Sales order stock not taken into consideration when GR is posted.

Hello All,
I had a scenario in which, I have created a MTO sales order. I have created a PO from the PR. I did the GR for the PO quantity.
The plant and storage location are warehouse managed.(The storage location is HU managed)
I created an inbound delivery and then TO finally posted the GR for the same quantity as in the sales order and PO. After this I posted the sales order stock into scrapping through t.code VLMOVE.
Now I want the stock back. So I did a 552 with transaction code MB1A to the same plant and storage location against the sales order and the line item. This created an inbound delivery as the storage locaion is HU managed.
I created a TO from inbound delivery. Now the HU and the TO both have the sales order reference and spcial stock type "E".
But when I did PGR(Goods receipt) the system posts the stock in unrestircted use stock in IM side. Now there is a discrepancy in the stock in IM & WM.
In WM side the stock is in sales order stock but in IM side the stock is in unrestricted use.
I am wondering why during goods receipt the system is changing stock category from "E" to unrestricted.
Can any one help?
Regards,
Sushanta

you should have used movement type 552 E rather then using 552
and even if you have used 552 then you transfer the stock to sales order stock from own stock
follow the steps
1. use tcode MB1B
2. movement type 412 E

  • Call list: calling hours not taken into consideration

    Hi Gurus,
I have a question. We are using CRM 7.0 EHP1, and especially marketing functionality.
We are generating call lists from a marketing campaign. What we see is that the customer calling hours are not taken into consideration when creating the call list.
However, if we create the call list the "old-fashioned" way (using CRMD_CALL_LIST), we have the option "scheduling... based on calling hours".
How can I achieve that calling hours are also considered when creating the call list from the campaign?
Is there a customizing setting, or do I need to activate a BAdi?
    thanks.
    regards,
    Wim Olieman

Also, keep in mind that MRP calculates availability of inspection stock in two ways.
Before an inspection lot is created, (i.e. a purchase order or production order is out there and planned already, MRP uses the expected GR date plus the Avg. GR days on the main QM view for the material to determine the availability date.
Once the inspection lot is created however, MRP uses the end date of the inspection lot which is the lot creation date plus the avg insp. duration in the inspection type setup in the material master.  This can result in some minor differences if you aren't careful in setting your various fields in the material master.
If a material is going to reside in QI for an extended time, the lab should use QA02 to modify the end date of the inspection lot.

  • Some Sales Orders are not replicating into CRM

    Hi guys,
when I check SMQ2 in CRM,  I find that some sales orders are not replicating into CRM, then check the error, its says check SMW01..
when I check the SMW01 it says validation error and BDOC status is F05 (information no processing). I tried to search the sales order in CRMD_Order transaction could not find the sales order...
    *Error in SMW01*
Processing of document with Guid E01D11C71856C4F1AEBF0024E84DD0CE is canceled     CRM_ORDER
Validation error occurred: Module CRM_DOWNLOAD_BTMBDOC_VAL, BDoc type BUS_TRANS_MSG.     SMW3
It's not giving much clue what's the error is...
I tried to setup a request to replicate those sales orders.. those request also end up in the same error...
    any help on this?
    thanks,
    Ken

    Hello Ken,
When reprocessing a BDoc(via SMW01) you might need to set a flag.
Goto trxn. SMW01. Start the debugger using command '/h' and reprocess the BDoc. After going into the debug mode press SHIFT+F7 and put a breakpoint at 2nd Tab in : class:cl_smw_flow and method 'restart_processing'. Keep debugging(F5 or F6 accordingly) until you find the requisite flag l_retry_allowed and set it as 'X'. This will allow you to reprocess the Bdoc.
    Thanks,

  • Taxes not taken into consideration on consignment items

We are having an issue when we are transacting consignment material from consignment to unrestricted inventory.  When the movement 411K is used no taxes are transacted causing an issue with our moving average price (MAP).  When a purchase order (PO) is received into unrestricted from a regular PO using a 101 movement type taxes are taken into consideration and applied to the MAP.  If we do the same with a consignment PO is used the material is transacted to consignment stock and no taxes are considered then when the material is moved to unrestricted, as pointed out above, using a 411K no taxes are taken into consideration causing the MAP to be understated.
Has anyone else seen this issue and if so what was done to alleviate the problem.

    Hi Amit,
Thank you very much for your response.  Yes, I understand this portion of the issue that IM does not take tax into consideration.  Our problem is that when the materials are received into inventory via a consignment PO taxes are never considered and posted to our moving average price.  Taxes are only considered at invoicing or settlement time and never posted properly to the material.  Then a manual posting must take place to clear the imbalance.  Does this make sense?
    Thank you for your time.
    Best regards,
    Steve

  • Sales order stock not able to use for delivery

    Hi,
I am facing a issue for special stock of material.
During cut over activity some documents are created in system. One of them was a sales order and then stock was also uploaded for the sales order.
In our business special stock was required and hence stock was uploaded using 561E.
Now in between we had archived these material documents (561E). As an effect in MMBE we are able to see special stock for material but if we click on it no sales order number is displayed. The sales order is still active. At warehouse report that is MB52 sales order number is displayed.
Now when we are trying to do delivery for this sales order system is giving error message that "sales order stock does not exists" M7 184.
I am not able to do any type of movement with this stock.
I tried to correct this stock inconsistency using transaction MB5K and there were no records.
Please guide me how to get rid of this issue.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Adwait Bachuwar

You can even archive material documents the day after its creation, there is no defined dependency.
And your error is certainly not caused by an archived material document.
I just wonder a bit why a sales order stock is lying for 2 years in your system, this is usually short term stock, goods issued very soon after its production, as it is specially produced for one sales order.
I am not in a SAP system today as we have a public holiday to double check the values from your screen shots with my system.
Right now I somehow feel that there is something wrong with the special stock number seen in your MB52 screenshot, there is a space between the / the the first zero
Also I do not see any batch number and special stock number in MMBE screen
Can you add a screenshot from your sales order, does it really have this number which is seen in the special stock field?

  • CK11N  Follow-up material not taken into account when costing

We are running the standard cost with quantity structure and we have detected that all the follow-up information is not taken into account to determine the bill of materials that will be used to calculate the standard cost.
SAP helpdesk has answered me the following:
"The situation in product cost planning is we do not check availability of any material stocks, and therefore we cannot provide the same functionality as MRP. You will have to create a new BOM that includes
the follow-up material or apply the modification to take into account the follow-up part."
Please, if anyone knows any user-exit we could use to develop something to fix it, we would appreciate it very much. It is a normal process and we can not say it does not work.
Regards, and waiting for any solution.
    Yolanda.

    Dear,
Are you getting these reservation in MD04?
Check the Planning file entry for these material in MD21 if not then create it through MD20 and take MRP run with planning mode -3 Deleted and recreated. And Processing key NETCH.
Also check the The firmed receipt is within the rescheduling horizon. The rescheduling horizon is set in Customizing for the MRP group (Transaction OPPR, Table T438M). A default value can be predefined in the Customizing of plant data (Transaction OPPQ, Table T399D). define the longer duration for it.
The firmed receipt (the MRP element) participates in the rescheduling check. You can set which MRP elements participate in the rescheduling check in the Customizing of the plant data (Transaction OPPQ).
Else you can carry out modification A using the MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA BAdI and the CONSIDER_RESB method without making a modification.

  • Sales order stock not showing in stock overview(MMBE)

    Hi,
I have a MTO scenario where against the sales order production order has been created.
Production order has been delivered & the material document showing 101E movement type.
After that the material has been transfered to another storage location with in the same plant with movement type 311E.
We can see the sales order no. on each material document.
But in stock overview no sales order stock is there against the particular sales order and because of this user is not able to create delivery for the same sales order.
    Please guide in this matter.
    Regards,
    Susrikant

    Hi,
In MMBE, check for the log on the movement type. You can find it in MMBE once the report is displayed. Select the storage location and then check for the Movement of goods from Menu > Environment > Movement types. It will have all the details of quantity moved in and qty moved out. You can easily identify thro' which movement type this material and qty is moved.
    Also check the tcode MB52.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

  • Valuation of sales order stock not changeable

    Dear Gurus,
I must miss some trivial thing here! I know it is possible to have the sales order stock either valuated or non-valuated. The indicator T459K-KZBWS is supposed to control this (IMG for SD -> Basic functions -> Transfer of requirements -> Reqmt classes).
However, in our system this field is unchangeable! Even when brand-new reqmt class is created the field is grayed out.
Do you know if there are some prerequisites for being able to set this field?
    TIA
    Raf

For me the field is active under:
SPRO > Controlling > Product Cost Controlling > Cost Object Controlling > Product Cost by Sales Order > Control of Sales-Order-Related Production/Product Cost by Sales Order > Check Requirements Classes

  • Sales Order Stock not shown Accounting View

    Dear All,
We have STO scenario.  We created a Production Order against a  sales order, after completion of the Prod. Order we made 101 movement.
When  we run the report MMBE we are able to see the stock quantity ( 1 unit) in the relevant storage location, but we examine Material Master (in accounting view,Costing view), the stock quantity is not reflecting and the quantity shown is ZERO.
Can you let us know why the stock is not been reflected in Material Master (MBEW Table) Accounting View even though the stock is available and shown in MMBE.
We are in ECC6.0 with ML activated.
    Do revert.

  • TLB VMI Sales orders are not publishing into ECC

    Hello All,
I am trying to transfer the VMI Sales orders in TLB Interactive planning from SCM (7.0) to ECC (6.0)
without any success.  I am getting the messages "You have selected 0 change pointer", "0 change
pointers(s) processed" and "0/1 orders were transferred".
I could process these orders and send them to ECC via /SAPAPO/CCR.  Did anyone face this
issue and if so please let me know reason for this issue.
    Thanks,
    Venkat

    Hi Senthil,
In the interactive TLB, there is a option to send the order to the OLTP system directly.  If
you select this on a particular order, then a change pointer is created and processed
immediately and the order is sent across to ECC.  But that's not happening in my case.
I know of the transaction /SAPAPO/C5 which can be used to process the change pointers
in the background.  As I mentioned above, I am trying to process in the interact TLB and
not in a batchmode.  Anyway, the change pointer is not created in the first place.
    Thanks,

  • Automatic PR based on Sales order, stock not on special stock E

    Hi,
I woudl like to know if it is possible to have a kind of Individual PO, without having special stock, stock dedicated to SO. In other words, I would like to have the strong link between SO and PO, but keeping the flexibilty of normal stock.
We want that the PO is linked with SO in a way or another (and automatic generation of PR like for TAB items would be perfect to us, but we could imagine to have it only through the tracking number of the PR), and we want that when we receipt PO, this is done on storage location stock, not on SO stock.
Any idea to reach it ?
    thank you for your help.
    Regards,
    Christelle

    Hi,
Its possible if you create a Schedule Line Category with PR type and without movement type.  After creating this you have to do as usual assignments for item category and schedule line category.
    Hope this works.
    Thanks
    Krishna.

  • QM01: manual address of an order is not taken into QM notification

    Hi all,
    I have a problem:
I'd like to create a QM notification with QM01 (type Q1) in relation to an order, which has a manual address in the ship-to-party. The problem is, that the manual address is not taken over to the notification at the partner role ship-to-party. There is taken the address of the customer masterdata.
Do I have a chance to change the source of the address (order instead of masterdata?)
    Many thanks in advance!
    Chris

    Ok,
    thanks for reply.
But, in ernest, it doesn't make sense, because on the one side you're applying to an order in which you change the address to which the goods are sent to. On the other side this address is not taken to the notification and you have to change the address a second time.
Masterdata cannot be changed, because that one is used for different addresses...

  • Sales Order Stock is not permitted

    Hi Gurus,
When I am trying to post the stock againist the Sales Order through movement type 561E ,the system is giving the message that "Sales Order (SOBKZ=) is not provided for this Goods Movement".
After saving this stock is updated with the quantity. After doing PGI the stock is not decrease by the quantity I was issed from the Sales order stock. The stock is stil showing against the Sales order.
Please help me in this regard.
    Thanks & Regards
       VASU

    Hi,
U r getting that as warning..reason...check ur sales order item  category..u have special stock field..which in ur case i assume is blank...and when u try to post the stock to sales order using MB1C..system with obvious reason finds out the difference in special stock(given sales order item category blank meaning unrestricted and manual given E meaning special sales order stock) ...u press enter and system post the stock to sales order
Now when u do post goods issue..for same sales order system check the item category and sees that special stock is blank...resulting reduction of stock from unrestricted rather then special..and ur MMBE shows no updation in sales order stock
Usually..sales order stock conecpt is used in case of individual purchase..where u purchase against sales order and issue from sales order stock OR scenarios like MTO
    Hope this clarifies ur doubt

  • Make to Order - where is Sale Order Stock

    Hi All
I have a Configurable Product, say Book. The Customer places the Order say for 1000 Books but does not give the details of the Ship-to parties. The Order is taken into Production and the Ship-to particulars are available one day prior to the despatch. The requirement is that the User has to create multiple Ship-tos in 1 Sales Order (Costing, Wastage calculation etc., is done Sales Order-wise) and will enter the Quantities for the Ship-to parties only when he receives the despatch instructions from his Customer.
The Sales Order initially is created for 1000 Nos with no Ship-to Party being entered at the Item level (Item No: 10, Material # Book; the Classification editor contains the required Characterstics when the Order for 1000Nos is entered for the first time). The Order is produced and the Stock is available as Sale Order Stock for 1000 Nos. When the despatch details are received, the Ship-to parties are entered in the Sales Order {Sales Order entry will now look as: Item # 10, Book, 700 Nos for Ship-to # 1 and Item # 20, Book, 300 Nos for Ship-to # 2}. When the 2nd Line Item is entered in the Sales Order, the Classification Editor opens once again, though this is ignored and no values are set.
    Issue:
    a) Delivery could not be handled through VL10; it had to be done through VL01N.
Delivery could be created and PGI done for Ship-to # 1 only but unable to do PGI for 300 Nos for Ship-to # 2. The error I get is that there is no Sales Order Stock (1000 Nos have been produced initially and after doing PGI the balance of 300 Nos (meant for Ship-to # 2) is getting displayed in MMBE but is appearing as Item # 10. The Requirement Class is shown as KEM in the Sales Order.
    b) When the 2nd Line Item (Item # 20) is entered in the Sales Order, the Schedule Line shows about 7 days into the future although Sale Order Stock is available.
    Have I missed something?
    Regards
    Ramana ND

    Manoj
The so-called 2nd Line item is nothing but the same Material and this Quantityis already available in Sale Ordertock (part of 1000 Nos); this had to be shown as a 2nd Line Item coz there is a different Ship-to party. Btw... the requirement Class type in the Procurement Tab in VA01 for both the Line Items shows KEM...
My question is: why is the so-called 2nd Line Item is being treated separately? The Order is for 1000 Nos and all I am doing is splitting the Quantity between the 2 Ship-to.. The Sales OrderStock clearly shows 1000 Nos which I am not able to Ship-to #2 coz Item # 20 does not show Stock in MMBE ... Only Item # 10 has Stock of 3000 Nos ...

  • How to do Goods Issue from Sales Order Stock?

    Dear All,
we are doing a trading Scenario & based on customer requirement we procure the goods from our vendor & we receive it to Sales Order(special) Stock. Now what are the settings to be done in the Sales/Shipping so that when we do a delivery for our customer the Stock is Issued from our Un-res Sales Order Stock & not from un-res stock ?
    Hope its clear.
    Regards,

    Hi Sam,
Thanks a lot for the reply.
Sorry for not explaining the scenario in the begining.
See I have to configure a trading Scenario with some changes from the std.
As in trading Process there are 3 entities.
    1. Customer - X
    2. Company - Y (Who performs trading)
    3. Vendor - Z
    Following is the breif requirment.
Company Y generated an inquiry in system for an item with respect to customers RFQ. Now since Y doesnt manufacture the product(item) it creates a PR in background with respect to inquiry.
Based on this PR, Y procures & receives the good into Un-restricted Sales Order Stock (with ref Inquiry doc no:).
Now based on price Quoted by Z, Y will create a Quotation with ref to inquiry & finally a SO for Customer - X with ref to the Quotation.
Now at the time of delivery (creatd with ref SO) system is not able to issue the goods from the sales order stock since the stock is stored with ref to inquiry no: & delivery is with ref to SO.
So I am planning to simulate a cycle by creating a delivery & PGI with ref to Inquiry.
If you can suggest a way out, it will be highly appreciable.
    Hope its clear.
    Regards,
