Send Results Not Working

I am not getting the emails!!

I have used this code before and it works fine. The only difference is this time I have it in a sliced photoshop image.
ANY ideas???

Test the ability to send an email by using the following simple test script:

$subject = 'Test of email function';
$message = 'This is a test of the mail() function on my website.';
$success = mail($to, $subject, $message, 'From: '. $to);

  echo 'The email was sent';
} else {
  echo 'Mail failed';

Just put that script in a PHP page, upload it to your server, and load it into a browser. If you see that the message was sent, but nothing still arrives, it's likely that the server requires a fifth argument to mail(). This normally consists of '-f' followed by an email address of the same domain as the website.
