Sales Orders are by passing the Credit Hold Conditions

Hi Everybody,
We are facing the issue that some of the orders are not checked by the credit hold rules, though the credit hold check box is enabled at the customer level.
we are having Oracle 9i database and 11.5.10 EBS. I tried many forums. Every body is talking about how to apply the hold. Can any one help me to solve my problem, by giving me some useful links, suggestions or tips.
Thanks in advance,
Vimal...

Hi Arif,
Thanks for the reply. I went through the metal link notes provided by you. It is for R12. We are using only 11i (11.5.10). I can't find any other notes for 11i.
If you have the link can you please post it here.

  • Open sales orders are not coming in credit exposure

    Hi,
We have implemented FSCM credit management, when i am running credit exposure, i am able to see open items from FI (200) but not for open orders (100) & Delivery (400), we have created some sales orders, which have exceeded the credit limit, system should give us a warning message. Could anyone help me to overcome this issue.
    Thanks,

    Hi Sai,
Additionally, you should check the following BADI_SD_CM, if the implementation of that BADI is correct then it should work.

  • Credit Managment: Sales Order last in update the Credit Limit

    Hello,
I have a problem. When creating sales order with a few seconds of difference (from 1 to 5), the first sales order (that consumes all the credit limit) doesn´t reach to update the credit limit and for that reason the system permits to create the second one.
I have an other case of two sales orders created in exactly the same time, so the system permited to create both of them.
Do you think there is some solution for those cases?
    Thank you.
    Regards
    Jimena.-

    Hi Praveen,
We use this functionality in that case for example you have two customer A and B.
You want to maintain the credit limit 2000$ for both the customers.
So we use this functionality, we assign the customer as credit account in another credit account.
Now doesn't matter customer A buy the goods from you or customer B.
System consider only 2000$ not 4000$.
    Hope it helps,

  • Sales orders due for delivery beyond credit horizon date credit blocked

    Hi
I have given credit horizon date as 1 month . When I create a sales order which has a single item and schedule line with delivery date after 45 days i.e clearly after the horizon date , document is blocked with credit limit block .
I am actually testing the cycle after I changed credit horizon date from 3 months to 1 month .
Is there any thing else to be done like running any reprort , etc ?
    Regards
    Raghav SSk

    Hi,
I had the same problem. The Horizon the 1 month mean that every sales order that entry in the systen during the month, will be affected the credit exposure.
    For example.
Today is 02/july and my horizon are 1 month, so the date are 01/august. Every sales order tha entering in period between july and august will be affect the credit exposure. The sales order entering in 05/august, the credit will be affected. The sales order entering in 30/august, the credit will be affected, but if you enter the sales order in 01/september the credit will not be affect beacause the month is different.
    Another example
Today is 02/july and my period are 2 months, so the date are 31/august. Every sales order that entering in period between july and august will be affect the credit exposure. If a sales order entering in 01/september, the credit exposure is not be affected, because the month is different.

  • How PIR's are consumed by the customer requirements even though the sales orders are blocked?

    Dear experts,
I am using strategy 40 for material A with Backward/Forward consumption of 60 days backward and 60 days forward.
My PIR is as follows :-
    Material Month #1 Month #2 Month #3 Month #4 Month #5 ....
    material A 100 100 100 100 100 ....
I created a Sales Order for material A with the quantity of 600 in Day 4 of Month #1.
After MRP run, planned order conversion and production order has been completed.
Month #1, Month #2 and Month #3 PIR's are consumed even though we made the setting in Such a way that the sales orders should just display but not planned  . and the sales orders are into the blocked requirements list in the result of /n/afs/MD02.
1)but why it is consuming the PIRS?
2)is there any affect of backward and forward consumption on this?
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Bhargavi Desai

    Hi,
Normally it is recommended that, not to delete PIR's one by one or remove quantity from previous periods/ requirement manually. If the PIR's of previous month is not consumed it is normally a feedback to sales people to do a analysis at their end.
In PP point of view, normally a re-organization run is carried out by MD74, MD75 or MD76. The same can be done by  scheduling batch job to run on month ends basis w.r.t. period you specify.

  • Purchase orders are duplicated when the SAP sales order is changed

    HI Guys
We got an issue here, when a sales order is changed at the same time PO is duplicated and sent to the vendors.
Someone just enter a change of address on this sales order and our system sent PO which is already being Invoiced, again to the vendor for a ship direct order. But this time the only information the vendor got was the address change.
Any idea where is it going wrong. (Version 4.7)
Will assign points to every useful answer.

  • Sales order with reference to the invoice

How can we create a sales order with reference to the invoice

    Hi,
    1. Create sales order
This process step can be triggered as follows:
The customer accepts the quotation and places an order.
You create a sales order with reference to a quotation. For more information, see Structure link processing Quotations. The system copies the items from the quotation.
You create a sales order. This is also possible without performing the previous steps.
    2. Enter products
You enter products requested by customers.
    Note
If necessary, you can configure products again for every item of the sales order. You can find more information in the business scenario variant Structure linkQuotation and Order Management (Configure-to-Order) and under Structure linkProduct Configuration in the Sales Transaction.
    3. Check availability, schedule order and create requirements
The system triggers an availability check and scheduling in SAP APO for every order item in SAP CRM. The confirmed quantities and dates are confirmed by SAP APO to SAP CRM, and saved in the sales order (see Structure linkAvailability Check in the Sales Order). At the same time, a customer requirement is created in SAP APO.
    Note
You can also execute the availability check in SAP R/3. You can find more information under Structure linkAvailability Check with SAP R/3.
    4. Maintain and determine conditions
The system determines the prices and the value of individual items. If necessary, you can process these. For more information, see Structure linkPricing.
    5. Perform credit check
SAP R/3 executes a credit check based on the results of pricing in SAP CRM. The result of the credit check is confirmed in SAP CRM, and saved as the credit status at item level. For more information, see Structure linkAutomatic Credit Check.
    6. System replicates sales order
After the sales order has been saved in SAP CRM, complete and without errors, it is replicated for logistics processing in SAP R/3. Order data is transferred together with confirmed scheduling lines to SAP R/3.
    7. System receives sales order
After replication to SAP R/3, you can change the sales order in SAP CRM and SAP R/3. You can find more information on this under Structure linkData Exchange for Sales Transactions: CRM Enterprise - SAP R/3
    8. Send order confirmation to customer
You can send the order confirmation either electronically, or in print to the customer. You can find more information under Structure linkSales Order Confirmation by E-Mail.
    9. Monitor status of order
    PS: Do award points

  • Sales Order Line Items User Exit - Credit Management/ Exposure Calculation

    Hello Folks
I am looking for a solution to a peculiar problem we have in credit management.
In case of Drop Ship sales order life cycle, the system automatically creates two line items per sales order - one each for Freight and Handling Fees. these are NOT relevant to schedule line delivery, nor are they billed to the customer along with the material billing. The default update rule for credit control area concerned is 12. The system, on finding line items not relevant to schedule line delivery automatically switches from rule 12 to 18. This leads to Open Deliveries field (S067-OLIWW) being updated instead of Open Orders (S066-OEIKW) on saving the sales order.
Once the sales order is billed for the material, the system should logically display net value as zero for the open order (as the 2 lines of fees and freight are not yet billed, the order is still open). But the system considers this figure at SALES DOCUMENT HEADER level and considers the net value as the total value of the sales document (including the material that is already billed).
What I am looking for is if there is an exit available whereby the system considers only those line items whose billing status indicator is "not complete". As such, the net value should be updated to the S067-OLIKW field net of the billed items.
Please advise if there is any such user exit available. Also, is there a way to customize this? We are exploring this at our end, but would appreciate an expert advise. Right advise will be awarded with brownie points

  • No sales order creation possible w/o credit limit

    Hi Gurus,
I understand, in std SAP Sales orders are able to be created for customers with no established credit limit.
But my requirement is that,Until a credit limit is established for a customer, orders should not be allowed to be entered for him .
    How can i achieve this?
    Thanks in advance.
    Reg,
    JJ

You have to try this requirement with sale order exit in the program MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT  or  USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT where you can consider the following tables and check any value is updated in any of these tables
KNKA:::::::: Customer master credit management: Central data
KNKK:::::::: Customer master credit management: Control area data
    KNKKF1:::::Credit Management: FI Status Data
Only if any value is stored against that customer code, sale order should be saved.
    thanks

    Hi guys,
when I check SMQ2 in CRM,  I find that some sales orders are not replicating into CRM, then check the error, its says check SMW01..
when I check the SMW01 it says validation error and BDOC status is F05 (information no processing). I tried to search the sales order in CRMD_Order transaction could not find the sales order...
    *Error in SMW01*
Processing of document with Guid E01D11C71856C4F1AEBF0024E84DD0CE is canceled     CRM_ORDER
Validation error occurred: Module CRM_DOWNLOAD_BTMBDOC_VAL, BDoc type BUS_TRANS_MSG.     SMW3
It's not giving much clue what's the error is...
I tried to setup a request to replicate those sales orders.. those request also end up in the same error...
    any help on this?
    thanks,
    Ken

    Hello Ken,
When reprocessing a BDoc(via SMW01) you might need to set a flag.
Goto trxn. SMW01. Start the debugger using command '/h' and reprocess the BDoc. After going into the debug mode press SHIFT+F7 and put a breakpoint at 2nd Tab in : class:cl_smw_flow and method 'restart_processing'. Keep debugging(F5 or F6 accordingly) until you find the requisite flag l_retry_allowed and set it as 'X'. This will allow you to reprocess the Bdoc.
    Thanks,

  • How to make sales order items appear on the billing due list?

    Dear All,
We are using SAP CRM 5.0 standalone and we want to use CRM Billing.
All necessary configuration has been done to enable CRM Billing on sales orders.
Here is the list of what have been done:
    1. Defined Billing unit and assigned to my sales organization.
    2. Created billing document type for sales order (F2 as standard).
    3. Defined billing item category (TAN as transaction-based billing after complete)
    4. Defined billing item category determination (for trans. type TA, item category TAN, billing item category will be TAN)
With all the above configuration, when I created a sales order (TA), set the order status to 'completed' and save it, I checked the item status, it is 'completed for billing'. However, when I ran 'Process Billing Due List', nothing has been picked up.
I checked the order line item, and found that the 'Delivered Qty' field is 0. Could this be the reason? I set the item category TAN billing relevancy to be 'Transaction-based after completion', then it should not care about delivery, right?
Please provide your input. Thanks so much in advance!
