SCRIPT Include text allignment

Hi Friends,
I want print the Include text(Service text) within one column(alignment).
Iam displaying 6 columns in page like item. description, qty, units, price , total ..(6coloumns)..
I want dispaly service text for each Item...
I am getting the Service text though

its printing.. BUt its printing from 1st column to 6 th coloumn and second line also..(more than 200 char)..
I want print this complete text in description coloumn only..
please any body help.. How to print complete text within boundry means (4 cm to 12 cm like that..)..

If iam created one paragraph format.
I will give the tab position.. i will put the left allignment.. how itis going to stop after 35 charcters and start next line from tab position..
description coloumn start from tab 6 .. qty start from 31.. i want print from 7th to 30 line..
we can control lfet allignment..
how its is possible for right..
please explain me..

SAP Script: Include text in MAIN window prints outside MAIN window margins

Hi,
We're facing a peculiar issue. We call a text element in the MAIN window of an SAP Script form using FM WRITE_FORM.
The element has 2 includes.
The problem is that when the content of any of the 2 includes is large enough, the include text prints overflows outside the MAIN window margins on the first page and into the area of the footer window of the same page. It does not automatically flow to the next page MAIN window.
We have checked that the MAIN window and FOOTER window margins do not overlap. Infact they are quite far from each other.
We have tried stuff like using a forced PROTECT, change the para format etc, but nothing solves the problem.
Does anyone have any idea?

You do not need to use the subroutine READ_ORDER_TEXT to get another text name because you already have it: TMP_TXNAM2 .
Pass this value back to your SAPscript, and it is okay.
Or you can even check the text object is empty or not, if no text is found, print 2 empty lines:
still use your subroutine to read the text, if no line is found, set TMP_TXNAM2 to empty, otherwise, no change,
In SAPscript, check the value is empty or not, then print 2 empty line or the text object...

Adobe Form: Dynamic vlaue for Include text name. Script Coding

Situtation:
Need to print an 'Include Text' in the Adobe form.
The key texname for the include name is dynamic - invoice number + position number.
I have created a Global Data variable item_textkey and assigned it to the inculde textname in 'Context'.
The Problem is I dont know how or where to assign a value to this global data variable at runtime, so the right include text is pulled up.
I tried the code in the "FormCalc' of the text field. But it doesnt work.
$record.ITEM_TEXTKEY = Concat ($record.IS_VBDKR.VBELN, $record.IS_VBDPR.POSNR)

Try the following in initialize event of the main subform
$record.ITEM_TEXTKEY.rawValue = Concat ($record.IS_VBDKR.VBELN.rawValue, $record.IS_VBDPR.POSNR.rawValue)

I am working with Flash PRO CC v. 14.0. to convert my Flash website to HTML5 / javascript
I have converted a file to the HTML5 Canvas
I am very happy that the new Flash Pro has the feature to convert to HTML5 canvas
HOWEVER:
In my original .FLA file project I use only one font: Copperplate Bold. I use several sizes of that font within the project / scene
In the original file for all text I use static text, Letter spacing, AntiAlias, AutoKern and single line (Linetype)
- none of which the HTML5 canvas seem to allow / support?
How do I maintain the FONT look that I have chosen in my original FLASH project, after I convert to HTML5 canvas?
Is there a way in the HTML canvas to maintain the FONT look that I want?

The device font destroys the LOOK of my Copperplate Bold font.

A good, in depth, tutorial on the subject (FONTS) would be a BIG help to many using the convert to HTML5 canvas features.

In SAP-script "Header'' window contain code like that:

Hello Gaurav,
You need to create a text element for this. In the text element type, you have a drop-down where you select include text.
There are corresponding boxes for OBJECT & ID where you type in TEXT & ADRS respectively.
You gotto define 2 global variables: V_TXKOP & V_SPRAS which you have to populate from T024E & EKKO respectively.
In fact its much easier than SAPscrits. In case of any issues do let me know.

Script Stnandard Text Problem

I need a clarification from u guys ..Requirement is to change a standard script to the user rquirements. I copied standard script using copy from client. Now i need to change it , my question is ...as there are some INCLUDE STATEMENTS are already there. If i need to modify those includes using So10...shall i need to copy it or else i can change directly.
For example
INCLUDE F_TR_CONF_SE_TRANSACTION_MAIN OBJECT TEXT ID TBCO
in the above function if i need to change any thing in the standard text F_TR_CONF_SE_TRANSACTION_MAIN, wethere i need to copy it or else i can change directly?

Include text to be printed in the middle of main window

hi Gurus,
In SAP script - i have used include text ( which is a picture ) which i need to bring it nearly to the center of the main window. ie.,
/: INCLUDE IMAGE1 OBJECT TEXT ID ST PARAGRAPH P1
paragraph p1, i have made the alignment as centered.
and i have changed it to
/: include zhex-macro-image1 object text id st ----> also didnt work
posnr matnr then this image should come.
but still the image is coming in the begining of the new line. i want it to be continued with the previous line.
please guide me.

How to print a text of type text element and include text in same line

i have to display like this in the form
1.RFQ number, 2.Header text
explanation for numbers
1. The RFQ number is displayed using a variable so the text type is Text Element
2. Header text, has to be got form the standard text , so the text type is include text.
how can i print both in the same line.

You can use a charecter variable whos length >= length of RFQ no + Length of Header string .
Concatenate both in this variable. And print the variable.

Search doesn't include text in calendar notes fields

I have a calendar created in iCal that includes about 90 entries with text in the notes field of each. Spotlight on the Mac searches that text fine.
I've synched that calendar to my iPhone - and search there doesn't include text in that field, though it does for the title field.
Its a great feature - but to keep calendar entries usable the titles need to be short with most details in the notes, but still searchable

For SAPscript INCLUDE TEXT, how to align as Paragraph format

Hi experts and ABAP colleagues!
Need your help on this sapscript problem:
How to align texts taken from "INCLUDE TEXT" in SAPscript, according to tab defined in Paragraph Format?
For example, I defined BG to have tabstop at the 2nd column (or equivalent to 1st tab position) where I need to print the text, and then declared it in SE71 like below:
However the text prints at the leftmost instead of at the 2nd col position - (8th char tab defined in par. format BG). Hence it is not aligned to its proper heading. Line Number instead of Description - which is not okay for client view that needs these Thai texts.
The technical details I included below. Kindly examine:
1.) Window >Main > Text Element > Include Text command

BG   ,,&TTXIT-TDTEXT&
/:   INCLUDE &T166P-TXNAM& OBJECT &T166P-TDOBJECT& ID &T166P-TDID&

Note:   and then i put in ",,&TTXIT-TDTEXT&" (see above) with the 2 comma's beforehand to say that its on the 1st tab or at the 8th character where it should be printed, but does not give intended result... pls help.
#3.) Paragraph Formats > Standard Attributes
Left Margin - 0 cm
Alignment - Left
no blank lines checkbox - ticked
Note: Is there any more attribute i can manipulate from here to force display at the right position?

Here's a thought, instead of using tabs, try writing a method that takes a string that is the starting string, a pad character, and a length and returns a string padded to that length with the specified character.

How to control formatting of include text in smartform

Hello Everyone - I have converted sales order acknowledgements from sapscript to smartform. I need to print material sales text at line level. Include text method is being used, it works in most cases. However, in some cases the Std Paragraph format coded in the include text, is being ignored and the text prints as per default standard paragraph format defined in the smart style.
The only difference I could find in the text set up, using read_text function, is that the format character for the first line. The desired formatting is achieved when the formatting character is '*', otherwise the format defaults to the standard default paragraph defined in the smart style.
Could anyone suggest if there is a way to keep the paragraph formatting consistent and always use the formatting defined in the include text.

I have resolved this issue. The include text node was defined twice for the form and I had only assigned standard and first paragraph to one of them. The alignment error occured when the second include text was executed. Modified the second node to be same as the first and all worked as expected.

I was getting ready to scrap the Report Builder altogether
and move to SQL Server Reporting Services over this issue.
I'm running 7.0.2 also, that version alone fixed many small
issues like creating borders and such.
