Select information about programs of sceduled report sets

Hi,
We would like to get information about all scheduled Report Sets in our production system.
We need names of each 'Report Set', when it's report set - each program under it, and parameters passed for all Report Sets that were scheduled.
For Report set we need to know schedule too.
We use Oracle Apps 11.5.10.2
Could someone help me?

Hi Alex,
In this case, you will have to include FND_RUN_REQUESTS tables (and other tables if required -- see eTRM for details) to those queries. I do not have a ready query to share, but I think with the help of the documents referenced above you can write this query.

Information about Content Tracker Standard Reports

Hi,
I´m attempting to obtain access stadistic from the standard reports of Content tracker but I cannot understand as it calcucates the accesses of the users.
I select the standard report "Users by User Type" , select the type "Internal" and I obtain the list of all of the internal user who has acceded to content items. I know that the Content Tracker only show the access to the content that has been opened, but in this list I dont find the name of a user that I am sure that it has opened one document. The list show 0 access for this user.
However, if I find the document that her has openend, and display in Actions display "View Historial Access," I see that her has 3 accesses in this content item.
I need to obtain reports of % of use of all departament users and I not find de standar report that show me completed access.

Thank for your answer but I cannot understand because in the Content Tracker Administration Guide, Oracle says the following thing:
Note: Only users that physically open a content item are included in the Content Tracker
Report Generator’s compiled results. The opened content item can be the web location file
+(the absolute path to the content item), an HTML version (by using Dynamic Converter),+
or the actual native file. Users that open only the Content Information page are not
included in the tracked data.

Report with information about release documents in VKM1

Hello
I need to know if exists some report that gives me more information about release documents in transaction VKM1. What user releases some document? How many documents a credit account had been release or block in a year or between dates?
The transaction VKM2 just gives the release date of the document and not the user.

Hi,
There is a field to know which account is the parent account, but you can't have others informations from the parent account except the name. In the new R16, you have others field called "Parent Account external unique ID" and "Parent Integration ID". What can I do with this field? Is it possible to display the parent account phone field in the report?

Trend reports are the reports which show a certain trend all over the years
Say, Sales revenue for the year compared to all the previous years...This show what is the trend in the last few years
Management reports high level reports with summarized data which helps in decision making. Say, Vendor performance report...this report shows list of default vendors by ranking them and management can decide to continue or not to continue with certain vendors

Error when setting GPO Display information about previous logon during user logon on Wins 7

We recently try to deploy a GPO on our network (All Server 2008 and Windows 7) to show previous logons during
user logon. The setting is located in Computer Configuration| Policies |
Administrative Templates | Windows Components | Windows Logon Options | Display
information about previous logons during user logon = Enabled. Our domain
level is set to Windows Server 2008. I verified that it is Windows Server 2008
on Domain and Trust.

But after we deploy the setting, we are no longer able to login
to any of our windows 7 machines. All of them got an error message said :
“Security policies on this computer are set to display information about the
last interactive logon. Windows could not retrieve this information. Please
contact your network administrator for assistance.”
The setting
worked on windows server 2008. I was able to login to DC and revise the setting,
so we can log back in the windows 7 machines.
Anyone has experience this
issue before? I looked up all of the web and only thing they said is to make
sure the domain functional level must be set to Windows Server 2008, which it
is.

Have we also applied this setting to domain controllers? To make this policy work properly, we also need to apply this setting to domain controllers. If not, users will not be able to log on to the system.

Timeout occuring running a report which displays information about users

Hi,
I developed a report using JSPDynPages which displays the following information about all the users in a particular Group.
1)Uid
2)FirstName
3)LastName
4)EMail
5)Account status (active/locked)
6)R3 UserName
In the group for which i am running the report consists of about 4,500 users and the report is getting timedout.
My logic in the code is to iterate through all the users in the group and collecting their information and populating a array which will then be given to the DefaultTableViewModel to display the info in a tabular form.
Obviously this process is taking more than the predefined timeout time (i guess it is 1 min) and hence the timout is occuring.
Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem (other than increasin the timeout param).

ABAP Unicode Scan Tool UCCHECK
You can use transaction UCCHECK to examine a Unicode program set for syntax errors without having to set the program attribute "Unicode checks active" for every individual program. From the list of Unicode syntax errors, you can go directly to the affected programs and remove the errors. It is also possible to automatically create transport requests and set the Unicode program attribute for a program set.
Some application-specific checks, which draw your attention to program points that are not Unicode-compatible, are also integrated.
Selection of Objects:
The program objects can be selected according to object name, object type, author (TADIR), package, and original system. For the Unicode syntax check, only object types for which an independent syntax check can be carried out are appropriate. The following object types are possibilities:
PROG Report
CLAS Class
FUGR Function groups
FUGX Function group (with customer include, customer area)
FUGS Function group (with customer include, SAP area)
LDBA Logical Database
CNTX Context
TYPE Type pool
INTF Interface
Only Examine Programs with Non-Activated Unicode Flag
By default, the system only displays program objects that have not yet set the Unicode attribute. If you want to use UCCHECK to process program objects that have already set the attribute, you can deactivate this option.
Only Objects with TADIR Entry
By default, the system only displays program objects with a TADIR entry. If you want to examine programs that don't have a TADIR entry, for example locally generated programs without a package, you can deactivate this option.
Exclude Packages $*
By default, the system does not display program objects that are in a local, non-transportable package. If you want to examine programs that are in such a package, you can deactivate this option.
Display Modified SAP Programs Also
By default, SAP programs are not checked in customer systems. If you also want to check SAP programs that were modified in a customer system (see transaction SE95), you can activate this option.
Maximum Number of Programs:
To avoid timeouts or unexpectedly long waiting times, the maximum number of program objects is preset to 50. If you want to examine more objects, you must increase the maximum number or run a SAMT scan (general program set processing). The latter also has the advantage that the data is stored persistently. Proceed as follows:
- Call transaction SAMT
- Create task with program RSUNISCAN_FINAL, subroutine SAMT_SEARCH

Displaying Points that Cannot Be Analyzed Statically
If you choose this option, you get an overview of the program points, where a static check for Unicode syntax errors is not possible. This can be the case if, for example, parameters or field symbols are not typed or you are accessing a field or structure with variable length/offset. At these points the system only tests at runtime whether the code is sufficient for the stricter Unicode tests. If possible, you should assign types to the variables used, otherwise you must check runtime behavior after the Unicode attribute has been set.
To be able to differentiate between your own and foreign code (for example when using standard includes or generated includes), there is a selection option for the includes to be displayed. By default, the system excludes the standard includes of the view maintenance LSVIM* from the display, because they cause a large number of messages that are not relevant for the Unicode conversion. It is recommended that you also exclude the generated function group-specific includes of the view maintenance (usually L<function group name>F00 and L<function group name>I00) from the display.
Similarly to the process in the extended syntax check, you can hide the warning using the pseudo comment ("#EC *).
Applikation-Specific Checks
These checks indicate program points that represent a public interface but are not Unicode-compatible. Under Unicode, the corresponding interfaces change according to the referenced documentation and must be adapted appropriately.
View Maintenance
Parts of the view maintenance generated in older releases are not Unicode-compatible. The relevant parts can be regenerated with a service report.
UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD
The function modules UPLOAD, DOWNLOAD or WS_UPLOAD and WS_DOWNLOAD are obsolete and cannot run under Unicode. Refer to the documentation for these modules to find out which routines serve as replacements.
