Purchased items list - purchased item aging report

Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a report/PLD which will list the following:
Item description
Unit Price
tax amount
Gross Price
Vat type total
Total
However this must be from AR invoices. Essentially what the customer iwshes to see it a statement of all items purchased in a give period with the amounts/tax/totals etc.
What is the best way to implement this?

Hi Paul,
I think you can try to use XL reporter. If it is possible to use query PLD, it is more better but based on this note 1155872 and 854321, I am not sure if it will be similar with PLD standard. I concern with the header of the query PLD that can be matched with the document that is generated in the repetitive area1 line of the query PLD.

    I have to add one field EKORG . I am using LFM1 table.
    i am picking lifnr ekorg from LFM1 table & then picking for all entries on bsik with lifnr equality in lfm1.
    & then selecting lfa1-lifnr from i_bsik-lifnr equality.
    is lfm1 write table to add field ekorg in vendor liability aging report ?
    Problem is : earlier report without LFM1-EKORG was showing more vendors ,amount , g-total.
    but with lfm1-ekorg field ( vendors are less, effecting total, amount)
    Any solution ?

    the relation from vendor to ekorg is 1:n (LFM1, the same vendor can be defined for various purchasing organisations.
    the relation from company code to ekorg can be n:m (depending on the configuration)
    explanation: depending on your configuration, ekorg can be bound to one and only one company code (bsik) -> the business process for this would be: one purchasing organisation (ekorg) purchases for one company code only. on the other hand, the binding to a company code is not mandatory, the business process being: one purchasing organisation (ekorg) does the work centrally for all child company codes. last not least: you can leave all of your purchasing organisations 'unbound', so that all of them are able to purchase for all company codes ...
    with this in mind, check your selections again.

  • [Sales A/R] [Sales Report] [Open Item List] [missing item]

    Dear Expoerts,
    Business One 2005A:
    How to restore or rectify the 'missing item' on the Open Item List?
    There is an item shows Commiited 10 however there is no corresponding Sales Orde.
    Since there is no stock therefore data shows Available -10.
    How can we purge this bug because we tried Goods Issue and Restore, neither methods can do anything about it.
    Your advice will be very much appreciated.

    Yes, i'm sure. When i test it, i copy Sales Order (eg. got 5 items - 4 of 5 item is 0 amt)  to Delivery Order (got 5 items - 4 of 5 items is 0 amt). Then i delete the row of 4th & 5th item with 0 amt. 
    FROM Sales order:
    Example: 1) Item A      $1,000.00
                   2) Item B              $0.00
                   3) Item C              $0.00
                   4) Item D              $0.00
                   5) Item E              $0.00
    To Delivery Note:
    Example: 1) Item A      $1,000.00
                   2) Item B              $0.00
                   3) Item C              $0.00
                   4) Item D              $0.00 (Delete row in Delivery Order)
                   5) Item E              $0.00 (Delete row in Delivery Order)
    After i check the Open Item List - the amt, net & tax do not show the figure for this Sales Order. The Sales order just show $1,000.00 in "Original Amount" in Open Item List.
    Please check for me, the SAP B1 system std is like that?

  • Opem Items List - showing items closed manually

    Hi guys,
    I'm using 2005B PL 40 and I'm having a little problem.
    I've created a sales order nr 54 with 4 different items, one of each. Each one of them costs $25. So, my total is $100.
    Now, if I close one line manually, I'm only goint to deliver 3 items, total $75, right?
    But when I see Opem Items List it shows that the whole $100 is open, and not the $75.
    Is this right? Or is it some kind of bug?

    Hi Dan,
    It seems like an issue either with your version or patch level.  The closed row should not show or add up in your Open Items list.
    If you are on the latest patch then..please report this to SAP Support.
    If you are not then try to test this after upgrading to the latest patch or even read the Patch Release noted to see if this is an issue reported as fixed.

  • Standard Purchase Price List @ Purchase Requisitions

    Hi everyone
    I am trying to find a way to maintain a standard purchase price list that is used at the Purchase Requisition creation.
    Our sourcing managers will negotiate prices with vendors. Once these prices are set, any purchase requisition created should default to this purchase price.
    Using PIR did not work - maybe some configuration is required.
    I do not want to define contracts - because in essence there is no contract.

    No, nothing else than standard or moving average price field from material master (depends on price control).
    if you want any other price in the PR then you may need to develope an individual solution

    hi there,
    situation:
    I generated inventory report by item group using the "Item List" in the inventory report menus.
    there are 20 different item groups.
    i generated 20 workbooks. ahh... very messy..
    How about if more than that..???
    is there any way just to use one workbook, and 20 worksheets?
    or
    continue using the same sheet?
    if both cannot, is there any suggestions?

    Why don't you just write a query with the same filter parameters and then let the customer export the whole report to excel which will be on one worksheet.

  • Closed base Document appears in the open item list

    Hi all,
    While we are fully copying a base document to a target document, the base document header and rows will be closed, but it will appear in the open item list report.
    So the customer has created a Sales Order -> Delivery -> A/R Invoice.
    The Sales Order document status gives 'Closed', but still appears in the Open Item list (Sales - AR --> Sales Reports --> Open Items List).
    The customer using: SBO2005A PL22
    Further i also have looked in the SAP Notes (Note 1083366) but i can't solved it.

    In open items list of sales order,
    *select reqd. sales order,net amount,tax & total amount open in
    sales order,
    also open delivery document & compare with it,
    there must be difference in tax total/total/they
    must have changed quantity,unit price,date,changed payment terms/tax codes which causes delivery created without reference to sales order.
    That's why sales order is open.
    You can manaully close sales order by Data-->Close.

  • Buying and item from iTunes, What action do you take in between having chossen an item to purchase and then being able to click on the word BUY. I have clicked on the price as it satates in the tutorial and I get a list of actions such as gift this item

    This question is for anyone who has purchased an item from iTunes.
    What action or actions do you take inbetween having selected the item to be purchased and having the word BUY appear on your screen for you to clic on it?
    I have been told to clic on the price. When I do that this list appears; gift this, add to wish list, tell a friend, copy link, share on Facebook & share on Twitter.
    Should I clic on one of thses or press enter after having clicked on one of these?

    Thank you for the answer. Apple support has been working on this question for several days.
    I don't think they see any difference between the two tabs as I didn't think there was any seperation and the arrow was the place to clic on the price.
    What would it take to get your statment added to the iTune tutorial?
    For that matter what would it take to get actual tutorials listed under the heading Tutorials listed at the bottom of most iTunes screens. If you clic on the heading Tutorials at the bottom of iTunes pages it lists ads not tutorials.

    There is no way to remove items from the purchased list on the iPad.
    You can send a photo from the mail app by tapping and holding down in the body of the email and select - Insert Photo or Video - from the black options bar that will pop up.

  • Purchased items list do NOT load in Apple update area on iphone 5

    I am trying to remember applications that I have loaded in the past, as I had to reset my phone and icloud/itunes backup did not reload
    my apps.
    I have had 2 other people with the iPhone 5 test going to apps/update/and purchased and loading the purchase items list.
    The list NEVER loads. I the past on my iPhone 4, this list loaded in about 4-5 seconds. Now it never loads.
    It used to say 'on this phone', 'not on this phone', but now just says LOADING... indefinately.
    Is there an issue with this feature?

    Sorry, but audiobooks cannot be downloaded more than once without charge. You will need to have the audiobooks in iTunes on your computer so you can sync them to your new iPhone. If the audiobooks are not in iTunes and you don't have a viable backup, you may be out of luck. You can, however, contact the iTunes Store, explain the situation, and see if they can make an exception for you.

  • ITunes Store "Purchased" list doesn't include all items actually purchased

    I noticed that some songs seemed to be missing from the "purchased" list of songs under ITunes Store. There are 358 items listed. I created 2 smart playlists "Kind Contains Protected" and Kind Contains Purchased" and got a total of 383 items, and it includes the songs I noticed are missing from the Purchased list.
    However, If I go into my Purchase History, the songs show up there! What could cause the Purchased list from not showing everything?

    Are you saying that it is not listed here:
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    Is the computer signed into the same iTunes account that purchased the song?
    Is it listd in your Purchases History? iTunes>Store>View Accountc>login>Purchase History?
