SCAM ALERT - Auto-recharge cancelled message with...

I just got an email with this message:
The Auto-recharge feature on your account has been cancelled because the credit/debit card VISA-SKYPE XXXX-XXXX used for Auto-recharge payments has expired. 
My card will not expire for a couple of years.  The sending IP address in the header is in Switzerland, ***.   I suspect a SCAM.  Skype should warn others.

Thank you for your alert.  I always recommend, if in doubt, to contact Skype Customer Service to determine the veracity of such e-mails.  As a proactive measure, I also recommend changing your Skype account and credit card account passwords immediately if you have not already done so.

    I think that because of basis team settings every time a message fails to pass through the pipeline (for example a mapping error) XI tries to process this message over and over again for days!

    Hi this is Tarang ...
    For cancelling messages on Java engine ( ones that you see on RWB )
    1. There is no standard program which would allow you to cancel the messages here
    2. you can only set a maxim retry interval...i.e how many times a meesage in error should be retried foe sending...this setting can be done in transaction sxmb_adm....there is a parameter called IS_RETRY for this..
    For cancelling the messages on ABAP engine ( ones that you see in MONI)
    1. You can cancel them using the report rsxmb_cancel_messages ...but  dont use this report independently...
        coz there are some chances ..due to which you are getting a message in error in moni ..but the message is restartable......then if you directly cancel it , it is not correct
    2. you cna club the above report with rsxmb_restart_messages...i.e you can create a job sequence where 1 step would be scheduling thee program rsxmb_restart_messages and then the ones that are not restarted properly ...yu can cancle using the second step in the sequence ....i.e rsxmb_cancel_messages
    But be it ABAP / JAVA engine every XI landscape has many of the EOIO interfaces where in the concept is that if the first message in the queue gets stuck ...the message behind that should also get stuck....if you cancel message automatically (say using the above report), there are chances that particular message was configured for EOIO and the message behind that is actuaaly not meant to move ahead..but once you cancel the first message3 the other will go.....which is wrong and against the laws of EOIO...
    hence SAP suggests " no automatic cancellation of message neither at ABAP nor at JAVA level should be done"
    SAP says that manual cancellation of messages is included in the daily maintenance task of XI
    you can obviously play with the number of retries using entry IS_retry

    Messages processed successfully in Integration Server but messages still waiting for acknowledgement.     Thanks for your reply.Yes it is an IDOC based scenario. But Idoc is in outbound side. Idoc processed successfully in ERP as well as PI processed successfully to MDM.Messages processed successfully in SXMB_MONI but once imported in MDM IS, then acknowledgement will be send to PI.My issue is:- MDM server is down and i want to cancel these messages.

    One more thing to check.....confirm if there is any background job scheduled to cnacel the message once it goes into error....if it is cancelled in this manner...if so you wont be allowed to cancel the (already cancelled) message manually

    This is one of those sets of issues which can be resolved only by contacting Skype Customer Service directly to enquire why the change was effected.  We here in the Community do not have access to Skype account or Skype Manager account details.  As a proactive measure, I would change all Skype account and payment method account passwords immediately if this has not already been done.

  • Canceling Auto Recharge

    I am trying to cancel my auto recharge. I have been charged $18 for a 3 month subscription and cannot figure out how to cancel it. 
    In my Skype profile it says I have no subscriptions. When I go to auto-recharge it has a different card listed. 
    I've been trying to cancel this for some time and I'm super frustrated that Skype makes it so difficult to not be automatically charged for a service I do not use.

    i am trying to get message Alerting of the SAP PI 7.1 to the solution manager 7.1 Alert Inbox (PI Monitoring).
    I cant find a how to or something.
    The following two options are in my mind:
    1. implement in RZ20 an Monitor for PI-> create alert categories and rules -> create metrics for the pi in the solman 7.1 (system monitoring) setup to get these mtes.
    2. implement the old ccms infrastructure
    Goal: get Alerts in the Solman 7.1 PI MON Alert Inbox if some Messages as they defined in the RWB Alert Rules are not transfered.
    Get anyone some know how with this use case?

    Hi Mahr,
    Solution Manager 7.1 has a functionality called Technical Monitoring, which keeps a track of all the performance based & availibility metrics of a managed system.
    It can also be used to generate email alerts to a group of intended receipients.
    I would personally recommend this over CCMS. It uses Diagnostics Agent to pull all these details from the managed system & the configuration is very easy to achieve.

    RSXMB_CANCEL_NO_COMMIT_MSG -cancel the message processing for messages without commit.
    RSXMB_CANCEL_NOT_REST_MESSAGES - Cancel Xi messages with errors that cannot be restarted
    but then no result selected. i need to select manual those message and cancel using cancel button.
    please advise.

    1. The message has errors and was canceled manually.
    2. The status is final, i.e., it cannot be restarted now.
    3. The message can be deleted.

  • ICal default alert always Message with Sound? (10.7.3)

    Please, can I have an option to change this setting? If I set the preferences to generate an alert with new events, it always has 2 alerts, one message and one sound (I think it is a recording of one of the mechanical parts of a MBP breaking ). Is that normal behaviour. I see it independent of the backend (local calendar, Exchange, Google, you name it.) Message is fine, but I don't want (any) sound.

    I have the same problem, but I'm not using MobileMe. When I create an event in my iPhone4 (IOS4.1) with an alert, I want this event to show up in iCal with an alert of "Message with sound" after syncing with iTunes. Otherwise I have to check every new event that I created on my iPhone again on my Mac to change the alert type. Probably some people want it otherwise and would rather have the "Message" (without sound) type of alert, so the best thing would be to have the choice between sound or no sound on the iPhone when entering a new event with an alert.
