Save as to BO Enterprise Error

Crystal Reports 2008
Version 12.0.0.683
Database: MS SQL Server 2005
Connection: OLE DB
Simple Crystal Report file based on one table.
Table has 10 records and 3 fields/A, B, C/.
Parameter based on field C.
Parameter has been set up as "dynamic".
If we do something/ update, insert, delete/ with the table records , then list of values in the parameter changes automatically and shows current table records in the prompt list of values.
Report works locally fine- with no problems.
When trying to save it to the Business Objects Enterprise there is an error:
"Failed to read data from the report file c:\......report path.......rpt. Reason: Failed to read parameter object"
If we change our parameter to have "static" List of Values - everything goes fine, we are able to u201Csave asu201D in  BO Enterprise and
run it. But our users demand u201Cdynamicu201D u2013 not hardcoded List Of Values in the parameter selection list.
What would be the solution?
What other way, can you propose, to show changes occurred in the table when report runs in the parameter prompt list.
To change report be based on Business view is not the solution for us.

You don't have to use BV's but you need to grant the user saving the doc full access for dynamic prompts in BV manager if I recall. To test this theory add the user to the administrators group and see if that resolves.
