[Sales A/R] [Sales Report] [Open Item List] [missing item]

Dear Expoerts,
Business One 2005A:
How to restore or rectify the 'missing item' on the Open Item List?
There is an item shows Commiited 10 however there is no corresponding Sales Orde.
Since there is no stock therefore data shows Available -10.
How can we purge this bug because we tried Goods Issue and Restore, neither methods can do anything about it.
Your advice will be very much appreciated.

Yes, i'm sure. When i test it, i copy Sales Order (eg. got 5 items - 4 of 5 item is 0 amt)  to Delivery Order (got 5 items - 4 of 5 items is 0 amt). Then i delete the row of 4th & 5th item with 0 amt. 
FROM Sales order:
Example: 1) Item A      $1,000.00
               2) Item B              $0.00
               3) Item C              $0.00
               4) Item D              $0.00
               5) Item E              $0.00
To Delivery Note:
Example: 1) Item A      $1,000.00
               2) Item B              $0.00
               3) Item C              $0.00
               4) Item D              $0.00 (Delete row in Delivery Order)
               5) Item E              $0.00 (Delete row in Delivery Order)
After i check the Open Item List - the amt, net & tax do not show the figure for this Sales Order. The Sales order just show $1,000.00 in "Original Amount" in Open Item List.
Please check for me, the SAP B1 system std is like that?

  • Opem Items List - showing items closed manually

    Hi guys,
    I'm using 2005B PL 40 and I'm having a little problem.
    I've created a sales order nr 54 with 4 different items, one of each. Each one of them costs $25. So, my total is $100.
    Now, if I close one line manually, I'm only goint to deliver 3 items, total $75, right?
    But when I see Opem Items List it shows that the whole $100 is open, and not the $75.
    Is this right? Or is it some kind of bug?

    Hi Dan,
    It seems like an issue either with your version or patch level.  The closed row should not show or add up in your Open Items list.
    If you are on the latest patch then..please report this to SAP Support.
    If you are not then try to test this after upgrading to the latest patch or even read the Patch Release noted to see if this is an issue reported as fixed.

  • Purchased items list - purchased item aging report

    Hello Everyone,
    I am looking for a report/PLD which will list the following:
    Item description
    Unit Price
    tax amount
    Gross Price
    Vat type total
    Total
    However this must be from AR invoices. Essentially what the customer iwshes to see it a statement of all items purchased in a give period with the amounts/tax/totals etc.
    What is the best way to implement this?

    Hi Paul,
    I think you can try to use XL reporter. If it is possible to use query PLD, it is more better but based on this note 1155872 and 854321, I am not sure if it will be similar with PLD standard. I concern with the header of the query PLD that can be matched with the document that is generated in the repetitive area1 line of the query PLD.

  • List of Item form take time to open

    Hello,
    I am implementing SAP Business One in one of the manufacturing company in which Item master data is exponentialy increases day by day. In list of Item selection window I did grouping in Item Group and Item Sub Group which is UDF in Item Master Data Form.
    Problem is that when I open the List of Item window than it take 2min -3min to open.
    Please reply me ASAP....

    We are implementing SAP B1 in manufacturing company they do MTS & MTO of labels for garments.What our client did , they put up the operators for creating the sales quotation and sales order under the request of the CS ececutive.And CS Executive have been taking orders from the customer.
    Item Master detail:
    Each orders from the customer generate new ITEM master data because there is variance of size,color,style No.,Bar code,matter etc.So for tracking every ITEM in warehouse operators have been generate new item master data.
    Problem:
    Only for operator support to easily find out the items from the list of item we group the items on the bases of the item group(Price Ticket FG,Printed Label FG,Woven label FG) and Item sub grooup(it is the part of the Item code)
    Is it possible to put different formatted search for different operator on the item no.(raw level) of sales quotation because Each operators create sales quotation and sales order for different labels one for(Price ticket), one for (Printed Label),one for (Woven label),Tape etc.)

  • Print Layout Designer / Open Items List Report

    When I open the Reports>Sales and Purchasing>Open Items List report - How can I associate a different Print Layout depending on which Document Type is then selected from the drop down list..
    Eg. When I print a list of Open Purchase Orders I want to us a different print template than when I print a list of Open Sales Orders ?

    You must enter the LDP clicking the pencil icon that appears in the toolbar when the window is open open items list.
    Once there, create 2 new text fields, one with the text "Orders" and another that says "Customer Orders". Both fields were identified as Field_XXX and Field_YYY (where XXX and YYY are numbers that appear in their fields)
    There is a field of variable rate system, which is what lets you see the description of the type of document. (Orders, Customer Orders, etc.).. This field corresponds to variable 100 (check it that way), we assume that this field is the field F_ZZZ within the layout.
    Create 2 fields of type formula, the formula to edit it (Field_XXX == Field_ZZZ) and (Field_YYY == Field_ZZZ) respectively.
    Create 2 text fields (these are only to test the application, then to understand the functionality can not delete them or leave them visible). Set in one of these areas, the letter "A" in the second field and set the letter "B". both camps can put one over the other in the layout.
    Now comes the application of the field ... "A" condicionelo one of the formula fields and country "B" condicionelo another formula field. The conditional mode is to set the formula field in the general tab LINK A. ..
    Try then see a preview of both reports and can see that depending on the type of document you will see "A" or "B" as appropriate.
    Apply the same logic as those fields that you will create and generate the difference between formats.

    Hello Gurus
    I am developing a report line item wise of sales order in which i need to get
    Suppose a sales order is created on 01.12.2009 for 1000 quantity
    billed quantity in december 600
    billed quantity in january     200
    1) total sales done against this SO line item wise.
    2) sales in this month againt this SO
    3)open order qty as 01.01.2010
    4)last day sales i.e from 01.01.2010 to 20.01.2010 the date of last sales against this SO
    so my output should be
    total sales = 800
    sales in this month =200
    open order qty as on 01.01.2010= 400
    please tell me the logic

    Hi,
    I gather from your thread that the question is not to build a report on a MP yes/no but more on which MP.
    Depending on the reporting needs and on how well you are able to combine the 2 cubes in the new MP I would say go for the latter option so you have more control on this one MP (for example if you need to add something that is already available in cubes).
    However, when (future!) reporting needs could mean that characteristics need to be added to the report(s) and filtered on that are not in both cubes you will have major problems getting the data properly from new MP and you would be better off using the individuals MP's and combine the data in a workbook or in a web template giving more flexibility.
    So you need to really analyze the requirements and decide on the way forward. Keep in mind possible future requirements because for now it could seem these few fields could be enough but new requirements could directly give a problem.

  • Sales Document Item List

    Hello, having trouble with the item list that comes up in the Sales Documents, have a couple of questions:
    Q1:
    When you click the circular white list icon on a Sales Order / Quote line item, it pulls up the Item List. Is it possible to have UDF's displayed in this list? Is it possible to have other fields in the item master data diplayed in this list? (i.e. Additional Identifier, Desc In Foreign Language, etc.)
    Q2:
    Is it possible to apply a filter by default (to remove unwanted item categories) and choose which column this list is sorted by when opened up by default?

    Are ;you talking about the Items List that displays all the items?  If so, you can add fields (columns) to this using form settings.  This is the icon to the right of the pencil icon.  When you are in the Items List, click that icon and you can select fields that you want to see in the Items List (you can do this for all 'lookups'.)  Also, you can filter out items by using the filter icon located to the right of the 'last' arrow icon.

  • Sales and Purchase Analysis reports by Item

    The current functionality of these reports is more like an open items list rather than an analysis report.
    If you Run a Purchase Analysis report by Item with a secondary selection of Supplier, and choose GRPO - the scenario is to find out how many of which products you have received in the date range from a specific supplier. This type on data is useful to use for negotiations on pricing etc.
    Currently, the report will only display values for GRPO that have not been drawn to AP Invoice. This is supposedly system functionality, but, the report is called analysis, so should provide data for that purpose?

    I want to restrict user from viewing Open Item List Report For All the Branch.If the user logged from One Location named Kolkata then he will be able to see the Open Item List Report For Kolkata Branch Only
    not the data for all the Branch .How to do this authentication since it is required urgently on Open Item List Report .

  • Open Items List Query.

    Hi all,
    Could you please advise if itu2019s possible to run a query in SAP based on the Open Items List in the reporting area that can detail the following;
    Both AR Invoices and Credit Notes and show additional fields, taken from the AR invoice u2013 Account Manager, Item Group and Project Code?
    The  Project Code and Item Group can be taken from the Item Line however the Account Manager field is located below the item line area on the contents tab.
    Would someone have a query which might enable us to do this or at least give us a directing to go in ?

    You can try this one.
    It will check if the document is open on document level. The query is written so that it will give a result for every line in the document so you might have a problem if there are many line per document. For the account manager I used Sales person, I am not sure if that is what you mean.
