SAP delivered extractor for list price

Hi: I need to get the list price from R3 to BW. The two tables from R3 are A004 and KONP joined by condition record number.
Is there any built in SAP provided extractors for list price from R3 to BW?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Function Module is the only methodology for creating DataSources from Pooled or Cluster tables. There is a template Function Module, called RSAX_BIW_GET_DATA_SIMPLE, that you can use along with taking a look at the following document:

As for creating a generic delta, there are only three delta-relevant objects: 1) Time Stamp; 2) Calendar Day; or 3) Numeric Pointer (e.g. Document Number). Here's a 'How to...' guide for creating generic deltas on a single delta-relevant object:

Extractor for Purchase Prices?

Hi all,

Hi Vijay,
For all purchasing data you should use Extractors 2LIS_02_ITM, 2LIS_02_HDR and 2LIS_02_SCL . Table EKKN filed PS_PSP_PNR gives you the WBS element associated with the PO. You have to enhance the data source if the field is not available to you. or alternatively you can build your own custom extractor using purchasing tables EKKO, EKPO, EKKN etc.

Hi,
I will be at a meeting to help gather requirements for a project in relation to Invoice-to-Cash.
Can you guide me to get the following information:
1. a high level list of reports for Invoice-to-Cash
2. a detail list of reports for Invoice-to-Cash
3. To see the SAP deleivered data flow to give me an idea of the extractors, DSOs, Cubes(dimensions...), etc.
Also, apart from your experience, is there a process to get this information for any requirement in general? I went to BI Content in rsa1 on our development system hoping to see some reports related to Invoice-to-Cash but to no avail?

Hi,
invoice to cash is basically a sub process of the process: Customer Order to point of receiving Cash from Customer.
So, Invoice to cash as used in my original post actually is: The point at which Customer Invoice was issued to the point at which Cash was received.
So back to my original question, can you guide me to get the following information:
1. a high level list of reports for Invoice-to-Cash
2. a detail list of reports for Invoice-to-Cash

Using SAP Query Extractor for GLPCA

Hi, We are considering to use SAP Query to extract GLPCA data so that we can retrieve some additional information. We are doing this because we need to check BSEG for a Material Number and replace Material in GLPCA it if it's different than the one in GLPCA.
How can the SAP Query be used to perform the required delta? Example: using CPUDATE and Time?

I have tried to load he data from SAP system(components) using business content to SAP BW, after replicating the data source I have activated my data source in my bw source system.But I don't know what is procedure for next steps. Can anyone tell me the complete steps how to load data into my bw data target system.

Steps t upload the delta records:
ECC Side:
T code- /LBWE: Select the data source and on right side there is an icon to select the delta mode...I mean
direct delta, queued delta etc.
Note: There are 4 delta update modes-direct, queued, serialised V3 update and unserialised.
Once any record is changed , it comes to extraction queue automatically. Check the same(T code- /SMQ1).
Schedule the V3 Job..once scheduled, records move to Delta queue (T code- /RSA7)
BW Side:
On the BW side, Create an infopackage and DTP (but in this case -Delta DTP) the way you loaded the Init request in the target.

I am required to create OTD report with the following fields
Sales document number
Product
Material
Delivery Number
Planned Goods issue
Pl. GI to 1st conf.
Cu.1st pr.del.date
Act.goods issue date
Actual POD date
Actual Pick up date
of Sch lines
Order quantity
Confirmed qty.
Delivery qty
and was wondering which standard SD extractor will have all the fields mentioned above.
2LIS_12_VCITM has the characteristics but not all KPIs such as # of SCH lines,Order quantity,Pl. GI to 1st conf. etc

,Pl. GI to 1st conf. - EKET - wemng and restrict it with first date at reporting level using Exception aggregation.
Mostly EKET will satisfies ur requirement 2lis_02_scl.
Order Qty - EKPO with respect to material details.

In IMG (SPRO) under
Personal Management -> Personal Administration -> Customizing Procedures -> Infotypes -> Assign infotypes to countries
If the Country-Dependent Subtypes indicator is set for the infotype in view T777D Infotypes - Dialog/Database Assignment, you can also specify the permissibility of Subtypes for country infotypes.
At the moment, this indicator can only be used for infotypes whose subtypes are defined in the Subtype Characteristics view (V_T591A).
Examples:
Itype Itype text   Type Descript.   Cntgrp   Descript.    Status
0006 Addresses    J2 Guarantor      22       Japan       permitted
0012 Tax Data D    * all subtypes    01      Germany      permitted
There is no entry for the Personal Data infotype (0002). This means the infotype is permitted for all country groupings.
In the Addresses infotype (0006), the subtype Guarantor (J2) is only allowed for Japan. All other subtypes are permitted for all country groupings.
The Tax Data D (0012) infotype is only permitted for country grouping Germany. Other countries cannot access this infotype.

How to activate business content extractor for masterdata in ECC 6.0?

Hi Experts,
I have a small problem with the extracttor 0PS_RESPNO_TEXT in ECC 6.0?
If i try to open it in RSA2 / RSA6, it says that active version not available. When i check in the developement system, i have it as modified version.
For this problem, I hope activating this in Development and transporting to Prodction should fix.
As far as i know, activation of sap delivered extractors can be done through SBIW or RSA5. But i have not done this before.
Can anybody please help me with step by step procedure to activate this and also what are the precautions and checks that need to be preformed?

It depends on which BW environment has an RFC connection to the ECC environment you're activating the DataSource in. Typically, environments are paired, similar (but not always) like the depiction below:
ECC Development <-> BW Development
ECC QA <-> BW QA
ECC Production <-> BW Production
Best Practices suggest that a DataSource be activated and put on a transport in the ECC Development environment. Upon activation of the DataSource in ECC Development, replication of the DataSource in the BW Development environment can take place and Best Practices suggest putting the DataSource on a transport in BW. As the ECC transport is promoted throughout the ECC landscape, the BW transport is promoted throughout the BW landscape in order to keep them in sync.
So, if the envrionment that you've just activated the DataSource has an RFC connection to your BW Production environment, you can replicate in BW Production and if that's your standard practice, then that's the way your should do it. It's typically, however, not considered a Best Practice to be able to create, update or delete in a production environment.

Hierarchy extractor for FICO

I am trying to create an extractor for cost center group hierarchy (transaction code KSH3) and cost element group hierarchy (transaction code KAH3) from R/3 so that this hierarchy will be populated into BW data source. I am using transaction code RSO2 to create the generic datasource and I from what I understand, extraction can be done using DB view, SAP query or function module. And the function module is chosen because this is a hierarchy that I need to extract.
Please advice on how do I about this.
I have searched the internet and I have found some of examples given using function module PHIE_HIERARCHY_CATALOG and PHIE_HIERARCHY_TRANSFER. Is this function module only can be use when extracting HR related hierarchy? Because my requirements is to extract from cost center and cost element groups which falls under FICO module.

Std Extractor for table EQKT

Can someone help me in finding the sap std extractor for the table EQKT (Equipment short texts table). I need to extract the info from the field EQKTU.

To the best of my knowledge there is no standard delivered extractor for table EQBS. Try and understand the functionality of the data stored in the table and its relationships to what is specified in requirement. Is the field required in the master data of equipment or some other transaction data? Depending on the scenario you may have to enhance the master data / transaction data extractor or may be if situation warrants you may have to create a generic extractor.
General procedure employed in finding extractors is to know what type of data is requested, which functional area then check the standard extractors in that specific application component to see if any of the extractors delivered provide the data required. Check help documentation of the extractors.

List Price Not getting displayed in B2B Webshop Product Catalog

Hello Experts,
We have done all the required configuration to view the LIST PRICE in B2B Webshop product catalog.
We have done following settings:
1. Pricing Procedure assignment to the PRODUCT CATALOG VARIANT
2. Initial Replication of the product catalog
3. Shopadmin setting for List Price (radio button selection on the GENERAL Informaiton Tab)
4. XCM Setting - No IPC
5. For the defined variant, we have maintain an entry in the Parameter for List Prices - ZPR0 and table as CUS506 and Catalog Price type as List Price.
6 Downloaded the required condition record from ECC to CRM with correct validity period
But still we are not able to see the LIST PRICE. Any other change (say addition/removal of product from CATALOG areas)in the CATALOG is getting dispayed correctly in the WEBSHOP product catalog except LIST PRICE. That means we feel there is no issue from TREX perspective.
Any other pointers will be really helpful.

What are the fields for CUS506? During replication if the list price is replicated from this table then all the key fields mentioned in this table should be available during replication for this table.
What my wild guess is that maybe this CUS506 has a field e.g say SHIP_TO or SOLD_TO etc.. Now at the time of replication.. there are no shipto or soldto hence no values/price will replicate to TREX.. hence u will see nothing in catalog.

Unable to read list price in CRM order

i have a scenario where my client maintained new pricing procedure for which he has maintained a list price?(ZPRC) by using reference condition type (PR00) in r/3
i runned all customizing objects relating to pricing and even runned arequest for dnl_cond_a004 all have been succeslfully downloaded but i am
unable to find condition record for list price(ZPRC) when i am trying to Create an order,but i can able to enter the condition type(ZPRC) manually
couldyou tell me what could be the problem why condition types(ZPRC) are not picked automatically.

Check for the Access Sequence of your Pricing in the Order,
In the Accesses Tab in Your Order you can see how the Pricing is Determined and the Accesses that are used to Determine the Pricing Condition.
Check for your Pricing Procedure and the Condition Accesses that you have used for the Pricing Conditions to be Determined.Check the Access Sequence of your Condition Access which determines the Pricing from Price List Ensure it Contains the Table Name "SAP155" This is the Table for the Price List Determination.
I doubt that your Condition Type is not able to Find the Price Record for the Price List for the Article and so it is not Appearing in the Order::Check for the Condition Records have been Downloaded in the CRM Table for Price List "CNCCRMPRSAP155" and then try to sort why the Priceses arenot Appearing in the Order.
Also for Manual Entry for a Condition Record you need to Select the Option "Manual Entry Has Priority"
in the Tab Changes for the Condition Record in Condition Types.

Hi Fisal,
This you can find from PFCG, go to PFCG-----> in the roles field pull down the menu, then give a search with FI, finance, or accounts yopu will get all the SAP delivered standard roles.
This way you can search for the other modules/ areas as well.

What all gets included in List Price ? Do we include Freight charges and Taxes also ?

if we consider the standard practice, then WE SHOULD NOT INCLUDE TAXES / FREIGHT / DISOUNTS in list price.
Becouse, freight and taxes will depend on location of SHIP TO PARTY
