RollOvers work randomly

Hello, and THANK YOU in advance for anyone that can help me!
I'm rebuilding my web site and want to use Flash Drop down
menus. I found a great
tutorial
online that helped me build these out, but have one glitch I can't
seem to figure out.

This issue is on the two Movie Clips that have drop down
menus attached (Solutions & Portfolio), the rollOver works
randomly when you mouseOff them going to the left. It works
perfectly each time when you mouseOff to the right, just not the
left.
So the Solutions and Porftolio movie clips reside on frame 1
with this action assigned:
on(rollOver) {
gotoAndStop("open");
Frame 10 is labeled "open" and on frame 10 in one layer are
the drop down buttons, and on another layer (on the same frame) is
an invisible button that covers the Movie clip and its drop down
buttons.
The invisible button has this action assigned:
on (rollOver) {
gotoAndStop("closed");
Frame 1 is labled "closed" and just has the top level movie
clips on it.
I'm tearing my hair out on this one, and tried to contact the
person who wrote the tutorial with no luck.

I just found the forum of the person that created the
tutorial I used to build these menus. I will see help
there...
