SD Condition Record Control data.

Hi All,
In a sales order pricing procedure, if we go in the condition Type JMOD, and double click in it, to view the control data, and its tax code coming into it. In control Data screen there is 2 fields Cond. Control and Condit. Origin. From where the values come into it automatically.

But here I am facing some other Problem where the Excise Duty, E Cess and Higher Sec Ecess is getting determined correctly, but the Tax tab of the line item where sum total of these 3 should come is showing Zero.
After a careful analysis I have found after comparing from the old Sales order where the Tax tab is showing Correct Calculation that the JMOD condition of the line item in the sales order is having Account Key and Tax code and Condition Control is 'F', whereas in the sales order where Tax Tab is showing zero do not have the Account key and tax code coming in it. The UTXJ is determining the ax code but no tax code is coming in the JMOD Condition. and control data here is 'A' instead of 'F'.
That is the reason I raised thuis question. I am still facing the problem. The Tax Procedure is TAXINJ and SAP 4.6.
Please help.

go to the desired tcode in display mode ex:"VV33" to see that condition type tables, then give ur condition type and press CONDITION INFORMATION button in application tool bar and u reach one screen and press "execute" in application tool bar and u reach one more screen and in that screen press "control+F8" then u can reach one more screen there it dispalys the desired table of urs.

Condition record deleted still it is reflecting in pricing

Hi Gurus,
I have created sales order and saved when i was analyzing sales order i came to know that system has taken two taxes (VAT and CST) . After i realizing that there two condition records maintained in system then i have deleted one condition record which is not required. Then i went to change mode of sales order and carried out new pricing but system is still showing both conditions and both the amounts are reflecting. Interesting is in pricing analysis the condition record which i have deleted is showing deleted but system is showing deduction amount in pricing. So please suggest me what should i do so that system will take only one condition record and show only that amount.
Pls reply me urgent since client is stuck up.

U are correct. Please check any subsequent documents exist for that sales order..
Please also check whether u have deleted entire record or only set the deletion indicato and also check the document pricing date and condition record validity date factors also..
Please try it once again in VA02 by carrying out new pricing and also click on price analysis and condition record buttons see that information there also..

Excise duty 4% diff. while MIRO posting after FV12 condition record change

Hi Gurus,
Iam coming straight to the CRUX of the matter.
Iam working for a client and facing a support problem.
I got an issue that recently Government has reduced excise rate from 14% to 10%
But PO already created with 14%.Later the condition record changed to 10% in FV12.
then only MIGO posted.
while doing MIRO iam getting 4% difference value
why is it so?
Please help me in this regard.

Bhanu I can't tell you how many times I've looked for this. You want to see a condition record, it's value and validity periods without having to look each one up individually, correct? So you can look at all the prices in a price list, for example, all at the same time. Well sorry m8 but it's not so easy. About the best way I've founds takes a little work in Excel with a vlookup. I'll share it, but it's not the silver bullet you're looking for. If you want something simple you'll have to write a query and join the tables you use in your access sequences with KONP using ConditionRecNo as the key between them. If you don't want to use a query/report you can dump all the contents of your tables in Excel and do a join using a vlookup on ConditionRecNo. That gets messy because SAP tends to dump when you pass 3000 records from the clipboard into a field in se16. So do it 1500 records at a time... it's still faster than looking each record up individually.
Good luck and please share if you find something easier.

The Shipment output condition record is maintained which can be seen in T code VV73(V7 application)
This is stored in the table B999.In this table iam getting the condition record number but there is no condition record creation date
I want to know when the condition record was created.Which table can i get this Info

Dear Mano,
Go to SE16 transaction enter NACH table then press enter system will take you to the selection screen here you enter Application as V7-Transport and enter your shipment output type then execute now system will give data details in that table in that you can find the Created on colomun which is relevent to created date.

How do I skip footer records in Data file through control file of sql*loade

hi,
I am using sql*loader to load data from data file and i have written control file for it. How do i skip last '5' records of data file or the footer records to be skiped to read.
For first '5' records to be skiped we can use "skip" to achieve it but how do i acheive for last '5' records.

Can I mention two data files in one control file if so what is the syntax(like we give INFILE Where we mention the path of data file can i mention two data file in same control file)
3)
If i have datafile with variable length (ie 1st record with 200 charcter, 2nd with 150 character and 3rd with 180 character) then how do i load data into table, i mean what will be the syntax for it in control file.
4)if i want to insert sysdate into table through control file how do i do it.
5) If i have variable length records in data file and i have first name then white space between then and then last name, how do i insert this value which includes first name and last name into single column of the table.( i mean how do you handle the white space in between first name and last name in data file)

How to extract data for condition records with different valid periods

Dear Gurus,
There was an error in the recent condition records price upload. Now, i want to extract the data into excel file depending on different valid dates. Please let me know how can i do this... in the extracted file i would like to have fields like, valid on and valid to dates, condition type, price list type, material, condition record no. , last changed date, last changed user id etc., please suggest...thanks in advance..

only thing you need to take care is table join for fields datab ( valid from) and tatbi (valid to) you need to take from right table which are present A-table,

Pricing Condition type controls- Formula and condition records

Hello experts
I have one question in pricing.
Is it possible to determine the value of a single condition type by means of the maintained condition records vs a formula depending on the scenario?
Eg- In my case for the requirement is:-
If in my sales order the item category is X or Y then i need to use the condition records to determine the value of the condition type say ZCON but if the item category is Z then i need to use a custom formula?
Can this scenario be achieved using only one condition type with the appropriate formula or do i have to maintain separate condition types to achieve it?

I believe it can be achieved with the single condition type. Since the routine assigned in the Requirement in pricing procedure controls the system's access to condition records...create a new VOFM routine which should check the item category and if satisfied, the condition records will be accessed.
If the requirement fails and a value is not determined, the routine in the alternate calculation type should handle the calculation (based on PR00 value etc.,) and determining the value for this condition type. If not possible this way, should be able to handle this requirement through a userexit.
Your condition type should be configured allowing both automatic and manual entries.
This is just a wild guess.

Condition record data transfer

I have a scenario where condition record data from ECC needs to be transferred to MDM.
I can see COND_A01,COND_A02 idocs in ECC .Pl can you tell me which one is relevant for ALE data transfer.
Is there any transaction/report (For example BD10 is used for material data transfer) which can generate idoc of condition record and distribute it to receiver
Pl can you suggest on this.

I think there is no standard program for distributing Condition records.
As suggested by Eshwar use COND_A02.
u are distributing only Condition records to MDM that means u have condition record repository over there.
i don't know what is the mian program to create Condition Records .
see is a way to attach output types to that and NACE configurations to distribute it.

Validity date of condition records (creation of info records using LSMW)

Hello gurus,
we would like to create info records using LSMW with one condition record (PB00). This works fine, we just are not able to influence the validity of the condition record, it's always "creation date until 31.12.9999".
We tried to maintain the fields BKONP-DATAB and BKONP-DATBI, but that did not change anything.
Any ideas on this?

PO outbound message control - Condition record

I have created a message control for outbound PO to be sent to one unique customer(actually a plant set up as customer).This works fine.
Right now, I have condition record table set up by just document type this and I have specified this customer number (partner number) there. Now, my requirements have changed and I need to send POs to variable customers(partners), depending on the plant on the PO. So i created another conditional table '925' with Doc type & Plant as key. This does not seem to be queried upon and I am unable to determine the output and create IDOCs. Since plant is at item level, will i be able to use this field in the condition table at all ? Please advice.

I found a OSS note -Note 457497 (Q&A # 34), which talks about the same . This was my assumption too. I was just confused because I saw plant(WERKS) in the field catalag of the access sequence.
I don't know what header field I can use to map the plant (I agree its a good idea to do this). But I have decided to do it another way. I will change the receiving partner on the control record depending on the plant in an user exit
- EXIT_SAPLEINM_001.
