CRM sales order is not saved in CRM but in ECC

Hi,
I am new CRM area and will not some hints on where to check.
When the the Sales orders are successfully created in CRM, they are replicated to R/3 but the sales orders are not saved in CRMD_ORDERADM_H table of the CRM system.
Also, I dont know see any details of the sales order in the interaction record document flow.
Can you please help me with any hints on where to check to fix this issue..

Hi Sangameshwar,
In CRM you can have two scenarios for ERP Sales Order.
1. ERP Sales offer and Sales order, using the CRM User Interface to create directly the ERP Sales Documents with LORD interface. The document is only saved in ERP. I believe this the scenario you are using.
2. CRM Sales offer and Sales order, the document is saved both CRM and ERP. The documents are replicated via Middleware.
In both scenarios the interaction record should add the document in the doc. flow, it's probably a missing customizing in the interaction record.
Hope this information help you.

Jorge G.

  • Some Sales Orders are not replicating into CRM

    Hi guys,
when I check SMQ2 in CRM,  I find that some sales orders are not replicating into CRM, then check the error, its says check SMW01..
when I check the SMW01 it says validation error and BDOC status is F05 (information no processing). I tried to search the sales order in CRMD_Order transaction could not find the sales order...
    *Error in SMW01*
Processing of document with Guid E01D11C71856C4F1AEBF0024E84DD0CE is canceled     CRM_ORDER
Validation error occurred: Module CRM_DOWNLOAD_BTMBDOC_VAL, BDoc type BUS_TRANS_MSG.     SMW3
It's not giving much clue what's the error is...
I tried to setup a request to replicate those sales orders.. those request also end up in the same error...
    any help on this?
    thanks,
    Ken

    Hello Ken,
When reprocessing a BDoc(via SMW01) you might need to set a flag.
Goto trxn. SMW01. Start the debugger using command '/h' and reprocess the BDoc. After going into the debug mode press SHIFT+F7 and put a breakpoint at 2nd Tab in : class:cl_smw_flow and method 'restart_processing'. Keep debugging(F5 or F6 accordingly) until you find the requisite flag l_retry_allowed and set it as 'X'. This will allow you to reprocess the Bdoc.
    Thanks,
    Rohit

  • Error Message"ERP adapter is called" for CRM sales order replicate to ERP

    Hi All:
In our implemenation project, we use CRM7.0 stanard sales order type TA for sales order creation. And we did all the right configuration for sales order at CRM side. CRM sales order can be saved correctly.
But this CRM sales order couldn't be replicate into ERP, as in Middleware the corresponding BDoc message is yellow light and Error messsage show "ERP adapter is called".
Is anyone have same issue before, please kindly advise how to handling this issue and prossibile solution?
    Best regards:
    Kai

    Hi Kai,
Is there any queue entry on transactions : SMQ1/SMQ2 with SYSFAIL status. If so, what is the error message it is showing?
Are you able to process the order further? Or getting an error message like "Document being distributed" or something?
    Good luck,

  • BDOC's to update the custom fields in R/3 from the CRM sales order

    Dear All,
    I need a small help.
    My requirement is as follows.
When ever a sales order is created in CRM, an outbound delivery will be automatically created in the R/3 system.
There are some fields in the CRM sales order which are not there in the R/3 system. So I have to create these fields in the LIKP and LIPS tables in R/3 which is not a problem.
But I have to copy these fields from CRM to the LIKP and LIPS tables in R/3 when ever a sales order is created and saved in CRM. (This should happen automatically)
So could anyone tell me whether there are any BDOC’s available to update the sales order info in the LIKP and LIPS tables and also any BADI which can be trigger for this purpose.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Shafath

    Hi,
Thanks a lot. You have given a good solution.
    But a small correction.
Sales Order is not transferred from CRM to R/3. The system is creating (automatically) a delivery in the r/3 system for the sales order created in CRM (Here we will not have the sales order in R/3), so we don’t have an entry in VBAK and VBAP tables.
When we create a sales order in CRM and save , the delivery in R/3 is created and the sales order is not transferred to R/3.
So while saving the sales order itself in CRM, I need to trigger a badi to update the LIKP and LIPS tables by calling a RFC (which needs to be developed in R/3).
So I need a badi which triggers when the sales order is saved and which tells whether the sales order is saved without errors or not (because delivery in R/3 is created for only those orders which are created and saved without errors in CRM)  and returns the sales order number.
It will be helpful if you can send some info on this.
Any how thanks a lot for your quick response.
    Regards
    Shafath

  • Sales order qty not confirmed when delivery done with partial qty

    Hi Guru's
    Need your help............
We have issue in drop shipment scenario process. Sales order created with 10 line items from CRM and order released from CRM and replicated order to ECC and backend created PR also. After that user set reject status for all items so that PR line items also deleted, again user released rejection status for all items and line items updated in the same PR with different line item number for materials then PO & GR also done in ECC and stock also allocated for sales order line items but still sales order qty not confirmed in CRM sales order.
I checked all configurations regarding availability check but could not found.
    Example:
Sales order line item qty: 4            -      2 qty confirmed (delivered).
For remaining qty (2 items)I have done GR. After GR It is allocated to sales order but it is not confirming the order quantity.
plz help me to fix this issue?
    regards
    sai

    Hi,
Please check In ERP transaction OVZJ, for the sales org, distribution channel, and division that is being used in the affected sales orders, set the Avail. Check Rule to 'E'. Then retest the issue, as this might help.

    Hi Anukush,
To replicate a sales order from CRM to ECC you should have following prerequisties.
    1. Master Data: Customer, material should exist in both the system
2.Organization Structure like Sales Org, Division, Distribution Channel (Sales Area) should exist in both the system
3.Same Document Type,Item Category, Item Category Determination should exist in both the system
4.Same Number Range should exist in both the system

  • CRM Sales Order Item Status Does Not match R/3 Item Status

The status of the CRM sales order item is being set to 'In Process' when the related R/3 sales order line item status is set to 'Complete' - when, the delivery quantity is zero for the sales order item.  This happens when the warehouse can't find the stock to pick - the delivery quantity is set to zero.  Thus, the CRM order item status does not agree with the R/3 order item status.  We need for the line item status to be set to 'Complete' in CRM.  Anyone have an idea as to how to make this happen?
    Thanks you.

    Hi Peter and Suresh,
From the information provided I understand that the sales order created in CRM after replication to R/3 has some status change.
    1.  What are the fields which are updated in R/3 for the sales order created in CRM ?
    2. If sales order fields are updated in R/3 are these updates reflected back to CRM?
    3. If they are reflected back in CRM? Is there still flexibility for sales order to be changed in CRM and replicated back to R/3?
Can you please share you experiences.. Any help is highly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Jothi

  • How to upload a CRM sales order to R/3 after modifying some values in CRM

    Hi All
How to upload a CRM sales order to R/3 after modifying  some values in CRM ?
    In other words
You have a Sales Order in CRM. While sending this Sales Order to R/3, we would like to modify certain values in the Order before it is replicated to R/3 . How do u do that?
    Thanks

    Hi Jaman,
Try to have a look at the function group CRM_ORDER_API. In there you will find several useful functions. CRM_MAINTAIN_ORDER can most probably do what you want to do, but it is not simple to figure out how to use it as it is not very well documented.
There is a BADI called ORDER_SAVE with three methods that you can implement. This BADI allows you to manipulate the order before it is saved and before it is replicated to R/3.

  • How to add a table layout in CRM Sales order?

    dear all ,
anyone know how to add a table layout in CRM sales order customer tab that using the EEWB added?
can EEWB do this?   i didn't find the appropriate business object......

    Hi , Swapna
is you mail address right? can not send out.
first , you should have added one field using EEWB ,  then to EEWB , find the extension , double click on the task, there  you will find a  "object list"  on the right, the list will give you many many very important  information , you should look through .
then double click on the "screen:  ..........EEW......." ,  layout , there you will find the field you have added in .  and you can draw anything you want there , then back to the screen flow , write you flow logic in PBO and PAI .
about the global  data definition,  again to the "object list", you will find a "Report source code:  ......................TOP". in there ,you can define all you data .
another thing  if you want to save your input field to database tables that you draw (not by EEWB added)
    two ways:
    1. write update table directly  in  PAI module .
    2.  you can use this BADI :  ORDER_SAVE , this is when you save the order to trigger the save action.

  • How to determine the delivery plant in a CRM Sales Order

    Hi experts:
In CRM how to work the delivery plant determination? and I can change the Plan in a Sales Order before its download to ECC?
I download the DNL_PLANT object but i don't understand what is the functionality of these are created like business partner in CRM.
Thanks in advanced by your orientation about these questions that have me a little bit confuse.
    Sussie

    Hi Reddy
Thanks for your reply, but the note says that only applies for India or Brazil legal purposes.
In my case I still have confuse, in a normal Sales scenario CRM to R/3 how to works the determination of the delivery plant.
I know that in R/3 is determined by:
    1. Customer-Material info record (Sales Area data)
    2. Customer Master data (Sales area data)
    3. Material Master data (Sales-area data)
I can think that in CRM is determinate bye Material Master Data, but I still don't know if I can change
it??  and where in the crm sales order before it is download to R/3??
    Thanks

    Hello Robert,
    Thanks for the quick reply.
I have followed your instructions and I wanted to confirm one more thing with you.
When I enter the component usage it gave a pop-up which said:
"Enter either a reference or an interface view"
Any information on what should be entered in the reference or the interface view? What should be the used component name and interface view name in this scenario?
    Kindly confirm.

  • PO Creation after CRM Sales Order Creation

I am creating a CRM Sales Order and the moment I save the CRM Sales Order,
it creates a PO in ECC. I need to find out how PO is getting triggered?
When I open the CRM Sales Order it shows a PO already created for this Sales Order.
Has anyone face this or same kind of scenerio ever? If yes please let me know how can fnd the triggering point of PO creation.
    Thanks in advance!!
    Sachin

    Hi Mathivana,
I had faced these issue several time. As per SAP standard logic whenever you saved order in CRM it replicate immediatly in ERP till that time the order will be locked for any further change in CRM to save transaction data intigrity. The lock gets removed once the CSA queue(notification) from ERP update in CRM than unlocked.
You check the in SMW01 transaction and perform search with order number you will find Bdocs are in Intermediate stage(I can't tell reason as it can be so many reason why Bdocs get stuck) -Select and activate the Bdocs once again if you are lucky and it activated your order till be unlocked.
Or else user report most common for this issue "CRM_CHECK_DISTRIBUTION_STATUS" pass order number number and document type to unlock distribution than you will be able to change order.
100 % sure shot answer. Appriciate if points alloted
    Thanks,
    prem
