SAPscript: Print our contact person in RVORDER01

Hello gurus,
we would like to print information about our contact person (name, telephone and fax number, mail-address) in our order confirmations (form copied from RVORDER01).
In our invoices we use
&GV_ADDRESS-TITLE_P&
&GV_ADDRESS-LASTNAME&
'GT_ADDTEL-EXTENSION&
'GT_ADDFAX-EXTENSION&
&GT_ADDSMTP-E_MAIL&
to do this, but those do not work in RVORDER...
Any ideas?

You need to write a code in your RVORDER01, either via Exit or by creating enhancement spots ..
First you must have to get personal number and other details as below:
call function 'SUSR_USER_ADDRESSKEY_GET'
    exporting
      bname             = vbak-ernam
    importing
      persnumber        = persnumber
      addrnumber        = addrnumber
    exceptions
      address_not_found = 1
      others            = 2.
First name and last name will come from table ADRP ..
Email will come from ADR6-smtp_addr ,, telephone from ADR2 -telnr_long,, Fax details from ADR3-faxnr_long

In SD Customer Master data, we can maintain Contact Person in General Data tab page.
For my knowledge, we can not find u201CContact Personu201D field in ISM Business Partner u2013 General Data. Correct me if I am wrong.
Mostly user enters the contact person details in u201CSearch Term 1/ 2 fieldu201D in Address tab page in ISM Business Partner u2013 General Data tab page. While creating ISM Billing Document for this Business Partner, system prints this contact person details in ISM Invoices.
(Or)
While creating ISM Order, user can maintain Contact Person name in Header Details(Click on u201CGo to >Header>Details>Purchase Order Data>Cont.Person)
If you maintain Contact Person name in Header Details also, system print this contact person details in ISM Invoices.

I have maintain the multiple Contact person as Architect, Consultant etc. in sales document header in partner function. Now i want to print the contact persons detail in output so i wanted to know where from i can get these data after saving sales order

All the partner related information in a document can be fetched from table VBPA.
You may have to change the script to get those details in output.

Try this:
On all impacted devices, go to settings, messages, send & receive and place a checkmark next to only those phone numbers and email addresses listed you want that device to recognize.

Address formats and contact persons

Hi
With a number of our customers (not the majority) we have the requirement to have the following address format:
Company Name
c/- Contact Person
Address Line
Suburb
City and Zip Code
Of course we don't want to actually use the contact person field as we don't always want to have contact person in the address for all customers.
I would have thought this was quite a standard requirement for most businesses but cannot see a STANDARD solution for it in SBO.
Also is there an easy way to hide address fields when they are null as per the unanswered question: /thread/61000 [original link is broken]

I was already aware of this functionality. However, I find this fairly limiting. I have two questions:
1) Can you get blank lines in the standard address format to be skipped?
For instance if you have a standard address format of:
STREET
BLOCK
CITY
PROVINCE
And it is a small town in a province which means you either leave the Block or the City blank then a blank row is shown when the address is printed on the invoice.
Is there a simply way where if a row is blank then it can be ignored in the address layout? I notice that there is a line length row but don't know if there is a special code you can enter in there to say skip if blank or something like that - so that it moves onto the next field with data.
I recognise that you can't strip and rebuild the address fields in the Print Layout Designer but was wanting to know if there was something standard.
2) I am not sure how SBO handles mail that is sent c/- a person in a company in terms of standard functionality.

Email Campaign Execution: Contact person Relationship

Hi All,
I created a target group which contains a list of Contact Persons. I am testing executing an email campaign against this target group.
This contact person also exists as a relationship to a prospect.
The email address maintained on the contact person master data may be different from the email address maintained on the relationship. Our end goal here is to execute the email campaing against the addresses maintained on the relationsip and not on the master data. When I execute the campaing, it sends the email out to the address maintained on the contact person master data. Do you know what I can do for it to pick up the email address maintained on the relationship? Is it standard CRM functionality for it to pick up the email address from the master data rather than the relationship?
Any comments/help on this would be greatly appreaciated.

I'm facing a similiar question... I need to send campaign mails to contact persons (to the relationships contact mails). But i can not see any B2B flag... Can someone please tell me where can i check this field? (I'm working with CRM 7.0 (and Webclient UI))

As per our business requirement , How can I maintain more than one contact person for a single supplier in SRM?
How these contact persons are supposed to log in to a portal with different user id and passwords and access the bids for same supplier.
we are in SRM 7, and currently we are creating contact person throug customised BDC.

If I understand correctly you want all 6 devices to have access to a single calendar that each device gets notifications for and can edit. You can do that with an private iCloud shared calendar. First sign into www.icloud.com and use these steps from the following article to share a calendar:
iCloud: Share a calendar with others
Share a calendar privately
Click the Share button to the right of the calendar name in the sidebar, then select Private Calendar.
Note: You can also share the same calendar publicly. For instructions, see the next task, “Share a calendar publicly.”
Type the invitee’s email address in the Add Person field and press Return.
Click the pop-up menu with the invitee’s name and choose access privileges (View & Edit or View Only).
For each person you want to share the calendar with, repeat steps 2 and 3.
When you’ve invited everyone and set their privileges, click OK.
Invitation emails are sent from your iCloud email address to the participants you specified.

Error Message AM057 while deleting contact person

Recently, our company consolidated the SAP platforms for two regions and it is single instance now. The data is migrated to the new system by SLO. After this we are facing an issue while deleting the contact person in customer master. When we select the contact person and delete, we get a message saying "Specify a valid person use (PERSON_REFERENCE)". When we press enter, another entry (above the intended entry) gets deleted.
The performance assistant shows nothing but message no. AM057.
Based on the couple of OSS notes I have searched, I checked the table ADRVP entries and found two entries for that contact person. Both entries have the client number appearing in the field APPL_KEY.
The first record is having old client number and the second record is having the new client number. I presume, we are seeing two records because the data was migrated by SLO. But what is confusing is, both are having same addr.no. and marked as X for Owner (Flag: Adress owner object reference).
Data in table ADRVP looks as under.

Issue in Target Group creation of contact persons

Hi,
I am working on CRM 5.0. Using the segment builder creating target group to be attached to the campaign.
I have created one target group of organizations with Marketing attributes attached to these BPs.
Using this organizations target group as Master Group I am creating one more target group of contact persons of these organizations (using Contact persons relationship). The issue here is, out of these contact persons I require only those contact persons having interest in classical music. I have maintained this attribute in the BP master data of these contact persons.
While creating the target group of such contacts in segment builder I am using this attribute to filter the data but I am getting all the contacts without any filter applied. My requirement is to only get those contact persons (belonging to the master group of organizations) having interest in classical music. Can anyone suggest how to achieve this?

We have implemented Accounts & Contact Management (BP) in our CRM System. Here the Issue is the Business User Can able to create an Account Successfully from Portal but when he is trying to create Relationship - "Has Contact Person" the following error has got occured -
500 SAP Internal Server Error
Error msg - Inconsistancy between Dictionary Types COMT_BSP_BP_TEL_T AND BAPIADTEL (Type of Termination: RABAX_STATE)
Could you pls help me out and How can i proceed to scan the issue?

Restrict Contact Person replication from CRM to ECC based on Partner Funct

Hi Experts
We are replicating Contacts from CRM to ECC, by assigning them to Accounts. We have a scenario to restrict Contact Person replication to ECC only for specific Partner functions (we have 5 such partner functions), for remaining partner functions the contact Persons should not be replicated to ECC.
By Partner function I mean, while making this assignment of Contact to an Account in u201Ccontact Person Relationships datau201D under u201CPartner Function Assignment blocku201D (in web UI) we are adding a Partner function E.g. Author, (same can be seen in GUI, under Usage tab of CP Relationship data).
However we were able to replicate contacts assigned to accounts to ECC in our 5 partner functions, but even the unwanted contacts assigned to other partner functions in CRM are also getting replicated
How can I restrict CP replication from CRM to ECC based on Partner Functions assigned to the Contact Person

Creation of Contact Person for a vendor in SUS, MM SUS scenario

Hi All,
We are working on EBP for bidding with SRM 5.0 and ECC6.0 as the backend. When we do BBPGETVD for the vendor root we have to create a contact person for the vendor to logon.
Our clients requirement is that all the data in the R/3 has to come to EBP including the telephone number and email addresses so that the vendor number should be created as the contact persons userid.
Is there any way to achieve this?

Also you dont need to enter any roles while creating the Contact person for a vendor.You just need to enter the employee/user details who will be the contact person for the vendor and after you save all the data ,the CP for the vendor will be created and the system will issue a message "Contact person XXXX for BP yyyyy created".

Email address of contact person in Vendor Master

Hi,
I am trying to configure Contact person as a partner function. In P.O the user has to select the contact person at header level ,if there are multiple contatc persons in Vendor Master . Then in PO, the selected contact person name and email Id (which is mantained in conatct peson page of vendor master) has to be printed.
In addition could please tell me the Table name of email ID of Contact person that is mantained in Vendor Maser?
I tried with KNVK, ADr6 etc. but failed

Hi CRM Gurus,
Need some help on Web User Management functionality.
Sub: Contact person Relationship data not getting updated when we change the company (to wich contact person belong to) in ISA CRM 5.0 Web User Management.
we are currently on CRM ISA 5.0 and using Web User Managment for our B2B scenario. New creation of users is working fine. But when we want to change the company (Sold to pary) for the existing contact person, the relationship data in CRM is not getting updated and the below are the details.
Contact person No: XXXX (has a Relationship: "Is contac person for YYYY company in CRM)
Company/Sold to Party: YYYY (has a relationship "Has contact person XXXX in CRM).
When I chage the contact person's (XXXX) company from YYYY to ZZZZ,
- Relationships of the new assignment for ZZZZ in CRM not getting updated.
- Old Records in YYYY is not getting deleted (i.e. relationships.
- There is No relationship data appear in XXXX.

Hi Rahul,
I'd suggest you running a session trace / ABAP debugging to see if some information is not getting passed from the Java stack onto the ABAP stack. An alternate move would be to create a new OSS customer message.
