Save button inactive in the Interactiion Centre Winclient

Dear Experts
When I try to make a call in the interaction centre, i am unable to save as the save button will be inactive. Does anybody know why? We do not have a computer telephony interface as yet, and the sales summary document is just blank. could these be possible reasons why.

Hi Ingo,
If your combobox is a bound control, then when you change a value in it, the save button should be enabled. Strange. But anyway, you can do this.
In the <b>combobox_OnValueChanged2</b> event, make a call to makeDirty method in the tile:
If boundAttributeChanged Then
<b>anchorthatyourcombotiedto</b>.bo.MakeDirty True
End If
This will make the Save button enabled.

How make a button inactive after the click ?

Hi,
how can i make a button inactive after i clik on it ? I need it becasue i have one button which play my symbol (made with this nice course https://blogs.adobe.com/edge/2012/07/18/tutorial-leveraging-independent-symbol-timelines/) but it's not working when the button is in the symbol where there is animation, it's only working when the buttons is a symbol on the stage and on the top of all over symbols, so when i clik on it works and play the symbol that i want but after is still active so i can't place another button at the exact same place of the first because it will play the first button and i need to put 20 buttons, anyone can help me please ? My buttons is just an empty rectangle so i don't talk about turn of the visibility but turn of th "activity"

Here is a sampe on how to use a next and prev buttons to change data.I have some other examples I will add later but this one could give you an idea on how to do it.

If you are playing symbols then use the rigth scope to get to them.
I would make a array of the symbol names and use it the same way like I did the array for the info.

Buttons inactive when the playbar reaches the project end

I am using Captivate 6.
I am creating a standard UI template file. I have added a smartshape button that opens up a PDF file for download/ save. This button is visible and active throughout the Captivate project right from the first slide (timing set to Rest of the project).
The problem is when the playbar reaches the end of the project, this button gets inactive.
I checked in the forums and found a similar query in this post.

Based on the info there, I checked the frames in the project (in Project Info) and the last frame where the playbar ends. I noticed that the last frame of the playbar is 2 frames more than the frames mentioned in Project Info.
Again, taking a cue from Lilybiri's comments in that thread, I added one advanced action at the On Exit of the last slide:
Expression: cpCmndGotoFrame = cpInfoCurrentFrame - 2. (to send last frame count back by 2 frames)
Assign: cpCmndPause with 1 (to pause the last slide, so that the learners can do any other task on the last slide if they wish to)
This solves the problem.
However, is there a way to make this button remain active without using advanced actions? This template will be used by some newbies to Captivate. I feel they might think that assigning advanced actions is complicated task and hesitate to use this one.

Thanks from me as well. I'm trying to make an interactive house simulation game (basic) and hit this issue where the timeline needs to skip to the next segment as several options are available per room (listed one after the other in the timeline). Flash isn't particularly easy to use when it comes to this kind of thing. Is Flash Catalyst CS5 more suited to this?

Share buttons dissapeared in the notification centre

The share buttons were there withthe new message thing and then i restarted my laptop because i deleted a few things to fix another problem with mavericks and then the buttons were gone. i went to notification settings and turned them off and on but its still gone.

How do I create a save button to hide a dropdown and pass on the dropdown data to a label?

Hi InDesign Scripting Experts!
I'm desparetly looking for some help to get this issue resolved.
Essentially I've a lot of PDF forms that've been designed by using InDesign CS4 and then converted to an interactive PDF via Adobe Lifecycle. The final 2 page PDF form has multiple textfields, a drop down and a save button. The users partially fill-in the form, select their name from the dropdown and then hit the save button prior to sending the PDF form to the client.
The Save button does the following:
- Passes on the data from the drop down to a label
- Hides the drop down and
- finally, hides itself ('Save' button)
I understand InDesign CC has a lot of the Livecycle capability built-it. Hence I'm trying to design the inteactive PDF within InDesign CC. The textfields, dropdown etc. are easily done. The part that I'm stuck on is to get the 'Save' button to perform the above listed tasks.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Presuming that editing the exisiting BOSTON is not an option, you may:
1) Create a nostroke/nofill rectangle that covers all all word, then give it a white fill;
2) In the Transparency palette flyout tick Make Opacity Mask with Clip unticked and Invert Mask ticked.
That should remove the BOSTON from sight so you can retype it.
You could use a black fill and leave Invert Mask unticked (if the black is black enough).

How to hide either the File menu or the Save button.

Hello. Recently we upgraded Adobe Reader from 8.0 to 9.0 on our kiosks and we are having a problem. We used to be able to hide the save button when viewing a PDF file on a web page through a javascript inside the javascripts folder. However, while most other buttons seem to be hidden, the 'Save' button next to the Print button on the tool bar is not responding to our script. I think I should mention that you can not right click or press CTRL on our kiosks.
Here's what we have tried:

Also, I'm not asking to disable it, just simply hide it as if you were to right click on it, go into show/hide toolbars, and click 'File'. We have many kiosks and doing this manually would be... Well I got a life to live.

P.S: I forgot to mention. If I open Adobe Reader standalone, the button is gone. If I open it through IE the button is present. It might be because the file is already on the computer but.. I don't know. Thank you!

My "Save for Web" dialogue box is so huge the save button is off screen

I'm running Windows XP with Photoshop CS6.
Since the "Save" button runs off the edge of my monitor, I can't click Save. I also can't move the dialogue box up far enough to get to it before running out of screen space. I tried just hitting the enter key, but nothing happened. I end up having to do a control-alt-delete to get out of Photoshop altogether.
I've never had this problem before when I had CS2 or with the CS6 I have at work.
Is there a way around this?

I was able to drag the window down, but it would not resize. The cursor did change to what is normally a resize cursor, but it had no effect. Again, I could drag the window up by the title bar, but not far enough to get to the save button. I right-clicked the start button, but I didn't see any options for moving windows.
I recently had virus problems and they wiped my computer and reinstalled everything. Since then, I've noticed every web page in all my browsers are too wide to fit in the browser without scrolling (but I never had that problem before the wipe). Now I'm wondering if that problem is somehow related to this Photoshop problem. Maybe my screen resolution was set wrong? But I hesitate to mess with it; the last time I tried messing with that to make my parents' computer easier for them to see, it just threw everything out of whack and it was difficult getting it back to normal.

Tring to save data for n iterations, beginning when SAVE button is pressed

OK, I'm STILL struggling with this vi. (See post from 12/16). I've cleaned up the code considerably, and better defined what it is I want to accomplish. When the vi begins, I want to immediately begin displaying on the front panel 3 values: Indicated Flow Rate O2, Indicated Flow Rate N2, and Helium Concentration. When the operator presses the SAVE button, I want the next n iterations to be saved to file. N is determined by the Measurement Duration (in minutes) divided by the measurement interval (in seconds). After the desired number of data points are saved, the operator can press the stop button, at which time the vi goes to frame 1 of the sequence, shuts off the Helium Solenoid and returns the detector to standby. The whole key to this vi is being able to monitor the data in real time, and decide based on measurement criteria when to begin saving the data, initiated by pressing the SAVE button. Somehow, I know I need to initiate the save with the case statement, and then save the data (n-1) more times. When I tried a loop within a loop, I just saved the same data for the given # of iterations, and then the displays began updating again. Is this making any sense at all? I'm beginning to understand what an aneurism feels like.

One possibility solution is attached. Basically, we have a shift register that contains zero and regulates a case structure. Case zero is empty. If save is pressed, we feed a positive, nonzero number to it , which triggers the default case that (1) saves a data point and (2) decrements the shift register. This contiunes until the shift register reaches zero again.
Modify as needed.
btw: there is no reason for any local variables, use direct wires.

Save Button in ITS enabled transaction ME54N does not appear

Hello,
We are on EP 7 SP 18.
Via the Universal worklist iview in the Portal when the user clicks on a workitem and desires to reject it via the transaction ME54N, for the rejection to be saved in SAP the save button on transaction ME54N must be clicked.
However, the save button is no where to be seen on the transaction for the user to click. The following parameters are set in ITS as per note 1148291 and 1010519
~webgui_icon_toolbar=1
~webgui_simple_toolbar=1
also tried various combinations of values for the above parameters but no luck.
Any help on how to get to have the save button appear for the ITS enabled transaction ME54N would be greatly appreciated.
