Scanner Pattern...please help

Question

Hi everybody....I?m new to Java and having some problems....
this is my Program ( I didn't finish all of it)
import java.util.Scanner;
public class Winkel

          Scanner s = new Scanner(str).useDelimiter("[◦ ?\"]");

when I try to compile it i get this fehler
