could you please give me a some idea how to process the tasks which come into SAP inbox? How can i process them? Please point to any tutorial or file.

Once comes to your inbox...
You can see the messages under the folder workflow..
There you can double click to view the data..
For IDOC related re-processing..You will get a button process to re-process the IDOC..

Hi
I need to send the mail from the SAP Inbox (i.e. from Tcode SO01) to my personal mail account.
In Tcode SO01, I am creating a new message and under recipient I am providing my mail ID (for eg [email protected]), and I am selecting Recp. Type as Internet Mail.
I am checking the status in SOST, It is showing error messge 806 and 817.
So How to proceed future and is there any thing else to configure in my system.

Transaction code to go to sap Inbox

Do anyone have an idea what is the transaction code to sap inbox. I know through SBWP we can go, there is another transaction it seems. What is that. I have searched in table TSTC but i could not find that. Could anyones know this please help me out.

I am using sap transcation code SO01. I am able to view the sap inbox msg. i want to the data as a report.
i am try to use So01X but i am not able to view the Display details.
Kindly provide the SE16 Transcation code or SA38 Transcation Code.

Error when reading a pdf attachment file in sap inbox

Hi all,
I have created a RFC which sends mail from an external user to my sap inbox with attachment.
the problem is with the PDF attachment where when i received the mail in my sap inbox in sbwp, it says that there is an error that it wasnt correctly decode.
I used the class cl_document_bcs...
and used the method add_attachment...
would plz help me out

How can I get SAP INBOX emails in to PORTAL UWL?

Hi One & All,
In the process of leave request we have two level approval. we configured two level approval and it is working fine. We also put send email when any action taken by approving manager.
For example If first level manager approves the leave then a mail notification has to be sent to employee who applied for that leave. the notification is like "First level manager approves your leave and it is sent for second level approval".
That message is cumming in SAP INBOX but it is not cumming in to UWL. How can I get this, help me in this.

If you had followed the substitution method then check the following:
- Transaction Code RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE updates/inserts values into table HRUS_D2 which drives substitution
- Substitution Profile used for Absences or check with "ALL" profile.
- In view structure of HRUS_D2
Active substitute will receive tasks right away
Passive substitute on Universal Worklist need to specify View tasks on behalf of the manager

I'm using SAP report <b>sendlist_bcs</b> for sending report output to the SAP inbox but attachment is not getting delivered.
Can anybody help to resolve the issue...
My report is:

Work item stucked on SAP inbox

Hi Gurus,
I have a problem on workflow items that are stucked on our approver's SAP inbox even after the PR or PO has already been approved/released. When I check the log, the status is still "In Process". This does not happen always and not for all our PR/PO docs.
Can you help/guide me on where to look for the root cause so i'll know where to correct.

how is the PR/PO done for these workitems that are stuck?
I mean was it sent to users SAP Inbox and he released it from his Inbox, or is it that though he got a workitem in his SAP Inbox, he released it thru ME54N/ME28N.
Because in the later case, you have to define your WF such that if user directly releases them from the T-codes, it should terminate that WF so that it deletes from users SAP Inbox.

For PR release we need to export and import from both side.
I want to say that if PR is release from your user id then it has exported from that client.
But if it is not get updated in target place then import has to be done in target place to see changes.
you can check code in both places and find out wether updated code is there or not.
If not then ask the basis person to check and import code in target client.

Step 1. Use FM SO_USER_READ_API1 to get the folder details of the user
Step 2. Use FM SO_FOLDER_READ_API1 of the respective folder. You can read the Inbox, Workflow Inbox depending on what folder you read. The function modules are documented well as well with examples.
