exist on my system.
(Remember that my original problem was that some Service Pack 2
files were either modified or missing.) So I did a Google search on
that file name and found out that HTML Help Workshop is included in
newer Windows operating systems, but that people used to have to
get HTML Help Workshop from Microsoft, and that some people had
made the mistake of just putting the HHA.dll file into the
C:WINDOWS\system32 folder without also installing HTML Help
Workshop. At this point it was obvious that I needed the HHA.dll,
so I got it from a co-worker's PC. (Looking at the registry
entries, I can also see that my system was built with a slightly
different version of the operating system than my co-workers have.)
Adding the HHA file to my system solved the problem. All
projects but one were fine; one was still exhibiting the strange
behavior. I fixed it by going back to the RoboHelp 5 version of the
project and re-converting it to RoboHelp 6.
I suspect that if I had known about the HHA.dll file before
we rebuilt the PC, I could have solved the problem without going
through that painful process. That is why I thought I should post
the solution even though it was after the rebuild. -
Style Mapping for TOC & Drop-down
I'm using RoboHelp 8 and MS Word 2007. I've modified the Style Mapping.dot Word template in the project folder (as opposed to the generic one in the RoboHelp installation folder). I've done the mapping in the Printed Document Appearance dialog box. The problem is that RoboHelp seems to totally ignore or override the styles in the template. I hope that someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong. Let me list some of the problems:
In the table of contents, the top-level entries are numbered. Within RoboHelp, the Heading 1 entries are not numbered, and the comparable style, TOC1, in the Word Template is not numbered. Yet in the output, the entries are numbered. I don't want them numbered.
The Word output for "dropspot" text is indented by 1/2", and the output for "droptext" is indented by 1". Both are encased in <p> tags in the RoboHelp source, and the style for div.droptext in the default.css does not contain a left-margin rule. In the Word template, the mapped paragraph style for the droptext does not contain an indent. Of course the style information for dropspot on both the RoboHelp and Word sides is a character format and can't contain any left-margin/indent information. Just for grins, I tried changing the color for dropspot and droptext in the style sheet; that change was produced in the output, but nothing that I have been able to do eliminates the indentation.
The Word output for the droptext is bolded. Again, it is not bolded in the RoboHelp source, defalut.css, nor in the Word template style mapped to it.
In the case of the TOC problem, RoboHelp seems to add the numbering to the TOC1 style even though it is not in Style Mapping.dot. Fixing is fairly simple by just altering the style in the output.
In the case of the dropspot/droptext entries, the problem is monumental. RoboHelp does not appear to add the indentation information to the Word style sheet. Instead, it appears ot modify every single instance inline. Beccause the Help system in question consists of a very large volume of drop-down entries and because it must exist in both online and printed versions, it virtually requires the maintenance of two entirely separate "documents." Since the source can change frequently and substantially, that becomes extraordinarily expensive in terms of resources. We really need to be able to generate useful printed documentation from the online source. Any suggestions.I just created a new project and set it up to map to the Style Mapping template. That is obviously a new copy taken from the installation folder.
I opened the template in Word and used the Change Style pod (CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + S). There I removed numbering from the TOC style. When I generated a document, there was no numbering.
Dropspots can be part of a paragraph so there should be no indenting. In this sentence "part of a paragraph" could be a dropspot so indenting would be a nonsense.
Using the supplied template neither were indented.
That all suggests to me that a fresh look at your in project template needs another review.

Changing the Demo identity to custom identity
Hi All,
I am configuring an Oracle Business Process Management (11.1.1.4.0) environment to be used for production within our organisation. Out-of-the-box the domain successfully starts, with a soa, bam and AdminServer. However, when I change the certificates (from the demo identity) to certificates from a trusted CA I start seeing errors in the log file. Also, BPM composer does not behave correctly... it only shows the Help menu item instead of 'Open a Project', 'Create New Project' etc.
I have replaced the Demo identity for the AdminServer and the 2 managed servers (soa_server, bam_server) through the WLS Console. Servers -> server -> Keystores -> Custom Identity and standard trust
and setting the SSL information in Servers -> server -> SSL.
Error message:

Does any one have experience in replacing the Demo certificates successfully? What are the steps in doing so?
Many thanksHi there
That is something called a Favicon. WebHelp has a few of them. If you want all of them to reflect your company logo you should consider replacing all the seed icons with yours. You will typically find the seed icons in the following location:
<RoboHelp Installation Folder>\RoboHTML\WebHelp5Ext\template_skin
<RoboHelp Installation Folder>\RoboHTML\WildFireExt\template_stock
Replace the ico files with yours. Just use the same names Adobe does and your icons should populate right into any WebHelp or FlashHelp output.
I did find others, so just to be on the safe side you may need to perform a search mission to locate all instances and replace them with yours.
Cheers... Rick

Opening Project First Time from Version Control. RoboSource Node
Four writers have upgraded successfully. My fifth is having issues...
She has Serena Dimensions SCC installed as well (another source control product - used by Applications, not the authors or Infra.
Problem: When she is establishing the root path (and the Browse RoboSource Node window opens, but it does not populate, even after 20 minutes. Reboot did not work, neither did manually removing Serena Dimensions SCC. I have verified that she has a connection to the database (via RSC Explorer) and can see the project (as well as the RH7 version of the project). We have
These are the instructions... (screenshots not included). She's hanging up on
1.1 Using a New Project for the First Time
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The author must have local administrator rights on the machine. If the user has a privileged account, they must set up full local control of their work folder (specified in 1.1.2.8).
1.1.1 Install RoboHelp and RoboSource Control
1. Download appropriate software packages, including all patches, from Adobe.
2. Launch RoboHelp Installer. Select the following options for installation:
o RoboHelp for HTML
o RoboSource Control (Client)
o CS4 Script Extender
INSTALLATION NOTES
Installation of each component is separate and may take up to 30 minutes. You do not have to install RoboHelp for Word.
Only select the Client Install for RoboSource Control.
3. Install all patches in the order specified by the vendor. Check with the technical communicator on which version is currently in use for patching.
1.1.2 Open the Project
1. Launch RoboSource Control.
2. Establish a database connection per section 3.3.1.
3. Close RoboSource Control.
4. Launch RoboHelp 8 for HTML.
5. Click Open under Recent Projects under the main frame (do not use title bars).
6. Click the Open Project from version control button (shown below).
7. Make sure that RoboSource Control 3.1 is highlighted as the Version Control Provider and the checkbox for “Make this my default selection” is checked. Click OK.
8. Configure the Source Control system as follows:
Connection: PROD
Root Path: Click the … button and navigate to the (project name) root in the database and click OK. This may take several minutes.
Connection Mode: Online
Get to Local Path: Click the … button and navigate to your Data folder. Select Make New Folder under Data and give the folder a unique name to help you identify the files as for the Support KB in RoboHelp.
9. Click OK when you have configured source control. A copy of the database is now being downloaded to the path you specified. This may take up to 20 minutes.
You can verify that installation is proceeding either by watching your local path fill with files or keeping an eye on the CPU usage of the RSO3MiddleTierService and RoboHelpHTML files under Task Manager.
10. Once transfer is complete, highlight Tier1KB.xpj and click Open. It may take several minutes to open the project the first time. It is typical for the snippet file to check out the first time you open the project and the first time each day that you save all project files.
11. Once the project is open, set Version Control properties:
a. Select Tools > Options.
b. On the Version Control tab, select all options. This will prompt the user on each version control action they take.
12. Test a check out/check in to validate correct installation and source control operation. It's the settings in miscproperties in the XPJ and it works in TFS just fine. I'ts as follows:

Can't get CHM to run off a network drive
Hello. I'm running RoboHelp 6 build 099 on Windows 2000 with
service pack 4 installed. My HTML Help file runs great from my hard
drive, but I can't get it to do much from a network drive. It
displays an "Action canceled" message upon opening, and the
navigation pane shows the correct entries for the TOC and index,
but clicking on a topic simply clears the window -- there's nothing
there.
What I've done so far: (1) Copied my .CHM file and the
hhactivex.dll file to a network directory, and (2) I registered
hhactivex.dll successfully (opened a CMD session, browsed to the
network directory containing the .chm, and did "regsvr32
hhactivex.dll" -- no errors). (3) I eventually stumbled onto the
c:\program files\adobe\robohelp 6.0\redist directory and
copied all files found there to the network directory. (This post
should have the contents of my redistrb.txt file below.) Same
results.
Any ideas on what to do next? Should I register the other
DLLs copied to the network in (3) above? (I hesitate to mess with
the registry if it's not necessary.) Weren't all these DLLs
registered during RoboHelp installation? I'm very grateful for any
help you can provide.

CHM-File: Glossary is not showing HHActiveX.dll does not work
Hi guys,
I'm sorry, I know the problem's been diskussed a lot. But I still have the problem, that after generating my CHM-File the glossary tab is empty. I already tried registering various HHActiveX.dlls i found in robohelps installation directory.
I tried registering them by using %windir%\system32\cmd.exe and %windir%\syswow64\cmd.exe.
The dlls I tried to register are:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 9\RoboHTML\HHActiveX.dll
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 9\Redist\HHActiveX.dll
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 9\Redist\x64\HHActiveX.dll
I tried to register them all together and i tried to register only one at a time.
The funny thing is, after generating and opening the file directly out of robohelp, the glossary showed up once. After closing and opening the same file, the glossary was again empty.
I am using RoboHelp 9 on Windows 8.1. 64-bit.
Is there a chance to get that CHM-File to work?
Thank's in advance.Thank you for your answer.
Sorry, I forgot to mention, when I was registering the dlls by using cmd.exe in the system32 directory and the syswow64 directory, I was typing "regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\HHActiveX.dll"
Also I have been using the cmd.exes that are located in system32 and syswow64, each time using the "regsvr32 <path><dll-name>"-command. The cmd.exes where executed with administator's rights. Isn't that the same procedure mentioned in your link?
I was trying to have both the 32-bit-dll and the 64-bit-dll version registered at the same time and lateron for troubleshooting just one of them at a time. (now that I come to think of it, is it even possible to register two versions of the same dll at a time?)
I'm starting to get really confused.
Which Version of the DLL do I need to register by using which of the cmd.exes/regsvr32-versions?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 9\RoboHTML\HHActiveX.dll > in system32\cmd.exe oder syswow64\cmd.exe?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 9\Redist\HHActiveX.dll > in system32\cmd.exe oder syswow64\cmd.exe?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 9\Redist\x64\HHActiveX.dll > in system32\cmd.exe oder syswow64\cmd.exe?
And does the dll have to be in the directory of the regsvr32.exe while registering? Does it take a reboot for the effect to show? -
Error when trying to compile HTML help
I'm using RoboHelp 7.0 on Windows XP. All of the sudden, last
week, I start getting the following error when I try to compile
"Fatal Error: Unexpected error from Microsoft HTML compiler." I've
read the other posts regarding this error and deleted the .CPD file
multiple times and tried to compile again still with no success.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and not had any
better results. The other author in my office can check the project
out of RoboSource and compile it fine. I have it on my local drive
when trying to compile.
I'd appreciate any ideas. It doesn't make sense that is
something in the project since my other author can compile it fine.
Thanks,
NitaHi, Nita,
Do you have any other RoboHelp projects that you can try
compiling? This may help to determine whether there's something
slightly askew about this particular project — sounds
unlikely if your colleague can compile without error — or
whether the problem lies in your RoboHelp installation.
I'd also recommend that you run MJ's Help Diagnostics,
available from the address below. This will verify that all the
HTML Help viewer and compiler components are properly installed and
registered on your machine.

Framemaker 10 trail install failure
I am trying to decide between upgrading Framemaker 8 to FM 10 or migrating to Madcap Flare. I need to produce both print and web outputs and most of the documents are structured. I have lots of legacy FM files.
I downloaded and installed Flare without problems but found that it does not have runin paragraph styles and some of the FM features that allow styles to cross columns.
I tried to install FM but got error messages. I downloaded the Adobe installer diagnostic tool and it said there were conflicting programs to the FM installation but was not specific on what they were. Basically I went down the same route and had the same problems as mentioned in a similar post about Robohelp installation problems: http://forums.adobe.com/message/3422315

I tried using the two downloaded files to create a directory other than on the desktop as well (mentioned on another post) without success. I completely uninstalled FM 10 including prefs using the add/remove programs in the control panel. I rebooted. I went into the payload directory and removed and reinstalled all the microsoft items (for what it is worth, there were four VC80 and three VC90 files and they were all msi, not exe files). I tried reinstalling FM 10 and got the following error:

I am assuming from the above error that the primary problem is the language pack from FM 8. I share the reservations listed on this forum about messing with FM 8 and losing the license or functions by installing a trial. So it looks like (unlike previous versions of FM), this trial cannot be installed on my computer unless I am willing to remove FM 8. -
Javascript File Location?
Hi
My company has a lincence for RoboHelp 8 , I wanted to know the location for RoboHelp javascript File. "The Helper function for WebHelp Context Sensitive Help"Welcome to our community
I'm assuming by "Helper function" you are meaning the WebHelp API?
I believe it is stored in a subfolder of your RoboHelp installation folder. That location will vary depending on your RoboHelp version and your operating system.
So what version of RoboHelp are you using? And what is your operating system?
Cheers... Rick
