Selector create problem during simulatenious access...

Hello guys,
in my application I want to use one common selector for registering the new connection at the same time accessing channels which are registered to it , trying to read from that.
But when any new connection arrives it is not able to read from there means not able to register the new connection and that;s why not creating new channel for the new connection..
I have tried to use different selector but at reading time it open so many umnecessary port at server side..
to escape from this i have used same selector also at reading time but in this case i found no connection problem..
i read API for selector in that they have mentioned that
Selectors are themselves safe for use by multiple concurrent threads; their key sets, however, are not.
Is this the case which interrupt me to go ahead in my application...
how can i resolve this application...
please help me out...

Here in my application for socket channel connection I have taken one selector.
sel = Selector.open();
SelectionKey acceptKey = server.register(sel, SelectionKey.OP_ACCEPT );
while(acceptKey.selector().select( ) > 0 )
//here using iterator we manage new connection as well as read and write from
//particular channel.
This I have written in the run method of a Thread..
Now at the same time another thread also using this selector for selecting channel from the selector to read and write...

Now this thing not create problem until new connection is come for the same connection which is done by the first thread..
using the same selector in both thread stopping to accept new connection..
if i try to use different selector for second thread than it will create some extra
ports on server side...
what is the reason..when i see the api for selector there is written that ,selector can be used by multiple thread but key set can not...
is this the problem????????

The problem we encountered as below:
Our company used XI 3.0 SR1 for exchange data between SAP R/3 and no-sap system.For now,we wanna create a backup system(for
offline recovery),so we backup the XI product system throught entiry system save in AS/400(we stopped the XI system before
save process start).And following,we restored from the tape that we save from XI product system to the new backup system(they
are whole different paratition),but the problem is coming.Describe as following item:
1. The application seem to can be started but the java node always restart circularly(We have 4 java node now),I think
because of different of hardware configure(between XI product and Backup system) and lack of hardware resource.(XI prduction
have 5 CPUs and 22G Mem,Backup system have 2 CPUs and 16G MEM ).Therefore we wanna decrease the number of java nodes for
start application in backup system(throught configtool).
2. We wanna use configtool to decrease the java nodes for start backup system.But we encountered a problem during running the
configtool ,the information of prompt dialog as following:
Error occurred while working with Configuration (Scanning).
Msg:Error while connecting to DB.
We also see the system.log that below the directory of usr\sap\PXI\DVEBMGS00\j2ee\configtool,and found some error as

Adobe Acrobate XI and SecCommerce SecSigner have a problem during signing of a document, creating/verification of the signature is not possible - solutions? SecSigner is not responding.

Well, I contacted SecCommerce about the issue, the response was, that I should sign the file later (afterwards). This is a solution, but not the best in my opinion.
When I sign the document the SecSigner window/Java window appears and freezes. Adobe is not responding. I have to terminate Adobe because the program is not responding.
I only found this support website, so I have realized that this is a User 2 User site, but it was a try to get some help.

PROBLEM DURING CREATING AN AR INVOICE

Dear Sir,
I am having a problem during creating the AR invoice from the delivery. I am getting the message: (2) Message Sales Employee is Must. I am unable to create AR invoice for this reason. But when i am going to create AR invoice for the same delivery in different numbering series it is saying that Error in Numbering file, restorer it. I am really unable to cope up this problem. Please help me to resolve it asap.

Do you have any addtional code in the SP_TransactionNotification? If yes, try removing the code and then try to add the AR Invoice.

"Program files" directory problem during Microsoft Office Customization Installer in non-English versions of Windows

We have a document-level customization solution for Word and are experiencing problems during deployment in an environment running on terminal services. The OS (Windows 2012) is English and Word (2013) is non-English (German).
Installation is done into the "Program Files" folder correctly. But when trying to start a word document linked to the specific template. The "Microsoft Office Customization Installer" pops up with the error.
"There was an error during installation"

Downloading file:///c:/Programme/[CompanyName]/[Productname]/[Productname].vsto did not succeed.
Exception: ....
System.Deployment.Application.DeploymentDonwloadException: Download file:///C:/Programme/[Companyname]/Productname]/[Productname].vsto did not suceed. ---> System.Net.WebException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Programme\[Companyname]\[Productname]\[Productname].vsto'.
---> System.Net.WebException: ...... ---> System.IO.DirectoyNotFoundException......
The problem seems to be that the installer is looking for C:\PROGRAMME instead of C:\PROGRAM FILES. C:\PROGAMME is the German localized name of PROGRAM FILES (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Program_Files).
The installer installs the solution correctly deployed into c:\program files, but when the later a user tries to start it and the Microsoft Office Customization Installer is called, it tries to access the non-existing "c:\programme" folder. This
doesn't exist, because Windows is English.
Is there any thing related to deploying solutions on a platform which has different languages (mixing/matching of OS language and Office language?)

1. First, I would confirm with you whether you dealt with the localization for your document-level add-in?
2. Did you use this way to define the Create a class that defines the post-deployment action part of Put the document of a solution
onto the end user's computer (document-level customizations only) and did you get the path with Environment.SpecialFolder enum?
To handle this, I would recommend you consider using Environment.SpecialFolder to set that property.

Very very strange backflush problem during CO11N?????

Hi Experts,
I find a strange backflush problem during production order confirmation by CO11N,described as follows:
When I create a production order for material A ,total order quantity is 2,means to produce 2 material A. For produce 2 material A, we need 10 material B.That means in the component view of this produciton order ,there is item material B, and the requirement quantity is 10.
After release the production order,when doing order confirmation by CO11N,I enter 1 for material A in the "Yield to Be Confirmed" ,that means to confirm 1 material A and having done a partial confirmation (Beacause the production order quantity for A is 2) .Because 2 material A need 10 material B,so the system will post goods movement for 5 material B.
After that ,confirm 1 material A, I change the production order,change the requirement quantity of material B from 10 to 5,and the quantity withdrawn of B is aslo 5 because backflush of confirmation 1 material A.
And after changing the production order ,when again doing order confirmation by CO11N,I aslo enter 1 for material A in the "Yield to Be Confirmed" ,that means to confirm 1(the last material A to be produced) material A.But because I have already change the BOM of produciton order,2 material A only need 5 material B now,and the quantity withdrawn of B is 5 now.So I think the system should not backflush material B      by this order confirmation.

duffymo's right (but a little terse in explaining).
Your "urgent problem" is that your SQL query is unorderd. However duffymo is also pointing out that a little additionaly work can make your code be more standard and work better/faster.
Instead of doing what you're doing (bouncing to the end of the result set end, getting the number of messages, then walking through the result set backwards), retrieve the data in the order you want to display, using an "ORDER BY x" or "ORDER BY x DESC" clause. Use rs.next() to walk through the records and count them as you do so.

My client facing problem during creation of shipment document and shipment cost document at the time of Batch Job
Delivery no 897654: goods issue on 30.11 at 13:22. Shipment on 30.11 (VT01N).
Shipment costs on 1.12 (VI01).
the problem is the shipment document get created on 30.11.2010 but the shipment cost document get created on 1.12.2010
pleas advice.

Please check the batch job processing log.
As per my understanding, business requires to generate the Shipment & Shipment cost documents immediatley.
However there is some time between the documents creation time. I dont see any issue in the data or problem in the delivery docs Because system will not generate the shipment docs after 1 or 2 days if there is an issue with the data . There must be problem in the Batch Job.
Analyse the batch jobs and timing of the job process.

Problem during deployment of axis (stock) examples

Hi all
I am getting problem during the deployment of stock example given in the apache site.
Even i am not getting the right response from the URL
http://localhost:8080/axis/services/Version?method=getVersion
and
http://localhost:8080/axis/EchoHeaders.jws?method=list.
I am using tomcat 4.1 and JDK1.4.
I have set all the jar files in the axisclasspath.
At the deployment i am using the commond

and getting fault as

I too am having the same issue and I am using the Java2WSDL and the WSDL2Java to create both the WSDL and the WSDD and I still get Server.NoService when I try to use the AdminClient to deploy the wsdd?
I have tried using both 1.2 and 1.2.1.
I am going to try to use an older verison to see if this is a bug..
If any one know the answer to this deployment problem please speak up.

Problem during recording of CJ01 transaction for BDC

Hello All,
I am facing a problem during the recording of CJ01(Creation of projects) for creation of BDC program.
The problem is during recoding after entering the the first WBS element with level 1 and i press the '+' button to create one more WBS element with Level 2,the first WBS element with level 1 goes to the bottom of the line item table and now if try to create the WBS element with Level 2 in the first line it wont allow because of the fact that the first WBS element with level 1 is below it.
But if i enter the first WBS elemnt with level 1 in the first line and come to the next line and enter the second WBS element with level 2 it will create since Level 2 WBS is below the Level 1.But this approach cannot be used for doing a recording for BDC.
Can anyone help in this regard

NW is right. It is not proper to use BDC for CJ01. You can get more control and better if you use the following function module,
1. Use BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN to create project definition and WBS Structure in one go. see the documentation in the BAPI on how to use this. Post the resut in this forum if you face any problem

Problem during import of 121 transport requests to productive system

Hello
We have problem during import of transport requests to productive system. Import of 121 transport requests stopped very soon in phase "N" (in TRBAT I have only one entry and in TRJOB as well).
In sm50 there is an BGD running under user DDIC in client 000 now for 14453 seconds (program SAPLSDB2). This should be import.
In SM37 I can see it as job "RDDGEN0L" with repport"RDDGENBB". Based on some literature it should perform "Converting all structure changes generated by the import and recorded in table TBATG, other than the structure changes to matchcode objects." Very interesting that TBATG has only four entries related to 2 indexes in table "DFKKOPK" , one in table "DFKKREP06" and one" ENQU" for EFKKEXC". (only this last one has not status error)
For fist two indexes I know they are not present as objects "LIMU""INDX" in any transport request beeing imported.
Also on productive system there is no"VOL" and "ZOL"indexes for table "DFKKOPK"(instead they are created on test system ie. not transported from development to test system)
Last command for that process is "CREATE INDEX "DFKKOPK~HKO" ON "DFKKOPK" ("MANDT", "HKONT", "OPBEL") PCTFREE 10 INITRANS 002 TABLESPACE PSA

There is enaught space on disk and in tablespaces (it is an oracle/HPux server).

are you importing these transport requests simultaneously into production?
I would suggest you try doing in smaller groups of 5 or 10 and then see whether you are able to import the requests

Problem with file access in other computer in jsp

I have problem with file accessing in other computer in jsp.
The follow code

but it works well in main funtion.

RFC connection problem during SRM - R/3 integration

Hi,
Our environment is SRM 5.5 server with 2 R/3 backend systems. One of the R/3 systems is in another country. We happen to have RFC problems during the communication between the SRM and R/3 server.
Below you can find the SM21 log related to an operation on SRM server. What might be the reason for this problem? Does anyone know the solution?

I wish to describe this problem futher. I have a table named test, the table has a field named "content" and it's a memo type. I try to insert some strings in it, many strings work fine except when I insert this string

I just created a table in Access 2000 with a memo column and inserted the string "client for update" into it. NO PROBLEM. It's your code.
