hi all,
can anyone tel me hw shud i send back an
error to previous page and write tht error msg
in the same cell of table where text field was
null or empty.
hw can i sene addtional info with sendRedirect()
using
sendRedirect("..url...?add=var1");
as var1 converts to string "var1" using above
tel me if sm other gud method.

Back Button will not redisplay previous page

My question pretty much sums it up. I like to scroll with the page up/page down buttons, and it's hit or miss working with firefox lately. It will go between my previous pages that I've visited instead of scrolling down the page.

When trying to send email an error message says- the page isnt directing properly.Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. however the email is sent o.k. !!

The problem is detailed above.Emails are sent ok.

How to prevent going back to the previous page by hitting the Back button ?

In the html code I generate from my servlet, I have the following :

IDOC error msg has to be populated in Souce system Ztable

Dear Forum,
We had a following requirement.
A sales order (ORDRSP) Idoc is being generated when ever the sales order is created in ECC 5.0 (Sender system) and the IDOC is being transferred via XI.Based on these inputs new purchase Order (PORDCR1) will be created in ECC 6.0 (Reciever system).
In addition to that,PO status msg in ECC 6.0 need to be sent back to the ECC 5.0 through XI and the message has to be populated in Ztable in sender system(ECC 5.0).
IDOC to IDOC scenario has been done.Scenario is working fine.PO has been created in ECC6.0.
We have tried,ALEAUDIT ack for sending back the status msg to ECC 5.0.But Ack IDOC is not being generated.
Request you to let me how to send back the status of the IDOC to sender and to populate this msg in Ztable.

GeometricBounds of previous page

I have a 2 page spread.
When I add a new page, I want the geometric bounds of the previous page to be adjusted to

The problem is that the new text frame on the new page WILL ACTUALLY be on the PREV PAGE instead of the new page DUE to the geometric bounds. The geometric bounds need to be adjusted so it's on the NEW page BUT same height and width and position/margins. How would I do it?

Actually for this Javascript is not required, on click og back button redirect it to previous page by retaining AM.
Hope it will resolve your problem, session values will be retained it will share the same session.

HT2693 what can i do when vendor contact support page can't send my info/msg due to page error and i have paid for an app that no longer works after purchase

What can i do when i purchase an app then after purchase the app fails to work. I deleted the app rebooted ipa then reinstated app. It still fails to work. I went to vendor support but when i go to send the info to them it comes up with unable to send msg due to page error. I am not happy. My child loved the app now it wont even open. Any help???

Yeah, this seems to be something to do with Google, not your iPhone. A search on that error found this page:

I have created system using ADF application that can detect 'BACK' button in the browser(e.g. firefox and google chrome).Everytime i click the 'BACK' button in the browser,it will prompt out message that ask user whether want to 'stay in the current page' or 'leave the page'. Once i click 'leave the page' it will take me to the login page.
Is there any possibility for go back to previous page in task flow when user click on browser's back button? By the way, the task flow is in the page fragment.
can anyone tell me how to do it?Need this step urgently..

I'm running Window Server 2003, 64 bit version with IIS 6.0.
Before I installed CF10, I uninstalled CF8.

I suspect @Anit was assuming you were using IIS 7, in which case you could check the IIS app pool (advanced settings, for the app pool used by the site you are browsing) to see if it was set to “enable 32-bit applications: false”, assuming CF is configured as 64-bit, or if CF is configured 32-bit, then you would want that to be set to “enable 32 bit applications: true”.
It seems you’re using IIS 6, and there is no GUI means in the IIS 6 control panel to change the bitness of the app pool. There are various means discussing how to do that on the web, as well as a blog entry from Ben Forta, from back when people were deploying CF 7 (which was 32-bit only) 64-bit Windows and IIS:

But back to your error, @Len, if setting the bitness of the IIS app pool is not the solution, I’ll note that there can be many other reasons that you get that error. What are you seeing in the Windows Event log (using “event viewer”), or the IIS logs (especially httperr.log), or the CF logs (\coldfusion10\cfusion\logs)?

Why can't I get to the previous page by hitting the back button just once?

Hi there.My problem is that when I try to go back to the previous page(s) and hit the back button nothing happens.I have to hit it twice or triple to force action.This is happening after the latest update of mozilla.I know that in previous mozilla versions you had to double-click to go back to previous pages, but in the latest versions you could go back by just one click(double-clicking remained as a choice for the romantic...).Is it a matter of set up?Please answer cause it's really annoying...

If Firefox opens up fine with no problems, it's probably one of your extensions that's causing the issue. You can re-enable your add-ons one by one until you find the one that causes the issue upon being re-enabled.

Try these in order testing your system after each to see if it's back to normal:
1. a. Resetting your Mac's PRAM and NVRAM
    b. Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
2. Restart the computer in Safe Mode, then restart again, normally. If this doesn't help, then:
     Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the
     COMMAND and R keys until the Utilities menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and
     after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears.

Servletengine Unable to send back last chunk: Software caused connection abort: socket write error

I have created a bundle for the class com.xxx.cq.wcm.foundation.profile.impl.TnailImages from the foundation file com.day.cq.wcm.foundation.profile.impl.ProfileImages.
Here are the changes I made ot this class
1. width and height for the default foundation class ProfileImages to have our own default width and height in TnailImages.
2. selectors changed to our own like

*                                              values.1="adjust.small"
3.   Variable changed to private static final String THUMBNAIL = "small";
4. Metatype annotation won't compile for CQ5.5 I changed this * @scr.component metatype="false"
       to
     * @Component(immediate = true)
This bundle compiled successfully and I see it in OSGi felix console, it is in start mode. Even then I did a restart of this bundle as well as whole CQ5.
When I call an image using the following tag

there are no spases anywhere

Seeme like in your servlet the value for resourceType set to nt:file. Change it to "sling/servlet/default" and verify.
