Sales order VA02 & delivery issue VL01N

Hi team!!
your assistance will be highly appreciated
I have a sales order with 2 materials and when I want to do the delivery I can only do for item 110. (material type: ZPRD)
even this item is related to item 100 ( material type: Kmat) , i need to deliver this too, but is not possible since i get the following logs:
*No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date
order item 0000 -00100 , with incomplete delivery group 001
I made some changes and got:
Delivery group 001: Item 000100 contains no confirmed schedule lines - Message no. V1298
Could you please help me identify what is happening?
Thanks in advance.

go into VA02, go into detail of your item, goto the schedule tab
make sure you have a confirmed quantity there.
you see there as well the delivery date.
Make sure that the selection date in VL02N not smaller than your delivery date for your confirmed schedule line

  • Credit block a sales order or delivery individually

    Hi
If I just wanted to block a sales order or delivery because of a credit issue,  but did not want the customer to go on credit block/hold,  is the only way to do this use the delivery and billing block.  I can't remember being aware of any other blocks we can use
    Please advise.
    thanks

    Hi Kyliesjordan
It depends on if you want the customer's credit exposure be impacted or not. If you are not bothered about the credit limit, then you can go for order blocks as mentioned by you.
If you want the system to be updated for credit exposure then you can configure simple/automatic credit checks as per your requirement.

  • Prevent Outbound delivery creation in sales orders with delivery block

    Hi gurus
We are facing the following issue:
Some sales orders have delivery block header and once they are saved an outbound delivery document is created; we want SAP system creates outbound deliveries only in those cases were sales orders have not a delivery block in header, is there any option or configuration we can use in order to prevent the creation of these documents?
    Regards,
    Edgar.

    Well Edgar,
    let's see then in spro
Logistics Execution->Shipping->Deliveries->Define Reasons for Blocking in Shipping
Check out the configuration of your delivery block reason and pay special attention to this instruction:
"In sales documents, you can either enter delivery blocks manually at header level (business data in the sales document header) or they can be proposed automatically by the system. In the latter case, the delivery block must be entered in the respective sales document type (see chapter
"Define sales document types"). In addition, the delivery block in the sales document header is only effective if the delivery block has been assigned to the respective delivery type."
It must be something in the configuration of the delivery block reason you're using.

    Edgar

  • Load a sales order with delivery date in the past

    Hi,
We want to load in the system a sales order with delivery date in the past, and maintain the schedule delivery date in the past. To do that, in the customizing Sales And Distribution / Basic Functions / Delivery Scheduling and Transportation Scheduling / Define Scheduling By Sales Document Type, I selected the flag Blackwards. But the problem is that the rest of the dates in the scredule line: goods issue date, loading date, material avail.date and transportation Plan Date, are in blank and you cannot enter any data because the system deletes it.
How can I have these dates informed with dates in the past?
    Thanks in advance,

You can control this using the "Message Control" in the SAP IMG.
    Supplier Relationship Management>SRM Server>Cross-Application Basic Settings>Message Control>Influence Message Control
Using this you convert Error to Warning or even swith off this message.
Please refer this thread for complete steps:

Note: you need to suppress the messages relevant to your case here.

  • Availability check on storages in sales order and delivery documents

    Hi all,
I'm verifying if it's possible to find a standard or a custom solution for this type of problem:
I have a scenario in which there are more storages relevant for MRP (ex. 01, 02, 03, 04), and, in if I check availability in sales order or delivery (using checking rules "A" or "B") with setting which considering storages location inspection in availability check control, system check if there's stock available on all these storages.
I'm trying to verify if it's possible to consider only some on these storages (ex. 01 and 03 only) in sales order and delivery documents availablity check.
I know that in sales order storage location field is normally filled only using exit, but i don't know if it's possible to do, using a user exit, check availability considering only some storages and not all. At delivery level i have tried to use stock strategy, but this functionality don't have consequences on availability check, also if it's relevant during good issue phase.
    Any suggestion will be appreciated.
    Regards
    Gianpaolo

    Hi Gianpaolo,
We had some issues with availability check on a Customer Site.
I don't remember right now if we had to exclude storage locations from MRP to take them out from ATP, but I guess Shiva is 100% correct.
At the end, what was done was to always "force" a unique storage location in the sales order item, which will be the storage location used for shipping of the delivery of course.
If you use WM in your plant, then you will have no problem in having a unique storage location, so no problem.
Anyway you are correct in your analysis, if the Storage location is not informed in the sales order item, then all the plant stock is taken in account for ATP.

  • Dynamic data flow from sales order to delivery and vice-versa

    Hi Experts,
One of our teams working for a client (transportation industry) on ECC 6.0 is facing an issue in relation to copying of partner data. (Ship-to-party address field changes to be precise)
Currently, whenever the partner address data changed in a Sale order, though delivery is already created prior to this change, the change done is dynamically getting reflected in delivery too. Further, if the partner data in the delivery is changed, this also is getting updated on the preceding document i.e. sales order.
We have checked the copy controls under VTLA and didn’t find any specific modifications made in this regard. Our question is:
Is there any configuration available in standard SAP through which the data updates (like header data viz. partner field data etc.) get dynamically updated forward and backwards in a sales flow(i.e. from sales order to delivery and vice-versa)
Your help on this will be highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Jagan

if the partner data in the delivery is changed, this also is getting updated on the preceding document i.e. sales order.
The standard functionality is if you change the address of a partner function, the same will get reflected in an existing sale order.  This being the case, can you reconfirm your statement that in delivery, if you change the partner function, the same will get updated in sale order also?

  • Credit Check at Sales Order Creation  & Delivery Creation levels

    Hi
I am using Dynamic Credit check, Assigned  credit group (with block) in OVAK for Sales Orders and for delivery types also assigned credit group.
Issue is while creating Sales Order system is doing dynamic credit check and blocking the sales order but delivery block is not happening, then i am releasing block in VKM3. but while creating Delivery system is not doing dynamic credit check.
requirement is in both levels system should check the credit check.
    Can any plz guide me.
    Prasad

    Hi
It is not possible in the standard. The block at different levels is configured based on the degree of risk involved with the customer. If the customer is more risky, he should be blocked at ordr livel itself. If the customer is less risky, the order should be processed , like picking, packing etc., and only Goods Issue should be stopped.
The release will be done by a responsible person and hence it should not block again. eg., if the order is released with special approval from a higher up like Marketing - GM, then it should not block the delivery again.
    Thanks,
    Ravi

  • SALES ORDER NO & DELIVERY NO

    Dear All,
In a sales return scenario i am using inspection type 05,at the time of PGR system is inspection lot with mvt. type 655,my query is i want to get sales order no & delivery no so that i can create notification on the basis of that.I have saved one layout but in QA32 screen but when i am QA32 with inspection type 05,it is not showing sales order no and delivery no.Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
    With Regards.

    hi,
u create a notification manually or that notification created in bckgrnd while ur RR.
If it is bckgrnd genrated notification against lot than definitely u get those fields in ur layout. and if u create notification manually than in initial screen u need to enter the sales order / delivery order number.
if it is bckgrnd one than system shows F1 and if it is manual than it is Q1.

  • Splitting line item in Sales Order-VA02

    Hello All,
I got struck with the below requirement, Can someone share their ideas, if any one come across such case.
Requirement : If ordered material obsolete then system has to propose follow up material ( which will be maintained in MMR-MRP4 view - Followup material field) based on stock availability.
We have done the same by using USEREXIT in Sales order creation & working fine without any issues.
But, If stock partially exists for entered material, then new line item has to add/insert with the follow up material.
    Eg;
    M1- stock -30 ea
M2- No stock ( Follow up material)
    *In Sales Order Creation- VA01,*
Line Item -- Material - Ordered Qty
    M1 - 50 Qty (ordered qty)
    Result;
Line Item -- Material - Ordered Qty - Item Cat
    10----M1-----30 ea  -  TAN
    11----M2--
    20 ea  - TAB ( MTO)
    Working fine-
We are able to do it during Sale Order creation (VA01).
*Change mode of Sales order - VA02;*
Line Item -- Material - Ordered Qty - Item Cat
    10----M1-----30 ea  -  TAN
    11----M2--
    20 ea  - TAB ( MTO)
if  user increases the M1 qtty to 10 Ea, then system should behave as shown in below eg,
Line Item -- Material - Ordered Qty - Item Cat
    10----M1-----30 ea  -  TAN
    11----M2--
    20 ea  - TAB ( MTO)
    12----M2--10 ea -- TAB(MTO)
But We are facing problem during Change mode .
in VA01-  (Sale order Creation), the logic was written in exit : USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK - which is working fine
During Change(VA02), above exit will not be useful. Hence tried to use exit : USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP.
But not able to add new item at this level.
All useful ideal will be appreciated.

    Thanks for attempting this thread.
Material determination will not suffice our requirement, because it will not substitute the follow up material, when entered material have partial stock. In VB12 - MRP indicator will active only when stock is not available for entered material & results according to the substitution reason
    In our case,
if entered material doesnt have stock, then follow up material should replace with complete ordered qty,
if entered material have partial stock exists, then system confirms for available qtty & create new line item with balance qtty, item cat-TAB----
that is the reason we didnt go for material determination. ( you cant have 2 substitution reasons for one record in VB12)
VBAK has to be used to check the overall document qtty. the above explained scenario working fine with our development in create mode.
But in change mode, if user tries to increase the qtty in entered material, then this one more new line item has to create for folloup material with excess qty - is our requirement .
Hope its clear now, still if any queries let me know

  • Link from sales order to delivery not complete

    2007A
We have a few cases where the link from a sales order to delivery is not complete. For example, we have a sales order with 2 lines on it. We copy to delivery and add. Remarks field has the comment "based on sales order ...." However if you try to get to base document the icon is not available. In looking at the base document, base reference, base line fields on the items they are blank.
We also have instances of this where there were 20 lines on a sales order, we copy to delivery and 19 lines are linked but one is not.
Any ideas as to why this might be happening?

    Hi Keith ,
It looks like an application error to me if the action is straight forward - copy from SO to Delivery .
If you can replicate the issue , it is definitely a bug and you probably need to test with upgrade if it is happening or not .
So far , I would look for a higher version of patch and see if that issue is particularly addressed and resolved .
Also use this query for more help
    SELECT DISTINCT T0.DocNum FROM ODLN T0, DLN1 T1 WHERE (T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry) AND (T1.BaseEntry = [%0] OR T1.BaseRef = [%1])
    Hope this helps

  • 2 Sales Order, 1 Delivery and 1 Invoice

    Dear All,
Is it possible to configure 2 Sales Orders -> 1 Delivery -> 1 Invoice
If so how do we do it.
Kindly give inputs on the above issue.
    Thanks & Rgds
    Naveen

    Hi Naveen,
It is possible to create from two sales orders to one delivery. From delivery to u can create an invoice.
If the customer allows orders to be combined, order are combined in the outbound deliverys combining items from different sales order is only successful if the items have several common characterstics Ex; same shipping point, date of delivery is due, same ship to party, route and incoterms.
Then finally with ref. to delivery u can create an invoice.

  • Changing  Sold-to/Ship-to of a sales order  causing delivery priority 0.

    Hi Epts,
While Changing the sales order (VA02)'s sold-to /ship-to party then delivery priority changing from 6 to 0.(Delivery priority changes to initail value).
Analyzed the standard program SAPMV45A and found the subroutine (FV45PFAP_VBAP_FUELLEN_KUAGV) in which the delivery priority is getting changed. But i am unable to find the user exit which will causing  the problem.
    Regards,
    Beeru.

If u r wishing to change the sold to party for a particular item it means u r not selling that item to him. U cant have 2 different sold to parties  in a single sales order.. U can change other partner functions at sales order level but not sold to party partner function....
U can assign reason for rejection to close this particular order and raise a fresh order in favor of the sold to party u wish to for that particular item...

  • One billing for Many sales order and Delivery

    Dear Sap Guru's,
I have an issue - in version 4, i have a scenario, In scheduling agreement i am able to do multiple delivery and multiple billing, but my client want me to do scheduling agreement with multiple sales order , multiple delivery and one billing for that scheduling agreement
If any one can help - please do as early as possible
vl10e and vl10c is not working here.
My email id is [email protected]
    regards,
    Shruthi

YOU CAN DO SINGLE BILLING FOR MULTIPLE DE4LIVERY BY USEIN THE TCODE--->VF04
you can also combine different documents (orders and/or deliveries) fully or partially in a common billing document.
    Prerequisites
The following prerequisites must be met:
the header data appearing in the billing document must agree
the split conditions specified do not apply
    Process billing due list
The system combines documents with the same customer number, proposal billing type and sales organization, and attempts to include them all in the same billing document. If the preconditions are met, then a single invoice is created for the deliveries and/or orders.
    Create billing document
When creating several billing documents, user exits can be used to reset the header data, so that more can be combined than in the billing due list.

  • Link Sale Order with Delivery  through DTW

    Hi All
While importing Deliveries through DTW, is it possible to Link a Sale Order with Delivery?
If it is possible then can any one tell me the procedure.
    Thanks in Advance
    Chakrapani Bandaru

In the template for the document lines, you will find fields for base entry, base type and base line . Fill these with the object type for sales orders, the line number and the doc entry (not doc num) of the relevant linked document
