Hello Robert,
Here is the answers for the questions raised...
1. I checked status schema ,understand distribution status is " To be distributed " in the sales order in CRM
2.In R3ac1 ,standard document "SALESDOCUMENT " doesn't have the any filter setttings related to my transaction type.
3.Mbdoc (Notification ) is generated in SMW01 with status " 001 " (Yello state),failed to reprocess the Bdocs.I coudn't able to find the Outbound queue in CRM for the corresponding order in CRM.
4.I can see the Bdoc structure in the extended data in SMW01.
Thanks.

  • Sales orders, vendor determination in SAP CRM vs CRM E-Commerce?

    Hello,
We are creating Sales Order through SAP CRM E-Commerce B2B scenario.
We noticed that vendor is determined at header level but not at item.
If we create a Sales Order in SAP UI (tx: CRMD_BUS2000115) (same transaction type used by B2B) with the same data Vendor is determined at header and at item.
    Any idea?

    Hello Folks,
I Have many years implementing IBM Net.Commerce and Websphere Commerce Suite, and 3 years with SAP CRM. What I can tell you:
IBM Sol. has less tables than SAP. It´s much easier to extend the Database.
In terms of catalog management IBM Solution, it´s not good. There´s a web interface do administer it. Very hard. There´s the option to use the massimport utiity. Same thing as Batch input of SAP.
Integration to third party solutions for IBM product, it´s hard. Have to use WBI, or decompile java kernel. For SAP is easier, depending of what you need.
Both solutions work with B2B and B2C, plus IBM working with dutch, reverse and normal auctions.
IBM can work with mobile but you need to acquire the everyplace solution suite. SAP CRM can work with integration for handhelds, naturally, just configure it.
Now the point where it´s very hard really: Taxes and deliveries. SAP has localization for almost every countries around the world. IBM just works fine for USA and Canadá.
For the pricing procedure, SAP, indeed is much better.
Conection with third party delivery companies, like Fedex, UPS or DHL, both don´t have it. Including taxes, except IBM for USA and Canadá, how told you before.
For materials, SAP has a much better implementation, to work with products, itens, services, and so on. IBM has infinite number co categorize a product, and products can have a limited number of attributes. For example a blue and pink pant. Color is an attribute for sap.
For user, IBM has something named non stop shop, where is possible to buy something without a full registration. In SAP, yu have to register entirely.
About visual Design, for both you must respect the JSP, or BSP, in front-end, for IBM and SAP solutions. Don´t leave it on hand of the webdesigner.
The learning curve for learning both are long.
Well there are the points... If you need something else, contact me.
    regards,
    Luiz David

  • Significance of Inboun and Outbound queue in sales order replication

    Hi CRM Leads,
What is the significance of Inbound Queue and Outbound queue in saleas order replication from CRM to ECC.
What exactly happens in Outbound Queue and Inbound Queue.
    Thanks,
    Sandeep
    What

Inbound - Tcode: SMQ2 :  Inbound in the context of CRM and this queue shows the business transaction, master data and configuration data that are coming from ECC into CRM .
    Naming Convention for Queues
The names of queues for data transfers from an ERP back end to the CRM server are made up as follows:
R3A (from ERP back end to CRM)
I for the initial data transfer / for Data Synchronization
D for the delta data transfer
U for loading to the ERP back end
        R for Defining Requests
<Object> Name or part of object name, or the name of the higher-level independent object

  • Sales order replication

    Hi,
I have an issue related to Sales order replication. The replication is working for R3 to CRM, and the sales order created in R3 is getting replicated in CRM.
In my case the customer wants to create the sales order from CRM and would like to send it to R3.
The replication object that I have used in R3AC1 is Salesdocument, please let me know how do I replicate the sales order from CRM to R3
When I create the sales order in CRM it gives a message: u201Cdocument is being distributedu201D and it does not give any errors, there is no trace of it in BDoc messages- SMW01, no trace of it in queue monitor SMQ1, SMQ2 in R3 and CRM.
    Regards,

    Hi Amit,
You need to goto site and subscribe there for business transaction for CRM. CRM to ECC.

  • Sales order replication with reference a quotation

    Hi Experts,
Iu2019m having problem with sales order replication when it is a quotation subsequent document.
The quotation and sales order replication, CRM to R/3 and R/3 to CRM, its OK if I create the isolate document (without reference), if I create a sales order with reference a quotation, I have the problem:
I can se the error in SMW01:
    Document <quotation number> doesn't have document category C but <blank>
The document is note replicate to R/3.
If I create the document in R/3 the replication to CRM it's OK.
    I'm working withCRM 4.0
    Thanks
    Alex

    HI Ramesh,
    Question:
Could you please tell me which segment do i need to use fill the reference document number (quotation) at header level.
    Sol: use segment E1EDK02
Segment type E1EDK02 IDoc: Document header reference data
QUALF 011 : Referenced Document Number
    BELNR XXXXX IDOC document number
    DATUM 20100121 IDOC: Date'
what i've used in my program
I'm using the E1EDK02 segment as you mentioned above.
    le1edk02-qualf = '011'.
    e1edk02-belnr = Quotes-vbeln.
    Question:
Here my problem is i'm able to create the sales order with the custom program, but if i made any changes to the quotation Header
(Ship-to party address) before creating the sales order, it is not reflecting into the sales order header level (ship-to party address).
Sol: Check you custom code .. whether you are bringing write address to segement or not
(if you change any address in Quotation then Address master is added with new entry with new address no )
    In my program..
I'm passing the partner numbers and partner types (WE & AG) to the segment "E1EDKA1". (Ship-to & Sold-to).
What i was thinking is the above segment is causing the problems, because if we reference the Quotation, we should not pass the Ship-to and sold-to numbers, it should take all those from quotation.
I've tried to comment the code which we have written for that segment "E1EDKA1", it is giving me the error saying that
Customer numbers can't be determined for the document number..
Please guide me how to solve this problem..
    Thanks,
    Adi.

  • Delta sales order replication, per change to billing block, how?

Issue: We want a change to sales order billing block field to trigger creation of a sales order delta replication IDoc, but having trouble getting that to work.
We added entry to table TBD62, for table VBAK, field FAKSK (billing block field), so change pointer would be created.
We have variant for delta replication set up on program ODTF_REPL_CO_SALESORDER_ITM.
A change to billing block field creates entry in table BDCP2, so change pointers are getting created successfully.
But running program RBDMIDOC for message type ODTF_COBJ_SALES_ORDER_ITEM, which should create the delta IDoc via the delta variant on program ODTF_REPL_CO_SALESORDER_ITM, does not create an IDoc.
If I change a partner on sales order, such as revenue manager or engagement manager, and then run RBDMIDOC for message type ODTF_COBJ_SALES_ORDER_ITEM, then the IDoc gets created.
So need help on how to set up so a change to billing block field, field VBAK-FAKSK, will trigger creation of sales order delta replication IDoc.  There seems to be more to it than just having change pointers get created in table BDCP2.
    thanks,
    Mark

I found out why IDoc not getting created for change to billing block on sales order.
SAP program ODTF_COBJ_SALES_ORDER_ITEM needs a fix.
Sales Order replication program ODTF_REPL_CO_SALESORDER_ITM has this piece of code:
        LOOP AT cp_so_it.
          ls_vbpos = cp_so_it-low.
          IF ls_vbpos-posnr IS INITIAL.
            APPEND ls_vbpos TO lt_vbeln.
          ELSE.
            APPEND ls_vbpos TO lt_vbpos.
          ENDIF.
        ENDLOOP.
For changes to table vbpa, for example, since vbpa key has posnr, ls_vbpos-posnr will have a value, and this code works.
But for changes to vbak, which doesn't have posnr in table key, ls_vbpos-posnr here is blank, not initial, and this code doesn't work.
eg. CDPOS-TABKEY/BDCP2-TABKEY for vbpa change might be something like "1300040000560000000RM", but for vbak something like "1300040000560".
This data feeds this IF statement above, which fails for changes to vbak data in triggering IDoc replication correctly.
ODTF_REPL_CO_SALESORDER_ITM should be modified to handle vbak change pointer data without the posnr field.

  • Spare Sales order stealing stock from a Released production order

    Hi Gurus,
This is not a new problem. I read the below link only a hundred time now.
Sales order stealing components from Production order
    Business scenario-
Top Assembly material - XYZ (Let's say Desktop PC), Proc type - E, Plng Strat - 40 (regular MTS scenario)
Sub Assembly material - ABC (Let's say Monitor), Proc type - F, Plng Strat - blank. But we sell this part sometimes (Let's say - customer wants an additional monitor).
Roy is a shop supervisor working on a $1 million Sales order for Top assembly XYZ which is already late and customer is screaming.
He released the production order with no missing parts, printed and fretting to finish this order.
After couple of hours of setup & machine prep - Roy went to pick up the parts and to his surprise material ABC is not available.
Tina is at shipping department working on a $1000 Sales order that arrive today. System said 'sure you can ship it 3 days in advance'. So created a delivery and shipped it to the customer.
Now, Roy ran TCode: MB52 and found out that Tina just shipped his component ABC.
SAP gave the part ABC to a $1000 sales order and business lost sales on a $1 million order.

    Sales order Checking rule
    Production order Release checking rule
Please help me resolve this issue.
Let me know if you need more info.
    Thanks,

    Praneeth,
There are two separate concepts here.  "How do I ensure that production orders and Sales orders are on an equal footing" and "what is the purpose of 'check without RLT'.
You have an ATP check relevant for Sales orders (checking rule "A" for Make To Stock).  You have an ATP check for production orders (I assume it is checking rule "PP").  If you want these two objects to have equal priority on stock and supplies, then make the two rules (OVZ9 for A and PP) identical.
    Now, to RLT.
Prod Order Release has 'Check without RLT' active, that means - it'll let the sales orders (also that are outside the RLT) steal the stock.
Sales orders that are outside RLT will automatically confirm.  "Stealing" stock is a result of combination of the ATP for the sales orders, plus the ATP for the sales order delivery, combined with the ATP for production orders. and any ATP you may have on Goods Issues against a production order.  I cannot possibly tell you what you should do to prevent stealing stock, since there are so many permutations of scenarios that can affect the outcome.
I suggest instead that you give me concrete scenarios, telling me of specific problems, illustrated with screenshots of CO09, and I will help you through one or two specific scenarios.
    Best regards,

  • How to upload Sales Orders into B1 from an excel file?

    Hi,
I'm a new comer. I'm looking for a program of uploading Sales Orders into B1 from an excel file. Where can I find a reference book for it? Or I appreciate if someone could offer a program sample.
      Thanks
      ZAP

    Hello ZAP.
I do not have such code, but i this link /people/janos.nagy/blog/2010/01/25/exporting--importing-authorization-using-ms-excel-in-sap-b1 you can find an excel example about authorization, and using Single Sign On (SAP B1 must have run with excel)
The method is similar, you can run any DI API operation from excel.
Here is an example to add a sales order
    Dim oDoc As SAPbobsCOM.Documents = oCompany.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oOrders)
            oDoc.CardCode = CUSTOMER_CODE
            oDoc.DocDate = Today
            oDoc.DocDueDate = Today
            oDoc.Lines.SetCurrentLine(0)
            oDoc.Lines.ItemCode = ITEMCODE
            oDoc.Lines.Quantity = QTY
            oDoc.Lines.UnitPrice = PRICE
            If oDoc.Add <> 0 Then
                MsgBox("Error " + oCompany.GetLastErrorDescription())
            Else
                MsgBox("SAles order added")
            End If
You can repeat the setcurrentline section as many time as lines you have in the SO:

  • Fetch Sales Order number VBELN from Purchase requisition number BANFN

    Hi,
I'm not able to find a suitable method to fetch the sales order number(VBELN) from the purchase requisition number(BANFN).
I tried using VBEP table to fetch the data, but it is giving serious performance issues, as in for fetching one record it is taking approx 20 seconds!!!
Kindly suggest a suitable method for this.
I've used the query as folllows:
    select single vbeln banfn
    from vbep
    into (wa_vbep-vbeln, wa_vbep-banfn)
    where banfn eq wa_eban_zdd1_x-banfn.
where: wa_vbep is the workarea having two fields vbeln and banfn, and wa_eban_zdd1_x-banfn is the reference preq number.
    Scenario in brief described below:
Whenever a direct delivery sales order is created on a supply chain plant, a dummy purchase requisition without source of supply is created automatically at preferred supplying plant for the customer in the sales order. Direct Delivery Sales Orders which are still in Open status and for the associated dummy purchase requisitions with these sales order, the deletion flag set has to be unchecked.
in this case, only one sales order is created corresponding to a preq..
BAPI: BAPI_PR_GETDETAIL is not giving entries for the table as this is a special case of direct delivery from the production plant directly to the customer, bypassing the warehouse / distribution center...
selection screen has input fields preq, matnr(product) and plant. we fetch entries depending on the data filled in selection screen and also they should be of document type(BSART in EBAN table) ZDD1 and deletion indicator is set(LOEKZ in EBAN).
then we check if the sales order corresponding to the preq is in open status...
for this i need to programmatically fetch the sales order number corresponding to the preq...
this is causing a performance issue as i could find only one way -- fetching sales order number from VBEP table corresponding to BANFN... indexing for easier also didnt work...
no other way i could find to fetch sales order number corresponding to the preq number....
there is a bapi: BAPI_PR_GETDETAIL, but this is not fetching entries to the changing tables related to sales order...
also EBKN table doesnt have any entries as this is a special case of direct delivery preq..
Guess i couldnt find anyother way...
    Thanks.

I'm not sure as to why the select query was still throwing performance issues. I could see that the index had been created on only BANFN in the DB. Prior to creating the index, it was taking approx 20 seconds per entry, but after creating the index, it took 13seconds approx.
I used the select query as follows:
    select single vbeln banfn
    from vbep
    into (wa_vbep-vbeln, wa_vbep-banfn)
    where banfn eq wa_eban_zdd1_x-banfn.
where: wa_vbep is the workarea having two fields vbeln and banfn, and wa_eban_zdd1_x-banfn is the reference preq number.
I tried a few other combinations also, but  those also didnt work effectively:
    select vbeln banfn
    from vbep
    into (wa_vbep-vbeln, wa_vbep-banfn)
    where banfn eq wa_eban_zdd1_x-banfn.
without using SINGLE in the select query as the select query would implicitly pickup only a single record,
    select vbeln banfn
    from vbep
    into wa_vbep
    where banfn eq wa_eban_zdd1_x-banfn.
and another query where the INTO statement was directed directly to a workarea.
But unfortunately, nothing seemed to be working.
The index i had created was on BANFN alone in the VBEP table.

  • Help needed in transferring IDoc from SAP CRM to XI

    Hi All,
We are facing an issue in sending an IDoc from SAP CRM to XI system.  The IDoc is triggered and the status is showing as 03 in SAP CRM system(WE05 is used) but it is not getting replicated in XI System. This is verified by logging into XI System and cross checked the records retrieved by executing the transaction IDX5. No entry is found for this IDoc.
In SM58 transaction, it is giving the status text as EDISDEF:Port SAPRIO segment defn E201CRMXIF_BILLI.
Any pointers on this issues will be very helpful. We are able to send information from XI to CRM.
The project is an upgrade one and the IDocs are developed earlier and were working fine one week back and no changes were made recently.
    Thanks,
    Udaya

    Hi Kapil,
Thanks a lot for your help. We need to delete and recreate Metadata. This is a typical problem that is encountered during upgrade projects.

  • CRM sales order is not saved in CRM but in ECC

    Hi,
I am new CRM area and will not some hints on where to check.
When the the Sales orders are successfully created in CRM, they are replicated to R/3 but the sales orders are not saved in CRMD_ORDERADM_H table of the CRM system.
Also, I dont know see any details of the sales order in the interaction record document flow.
Can you please help me with any hints on where to check to fix this issue..

    Hi Sangameshwar,
In CRM you can have two scenarios for ERP Sales Order.
    1. ERP Sales offer and Sales order, using the CRM User Interface to create directly the ERP Sales Documents with LORD interface. The document is only saved in ERP. I believe this the scenario you are using.
    2. CRM Sales offer and Sales order, the document is saved both CRM and ERP. The documents are replicated via Middleware.
In both scenarios the interaction record should add the document in the doc. flow, it's probably a missing customizing in the interaction record.
    Hope this information help you.

    Mike,
You should honestly search the SDN site for consuming web services with ABAP.  There are some good examples.
However the general procedure is easy:
    1.  Generate an ABAP proxy using the WSDL provided to you by the external program
    2.  Configure an HTTP destination for the server of the web services (needed for HTTPS calls)
    3.  Configure the logical port for the web service using lpconfig
    4.  Write the abap code to call the webservice via the proxy.  Works very similar to FM call in my opinion.
To expose a webservice(bapi being called from outside) you need to do a little more work
    1.  Create a web services for the RFC enabled function module via SE80
    2.  Use wsadmin and wsconfig to make the service available
    3.  Publish the service out to the UDDI as needed.
Once again this code is pretty well documented in the standard help and SDN.  Do a simple search on ABAP proxies and you will find what you need.
    Take care,
    Stephen
