Send message only if not alredy in jms

I have messages in my queue, before sending messages into the queue i want the client to test if the message already exist there and only then to send the messages. Is that possible?

Yes, use a QueueBrowser to browse, but not remove, items on the queue. You can apply a message selector if you want to only select certains items to browse, e.g.
Queue queue = ...
QueueSession session = ...
QueueBrowser browser = session.createBrowser(queue, "MyProperty = 'some value'");
Enumeration e = browser.getEnumeration();
// iterate over the enumeration if you need to check further message details,
// or simply find out if the enumeration has more elements if you're message

Your first theory may be correct.
If you haven't already, change your password on your .mac account. That will stop any further action by the other fellow. Even if you can't tease out the detail of what happened exactly, you can at least fix the problem with the password change.
Also if you left on good terms, contact the new owner of the workMac and ask if s/he used your .mac account.

IPad won't send message to number "not registered with iMes age" but iPhone 4 does! Why...

I often send and receive texts from my brother (who has a T-Mobile phone) but when I tried to send message to him with iPad2, it refuses and send "number not registered with iMessage" response. Now my iPad sends and receives me.ssages just fine with my and family member iPhones and iPad. What the **** is going on?

You can only send a Message on your iPad to another iOS device. Your iPhone, however, will convert the Message to a text message that can be received by your brother. This has to do withe the fact that the iPad is not a phone.

i need embed a live chat for customers where they can send their queries to Customer Care executive.
Customer care executive will respond to thier queries.
Now my requirement is to design a chat application in which i need to send message to the intended client only
Client and Customer Care executive will both use the Samev Web application to chat.
I can get the messages from client ,but how do i send message back to the intended client only ??
Please advice me if their is any good design strategy or technology which will fulfil my requierment.

Requirement is :
1. User first select the section , as per his queries
such as
a.Technical Support
b. Complaints.
c. General Queries
(for every section there are more than one Customer Care Executive's)
2. Now i have to first decide that to which Customer Care Executive(CCE) (thar are logged in ) i may redirect the user. The criteria is : Select CCE who is least busy.
3. The CCE is using the same web application to respond the Customers.
4. Now the Customer and CCE should have private conversation with each other

Send message from java not client

I have a java app running on my server and I'd like to send
messages to subscribed clients. All the messaging examples I find
have the messages originating from a flex producer. I want java to
be the producer.

I don't understand this bit. I just want to use Thunderbird as I used to use Outlook. That is, when TalkTalk tell me I have exceeded my email quota I can download the emails to my machine (a MacBook Pro).

This is my first time with Thunderbird. I downloaded and installed the programme, then followed the instructions for setting up. Plus inmail.server.com worked before and I was advised that this was correct. (btw, I presume I'm the OP??)

As noted above, it worked with Outlook; I was advised that POP settings were correct.

Tried that. With pop 110 I get "...sending of password did not succeed. mail server responding: syntax error."

I understand that you are unable to send or receive picture messages via the cellular data network. I would check to make sure that MMS is enable in settings. This setting is located in Settings > Messages and MMS Messaging. If the issue persists, try the troubleshooting steps in the article below.

IMessage sending messages from email not phone number/not working

I have an iPhone 5s and my sister has an iPhone 5c. She told me that my phone was sending her imessages from my email. When I go to change it to my phone number only it has it as a grayed out (will not let me select it). I turned iMessages off and then turned it back on and it still wouldn't so I tried it one more time now I get a "waiting for activation..." under my iMessage switched on. I tried turning it off, hard resetting and then turning it back on but when I go to sign in it says "server couldnt not be reached. try again" and it says that each time i try to sign in.
I guess my questions are: 1) do the imessage servers go down? 2) how do i 'activate" my imessages so it doesnt say 'waiting for activation"? 3) how do i make my imessages come from my phone number and not my email?

Associate your mobile number with your Apple ID, if you haven't already done so.
Sign out of iMessage on the Mac:
          Messages ▹ Preferences ▹ Accounts ▹ Sign out
and on the iPhone:
          Settings ▹ Messages ▹ Send & Receive ▹ Apple ID ▹ Sign out
Then, on the phone, tap
          Use Your Apple ID for iMessage
Sign back into iMessage on both devices and test. If there's no change, you may have to wait for a change in network conditions.

How do I set up Thunderbird to send messages that are not encrypted unless I want them to be?

I have Thunderbird set up through gmail with enigmail and gpg4win 2.2.3 on a 64 bit windows 7 operating system. I went through the Enigmail set up wizard and unchecked the " encrypt by default " but it still sends encrypted email out. What aren't I doing?

Yes I did choose convenient encryption settings. Actually, I tried both just to be sure, but thanks. You got me into the right area and I found a way but I'm not sure that it's the best way so if somebody knows a better way please let me know. On Thunderbird, click '''tools''', click '''account settings''', click '''open PGP security''' and then '''uncheck '''" '''encrypt messages by default "''' '''uncheck sign messages by default '''and then restart Thunderbird. I don't know if that's the best and the quickest way but it does send unencrypted messages until somebody tells us an easier way. I think that the key to this is that you do all of this through the Thunderbird tools tab and there's no need to touch the settings in Enigmail or gpg4win. Thanks.

Mac mail sending messages to people not on distribution

When sending a reply to a mac mail message that originally had several people in the distribution the reply message will send to everyone in the distribution even if you manually take out an address from the message you are sending out.

In have a similar problem. I consistently request that names of all people on send list to NOT be shown to individual addressees, but consistenly are sent all the names. Can this be corrected?

HT4863 i have Cox cable and all of a sudden my Icloud account won't send messages, only receive. Doesn't recognize my smtp address. Any suggestions on setting up the smtp address?

I have an Imacand Cox Cable. For some reason, recently, I cannot send email from my Icloud account, on;y receive. It says it is not connecting with my smtp.me.com account, but I haven't changed that from when it was working a few days ago. Any suggestions?

You should check that your settings (both directions) match this:
IMAP (Incoming Mail Server) information:
Server name: imap.mail.me.com
SSL Required: Yes
Port: 993
Username: [email protected] (use your @me.com address from your iCloud account)
Password: Your iCloud password
SMTP (outgoing mail server) information:
Server name: smtp.mail.me.com
SSL Required: Yes
Port: 587
SMTP Authentication Required: Yes
Username: [email protected] (use your @me.com address from your iCloud account)
Password: Your iCloud password
Note: If you receive errors using SSL, try using TLS instead.
Your signature says you have 10.6.8 - is this correct? If you migrated from MobileMe using this your mail settings won't be correct and you will need to follow this procedure to re-enter them:
