Rush charges for processing order type OR

Hello friends,
I have a scenario where we need to add  a fee of $50.00 for processing the order type OR for rush (one time fee added to the order with one or multiple line items). we do not want create a material and have a price to it and add the material as line item at the time of order creation.
Is there any other option to capture this.
Thanks in advance.
Peter

Hi,
You can either add the condition at the header level or at the item level.
From your question it seems that you do not wat at the line item level. So input the conditionmanually at the header level.
If you want it to distribute to all the line items equally then make it as header and group condition in transaction V/06
Reward points if it helps.

  • Batch Number field in IDoc for Process Orders (message type LOIPRO01)

    Hello PP experts,
Just wanted to ask if anyone of you have worked with message type LOIPRO01 (IDoc for process orders)
There is a segment-field in this IDoc  E1RESBL-CHARG which has description of "Batch Number"
We tried to assign a Bath Number for an Order (using t-code COR2 --> "Goods Recpt" tab under "Receipt" section), generated an IDoc for this order, but upon checking the E1RESBL-CHARG field of the IDoc it is not populated with the Batch Number.
The material in the process order is FERT, so technically we're trying to assign a Batch Number in one of the process orders for a Finished Goods material type,  so not on the component level.
    Can anyone here verify:
    1. is the E1RESBL-CHARG field of IDoc LOIPRO01 intended for the Product Batch Number?  If Yes, how do we populate that for in the IDoc?  --> Do I need to have a Reservation/Dependent Requirement for the Product for the Batch Number to be populated in the IDoc?
    2. If E1RESBL-CHARG can not be populated for a Product that has no Reservation/Dependent Requirements, Do I have any option of populating this field with just the Batch Number assigned to the Process Order of that product?

Solved - LOIPRO01 IDoc does not pick up the Batch Number from AFPO table, instead from table RESB.    We need batch from AFPO and just created a lookup using the Process Order Number as import param

  • Order type dependent parameters for process order

    Hello friends,
In Order type dependent parameters for process order (T.C COR4), there is subscreen for Process data documentation.Inside it we have three options :a) Batch Record Required
                                                                        b) Order Record Required
                                                                        c) No Process Data Documentation Reqd.
Through F1 help whatever information i have got regarding them, is not cleared.
According to it, if i select Order Record Reqd, than first of all i will have to delete (archieve) the order record than only i can delete (archieve) the process order. The same is with Batch Record Required.
So according to it if i want to delete the  process order than first i will have to delete order record. So guys may i know which order record firstly i have to delete?Than only the system status for process order will not have the status ORRQ (Order Record Reqd).
And one more thing friends,if i select the third option No Process Data Documentation Reqd than which process data documentation system will not create?Or what will happen if  i select this third option?
    Thankingy you guys in advance.

  • SAP QM Inprocess Inspection for a specific Process order type

    Dear All,
There is a requirement. As no QM type is maintained for FG material in a plant. Now the requirement is there is a specific order type for which Inprocess Inspection  is to be activated for all the FG materials. But at the same tie for all other order types there won't be any inspection for the same set of FG material.
I tried creation Z03 by copying  03 inspection type. But the problem is source inspection is from Production. So Z03 is not confined to only the specific process order but instead it is generating inspection lot for other Process order also.
Is it possible to create a scenario where we can attach inprocess inspection to a specific order type only.
    Regards,
    Rahul

    Hi,
You can assign the in process inspection to Order type in SPRO as shown below in the process order type dependent parameters in Planning tab in COR4.
    Check and revert..

  • Actual Over Head Calculation for process order

    hi!
I have created a costing sheet for  over head, which will be based on labour activity cost.
the base is labour cost for which I have given secondary cost element ( assigned in activity type for labour hours) in costing sheet and maintained over head rate for planned & actual. in credit of costing sheet for over head I have given secondary cost element with internal order.
first question is : when internal order posting will happen? I am assuming , when production order settlement is done, over head cost has to be accrued to internal order. is my assumption is correct? because in line items of internal order , i couldn't see any thing.
second question is : in process order, system is showing over head cost under planned cost, but it is showing ZERO in actual cost column. I have executed KGI2, system is not showing any senders or receivers. but when I executed KGI2 with dialog dipslay check box, system shows the calculations as per cost sheet correctly under condition value column.
Please let me know where I missed ? how to get actual over heads in process order.
in process order in cost analysis in the actual/target cost layout, system is showing the over head costs. but where as in "cost trend" layout, system is not showing over head cost.
can any one help on above points.
    regards,
    ramesh b

    Hi
Maintain the Overhead rate in KZM2 or KZZ2 as the case may be
Then execute CO43... The moment overhead is charged to Process order, it would post credit to IO

  • Issues during Component Batch Determination for Process Orders

    Hi,
I am encountering a strange issue during component batch determination of process order.
    1. During creation of process order, when I execute batch determination, systems does determination based on strategies we have set and when I click on Copy it gives an error
"Log cannot be saved: Object/subobject not specified"
    Message no. BL201
    *Diagnosis
Log save cancelled because at least one log contains no object or subobject.
Object and subobject are needed to classify application logs because there are several log types. Only a few logs are managed in main memory at runtime, so this classification is not needed.
If the logs are to be saved in the database, object/subobject must be specified for later retrieval.
    Procedure for System Administration
Object/sub object can be passed when a log is created (function module BAL_LOG_CREATE) and changed with BAL_LOG_CHANGE.
The possible values for object and sub object must be configured in transaction SLG0.*
If I save the order with CRTD status and come back again in change mode and do determination, It works fine.
Again when the order is in REL status and do the determination, It gives the same error.
This happens only for a specific plant, In other plants batch determination works in all scenarios.
I checked for all plant related Config for batch determination and coudn't find any discrepancies.
Please advise how to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance for your help
    Regards,
    Aheesh

There Is no direct solution for your requirement just try this work around.
While defining the batch determination search strategy for process order in COB1, there is one column Quantity proposal where you can attach the Routines (This is written in ABAB code )  make use of this, define New Routines with ABAB help to fulfill your requirement. Try this if found useful award full points.

  • Reverse Goods Receipt for Process Order

    Dear All,
Please tell me how to reverse the Goods Receipt for Process Order for which already QM is cleared for that Particular Lot.
But Confirmation is still yet Pending.
I tried MIGO - Cancel - Material Document. But it is showing a message "Process Order already processed".

    buss

    Hi,
    Use t code MB31
    Movement type 102
    Stock type = Unristricted use.
Reverse by entering above information then you have to manually cancel the inspection lot.

  • Warning message during batch determination while doing GR for process order

    Hi Experts,
During delivery against process order for all SFGs and FGs, we are getting warning message u201CInvalid batch according to selection criteria in batch determinationu201D.
Following settings maintained for batch determination in process order.
Condition table for order/material type maintained
Access sequence maintained for order/material type
In strategy type above access sequence has been maintained. The common class and sort sequence created for all materials in the plant have also been assigned to this strategy type. In batch split changes allowed box has been checked and quantity proposal maintained as 1.
In search procedure control maintained for order/material type. Search procedure has been assigned to all process order types and check activated.
In spite of the above when GR for order is taking place , system is throwing warning message.
GI of components is being done through backflush and without any warning message.
Please advise how to ensure proper batch determination during GR against order.
    Regards
    Sm.

Issue resolved by removing required indicators from characteristics which were not being valuated but were maintained in the class assigned to SFGs/FGs.

  • Settlement Rule for Process order

    Hello
While creating process, subject to other configuration, the settlement rule when checked in header, there is default receiver category for material.
In customizing,do we create such a rule or same is by default
    Thx

    Hi,
Are you talking about process order?
Every order is crated with refernce to an Order type (Trcode KOT2_OPA). If you look at the oreder type in detail you wil find that there is  a field for settlement profile. In Trcode OKO7 you can view this settlement profile. You actualy define the valid receiver for this Order type here like, G/L accounts, Material ect.
So when you create an order with reference to Order type thses receiver catagories are available in KO01.
Yes you can create your own settlement profile and tehn assign it to the order type.

  • Configuration for Process order for Forms

    Hi,
I want to develop a layout for Process Order.
Where we will do configure Print Program & Layout for Process Order like
what we do in NACE for SD&MM related layouts!
Will this Process Order supports both SAP Script & SMART Forms!
    Can anybody clarify!
    Thanks,
    Deep.

    Hi ,
In Process order transaction ,in output options declare the form name and output type. In TNAPR table in SE11 create on row with the above o/p type and form name. I think  both forms will be possible.
Actually where ever script form possible means there you can create smartform also.
    Thanks.

  • Production version selection based on Process order type

    Hi,
    I have the following requirement.
A material is having two production version one is for R&D and one is for regular production. Now two process order types one for R&D and one for regular production. Now during creation of process order if we use order type of R&D then it has to select production version of R&D and if we use order type of regular productionthen it has to select production version of regular production. This selection has to be happened automatically. How this can be configured.
    Thanks
    Vinamrath.

    Dear Kumar,
Assuming the production version selection is automatic in  the order type dependent parameters, then during order creation this
can be automated only through validity date of the production version or else by locking the production version manually which
should not get picked or else only through different Lot Size.
    Check and revert.

  • Production scheduling profile for production order type 10 does not exist – SAP Message No.10085

When i tried to make confirmation for Production Order through CO15 transaction , i receive the following error message “ Production scheduling profile for production order type 10 does not exist – SAP Message No.10085 “
In Work Scheduling view, Production Scheduling Profile is maintained as per OPKP only.
How to check whether production scheduling profile is maintained for relevant order type 10.
To do this , i went to OPKP & KOT2_OPA transactions but i don’t know how to check. I guide me through with a screen shot.
Also, pls explain about  “Order Type 10” and how it is linked with material and order execution.
Looking for a detailed explanation with screen shots , since i am new to SAP.
    Thanks With Regards,
    Dinesh Kumar V.

    Hello Dinesh,
Please check the order type dependent parameter in OPL8 here you will get the Substitute Scheduler
Then go to OPCH and check valid production scheduling profile assign here as per OPKP to your production scheduler for your plant.
Production order have Order category as 10  Process Order  40 in standard SAP you can check this in OPJH.

  • Material staging for process order

    Dear All,
Can we use material staging for process orders.
If possible pls brief the procedure.
    Subbu.

    Using warehouse management /WM) :
    - Create a control cycle for the component, using LPK1. Here you define if the supply will be specific for the order (when weighing takes place in the warehouse) or for released orders (normallu full packages of components and weighing is done at plant level). Reference to a supply area.
    - The resource used in the operation has a reference to the supply area.
    - Components have material master views in WM for the selected storage type
Then, when releasing the orders run LP10 - LP12 to generate the Transfer requirements for the raw materials. These TR will be converted to Transfer Orders and Confirmed, so the stock will be moved to your supply area.
Using Inventory Management, none of the above is required. You can use MF60 to move materials from General Storage Location to Shop Floor SLoc.
